Food came in a timely manner. Order was missing drinks, cinna twist and fries. They seem to give your order piece by piece.

Love toca bell but this place is going down hill. I only ordered two things and they told us to pull up to the front and wait for it , after 20 minutes we pulled back into the drive through where we had to remind her about our food. Smh!

I love Taco Bell, but sadly my experiences are always hit or miss with this location. The large part of our order today was potato breakfast tacos, as someone in my family who is allergic to beef wanted them. We received all sausage tacos, and most of them were poorly filled as shown in the picture.

I had a very bad experience. We ordered food through the drive-thru, and the employee who was working at 8:25 at night spoke to us very rudely. He wanted to give us what he wanted. I asked for cheese and sour cream on the side because my wife is allergic, and he said, “If she’s allergic, she’s not going to get it.” I pay for my food, not for him to decide for me and not give it to me. Then he kept speaking very disrespectfully, and I canceled the number one taco order because the bad treatment made me lose my appetite. We continued with the other orders, and then he said vulgar words, like “This isn’t for crap,” which is used vulgarly like “stupid stuff,” and he was yelling. After that, the lady was even worse and very disrespectful. We are loyal customers, and today they lost customers. We will also tell people we know about the bad treatment we received, something we have never experienced anywhere else. What humiliation they put us through. The guy at the drive-thru window was light-skinned, with a brown beard, and very rude.”

I went to the drive-through and I asked for a Dorito loco taco and nacho cheese fries and they only gave me the fries. Not the taco come on now.🤦🏻‍♀️

Waited in the drive-thru line for over half an hour, because their speaker was broken, only to get to the window and find out they were out of what I wanted to order. Worst Taco Bell ever.

placed a mobile order and been sitting here for at least 15 mins after the guy at the window asked “what our order was” and made us list everything we ordered. he makes us pull around and wait for 15 mins before coming to give us our drinks. overnight crew is not on their game.

I ordered bbq topped fries with rice, onions, extra spicy sauce, extra cheese and extra chicken, I didn’t get it and when I asked the lady about it she said they put it on there which didn’t cause I checked before leaving. The lady brought me a small bowl with barely no chicken in it, all I know is that I’m getting tired of eating places not giving the customers they money’s worth especially when they are paying for extra, I will not be coming back here anymore cause I’m taking my money somewhere else…

I ordered delivery and they made me an order that wasn’t even mine. I called and they said i couldnt get a refund and no one could deliver me the right order. The amount of unprofessionalism is astounding. Then they tried to blame it on the delivery driver when they were the ones who put my receipt on the wrong bag.

Great Taco Bell if you don't mind waiting 30+ minutes. They always make you go wait on the other side of the building to make it appear like they are quick. Then they will stand inside and talk to eachother rolling their eyes when you look

I really have stopped coming here but I decided to give it another try today and once again I was disappointed. That is supposed to be the crunchy part of my crunch wrap supreme and it is so soggy that I can barely eat it.
