This restaurant and location are family favorites for my husband and mother in law. Though I do wish they still had their Original Chicken Crispers, I'll forgive them because this location's servers are always the most pleasant people to talk to. I can't say much for dinner service but their lunch service is top notch and keeps us coming back.

Great place. Even for being super understaffed our server was very attentive and helpful. She was great with our kids and very polite...which is not very common right now. All the food arrived timely and was a great temperature. Just a good time and would recommend. Be good to your servers and bar staff...they are busting their butts.

Me and children had a wonderful experience recently dining at this location of Chilis. We ordered babyback ribs, fajitas, and other entries. The service was excellent and food tastes great. We had a wonderful time and will certainly visit again.

Our server was amazing!! I’m mad I can’t remember her name but I plan on going back and tipping her again. My bill was higher than expected so I couldn’t leave a decent tip but I will happily return and give her the tip she deserved! I was at Chili's today and, let me tell you, I had a five-star experience at a three star price. That experience was thanks to my waiter Josiah. He was kind, fast, courteous and extremely attentive. He was truly one of the best waiters I've ever had at any restaurant. Josiah is the reason I will be coming back and requesting his service is again.

If you haven’t been at this location recently, you should. This is not the “old chilis by Home Depot”. Everyone is very nice. The place is super clean. The food is tasty and fresh. The prices are much better than other places around. My family and I stopped visiting this place a few years ago. A few weeks ago, we decided to stop by and we were impressed with the changes. Due to the good experience we recently had, we went again yesterday. It was a good experience again. They have improved a lot if compared from a few years ago. The menu is better and for less than 12, you can have a drink, salad, your hot meal. This is a great deal. Their lunch specials are awesome too. If you haven’t been by this Chili’s lately, you should. Nice employees, quality food prepped right the first time, clean restaurant and AFFORDABLE prices.

Wonderful experience. Food was really good. Kind of on the small side but it was lunch portions. The server we had didn't write a single thing down but remembered 6 peoples orders perfectly. Unfortunately nobody had name tags so we didn't get his name.

Came to Chili's on Friday, April 18. We had a party of 6 including two hungry kids. Our server was Hanna. She couldn't have been better. When we placed our orders we forget to tell her to bring out the kid's meals first. As she was walking by we asked her and she confirmed she already did that. The kids received their food quickly. Food came out in a short time on a busy Friday and our tea glasses were kept full. Hanna did a great job making sure we were happy with everything. She even made a lunch special suggestion which saved us some money. And of course, the food was excellent.

After going to the Rosenberg location where they was extremely rude we left and went to the Sugarland location. They was very accommodating super nice and the service was good. The food came out and everything was just great. The hostess was an older lady. She was very polite and well mannered.

I had such a great experience at Chili’s today that I had to leave a review. Our server, Afra, was honestly one of the best waitresses I’ve had in a long time. She had the perfect balance of being attentive without hovering — she checked in at the right moments, made sure we had everything we needed, and was so warm and friendly the entire time. We ordered the Handmade Nashville Hot Crispers with the White Cheddar Mac & Cheese, and the Old Timer with Cheese. Everything came out hot, fresh, and exactly how we wanted it. You can really tell when a server takes pride in their job, because the whole experience just feels smoother and more enjoyable — and Afra absolutely delivered that. If you’re thinking about going to this Chili’s, definitely do it — and if Afra is working, you’re in great hands. Highly recommend!

My wife and I went to Chili's the other day for the first time in a long time. We were intrigued by the 3 for me deal. The staff was attentive, the service was great, the food was delicious and plentiful and the price was right. Came by here last night with my boyfriend after watching a movie at the nearby AMC. We sat down and we were greeted by our wonderful server, unfortunately i don't remember her name all I know was that she was super sweet, attentive and hooked us up with a hack to get one of our order for cheaper. Food came out relatively fast and the cheese pull on the mozzarella sticks was really awesome. They also gave us lots of tortilla chips which we happily accepted and food overall was delicious, I loved my burger and my boyfriend enjoyed his triple dipper. We had a lot of food on our table for a reasonable price so we got 3 to go boxes and happily left the restaurant, shout out to the lovely lady who said goodbye to us while we were leaving!

