I must say that Jason's Deli in Sugar Land has one of the best employees ever. Her name is Angela and she is FANTASTIC. She is always in a great mood and is so sweet to the customers. She takes phone orders, makes deliveries and probably much much more. Jason's Deli is lucky to have her. Awesome employees are hard to come by these days. Angela deserves 10 STARS for sure.

Every time I visit Jason's Deli, I'm impressed by the generous portions and the delicious sandwiches. I usually go for the turkey and avocado, and it never disappoints. The staff is always friendly, which makes the experience even better!

My wife and I have been coming to this Jason's Deli once a week for several years. Employees are friendly and always working (no standing around with their phones). The place is ALWAYS clean, even the salad bar. Never had issues with their food. A couple of times we might not get a hot cup of soup, but we just tell them and the issue is corrected. Can't ask for anything more.

Ms. Angela and staff definitely not only meet but EXCEED my standard every time as my orders are consistently prepared and delivered on time! Moreover, when delivering, she takes extra care in setting up the items as I would when serving. The thought in food experience and order of course is extremely evident. The best Jason’s Deli I’ve experienced and I admit I’m a particular one :-) You will not be disappointed with this location!!!! I’m hard to please in that consistent quality and compassionate service is lacking in the industry these days. Not with Angela! Over and beyond is an understatement to describe how pleased I’ve been with this location.

After a holiday weekend eating too many hotdogs, we craved salad. Jason's Deli hit the spot. We enjoyed their salad bar, which has lots of options. We weren't sure if multiple visits are allowed? We didn't. I also had broccoli cheese soup, and it was very good. . And yup, we had soft serve cones to cap the meal. Vanilla+chocolate swirl is top tier.

Jason's Deli is our go to restaurant for delicious food, wonderful service and quick delivery. Being a church we have several functions through out the year ranging from 10-350 people to feed and Jason's has never failed us. We use the box lunches, the catering service complete with setup and servers and food for staff lunch meetings. The Manager, the GM and our regular contact person Angela are so professional, considerate and they go over the top to make sure our event is excellent. Angela is also our regular delivery person and she delivers our food to us in a timely fashion. She always has a smile on her face and goes the extra mile to make sure our event is a success. We have never had a bad experience.

Absolutely love coming to the Sugar Land Jason’s Deli! The food is always fresh and delicious, but what really makes this location stand out is Oli. She takes my order every time with the most cheerful and helpful attitude — it’s impossible not to smile after talking with her. Her energy and kindness truly brighten my day. Salad Bar $9ish. Freshest mixed greens: dressing Gorgan- zala Vienegrete -excellent. Bowls instead of plates worked so much better. To add a cup of soup is $2. Seniors loved free soft ice cream cones, (or cups) some with chocolate sauce. Ice cream Free for everyone. I skipped this time. Place was clean and service pleasant. Outside table area was very pleasant.

Delicious food and wonderful service! The only thing that soured the experience was the Hispanic dad and his teenage son who were eating. When they got inside their car they decided to discard their garbage in a classic move: “Let’s just leave our trash behind, Junior. That’s the way to show the world we’re winners.” Seriously though, it’s wild how some people can raise a whole human but can’t raise their arm to toss a can in a bin. Two half-empty Red Bulls left like sad little monuments to laziness. 🚮💔 Had to go outside and throw them myself. Shame on them for their actions.

The food was very good, but I felt a little crowded with the tables and chairs together. But it was an easy fix and we moved them to make space.

My mother and I had the pleasure of dining at the Jason’s Deli at the SW Freeway for lunch on Jan. 5, 2026. We order the salad bar because we are vegan. The food is always fresh and the salad bar is kept clean. Every time we come here, my mother comments on the friendliness of the staff. We agree that everyone looks happy, so it must be a nice place to work. They are also hard workers! We see them cleaning thoroughly in the dining area. We saw the manager (Aaron) engaged with his staff. He talked to everyone in a respectful, friendly way. He was very encouraging to his team. Aaron also worked right along everyone else. It was very nice to see. The atmosphere at this location is nice. There is music on, but it is not so loud that you can’t have a conversation. My mother is hard of hearing, so it is especially important that the music and atmosphere are not too loud. I definitely recommend this Jason’s Deli.

I invited a friend to have lunch at Jason's Deli because I have always found the food and the service excellent. I also enjoy the fact that we can have a conversation without being overpowered by the television or music. And I'm always impressed by the diligent staff, so I happily leave a tip for them. The manager, Aaron, clearly knows how to create a pleasant work atmosphere. You can see him working right along with the staff, smiling as he interacts with the workers. My husband and I love Jason's Deli but do not have one in our small town, so we were looking forward to eating here while on a trip. This location was everything we expect from the chain, but is by far the best one we've been to. This is one of the best Jason's Deli I've been too. Very clean restaurant with fresh food. I always get the unlimited salad bar and I am never disappointed. The new cucumber dill vinaigrette is my new favorite dressing! Plenty of salad toppings to choose from and the chocolate pudding and muffins are delicious.

