My family and I are usual regulars who always love to have the waitress Tee! The energy of her is always fun and welcoming and my family and I are always satisfied and full by the time we’re out.
Me and my friend came in and Alex at the to-go counter was so sweet and took care of us right away. She had an amazing attitude and made the whole experiance 10/10. The food came out quickly and correctly, I've been coming here since they opened and I always have a pleasant time.
Alisa is one of the best servers we've had. She is very knowledgeable about the drinks and food items. We will definitely be back.
There was an issue with my delivery (the dasher picked up my order, but never delivered). I contacted BWW and spoke with Haley and I was upset and not very nice. She was apologetic and then transferred me to her supervisor as she was not able to give much detail. Kenneth answered the phone and was sat on the phone with me to find the order and then made sure I was taken care of. I went to store to pick up the order and apologize. All of the to go staff was sweet even though I was non pleasant on the phone. Kenneth and the staff went above and beyond what needed to be done. This IS the definition of great customer service.
Was a bit worried because of the 50/50 reviews, but had a great experience here. Food and service were very good. Was in a big group and we only waited a few minutes.
Malachite was awesome! We had crazy kids and a busy night. He was patient and all of our special orders came out perfect. This location is amazing!!!
Our server, Malachi, was so cool and nice!! He was so quick with his service, he was kind, and so respectful! My friend and I were scared after seeing the reviews, but Malachi was so cool and was so accommodating. They add gave me all of one flavor wings when I asked for two flavors so they gave me 5 extra wings of the missing flavor!! Great experience thanks Malachi!

When I arrived at the restaurant Alley, the bartender was right there to greet me and take my drink order. She also made sure that my food came out perfect and checked in on me multiple times to see if I needed anything. She did a great job. Thank you.
Our server was great, she really made sure we had everything we needed and the general manager Shelby was so accommodating! She was very attentive and stepped in to help with any of our concerns! Would definitely recommend this location, it has really changed over the years for the better!
Super busy location for take out and dine in. Andrew steps in to help his servers and bartenders often. He and Jason kill it when together and make this place function, fast and with well cooked food. Drew really does a lot that is unnoticed and I really appreciate it. Food is usually cooked perfect, love the burgers, wings, tenders and apps.

From the minute we arrived the hostess greeted us with a smile and quickly took us to our table. Her name was very unique, I think it was keiran. She was very personable and seemed like she encouraged her job. The wings were amazing. Love this place
Chris the server is the best thing to happen to this place today is Saturday he’s always there working hard and he helps us every time even when the manager didn’t know what to do he did. ( it was the app deal we was trying to get and none knew how !!!!!!! Best server. Chris!!!!
We stop here a couple of times per month for the lunch deal, which is fantastic. Allie at the bar is top-notch an remembers how we order, which is a real plus. She has a great attitude and we enjoy talking with her. Today, the food was as good as it get! We prefer this location by far over the Tomball and Woodlands locations.
Me and my family have been coming to this location for awhile now and recently had have had the same server the past few times and he has been great. He is very attentive, corrects any mistakes on the drop of a dime, and always makes sure my kiddos are happy with their food and drinks. I see him work with his sister a lot, and I always see them running around since it always seems to be busy. Kitchen usually has some long wait times, but the server still deserves the 5 star.
The experience was outstanding and my server Dee was amazing, I usually have her as a regular sever but she was at the bar today doing an amazing job the food came out in a timely manner it was hot my beer was ice cold with a chilled glass how I like it she brought all the condiments and napkins I needed I didn't have to ask. The store is clean and great atmosphere but dee my server made the experience great best server there I would recommend 10 out 10
We had lunch here today and had a great experience. Our server, Chris, was very attentive and polite. The food was hot & fresh. You can never go wrong with the wings, of course, but I got to Southern Chicken Sandwich today and it was so good. Highly recommend the Arnold Palmer for a refreshing non-alcoholic beverage as well!