The Skillet Queso, Queso Blanco and Guacamole for the Dip Trio which was very tasty. The Big Mouth Crispy Chicken Sandwich and Chili's Special Sauce Burger although sounds weird was actually pretty good. Not sure if all locations offer the 3 for Me Specials but the Grand Parkway location did, which was really nice. The staff here was friendly and attentive. I would definitely come here for lunch again!

The chicken and grilled vegetables were moist and savory with sweet heat. I would have rated the meal 5 stars but I loathe hard and bland rice.

The 3 for me deals at lunch and at dinner are a complete hit for my husband and I. We can get at least twice as much food as we would through a notably good drive thru restaurant for the same price. It's not a 5 star restaurant quality food, service, and atmosphere, but it is really good and you shouldn't have a disappointing experience based on the 3 times we have gone there.

Ordered thru the app. The lady at the to go register didnt greet me properly per say. She just directed me to the bar. The lady at the bar was nice and took care of my order. Food was good. Will be back.

I was greeted right away by hostess and server. I ate at the bar. Food came out right away. Food was excellent. I had their Margarita . Excellent. The down side was when it came to pay they put this table top device to pay in front of you assuming you are paying with a credit card. I do believe they should offer you the choice of credit or cash. Now I did tell them I will pay with cash at that moment and they accommodated me. Now this might seem cheap but my tab was $28.33. I got change back of $11. I asked the server do you round the tab , meaning I should have gotten $11.67. Her answer was “ Did you want the change? I said” Yes I needed it for something” She gave me 2 quarters. It seemed like it was an inconvenience. My point being when someone pays give them what is theirs. I always tip 20-30% of my tab. I left $6 on $28.33. My service, food, overall experience was excellent. I hope this makes sense. This is only the 2nd time I have ever left a review

The food was great. The atmosphere was nice. However when we got there we had to stand up front for a good 5 minutes before anybody even came to seat us. The waitress was sweet but all of our dishes came out at a different time. And my 9-year-old daughter had ordered and instead of bringing her the adult side portion that she ordered they brought her the kids size portion which was not enough food. We had to literally go to the kitchen to get a to go box because we had already asked our waitress and another waiter and paid for our food we had done waited 10 minutes. The restaurant was not full. My boyfriend said when he went to the kitchen door three waitresses were standing in a corner talking and two out of the three were the two that we had asked for the to go box. So I wish the service could have been better but the food was great.

The food was very good. Our server was great but there was another server who split a bunch of Tortillas Chips on the floor in the aisle area and just left them This happened and the beginning of our seating down and was still there when we were leaving.

We have had food from this restaurant a couple of times most of them being carry out. The dine in experience has been ok. We have always visited when they were not too busy. I have found the tables and dishes to be sticky and not clean to standards. The takeaway experience has always been quick. We love the molten hot chocolate!

Hadn't been to Chilli's in a while and decided to give it go one a whim one evening. Expectations were moderate here. I'd say the restaurant gets a bit loud and could definitely use some work. The intereier felt very worn down. Changing to warmer bulbs would also greatly increase the interior atmosphere. On the other hand, the food exceeded our expectations. I was pretty impressed with the crispy chicken sandwich and my husband with his burger.

Service was really good. The chicken crispers were on the "over cooked" side... still a decent valuable meal.

Gave it a try hearing Chilis made improvements. Service was great but the food was not good at all. -Triple dipper daughter said was good. We didn’t try but take her word for it. 4/5 -Double stack burger 2.5/5 - Patties dry and lacked flavor. Veggies fresh. -Ribeye Steak - Ordered medium it came out well done. The steak was broiled then grilled. Color was pale. No flavor and chewy. Mash potatoes and broccoli not fresh. 2/5 Won’t be back anytime soon

The place looks exceptionally corporate and sad. From the outside the empty windows and black awnings made us think the place was gone. The interior empty space in the light of midday made it seem so rundown with the bare tables bricks and bland furniture. We order some water while we decide on our food. Eventually we each order a triple dipper at $15.39 but as we’re waiting for the dish a server brings out chips and what I don’t think should be legally allowed to be called salsa for each of us. Turns out our waiter put in the triple dipper lunch special which is $16.99 each but comes with the chips and “salsa” that we didn’t want, AND drinks that we didn’t even order. The food itself was mediocre, definitely not worth the price. The new nashville hot mozzarella bricks were soggy and the sauce was gritty and thin. The chicken crispers are just chicken tenders with way too much sauce. And the southwest eggrolls while tasty are not worth the price for how small they are. So much for a revival of casual dining, stay home, save your $.

