The crew went above and beyond during my visit. The crew is always working hard to get the orders out. The food is always tasty. The floors were shining. So glad they are back open since the storm. They did nkt hastle me for not wearing a mask due to my disability.

My daughter and I stopped here and got tacos. The cashier was friendly and assured us they were making them fresh. We did have to pull to the side and wait a few but totally worth it!

They was absolutely swamped last night, line out to the road. Lady in front of me ordered like 30 tacos and several combos. And they *still* got my order out quickly, and hot and fresh. Great work, team. You all definitely deserve a raise, in my book.

I had done a order online and I picked it up took it home to give to my wife because I had to go to my parents house to fix my window, when I got home she told me that they had given me a different size for the curly fries (I’m pretty sure it was a accident of course) so I went back and let them know because there was a bad connection on the phone and they had no problem fixing it for me, I have never had any issues with this jack in the box, I would choose this location over the one in New Caney in a heartbeat because they were very nice to me. Awesome job guys keep up the great work

We enjoyed very good, filling shakes of all of their varieties: chocolate, vanilla, strawberry, and Oreo. They even gave us extra cups so we could share our shakes with each other. Service, however, for *only* ordering shakes was slow.

My visit tonight took over 25 minutes to get my order, there was only 1 person infront of me in the line and the place wasnt busy. The japapenos were old, dark brown and moist like they had been fried twice and sat around. They did give me a free cheesecake for the wait, really it wasnt worth the time waiting there though. But overall this jack in the box is still good usually and I have no idea what couldve caused them to take so long. Whatever, stuff happens I guess. But it was disapointing.

My Tacos weren't crunchy fresh,it's Jack n the Box and I know they must make 1000 for lunch maybe make only 900 next time lol just wanted fresh tacos they still hit the spot

Made to order exactly as we requested only reason no ot a 5 star is bc the Dr Pepper wasnt available to have in my order so we had to get sweet tea instead. Would have preferred Dr Pepper. Had it been available they would have received 5 stars.

Staff is great. However, twice ive come thru in 1 week and the order as been messed up. Never happens when I go inside. Only at the drivethru Ordered 6 tacos and a large fry. Got 3 tacos and a small fry in a large fry box ...3 days before that.. Ordered a sourdough jack and loaded mini tacos... Got a spicy siracha sourdough and mini tacos.. Non loaded. Its happened on other occasions too. But i catch it at the window before i drive off. Order a dr. Pepper large... Got a medium diet coke.? Yikes 😬 Love the staff though. Always friendly with great smiles. Just need to double check the bags 👍

It's a Jack in the box so no ones expecting gourmet. I will say that my food was hot and fresh and the very pretty girl( not really important but she was remarkable) was very polite and professional. My order was correct and delivered quickly.

Update, as of this edit, no issues with this location. They seem to have gotten more settled in management and are getting things right UNLOADED FRIES I visit this Jack in the Box somewhat regularly being close to my house. On average I'd give it a three to four stars today definitely got knocked down to a two star day. I got the $3 loaded fries... more like unloaded fries. Open the package up and there was a small glob of cheese with a few little chunks of meat... very disappointing

It's a Jack in the Box, so you know what you're getting. That said, the tacos were perfect, but the chocolate shake was a little runny. On the other hand, the restroom was very clean k they seem to take pride in that, which is a good thing). I'll go back.

I was in here for at least 30 minutes just watching and observing. I understand it was close to closing time for the inside, so things were bound to move a little slower. But I have to give the utmost respect to Monica. She was everywhere taking orders, bagging them up, sending them through the drive-thru, and even running them outside. Outside of actually cooking the food, you would’ve thought she was in there completely by herself. Monica, your work ethic does not go unnoticed. Keep up the amazing work your dedication truly shows. 👏🏾

Haven't eaten at a Jack in the box in over a year. We were super happy to see one and couldn't wait to eat there. I tried the spicy chicken strip. I was disappointed with them. The wife was very happy with the sourdough meal. The best part was the tacos...even better than we remembered. The dinning room was clean and service was good.