Austin was very helpful and kind. Leadership should be commended for having him on their team.

Alexander = "Alex", you are a #1 Customer Service Team... I own couple of business and all that seen while other team members were talking and waisting time while Couple of Familie waiting to be seated left the location, "Alex" was on the ball at all time even with close to Ten (10) Tables did a marvelous job even others adults were doing good handshake signs to him only. A Note to the Owner: You have "Alex", a Hard Worker Professional that Deserves a Public "Thank You".
This Buffalo Wild Wings is in a great location and is surrounded by lots of other great places to eat. Once inside and has a nice big bar with plenty of seating as always the TVs are great, and today the bartender is fabulous given me great service. There is also plenty of parking out front so you never have to walk too far.
Hailey was amazing! Food was taking a little long but she kept up updated and let us know the kitchen got a little backed up. She let us know as soon as it got done she’ll run it out to us, And she sure did wings were hot and fresh. She was so sweet we will be returning and hopefully have Hailey as our waitress again!
The franchise we all love BUT THIS LOCATION IS SUPERIOR FOR SURE. The cleanliness from outside to inside . Loved that all of the monitors showed different sports . The wait time was minimal . I asked for suggestions of flavors and the to go lady helped me decide . I tried Asian zing for the first time . On the spice level I would say it’s spicy 😮💨. But in a good way . I’m super sensitive to spices but it was tolerable and I’ll be getting it again . This location was not stingy with the amount of sauce and I loved it . I went in for BOGO keep in mind it’s buy one get one 50% off not free . I missed the fine print .

This location had the cleanest bathroom anywhere. I felt really good about their ability to keep a clean facility. If a restaurant can't keep a clean establishment, then forget about the capability of the kitchen. The service was excellent. The food was great. I tried all new items to me ( tenders, onion rings, mozzarella sticks ) all fresh, hot , and very tasty. The atmosphere was very active as the Astros battled on t.v. The boys came up short , but they will come back .

01/11/25 4 pm we went and waited an hour to get a drink. The waiter was too busy watching the game to help the customers. We waited an hour to get a drink. He never brought us the drinks or the appetizers we ordered. We were asked by another server "Asia" if we would like some straws. We ask her if she could be out server and she offered to put in our order in. After a while she saw we didn't have our food and became our server. The server named Asia needs to be rewarded for stepping up and giving excellent customer service.
I am solely reviewing my experience at the bar as we did not eat during our visit. We wanted to go out to watch the UFC match and decided on this Buffalo Wild Wings location. Once we were seated (not crowded, just no one paying attention to the front desk) our waitress was friendly and prompt. Beer was cold and the appetizers hot and tasty. Unfortunately, the traditional bone in wings were overcooked and dry. We both sauced and dry rub but neither help the dry wings. They were dried out enough that they could have come from a buffalo 😖.
Can’t complain about the wings, they’re excellent. But the service is super slow and it feels like the waiters don’t even see me. Whenever I need something it won’t be there until 20 minutes after finishing my meal. Also food takes way too long. But the waiters are nice. Chill environment overall
Sometimes the bone in chicken wings are over cooked and do not appear to be marinated beforehand. Too often I can’t stay because the atmosphere does not feel like a sports venue. Too often there are too many young children or babies in this restaurant after 9pm or during adult happy hrs. This place is too loud for babies; damaging to ears. The bathroom is regularly dirty. If the patio were open there might be cause to stay or hang out since there is nice fountain to look at. So often I would like to stay but the patio which generally could be an option is never open. No kids in bar during happy hour or late hrs at a minimum would be nice.
Love Bdubs and order take out often from here. I was a little disappointed this trip. Ordered the 20 pc boneless with large fry online..... picked up my order got home, opened the frys and looks like i got a small fry and thats not what i ordered......box is barely half full and its usually full to the top...needless to say my buddies and i had to ration out the frys.... i just wish someone would check the order before you let your customers drive all the way there and back home to find this out... Other than that i dont have any complaints.
