Our sever Lia was the best sever I ever had. Pluckers is hands-down one of the best spots for wings and good times. The menu is packed with flavor, from their famous wings with an endless variety of sauces to their loaded appetizers and hearty sandwiches. The portions are generous, and everything comes out fresh and hot. What really makes Pluckers stand out is the atmosphere—it’s always lively, perfect for catching a game with friends or enjoying a casual night out. We showed up around 6:30 PM with a party of 15—half adults, half kids. The parking lot was nearly full, but we managed to find a spot. The place was packed, and the hostess quoted us a 30-minute wait, which thankfully ended up being closer to 20. We were seated in a separate room with large roll-up garage-style windows. This time of year, it’s hot outside, so the AC was blasting. Honestly, it was freezing—I wished I’d brought a jacket. Thankfully, the waitress turned off the fans after realizing we weren’t the only ones shivering. She was attentive from the start, taking drink orders for all 15 of us without missing a beat. It took a few minutes, but everything came out fine. Most of us stuck with water, but we also ordered the “Pregame” appetizers: fried pickles ($5), holy macaroni (fried mac & cheese), and fried cheese (mozzarella sticks), both $10. All were worth trying, but the fried cheese stole the show—crispy, gooey, and absolutely delicious. For the main course, we ordered about 60 wings along with some kids’ meals and other entrées. I’m here to talk wings. Our five sauces were: • No Sauce – Someone in our group wanted this. Personally, I think it was a waste of money. Dead last. • Medium – Standard buffalo with a touch of heat. Solid, but nothing special. #4. • Gochujang – Korean-style, hard to describe, but better than Medium. #3. • Bakers Gold – A sweet and spicy buffalo blend. Really good. #2. • Spicy Lemon Pepper – The winner. A mix of Medium sauce with lemon pepper seasoning—bright, zesty, spicy, and hands-down my favorite. Overall, the staff handled our big group like pros. We were served quickly, everyone left full and happy, and the wings alone are worth coming back for. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in the area

Pluckers never disappoints! Their $12.99 deal for 8 wings and fries is an absolute steal. My go-to order is the Manganero wings with spicy ranch such a perfect combo of heat and flavor! I love Pluckers. I am a member and have visited almost every location in TX and LA. My visit today was not on par with the experience I am used to. I went for lunch (1/28/26 @ 1:25-2:30) and the service was extremely slow. The food was great, perfectly cooked. I would say that the team members can do a better job of supporting each other. The 2 servers were swamped and there was no one pitching in to help. I still tipped my server and praised her efforts but she needed support. Even if the team members didn't step up, where were the managers?

Had a great time at Pluckers! The atmosphere is lively and full of energy, especially during live matches. It can get quite loud, but if you're there to cheer for your favorite team, it's the perfect spot — the kids had a great time watching the game. A nice touch: they even have screens in the restrooms so you won’t miss any action! The food was fantastic. The chicken tenders were fresh and the Salad was delicious too. We also enjoyed the mocktails. The staff was very friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even better. Definitely a great place for good food and a fun time!

This was our first time to visit Pluckers. We went for lunch and had about 35 minute wait. The place was very busy and the server did her best to meet our needs and was very friendly. The atmosphere was way better than other popular wing places. We were unsure of a few sauces as they didn’t have a description and she offers to give us samples. We sampled the Hallelujah and Bakers Gold and am so glad we were able to because we ended up picking those sauces for our 5 wing combos. We enjoyed our stay and will most likely come again.

So I went to Pluckers this location, Specifically, this location The last Saturday of 2025 and had one of the best days in a while till the point that I went to work it was actually ready for the college football game, but then I told my cousins from California(Who has never had it before) that we should try pluckers going into the new year and as highly as I wanted to write a review, that was good … The size of these wing gets and even the sizes of the pieces of chicken were very disappointing and I’ve had the pieces literally days before so for me to have two different experiences in the same turnaround time made me realize that ordering online from pluckers is not the best experience, especially if they give you pieces like this.