I had surgery and my husband asked me if I felt like eating. I decided to get a chicken salad here. Never had to pull up and wait for a salad before. After a good wait they brought it out the chicken breast was in a separate paper container. they didn't even cut it up!!! Then when I ate it later it was very dry. Never going there again,too slow and the worst chicken.

This location is very dated not well kept, asked for my food FRESHLY cooked sooo no complaints there I don't really deal with JITB but Mozzarella Sticks & Jalapeño Poppers weren't bad at all.

We went inside, and it was freezing. Even our food got cold because the fan was blowing too strongly.

I felt sorry for the staff; it was obvious they were short staffed and tired and still a long car line behind me. My order (2 Jumbo Jack combos only totaling $13 bucks) was small and took very long. I was very patient and felt sorry for them. They were apologetic and sweet though. My hats off to them!

Very slow service most people had to wait 10-15 minutes for food. I was at location for 4hr waiting for my ride, first I got a soda. Shift changed then this girl was super duper slow for real 15 minutes wait. I ordered coffee and a breakfast sandwich and waited who knows how long. I asked for extra cream extra sugar kid brought me black cold coffee. Told girl please finish school so your not working here long. ;)

Retracting my old review this place was a 2 star location to me it wasn't that great at all. But the on staff people on 08/15/2022 at 12:30am really suprised me. Food was 5 out 5 the buns where fresh this time meat wasn't hard and over cooked like previous times. they where quick with orders and double check to make sure i needed anything. I also went back just to tip the whole crew. 5/29/23 food was good but super slow took literally 23min and forgot my tacos on my order wasn't about to wait another 20min to get them

The drive thru order taker didn't know the products well. We wanted alot of ketchup and no other sauces. Instead we got all thr other sauces and few ketchup. The order did come out fast which was the purpose of a drive thru trip. Better than burgerking cleveland

I pulled up to the order box and the little girl told me to wait one second, I didn't have a problem with that at first but after 7 minutes had gone by and there was no line in front of me any longer I was getting a little frustrated. I said hello and she admitted to forgetting that I was in line even though there were five people behind me, once I ordered I had to wait another 10 minutes for my food... The girl had an attitude at the window, and forgot that I had asked for no ice in my drink. The guy that handed me my food was sweet, but that chick with the rose tattoos all down her arms really made my experience bad...

Drive-thru line takes forever every time (even if im the only one in line)!! They always ask me to pull forward to the front when there is nobody even behind me in line, what's the whole point of that. Then I wait 10 more minutes out in the front and eventually have to get out of my car and go get my order cause they probably forgot about me. Definitely inconvenient and ridiculous!

I love jack in the box salads they are pretty good, but I went today to get a salad and the salad looks like they just cut a lettuce in half! it susually comes with roman lettuce, but this one looks terrible the lettuce where so big and the salad look like a mess the lettuce has a lot water on them. and also the ladies on the drive were laughing when they took my order nothing professional, I know is a fast food restaurant but we expect to at least the food would be decent. this happen in the afternoon.

Staff is unattentive and will intentionally ignore you as you wait to order. Rude.

Stopped for quick lunch. The girl that waited on us was so helpful but the dining g area was horrible. There were only 2 people there eating and every table was dirty. I had to ask for rag to wipe table so we could sit down. The drink area was bad with spilled drinjs and trash. Floors were really bad. Bathrooms were a mess. If dining g area was this bad I wonder about the kitchen. Food was ok.

If it wasn't for the side salad I don't think I could even give Jack in the Box two stars, the food is all fattening, there's no healthy stuff really to speak of besides the chicken salad and I'm tired of eating it. Give us more healthy food! And don't give us vegetables grown in Mexico where they hate us and they spread feces all over it!