Honestly only go there for wings and beer to watch games and such. For anything else it's a hit or miss. Service is just setting in so don'y judge them to hard. They aren't paid well either so give them a break. It is a nice location but this chain's food options have declined. I guess they'll keep good chicken wings in place at least.
I mean, you can't go wrong with traditional wings. I've never had anything else on the menu beside the potato wedges because i figure what they specialize in is wings, and so I've never really been disappointed. The wings are usually quite huge. Overall, I like this place because of the sauce selection. You really can't beat Buffalo Wild Wings' sauce list.
Ordered takeout. Every time I come in no one greets me even though there's multiple servers milling about. This time I ordered the food 35 minutes before arriving and still had to wait an additional 15 minutes for my wings and to seen sranding at the takeout counter. This is the case every time I come here, order ahead of time, show up a little late, and the food still isn't ready. Food is hot and tastes good at least.
We went in for dinner. Our server was rude, didn’t greet us, had an attitude the whole time. We had to keep calling her over cause she never came to check up and see if we needed anything. We usually go to the Buffalo Wild Wings location that’s by 249 and 1960 and we always have a great experience. The food was pretty good but the service from her was horrible. I think her name was Anamarie.
Lesson: Have them show you what you're ordering because quality control for order accuracy is a fail. Take a look at the photo of the blank "reviewed by" label, nothing checked! No sauce! I asked if my fried pickles had sauce. Did not check I guess the kid at the pick up was confident enough to tell me it should be there. Sauce wasn't. That sucks! I see the automated responses, and continuous poor experiences from unfortunate customers that goes back over three months.
Really disappointed in this location. Some of our food was fine, but the parts that were bad, were basically inedible and after looking at our receipt that didn't show each item, I'm starting to wonder if the removed part wasn't actually removed. Brisket tacos were not edible, our to go order of chicken tenders were beyond old and had to be thrown away. Probably won't be back I'd there is that little care of what is coming out of the kitchen. Wings were pretty okay.
My companion and I sat down to order and eat. The waitress seemed to get a car attitude with my friend. And when she asked for fresh chips and ato reheat the quseo the waitress became visibly upset took her tray and threw it on another table. And told another waitress to get it. Guest seated after us had their food first. Then they brought out my food which was cold. I asked where her food was waitress stated another person would come and finish her order. When she told us she can send in 2 orders at the same time. Her food came out cold also we were going down hill fast at this point. She asked for the manager who finally came out and also seemed upset with my friend. Manager agreed to remake the order. The food came back quickly. I didn't realize at first that my order was wrong. I ordered orange chicken and jerked chicken wings everything came with 1 sauce it seems. By this point I'm not sending anything back to the kitchen. The last waitress was very kind. And she had a nice tip. I doubt I will ever come to this location ever again.
They never check the takeout orders and always leave things out - or give all Ranch regardless of what is on the ticket. The food is usually good but Door Dash and regular takeout orders are always missing something. Wild and Nashville sides of sauce in this case. They have a process to avoid this problem but obviously they do not follow it.
First time in a Buffalo Wild Wings. When we entered nobody was there to greet us or seat us - I came to the pick up area and nobody was there either - I waited at least 10 minutes until somebody came - the servers were busy with the tables that were not dirty. I don't know how a sport bar managers don't know what to put on the TVs. Saturday NFL games weren't on any tvs until I asked for it. However cutoff for Celtics game early third quarter. I left. Arrived to place a take out order at the bar. Bar tender did not acknowledge me or welcomed for the first 10 minutes. She tended to her other customers. I guess what irks me is that I didn't mind her waiting on her usual customers, but she could have said I will be will you in a moment. That's what customer service is all about.
The wings were scrawny no meat on them very dry. Fry's were moderately warm second cook. Bartender was good attentive. Beer was cold at least.