Ordered online - had to leave a tip - which is so wrong before you even get your food. Anyway. Was told to arrive at 6pm and they would text us when we would come in to get our food. Not bring it to us. Had I know that I would have lowered tip. Anyway. We finally went in at 6:15 since we heard nothing, and our order was just sitting there for who knows how long. We asked why we didn’t get a text, and the guy said “oh I don’t do that”. Should have asked for a refund of my tip! But didn’t. Food was okay. Won’t go back again, and will not tip online anymore, but take cash IF and only IF good service is provided. Tips are NOT an automatic thing.

We literally sat down at 813pm I know because i text a friend as soon as I sat down! We waited and waited we just saw servers walking by and they didn’t approach our table I see a table that came in after us who was getting served first! I stopped a gentleman and was like hey can we order he was like um let me see who your server is he was really nice and helpful went to look for her and she was nowhere to be found! He took our order and brought us drink! He was very nice and helpful! Will I return? No we won’t!

We did have a large party, but it wasn't busy, and even with patience for what that challenge may have been, it just didn't work. We ordered first, had a simple, very straightforward order & were served last. Food arrived cold. We asked for a couple of items upfront & then 4 or 5 times after & still never got them. I had to physically get up & go to the kitchen & ask someone for these items & received them in less than 30 seconds. The entire table that ordered salads were served their salads before their hot food, except for us. The waiter was very polite but inefficient. Our salad came with our meal after everyone else's food. Everyone was eating while we were still waiting. We didn't complain. However, I would not revisit this location.

Managers are discriminative. Aren’t very kind to the workers. Specifically the young, black ones. I believe the names are Leslie and Shelby. I will not patron this restaurant again. It’s 2025 and everyone should be treated kindly and with respect.

IT WASNT UNTIL I MADE EYE CONTACT WITH A WAITER WHO JUST TURNED AROUND AND WENT BACK INTO THE KITCHEN WE GOT UP AND LEFT AND THEN ALL OF A SUDDEN THEY WANTED TO WAIT ON US AND RUN TO THEIR MANAGER BECAUSE THEY THOUGHT WE WERE GOING TO CAUSE A SCENE. I UNDERSTAND BEING BUSY WHEN THE ENTIRE RESTAURANT IS PACKED BUT SERIOUSLY ONLY 5 TABLES AND NO SERVICE.

We visited this location while on vacation to Houston. I ordered a Mango margarita on the rocks. After tasting it, it tasted like pure liquor. I called our server Jordan over and before I could even say anything, he said “we don’t do send backs, let me get my manager”. I was simply going to say, “this doesn’t taste like Mango, can I order a Mango tea”. I wasn’t going to say I wasn’t going to pay for it. Manager came over and she offered to remake drink, I said no thank you and just asked for a Mango iced tea. Everyone in my party received their food but me, my husband asked about it and the waiter was rude and said “they’re making it”. He never came back and ever asked for refills or anything. I’ve been to a lot of Chilis, and this by far was the worse as far as customer service. The other reviews don’t lie.

I would say the food was great but we didn’t even get to that part, walked in seated for two near the bar and it was basically just us and maybe 4 other tables there, the hostess said that our server would be right with us, the lady that we got seated next to asked the hostess the eta of when a server would be able to help her but she said soon…. we sat down and after 15 minutes the lady next to us wasn’t server nor asked anything and she got up and left…. after 15 additional minutes we got up and left aswell. We never even got to meet our server only got seated by the hostess and got glanced at by the 3 employees behind the bar..

Came on 6/13/2025. Walked in at 3:05 pm. By 3:18 my son and I was walking out. No one waited our table but walked by back and forth just looking. There wasn’t a crowd or any long waits. I won’t be back.

We were seated and the man took our order. We received chips and salsa and had to ask for our drinks. My husband then received his entree, prior to our appetizer....still no drinks. After the second request we receive our appetizer and drinks and then I received my food. In this entire time, never saw our waiter. Forget the fact we wanted refills. All staff walked with tunnel vision. After waiting and finally getting another person's attention. Seriously, We probably could have walked out without paying, but we were honest people. I only gave a 1 star because it required us to. Too bad for the waiter because we normally leave a great tip. Never again here.