They forgot my tacos so I had to go back thru the drive thru to get them. They gave me the original tacos they had made for me 10 minutes prior. When I made it home and pulled everything out of the bag I noticed my large curly fries was less than half full. When I dumped them out there were only a few curly fries on top of regular fries. I wouldn't buy large fries if I wanted a medium. I wouldn't buy regular fries if I wanted curly. I would have been fine waiting another 3 or 4 minutes for fries, I had already spend over 20 minutes in line so what's a few more to actually get what you pay for. I used to go out of my way to stop at this JIB, not anymore.

I've been here plenty of times. If ain't one thing it's another. One time I had a problem with the lady at the drive thru. But after that things were better. Today though the taco's were greasy as hell. Greasy, and soggy. So bad that the oils was bleeding through the paper. I don't work there , but damn someone needs to take control,and improve the quality of food.

Thursday, July 24 at 4:15 I go through the drive-through and asked for extra lettuce on my tacos. I confirmed at the payment window that he heard me ask for extra lettuce. They put so little lettuce on the tacos that one of the tacos had almost none. Extremely disappointing! How can you completely ignore one simple request? The tacos tasted stale too. Zero customer service skills and stale tasting food.

Most of the time, the food is not hot, and the wait is long in the drive thru. Today, I ordered pick up and walked in. My order was not ready and I still had to wait. When I got home, the food was barely warm and my loaded potato wedges were cold, and were not "loaded". Besides the small splash of cheese on the left side of the photo, do you see any cheese? They were not even edible so I threw them out. So ridiculous. And no, they were not even busy. Do better Jack!

Just went through the drive thru and ordered 6 tacos,curly fries,French fries and a burger.The lady asked if I wanted any sauce and I told her "A lot of hot sauce please" she gave me an ugly look. Next thing you know,I look at my bag and she only put 3 packets of hot sauce.What am I, just eating one taco or two ??.Please be more considerate next time.

This Jack in the box location in splendora is cheating it's customers they are using the same hamburger patty for every burger that's why the ultimate burgers look the same as a regular jumbo jack when I asked the manager about it she said that's how they do it. I bought an ultimate burger meal at another location and they are very different

Total rudeness from the girl who took my order like 2 weeks ago. Ordered Triple Jack bacon cheesy burger. Did not have the bacon cheesy sauce. Neither did my sons. The bacon swiss my wife order was completely dry. Avoid this jack in the box. They always mess up

Last night, only the drive thru was open. Pulled up right at 11 pm when Sonic closed. Drove away from the window at 1150. Waited forever once at order speaker for someone to take my order. Also had a line, wrapped around the building, and employees outside smoking. Guess I'll be going to the New Caney one always in the future.

Literally everytime we go here there's at least 2 items either missing or incorrect. You'd think we'd learned out lesson by now, and quit going or at least learn to check and make sure everything's correct before we leave. It's just that usually we have the kids and are in a hurry. The most aggravating thing about this place though is that there were 2-3 times this happened before I ever even made it a point to call and complain. Then after about 3-4 times of this happening, I finally call to say something. We had got dinner after a late school event one night, got all the way home and open our good only to realize half the order is incorrect. When I called that acted like no big deal they said they remember me and theyd write my name down to correct it in my next visit. We'll on my next visit I asked about it and they had no record, also asked for a receipt, and when I told her i don't keep my fast food receipts from a month ago, she proceeded to get hostile and told me they don't do anything without a receipt.... I'll never go here again, this place is awful! Super slow too.

I've been eating J & B Tacos for 50 years. Rolled through to grab some. Was in shock when they handed me lil packages of taco sauce, and they weren't J& B Taco sauce I've ever tasted. Asked the nite manager why no taco sauce on the taco. She informed me she had been making tacos at J & B for 13 years and in New Caney she don't put sauce on tacos, makes them soggy. I was like oh really. Jack needs to get his folks back in line and get back to basics. Loose the artesian whatever they are, bring back the Bonus Jack, start putting Jack's Taco Sauce back on the tacos, and loose that butter whatever it is that tastes like Crisco. There is a reason McDonald's still serves Big Mac's and Quarter's with cheese. My best advice is to avoid the New Caney location unless you like bland cardboard like choices. Thankfully there is a McDonald's right next door.