Took over an hour to have my food ready for pickup. After countless times the hostess said less than 5 minutes. On top of that, had multiple people order and get their food before me. All i ordered was the boneless bundle with fries. And when i got home, they were bone in wings not boneless. Probably not going to this location again.
Bad food, bad service. This is the worst BWW I have ever been to. Wings were fried hard, old and cold. Sent them back only for them to bring out the same wings, just warmed up. Instead of fixing it correctly, the waitress said "I will just take it off of your bill"

His comment I'm by myself I'm sorry. There were at least 10 tables and he was all alone. Do better manager with managing the staff.
The worst location I've been to. Was told the wait was going to be 45 mins to an hour and when the time was up, they told us they were maxed out. Never told us before the time or anything, I had to eat them know. Trash service.
We have given this place so many chances because it is close to our house and it's a place where we can go to watch sports. However, every single time we dine in the service sucks. It takes forever for someone to greet you, we waited 15 minute to place a drink order. No one that works here acts like they even want to be here. No one. Eating out cots too much now a days to deal with crappy service. Every. Single. Time.
This place has gotten my order wrong on several occasions, to the point where when I order pick up I have to call in and make sure they read the ticket otherwise I know, not think, know that they will get it wrong. The wait times are horrendous, the food is mediocre, and to top it off, they once tried to charge me for a second burger after they screwed up my first. All for food that is only occasionally good. I have given this place second chance after second chance, but each and everytime I am disappointed and frustrated.
We ordered two different wings for two of my children, we went to pick them up and read the receipt to check that everything was correct with the order. Indeed, everything was well described, it turns out that when we got home and opened the cardboard containers we realized that the orders came with totally different flavors than what we ordered. It is not possible that companies like this leave it in the hands of irresponsible people who have no idea what it means to leave a good image to consumers. It will be the last time I order here Big City wings will be our preference from now on.
We got there and no one was at the host stand. We waited until finally someone came, she didn’t look like she knew what she was doing and told us that if we wanted to sit at the high tops tables that we could sit wherever we wanted. We proceed to walk to the tables only to see all of them were dirty or occupied. We told her it was dirty and she said that’s our waiters job and left. We stood there by the table watching servers pass by us, hoping someone would help. We waited 10 minutes until we asked them to clean it again. Another 5 minutes later they finally start cleaning it (very slowly). We really wanted Bdubs so we decided to stay despite the awful service- our mistake. We sat down and proceeded to wait another 10 minutes, no one came not even once. We got tired of waiting with absolutely no service and left. Mind you it wasn’t busy at all.

This bartender named Alisa refused to service me because she claimed my drivers license was fake. I’m from Alabama and also a nurse with a valid license . I spoke with the manager and she told me that this wasn’t the first racist incident that has happened with the bartender . I will be calling cooperate ! So you mean to tell me that this business doesn’t see other customers from different states smh . I hope cooperate does the right thing because she is racist and clearly is small minded !
First off why are no prices on drinks posted anywhere. Asked waiter about price and they had no idea prices. Said they would come back, never did, so I did not order any alcohol. Then service was slow, and a half our group tried the special chicken burgers, they did not taste anywhere near as good as they sounded. Definitely not worth the price, 2 meals, no alcohol, one soda, $30, for slow and poor tasting meal. To many good restaurants around to want to come back to here.
My order said ready at 10:20 l, I got here and waited ten minutes and no one came to the front, so I had to find an employee cleaning a table and ask for my takeout order. She told me it would be a couple minutes. After 15 minutes, they came up to me and apologized and told me the kitchen forgot to make my order. I got my food at 11:59 :’)
I placed my order online and came in after the time my order was supposed to be ready knowing they take forever. I didn't get my food until thirty minutes after my pickup time. This is ridiculous. Edit after trying the food: I just tried the food and honestly everything was horrible except for the fries. The burgers were overcooked, the wings were like rocks and dry, and the cheese curds were missing the sauce they come with. Lastly everything was cold except the fries. It is ridiculously frustrating waiting an extra 30 minutes and the food still coming out cold. By the way I am only 15 minutes away so it's not like I was driving every far that the food got cold on the road.