Why charge extra $2 for $10.99 special which you have nationwide commercial. Cashier said for this store it’s $12.99. Placed a pickup order few months ago, was charged $28.12 decided not to complain since we’re in the same industry but saw this commercial again got perturbed and even though Chili’s specially one in Missouri City is out of our restaurant list.

Came here to pick up and deliver food. I was ignored by no less than 6 people. They walked passed looked and said nothing. I finally asked for manager after 12 minutes without service. Delivery drivers are customers too.

Gabrielle was a good server but shame on management for not staffing adequately. No dishwasher... 1 bartender and not enough wait staff. My party was a 16 top and the wait time was horrible. I was the first to order a simple glass of water and it took 15 minutes to come to the table. All dishes didn't arrive hot. Do better chilli's!! A refund or a complimentary meal would be a step at making a better resolution. I am a food critic and a good customer experience is a must!!! It was horrible. It was daughters 9th birthday party. This place is absolutely disgusting. There's food lying everywhere. The floor looks like it hasn't been cleaned in months. When you look at the wood, you see months worth of dust along with crumbs there. Absolutely disgusting. Not to mention, service is SUPER slow. Hardly anyone is wearing masks. One of the servers had a bad allergy and was serving food. Just a reflection of the terrible management this place must have. COMPLETELY UNSATISFIED.

We went there for late lunch . Wasn’t busy and surprisingly the service was slow ! We order chicken fajita they brought us a burn one ! No plate no napkin ,no straws for drinks ! I asked for napkin and they brought us some after we done with our meal ! Had to eat it directly from the serving dish cuz we never get the plates 🤣!! Restaurant was not clean . My shoes got stuck on sticky orangey floor. Had to put my feet up in the chair while eating. Not going to this address again.

The hostess, when we walked in she was very rude and told us that we had a 30 minute wait when half the restaurant was empty and all the tables were cleared out and cleaned after waiting 30 minutes. We received the text message that our table was ready. Just to be seated at a table that had been cleared and clean since we showed up very inappropriate way of running a business and much less a restaurant. But enough about the bad. The waiter. Great guy. Was bringing our drinks had our food out to us as fast as possible at the table. Made sure that we didn't have to wait too long for our cocktails. And went above and beyond to make the experience a lot better than the way it started

My friends and I came in here at around 9:45. It’s now 10:15. The host said she would seat us when we first walked in, but she just keeps walking past us like we aren’t sitting at the waiting area at this empty restaurant. We walked up to the bartender and asked to be seated, because we just wanted a molten lava cake. She said she would ask the manager, who then came out and told us they are closed?!! Fast forward a little while: he says we can get the molten lava cake, we finally get it, and it’s frozen. Thank you so much.

Placed an order on Sunday, November 2, and the order was not right. Called and spoke to Shelby, the General manager of the store in Sugar Land TX on the Southwest Freeway. She told me she was a training store and they do not make mistakes! She refused to give me her name at first and hung up on me. Had to call back, spoke to her again, I asked again for her bosses number and she told me that we were not going to play that game and hung up on me again. This store has really gone down!!!

I had the worst experience here! Is the last time I will ever eat at Chili's. The food has gone down hill! .. First off all the service we got from Howard server! Elderly Caucasian male was horrible he was very sarcastic and rude to my teenagers!!!! he only checked on us ONE time, but yet check on some Caucasian people like 3 times!!!!!! I felt discriminated and he was so rude!!!.. Second the food was disgusting I ordered fajita trio it taste like frozen reheated beef!!! It was so hard I couldn't even chew on it. Did not look appetizing either. The rice was soooooo hard!! Not cooked well or seasoned!! The only thing that was good was my drink!!! My kids like the tenders but said they were not fresh!!!. And I got charged for a drink that I had cancelled!!!!! The food ingredients are NOT fresh and the kitchen looked like a mess a bunch of young kids!!!!! Does not look sanitary or clean. Ended up with a stomach. Please AVOID chilis !!!!! Waste of money for me since I did not even eat!!!

Absolutely upset with this location. Used to be a favorite spot for my wife and I. Second time that take out has not been up to par. Tonight is the last time to order from this location. Ordered a steak entree…asked for well done. Meat literally looked raw when we got home. Mash potatoes tasted very strange. Couldn’t even eat this meal. Disappointed. Really needs new management AND new staff.