I love their salad bar. it's about the best place to get a truly great salad. I like their complimentary soft ice cream. if you don't like something you order they are willing to hear you out and offer an alternative! they also keep things clean!!

They FINALLY brought back the French Onion soup! I'll give them five stars for that alone. I'm hoping they keep it on the menu. It's been a sorely missed item for a while now. As far as the sandwiches, no complaints here. They've also improved their soft serve ice cream to the point where it's actually edible. I know I shouldn't complain about something that's free but it used to have this weird icy texture to it that was a big turnoff for me. But the cones we got last night were good. It didn't feel like I was chewing ice. Update: They've now discontinued the French Onion soup.....again! Not sure why they keep discontinuing it. They've also reverted back to the ice cream that has more "ice" in it than "cream". Oh well, at least the sandwiches are still delicious as always.

Food is always fresh and hot. Plus, you get ice cream at the end,which is always a plus. I've visited many times, and it's always had a good meal, with no issues. Staff is friendly and prompt, food is good, it's clean, and will continue to come back.

I do takeout at this location often and they usually do a good job. But today they messed up my order. I told them no cheese on my sandwich and they didn’t do that. I was really upset but I didn’t have time to go back in and get it fixed. Other than that the food is good here. Very busy location so pack your patience.

I got the chicken salad sandwich on a croissant 😋 chips, pickle and a chocolate chip cookie. The croissant was so good, it was sweet and buttery, so delicious to me.

Pretty good place to get a sandwich or baked potato. Still has the salad bar, which is endless, (bring your plate back to them for an other clean plate). Comes with free ice cream which has been consistently good. Prices have been going up but still a pretty solid meal for what you get.

I love Jason's Deli. The food is always fresh, hot (if it is supposed to be) and delicious. This, of course, comes at a price. For a deli it is uncommonly expensive. For a sandwich, a cup of soup and an iced tea you can expect to pay $15+. For me that seems excessive. It is always plenty of food however. Like with so many things in life you get what you pay for. If a cheap sandwich is all you are looking for there are other options in the world. You may have to take the subway to get to one. ;-). I would recommend this place to anyone who enjoys good service, good food and good ambiance.

So I ordered two sandwich orders for two different people. One was correct, the other not so much. The soup was cold and ..... no chips which were supposed to come with order. It was drive through.... so when item was received, it was not compete as expected. Already driven away... too much effort to return. Just always, always .,.... check your order from here. This is NOT the first time. Do NOT give it the benefit of the doubt.

I dined in & was at this location for the 1st time. Not sure what happened but it took a very long time for my food to arrive & I actually had to come up to the counter & asked what's up. At first I thought since this location had drive thru that it was taking so long because I saw them prepped a lot of foods in containers. But then they started whipping dish after dish so that's when I got up. The guy that I spoke to was very nice & he brought me my food. However the girl there stood clueless like she didn't know what I was talking about. I had my receipt in my hand. Needless to say I'm not to fond of this location & I wouldn't recommend it mainly it's services when you dine in.

Went through the drive thru. Server was very friendly. We ordered a bowl of soup and when we got home it looked like what I would have thought would have been the cup size and was only 2/3 full for $7 crazy! Absolutely not! I know for fact the bowl dining in is bigger! Disappointed

I love the Turkey Panini from here — it’s my go-to lunch at least once a week, sometimes even twice. As good as it is, it does lack consistency 😅. Sometimes it’s perfectly toasted, other times only half toasted, and sometimes I wonder if it was even toasted as requested. The other downside is that my order is rarely ready by the estimated time, so I definitely recommend ordering ahead with plenty of time 🥲. Customer service can vary depending on who’s up front; some staff are super friendly and helpful, while others not as much.

This was a recent experience with a drive-through window. The female who took my order would interrupt me as I gave my order. It gives the feeling that she's not a good listener or is impatient or stressed out. The worker doesn't greet you when you pull up to pay. She hands you your order, drops the change in your hand, and quickly closes the window without saying a word. It leaves a not so good impression. I think the workers need better customer service training because each encounter counts. Maybe she was having a bad day, but the good tasting food makes up for the other experiences. I'd try them again, though, for sure.