Learning the difference between sauce and dressing is important. No dressing does not mean half my wings dont get sauce. Very fortunate that I have my own for this exact kind of problem.
Horrible place, they have a big line of people waiting for a host for at least 15mins when the place weren’t busy a employees just walking like they don’t even work there. We have to wait until one server came and she cleaned her own bar tops so we could seated there with our kids.Dirty floors, no manager around. I can understand if they are short staff but little bit more caring about your customers who are coming to your establishment would be helpful.
Absolute HORRIBLE service on MULTIPLE occasions. This was my third and LAST time trying this location. Multiple servers in an almost empty building made eye contact with my party and I but did not even acknowledge us even after two other separate parties walked in. After 5 mins of waiting to even be greeted we left foreseeing the service that would await us. I love BDubs but this location needs help bad.
Usually this place is a great foodie spot. But today, I don’t know what happened. I had to wait almost 35 minutes for my order (a 10 wings) and when they finally were done, the wings cold and had some sort of black substance on a few of them. I went back in to let them know about the issue, they took the same wings and put more sauce on them (which I didn’t ask for) and handed them back to me. I was shocked. I asked for a refund and I’ll never to this location again. May not to get the health department involved.
Our waitress was too busy downing shots with one table that she never filled our waters once the entire hour we were there. Never checked up on us. But so help her god dont let her forget to check up on the table that was right next to us buying her shots. Only time she came by was to ask if we needed the check. And even that took another 15 min. After we paid. She said, we can leave now. Maybe have a meeting or something on customer service with Saray.
We walked in to be seated. After standing for a couple of minutes we walked to the bathroom and came back out only to stand longer. As the waitress walked over to seat us she was visibly bothered. We told her we would wait for a booth to be cleaned. While waiting it was cleaned but no one came to seat us . Other guests walked in and waited but decided to just sit at the bar. After being seated I was brought two different beverages but both contained food inside them and on the side of the glass. While seated I watched a couple of people walk in to be seated and still never greeted. We decided to leave and eat elsewhere
Waited almost an hour for an online order. (After placing it 20 mins prior to the hour). Still never received my food. Had to walk out because if you can’t make a single wrap when the restaurant is this empty in a hours time, There’s a problem. Manager was supposed to cancel the payment but still was charged. Nothing offered for the inconvenience of not getting food and having no time to get food elsewhere before a work shift. Also customer service was kids on cell phones not looking up at line of people waiting for orders. Would go to another location if you want food from bdubs.
To make a mistake on an order I made is no big deal. Things happen. But to make a mistake every time I place an order is very frustrating especially when it's being delivered. And there's no one who can pick up the phone when I call to correct the mistake. It just ends the call after waiting for someone to pick up. And when I end up driving up there after having it delivered, there's no one there to help. It's not even busy! There's no one at the front, no one at the to go area and no one at the bar. What a terrible joke...

This is the closest and newest location to my house. I like to order ahead and pick up because of the COVID situation. Every time the wait is pretty long, the area to wait in is packed, the orders are usually missing something and I have to always double check my order, and the food has been subpar. Today was especially appalling. It was a Tuesday and we decided to do an order I understand the wait is long but it was almost 50 minutes for me to get my order. Then my order was missing an entire entree item, not just a side or something small. This is from an order with only five items. I get it taken care of which takes another 10 minutes. Then I get home and eat, and my food and fries are mostly stale from sitting somewhere too long. Lastly as I am halfway through my bone in wings I find there is a feather on one of my wings covered in sauce, take a look for yourself. I will most likely avoid this place in the future and take my business elsewhere.