They take the fast out of fast food. There's no way I should be waiting 15 minutes for a drive through order. It's ridiculous.

Ordered over $50 worth of food. Asked for sauce and they only wanted to give me 2 sauces and wanted to charge for more. Worst Jack in the box I’ve ever been to in my life. Management is terrible and it shows! I’ve gone on numerous occasions and they are closed because they do not have enough employees. There is an employee inside answering drive thru letting everyone know that they are closed due to no employees. Tonight I went and they listed AT LEAST ten items that they were out of!! WE had a online order and we went to pick it up.The workers told us to pull up in the drive way and they will bring out our food because it wasent ready.So we were waiting for 40 minutes and we werent the only ones there were 4 cars waiting for their order.So I decided to go inside and they were talking and laughing and I asked if the order was ready and they said they were gonna check and it was ready.I told them we waiting and the guy said oh I forgot.HORRIBLE management.We got home and they messed up our order.

One work awful, first I sat in the drive through for 10 minutes and never received a hello I'll be right with you or anything, staff was rude especially the shift manager. I would not feed this food to a stray dog I ordered two ultimate breakfast sandwiches and a sausage croissant every bit of it was wrong , one of the breakfast sandwiches had not even a half a piece of ham on it a tiny sliver of bacon that you couldn't even see and when I went up to return it they pulled it completely apart right in front of me and then tried to reassemble it and give the same sandwich back to me . Rest assured I will never return there again. And if you were smart you would go right next door to SonicI told them they could keep the sandwich and shove it up their butt it was gross . And the place is not very clean as well. And that is not the first time that I have thrown away the food before I left the parking lot. I figured it was just a one time accident, I was wrong

Came through the drive through to get the breakfast #27, meat lovers burrito meal. It's my fault for not checking the bag but didn't receive my hash brown, and the burrito that is supposed to be "meat lovers" was mostly tortilla and egg. So I basically paid almost 10$ for a tortilla and orange juice, can definitely say not a sound investment. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

I always come here and the managers are very sweet and everyone working here is very friendly.. this young girl named Yuridiana working the front counter told us after the fact we ordered lots of food and tacos for all 4 kids that they do not give out ranch .. mind you I’m not one to complain but she could of said .. hey just to let you know tiny tacos and regular tacos do not come with ranch And only 3 meal deals and 3 orders of tacos only come with 2 ranch total with the whole order.. I then proceeded to ask for the manager and she ended up giving me 4 with no cost..

First one in line and never got my food. Waited 40 minutes and had to leave with no food because I had to go back to work. Several other people waiting after me got their food and everytime an employee came out they told me it was still being made 🙄.

Horrible experience! Ordered food quickly, they kept messing orders up, part of my order sat the whole time, they kept serving others in front of me, they tried to serve me a burger that had been sitting and fries that were taken off the top of the prep top. The manager made excuses for them. I was there for almost 30 minutes to walk out without anything, the manager tried to scam me out of my money. I paid cash and she said that I will get it back on my card in 3 days but could not get a refund receipt because she said they had to keep it with the register. I told her several times I paid cash, she went into the office and I could hear her telling someone that she should not have to refund the money, the food was ready. Finally she came back out after another 5 minutes and reluctantly gave me my money back with a refund receipt. Not to be that guy, but I could hear them and understand what they were saying in Spanish it was not nice, the Hispanic patrons got their food quickly and correctly.

I feel they need a better process on how to serve customers appropriately. We have waited for our food for 30 minutes . They didn't even have other customers there for me to understand why it took so long for a order that was not complicated. Just for tacos, jalapeño poppers and a #1 .