The place was ok. The guy in the glasses at the register was not very personable and kept charging us for items we did not order and kept rushing us to order instead of giving us the time we needed to review the menu. This was frustrating. We did not like the fact that this Jason's deli kept running out of items and telling us that they didn't have any more of certain selections at the salad bar. Then, the wait for them to add something back at the salad 🥗 bar was too long. Keeping the salad bar stocked is a must when this is all that many people are eating. Also, it was very annoying to have workers standing around at the salad bar but not doing anything like stocking the bar when it's obvious that items are missing and need to be restocked. It's like they were just standing there in the way of customers as we were trying to get the salad items we needed from the salad bar. We had to bring this to the management attention because we had never experienced that before att Jason's deli, and we have visited many of these across the country. The manager Scott that helped us was very nice, down to earth, and cool and at least tried to help make the situation better. Some of the items that the workers kept telling us they had run out and had no more of Scott was able to go get and bring these items out for us so we could enjoy our dining experience. So the salad 🥗 attendees were giving customers falsified information is what we gathered from this occurrence because Scott did not have any trouble finding the items we were requesting. Scott even came out to check on us while we were dining to make sure we were ok and see if we needed anything else. We will return to this location because of Scott, and hopefully, they will have all the items in stock for customers at the 🥗 salad bar without any issues next time.

Purchased a Rueben at the Sugarland drive thru this morning that I've done many times. Normally they are very good but this one the meat was so dry and there was no dressing. At 15 bucks a pop you'd expect better but this one was just awful.

I recently went to Jason’s Deli to grab a quick bite tonight. Upon walking in, I was greeted by the manager who was pleasant and had my order ready. I had ordered a side of quinoa and the BLT bowl. Both were delicious. But an hour later after I ate it, I noticed my head was started to hurt and started to feel nauseous. My stomach started to burn and I ended up throwing up. I feel like I just got a bad case of food poisoning. I’m currently writing this in awful pain. I wanted to love this place but I really do feel sick.

Ordered a $15.00 muffuletta and sprite thru the drive thru today rushing to get back to work after a funeral and the bread was soo over toasted that it completely ruined the taste of the sandwich! Not the same experience of the great muffuletta that made me come back. Very disappointing!!!

The food is good I always get the club Royale I just don't like the fact that the me as t is cold. The croissant is warmed but the lunch meat is not👎🏾. The customer service is pretty good. I only have 2 stars because it can be cleaner. I've seen them wipe off the tables but they need to wipe off chairs and sweep it was a lot of food on the floor. They need someone cleaning constantly especially in high traffic times.

Unfortunately I had a very disheartening experience with this location last night. I’ve been fighting the flu for 5 days now and finally got the energy and appetite to eat something. I called ahead to ask if they have a curbside option because I truly wouldn’t want anyone else to get sick. I was told they also have a drive thru! Perfect! So I drive 20 minutes away after placing my order and join the drive thru line which consisted of 2 cars in front of me. Cool I can wait. It’s just two cars right? But as I sat there it went from a 5 minute wait to like 12 minutes and the first car still hasn’t moved from the window. At this point I’m feeling really bad and just want to go home 🥲😩. So I called the store and explained that I’m sick if someone could please bring my order outside due to the long wait time at the window. The manager lacked any kind of compassion and told me he doesn’t allow his girls to come out at night. I completely understand that but what about you??? I was so disappointed I just decided to leave. I ended up driving another 23 minutes away to the westhiemer location where the manager brought me my food. He was so understanding. I probably won’t return to this specific location because I’m really big on customer service and I just feel like it’s kind of lacking here.

When you spend $10 on a sandwich and it is not right. The place was dead, no customers and they got the bread wrong. And no onions means no onions. It was covered in them. And the $7 soup was cold. Tonight is the last time I have Jason 's Deli. I have to argue with my husband to eat here, but no more. So disappointed.

I like the place !! But Just little dark!! 2 times I was there I was very not happy! First the servants not know customer service look so upset and unhappy!! Coffee is always cold and empty!! We went on a Tuesday night at 7:30 and it wasn’t busy but they took more than half an hour to get our food. I think employees were all on break because no orders were coming out and quite a few people came out of the back and the same time and orders started being served. I changed sandwich order - originally order Spicy Sicilian and changed it to a club sandwich- the person taking the order understood but I still received the Spicy Sicilian which turned out to be inedible. It tasted horrible. I will not return to this location.

Jason's Deli should be ashamed of charging $ 15.00 for this small sandwich - it is supposed to be a half of a sandwich this is more like a 4th of a sandwich - look the entire sandwich fits on top of the small cup of mac and cheese. I have learned if you order your sandwich they can send you whatever they want. Unfortunately Jason's lost my business today!