This place has awful service. We went and the host gave us a 15 minute wait. The people after us also got a 15 minute wait. Everyone after us suddenly had an hour wait time and we noticed that they were leaving. I asked the host if we were still on a 15 minute wait and she said yes. After waiting more than 20 minutes I asked her for our table and she said that we would have to wait an hour. No apologies and had attitude. We went again today to give it a second chance. This time they sat us quickly but we waited and waited and the server never came to our table. We asked the host for a server and still didn’t come. It’s awful how slow they are and how they ignore customers.
Staff was extremely rude to my daughter and ignored her several times. Then when they finally brought her the order it was wrong. Place smells like a dirty mop and food is as bad as the staff.
Extremely slow service times. Took several minutes for someone to even acknowledge I had walked in. Once I got someone’s attention, I had arrived 10 minutes later than my projected online order time. And the my said they were busy and would still take another 20 minutes. If it’s going to take 1 hour for the food to be prepared the app/online service should have stated that much. This location is understaffed and cannot keep up.
Well, How should I start. The waitres I had was zooming all over the place, except coming to our table, she and other waitress were going to the restroom every five minutes and then coming out wiping their running noses. Stay away from this place the food will come out cold and my burger was also a little raw in the center
We waited more than an hour for the food. Really bad service. They need to improve their kitchen. 0 stars.
Ok, so deleted previous 1 star review for. 6 months ago, never heard a response from the establishment, and well, her we go again. We thought we would give the app ordering a try. I had ordered 30 wings with desert heat dry rub and the sauces on the side. The online ordering does not have any option for notes to ensure the order would be correct so I actually called after placing the order and told them. When I got to the establishment 5 mins earlier than expected time to be ready annd talked to the person behind the counter, she said she thought that I was wanting them naked. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. She runs back to the kitchen to fix her wrong instructions. We ordered a 30 count of “mixed”, normally would order all flats but decided let’s see how it goes. We had 25 drumsticks and 5 flats. Wasn’t too happy about that. We also ordered a side of cheese curds. We received the little box with the cheese curds and there were 18 in it. They barely covered the box bottom. The quantity was extremely off compared to orders past. Now to the quality of the wings. They looked like naked wings that had been sitting out in the entire for 25 mins and then had dry run sprinkled and it wouldn’t stick to the dry wings. I swear they tasted like yesterdays wings that were heated under a heat lamp for 2 hours then pulled out from under it after 150% of the moisture was removed from the wings. I believe they created wing jerky. They were not even warm, they were closer to room temp as I only live 5 mins, max, from the store. This establishment is absolutely horrible with to go orders. We have had decent experiences eating there but typically the service is very lackadaisical at best. I am guessing this might be a corporate store as there just doesn’t seem to be anyone that really cares.
This location steals from their customers. I placed and order online and I picked it up. When I het home noticed more than half of the wings I ordered were missing. I call the store and manager Katie was extremely rude and would not help. I returned for my missing items and she refused to give them to me and she refused to give name to her superior. She made me pay for my missing items again. I have written to corporate for them to check cameras. I want my money back for items I did not receive. Someone there is stealing from customers. They have terrible customer service and management. If I would have gotten my order why would i still pay for the order again.
Tonight I waited almost an hour for my family and I to be seated. The hostess never came back. She had a very bad attitude. They had the space to seat us and they didn't. The manager there is useless at his job. No one even showed his face. I don't know if it was racism. I'll never come back. As soon as we left, they came up to the front and seated everyone except us. No one is going to ask for anything for free. You have to treat people equally. You don't know who might be. Terrible service.
The food at the particular location was cold, overcooked or even over seasoned. Idk how you do all of that but when you order enough food for a family, it's possible. Service was awful as we waiting a substantial amount of time to get even regular drinks. Bar drink was flat, had to sent back and took even longer to get the next beer. The place was dead. Not a crowded time. Will not be going back to this location at all.