Horrible management , refused to give my online order. Everybody was scrambling around not knowing what to do while Manager was putting up a truck. Most disorganized and bad attitude of all fast food places I've been across 4 states.

If you want to waste time waiting for "Fast Food" come to this location! I have been trying to give this Jack in the box in particular several chances since it's closer to my house but they take ages even if you decide to get down! I got a number five plane and dry burger I made it very clear I wanted it plain and dry and they even asked just meat and cheese I said yes then I drove up to the window paid $10 for my single burger no meal and guess what when I got home that that burger has sauce on it this was going to be the first thing I ate today thanks it's 8: 00pm by the way

I've been going here almost my whole life due to living so close but this really is the worst Jack in the box I have ever been to. Not once have they ever gotten my order right. They will forget to give you a whole burger or meal and sometimes give you the wrong food in place of what you actually ordered, but usually you're just missing food period. I learned the hard way to check my bag every time I have come here just because I have never gotten exactly what I ordered the first time. Nice workers and the food is usually good but they will mess up your order.

Terrible service! That manager should be fired! She had me wait in the parking lot my whole lunch break, waiting for food while 10 cars passed. I had to go in, and my food sitting there! Why have me wait in the parking lot if you're going to forget about me?!?! She should not work there. That is ridiculous she was on the phone the whole time not even paying attention. Terrible, ownership should get rid of that manager.

This place sucks. They said they weren't taking any customers when I pulled up and told me to leave. Then they were taking other people's orders that were behind me so I pulled through again. Once I was ordering, 2 of the 3 things I wanted they said they didn't have any. One being the blown up picture of the spicy popcorn chicken 😒 Most of them are usually rude too. Just no to this place.

Worst ever. On our way back to Houston and we should have just skipped this place all together. They changed our whole order. Why ask us "is your order correct on the screen" if after that at the window you're going to ask me "what did you have a number 6?" And then proceed to give me the wrong food and wrong size. Then the guy at the window asks us what condiments we want - we state what condiments we want - gives us the bags and there are no napkins, no nothing of what he had just told him 15 seconds ago.... And then gives us flack for asking for them... Do yourself a favor and just go to the Sonic next door...

I don’t usually like to put reviews but today was unacceptable I came from work already tired have putting a mobile order.my milkshake had to be switched to a coffee because the machine did not work which was fine but all I ordered was 12 tacos and some fries that took around 35 min to get and they were cold and when the lady came to bring me my food in an absolutely rude manner after I told her I haven’t received my ice coffee she rudely was saying “they haven’t gave it to you “ and some other comments “I said no “she with an annoyed face left to get the coffee five min later coming back handed me my coffee seeming mad and annoyed i understand it can get busy and it might not be peoples day but there’s no need to take 35min and have an attitude like that

We ordered hash browns in the afternoon... They gave us hard, stale ones made likely hours ago in the morning. Absolutely horrible. We even went back for refund and they would not do so. Absolutely horrid. Will never go back here again.

They want you to use the kiosk and then while you are going through there board they help a coworker order there’s. You have to stand at the counter for at least 5 minutes after order waiting on drinks then when they forget something you have to wait until you get somebody attention.

I placed the order online through the app, the payment went through successfully on my card, but when I arrived to pick it up, it wasn't showing up in the system. To make matters worse, I requested a refund and the manager told me I had to wait until I went to my bank to get a statement and then come back to request the refund. It's absurd!

Lady at the window sounded busy questioning my order a few times which I understand as I manage a restaurant myself. With that being said I ordered a bacon ultimate cheeseburger which she rang up correctly yet I still received a sausage egg and cheese croissant and not the sandwich I ordered. This was supposed to be a chicken club, and I got only half a sourdough bread and the other half is a normal bun. And that wasn't the only issue with my order. It doesn't even take half a brain to work fast food so why is there always an issue when ordering here?