Good wings but the water they serve in drinking cups is the same water that comes out when you flush the toilet. All of their drinks are therefore contaminated. The wings are pretty good tho, bring your own drink lol

We’ve been to this Pluckers twice. The wings are pretty good, but last time they still had feathers and quills on them, so that was kind of gross. If you like celery with your wings, there’s a reason it’s free. (You get what you pay for) The celery we were served looked like the photo both times. Why would you diminish your guests’ impression of you by serving crappy celery, of all things? When I brought it to the server’s attention, he didn’t see any issue. He said the celery always looks like that. He didn’t even offer to get us different celery. He actually said he picked that celery out just for us-and those were the best pieces of celery out of all of them..that was as good as it gets. LOL. How ridiculous. This server was not good at all. Waiting tables and hospitality is a lost art and these apathetic, clueless servers will damage your business.

Mid food, stood at the host stand for over 10 minutes before seated (almost every table was open), should look into hiring a new hostess. server didnt seem interested in providing service when i questioned the menu, manager sat in a booth on her phone smacking gum the entire time. Mostly decent food just a let down compared to other locations.

Literally never coming back here at all I just walked out with my family of 7 , we had decided to eat here to celebrate a bday but the hostess were rude and no waiter came close to our table to attend us. Literally waited like 10 to 15 mins. Worst place to come eat wings . They were not even busy at all. My money isn’t worth at this place. They sure didn’t care about us walking away because they even said thank you for coming and I took that as a smart remark.

Disappointing experience from start to finish. Our server was openly rude, impatient, and acted like taking our order was a huge inconvenience. Simple questions were met with attitude, and we felt rushed the entire time. To make it worse, the order still came out wrong. When we pointed it out, there was no apology—just more attitude, as if the mistake was somehow our fault. No effort to fix it properly or make things right. Good food can’t make up for bad service, and unfortunately this place failed on both fronts. Won’t be coming back.

I though they still had there jumbo wings but they just had normal one which I have had better at wing stop, not only that but my fries where cold and my wife's buffalo bits half where hot and half where cold said something to the waiter he apologized to us but no manager came to say anything to us. We came in and got on the waitlist and we went outside to wait we revived the notification that our table was ready we headed inside and were waiting for about 5 minutes and kept seeing everyone else coming in get seated. We got asked by a girl with bangs and a black shirt if we were waiting on a to go order or a table and we responded a table. I then see one of the hostesses that took our name glance at us and do something on the iPad and that’s when we received a notification we were taken off the waitlist when we have been waiting this whole time inside and they knew we were waiting in a table then we approved the same girl with bangs and she said that yes we got taken off the list because we didn’t come inside on the first notification which is untrue because we came inside and she knew we were waiting on a table then she proceeds to say we have to get in the wait list all over again and wait again to get seated instead of fixing their mistake. I’ve never had an issue at this location but maybe they should have better communication with the front end team.

This was my absolute favorite place to come eat and have drinks we just came off work with a 18 ft trailer and all the tools on we put the air compressor inside the truck so we could go eat inside i went inside and all I wanted was a table next to the window so I could see the trailer with tools there were 2 empty tables and just because we were only 3 we could not get them they sat me far the restaurant wasn't even full you ruined this place for me I get it if the restaurant was full but it wasn't...

Our visit to this restaurant on August 10 at 6:52 PM was an absolute disaster. We requested a booth for our 1 year old . as tables are unsafe since she grabs food. The hostess, Evelyn, denied us, claiming the booth was for “bigger parties.” When a booth opened up, we asked to move, but Evelyn was incredibly rude, saying, “take it up with your server see what she can do it’s not my problem.” I explained it was for our child’s safety, but she showed no care. Only our family witnessed this, so the staff can’t twist the story. Our server, Nye, was great and attentive, but she was busy, so after waiting 5 minutes, we moved to the open booth ourselves. The manager, Alen, then confronted us, saying we couldn’t stay there because of our stroller. I offered to put it away, but he was dismissive and unhelpful. Only our family saw this interaction, so they can’t deny it. The experience was so awful that we couldn’t finish our food and left early. To make matters worse, when we got home, we discovered the chicken we ordered was raw , completely unacceptable. Despite Nye’s excellent service, the unprofessional behavior from Evelyn and Alen, their disregard for our young child’s needs, and the undercooked food ensure we’ll never return.