I've been eating at this Bdubs since it opened, several years ago. Over the last two years service has declined significantly. We live within 4 minutes, so we would come a lot. In the last year I've told my family we need to stop going to this Bdubs because the service is bad most of the time. At least 8 of my last 10 visits have been bad. We keep going because it's just so close amd we're hoping to see an improvement eventually. Today's visit was one of the worst in a long time. It's my fault, I knew better. It's the last visit for us though. We'll be going to the Bdubs at 249 and 2920 from now on. The extra 10 minutes in the car will be worth it.
Just like last week, I showed up to watch the Rams game, but with my 11yo son this time. I asked for a specific table so we would have a good view, and was told it would be 5 minutes before we could sit. 15 minutes later I was told we couldnt sit there because it was only 2 of us, and the table was for 6. This was being explained to me like Im some kind of asshole for wanting a good seat to watch the game with my kid, at the table I was already told I could sit at. The restaurant was at least half empty, but I was being spoken to like Im an idiot, in front of my kid, and already watched half of the 1st quarter waiting on the table I wasnt allowed to sit at. Thanks for a terrible time
I delayed my order while watching my game at 3:25. When I decided to order, I called the bartender over and placed my order, she wrote it down. After waiting for my order for over half.an hour, she then comes over and asks me if I'm ready to order then went did look in the computer and said I never made it though I watched her write it down. I left and told a manager. The bartender had no people skills as I watched her interact with others. Surely you can do better!
We were sat by a hostess and waited for about 15 minutes, no one took our order for drinks and there were servers just standing around. I don’t know why I keep coming back to this location every time I come here there’s a problem, last time I came here for a to go order all the servers were sitting at a table and not a single one of them could take two seconds to let me know to go to the bar to get my order.
All I know is this is one of the worst restaurant locations I have visited. I do not eat out much stopped here for a quick bite while shopping in the area. OMG they have a serious SANITATION issue here. Ordered Boneless Wings and Chicken Strips and some Fries. SIMPLE....I should have known this would be a miss as the guest before us entering walked right back out. 5mins to be greeted, 15mins to be asked if we're ready to order. I literally am looking at the server clean and clean but again nothing is clean tables/chairs super gross. Staff super lost like I am absolutely regretful that I stopped in and wasted my money because that's is exactly what took place. Sick to my stomach at this location never ever again. Not to mention hair in both my sides Fries long Black hair on top of the fries I asked for them to be replaced okay then the wedges they were actually HOT so I am trying to figure out how the Hair was embedded or fried in between the 2 wedges it was just disgusting overall.
Thought I'd take the family to dinner because my wife is leaving town for the weekend and I work a lot. So my idea was chivalrous but this place ended my mood. It's way too cold in here. The waitress must be new and she's possibly too young. But doesn't drink so she doesn't know the difference between domestic and import beers. Then she disappeared basically the whole time. 2 other waiters helped us. 1st plate of food (chicken wraps took 27mins) 2nd plate Philly sandwich took 30 mins. And my sons food a burger and fries took 35 mins. Place was not busy. We spoke to the manager. She did great editing the price on the bill. Service was poor.
Im here now, been here for 30 minutes. Tried to sit out back on the patio. Nobody cleans off the tables back there so there's empty cups and plates and food on the tables. Had to wait 5 minutes to get a seat inside because they had to clean off tables. Been seated for another 10 minutes before getting a server for drinks. Waited another 10 minutes to get the drink and my 1/2 sweet/unsweetened tea had very little ice and the tea was hot. The Dr.Pepper was a little light on the syrup side. They give out dirty silverware as well, and don't clean the floor. We had the chips and queso for an appetizer. The temperature in here is slightly on the almost too cold for comfort sake. We finally got our food after 45 minutes of waiting. Once the food came my glass was empty and I finished my food before the waitress brought another one, even after she acknowledged that she would get us topped up. Overall, the food tasted just fine, but the service here lacks ALOT!! The branch manager needs to be cycled out in my opinion. Find another career!! If i owned this franchise, id be spinning. I will never patronize this establishment again!! There are other locations I'd rather visit.