Rude customer service at the take-out window. This guy - whatever his name is - needs to learn how to speak with customers in a polite, professional manner or take some customer service classes. No greeting the customer, no thank yous, and makes you feel rushed. I love Jason's Deli but this is my first experience at Jason's Deli here in Sugar Land TX. The quality and quantity of the meat is horrible and the franchise should be embarrassed. I ordered a turkey wrap and the texture and consistency of the meat wasnt sliced turkey but it resembled that of a chicken salad sandwich. I went back to inquire about the sandwich and the manager took my sandwich and was very aware of my concern but failed to refund me my money. I will not be returning.

I went to this location at 15275 SW Freeway in Sugar Land. When I came to the register there was one person in front of me and when I tell you her transaction was slow and taking all day but I waited patiently. The cashier answered questions for her, handled her with kid gloves and there was another employee who had just finished a transaction on the other register so I thought he would take my order since I had been waiting for a while but NO he did not. So I finally get to the register and place my order, not only did I feel rushed but the cashier was giving me a total and I had to ask for my drink and dessert to be added. Really!? When he just spent 15 minutes coddling the previous customer. On top of that, another customer comes into the door as I'm at the register and guess what happens, the other employee comes to the other register and takes their order. I felt disrespected and unacknowledged during this whole visit. I love Jason's Deli and this was my FiRST and LAST time visiting this location. The service was horrible and I just spent $19.24 for lunch. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Wow. I guess Covid did a huge number on Jason's. Staff was less than helpful or courteous. Prices are crazy. We could have gone next door to Chili's and gotten more food for $5 less per person. Crazy prices are Jason's. Salad bar looked gross. Old items on it. No small plates for small items. Signs everywhere about if you didn't pay for salad bar don't take anything. No crackers available for soups or salads. Drink cups for soft drinks almost same size as free water cups. Really!? Won't be going back to that location again anytime soon. Let's hope the entire chain hasn't fallen in quality like this one.

I hope the manager sees this. I went in to pick up my order and asked a Hispanic guy, about 5'10", if it was ready. He responded, "If it's ready, it will be on the shelf," in a frustrated tone. I replied, "okay, no problem." After waiting for about 25 minutes and watching others get their food, I thought, "something is off." I approached the front desk and spoke to another employee since the first guy was gone. She checked her computer, printed the order ticket, and said, "we'll get started on it." I was really upset! I had been waiting patiently for an order that hadn’t even been printed yet. I hope the manager takes action against that guy; this is not how to treat customers.

We visited this location on 07/09/24. My receipt has the name Olender. I bought a kids pizza that came with a drink. I asked the cashier what my drink options were. Because she did not ask me my choice. She picked one on her own. Rude!! She was not polite and did not smile. We paid for our items and never received the kids drink. We had to return to the restaurant. Poor service and not very friendly cashiers. The chicken wrap and pizza were average.

Super confusing. I parked and walked inside and it wasn't easy to figure out where the front was? I was pointed to the front and I was so confused as to why I couldn't go to the salad bar and eat as much as I wanted like any other bar I walked out. I just wanted unlimited salad and soup. I just wanted a lot of healthy food. Why cant I just pay and go for it? The cashier was like this kinda salad or that kinda salad? Cup or bowl 🥣? Too many questions and not enough simplicity. Bad customer service. The gentleman taking my order on more than one occasion had bad customer service. I bring positive energy on a regular hate to leave this review but customer service and consistently very small portions for full price. Terrible . My point is, open you and see your contents before you get in the car.

The lady in the window wasn’t pleasant at all today. Aside from that, I was given several opened crackers and now I’m second guessing if my food is safe to eat. It’s impossible for your staff not to notice this as the packs are connected, broken and each pack is open. They weren’t even busy at the time. Called the manager and she suggested I drive back 15 miles for crackers, ha!

Hi, I understand mistakes happen. But y’all charge $10 for delivery and tip is given based on the total. It’s not right that y’all place y'all mistakes on the customer for customers to correct. Y’all still got a bigger tip than deserved, and should he double checking to make sure y’all have an order correct with as much as y’all charge for delivery. Like come on. I don’t think I will be ordering from y’all establishment anymore. I don’t like how y’all do business. Especially if y’all do this a lot.

The kids' meal alfredo used to taste much better. I'm not sure why they changed it up. The food just didn't taste how I'm used to. Also, while dining, we felt very uncomfortable. It felt like we were being watched and monitored while eating our food. As paying customers, we shouldn't feel that way. Also, the manager addressed my child (a minor) who went to get something from the salad bar, not knowing someone who was dining with us did order the salad bar. An adult should NEVER address a child about an issue when there are adults accompanying them (we were present). That's very disrespectful. If there was a concern or question, he should have come to us to ask. The only reason why the food received 2 stars instead of 1 is because the ice cream tasted good and fresh. Otherwise, the food we ordered was not good for this visit. 😕