Skip this location. Better options at this price point in the area. I've been here 3/4 times in last year. Food takes a long time. Server usually says its cause they're busy. Yet food is cold like its been sitting for 5 min? Tonight's service was especially bad. Everyone's food came out at different times within 15 min and we didnt get silverware until the last plate had arrived. Server could have cared less if we had what we needed.
Unfortunately this visit did not surprise me. The last few visits my family and I have had here contained slow service and dismissing staff. Today was my boyfriend and I’s last straw with this location. We were greeted quickly and sat at a dirty table. The kind hostess wiped off the crumbs and onto our seats. After waiting a bit to be greeted by our waitress, Hailey, she was kind enough to take our whole order quickly, however did not seem to have listened to our request. I had a BOGO Free coupon on my app and her tone rose when I wanted to confirm this location would accept this coupon. Since I had this coupon, I requested for a split of 15/5 due to my lack of appetite. After confirming this was possible for our order, we received a plate of 10/10 split sauces and my boyfriend had to correct her, yet again. When the new wings got brought out, I quickly realized I was not brought my side of carrots (this was requested at the very beginning when I placed my order). I consider myself to be very patient, but about 15-20 minutes passed before she was seen again and we had to remind her about the carrots once again. The bill was brought, incorrectly about 20 minutes later and I was completely disappointed. Lastly, the overall experience was filled with incompetence and was unwelcoming from the beginning. There has never been this many issues and is no excuse to treat a customer.
Went there last night with some friends & my partner our waitress was a bit lost. Still, we didn't blame her she had no training according to her, & we could tell she was all over the place & was left alone they took forever to bring our stuff out, we try to explain to a manager & the manager Kyle Was So rude, I was previously a general manager in a food industry for years & never once did I had the attitude she had towards us, she has no experience as a manager clearly! All she had to do was apologize & explain the situation instead of talking back to us when we weren't rude, we asked why they were taking so long if they weren't that busy & our poor waitress didn't really have help. For a "manager," she needs to do better & have more staff & actually train them!
Last year when we did the all you can eat , it was great! The wings were great ,the service was great , and we enjoyed our left overs to-go. This year was honestly not the best. Maybe we came on an off day? Ordered a blackberry margarita and it tasted watered down and lacked alcohol. I sent the drink back. The wings were hard and overcooked. Extremely to the point i cut my gums trying to chew BONELESS. We asked the server if they could cook the wings a little less. She said she would , but they kept coming out the same for a while. I think she might’ve forgotten. But The last couple sets were cooked perfectly! We were full by the time we got to actually enjoy the perfectly cooked wings. We asked if we could get to go boxes and the server’s whole demeanor changed. She rudely told us no because all you can eat doesn’t get take out. Last year we could so that must be a new thing Buffalo Wild Wings is doing. Which understandable , not the server’s fault , but she didn’t have to be nasty about it. I don’t think I’ll be eating at a Buffalo Wild Wings again because I’ve had bad experiences as an employee and a customer unfortunately…
Disgusting location! I placed an order on DoorDash I live across the street the food was cold and nasty!. I took the food back and waited 45 minutes for my food just to get home open it was a nasty long feather on top! I’ll say the customer service was okay but the quality and food provided deserves 0 stars !
This is the closest BWW to us and every time we come here there is an issue. I'm not sure if the issue is management or Staff. We have been told there are no seats available and no waiting list so we just have to leave. I have never in life been to a restaurant that says you have to leave! We still came back and tried again. There are tons of people waiting outside and inside to be seated. We were told there is a 15-20 minute wait to be seated when 80% of the restaurant is empty. I asked why and was told it's shift change. So, during shift change youre unable to seat guests to eat? I don't understand. A family of five waiting inside said they've been there for ten minutes already and are still being told it will be 15-20 minutes. This place desperately needs to get it together. It's 4pm on a beautiful Saturday and they're running people away and making them wait. Tons of traffic and people
