My drive-through experience was good. There was no line, and it was during the lunch hour. That's pretty darn good for Star Bucks, although it is spring break. The young lady who took my order was really nice. Then I added at the the window, and she handled the transaction with no problem. I ordered the lemon loaf. Star bucks open the loaves and heat them. If you want yours sealed, be sure to indicate it at the time of your order. Great job.

I come here often since it’s close to my job. I always order ahead to save time during lunch, and my order is always ready when I arrive. It’s something I really appreciate, especially when lunch breaks fly by.

Walked into this location on 11/6/24 no one spoke until I was greeted by Miss Desiree working drive thru! Customer service was all that, great lady. I do recommend the other crew members have more training on the customer service level! Great job Miss Desiree!

This Starbucks just keeps on giving bad service! I only come here cause it’s the closes to me! I ordered oatmeal and a spinach feta egg white wrap and they didn’t add the spinach and feta wrap! Now I need to call my bank and get money back because they don’t answer their phone.

This is the second Starbucks I have visited and the cold foam is not a foam at all. It’s a watered down version. It’s supposed to be a Cold FOAM not just some milk that’s poured on top. Not sure if y’all change the recipe or what but it’s a two different locations. It’s not worth the $1.25 if y’all can’t make it foam. Sidenote when people order sauces can y’all make sure it’s mixed in there. I order my drink with white mocha and mocha took a sip and got only the sauce flavors. The cold foam was a mess and my drink wasn’t really mixed in.

I ordered through the drive thru and my drink was not properly made. I went inside to have it prepared properly and the guy preparing it wrote HAPPY HO on my cup. I called to speak with a manager and the call was given to Mecca. As she is discussing the situation with me the guy then states to her it was an accident. How? As she stated on the phone that anything written on the cup should be done before the cup is cold. Then states the pen ran out. If that’s a thing for employees to do. Why do you all not have extras nearby. The photo is attached. STARBUCKS your manager took up for someone that was out of line.

We came to Starbucks today and specifically ordered a raspberry lemonade. They were out of it, but instead of informing us, they changed our order to a strawberry lemonade without saying anything. On top of that, they also didn’t give us everything we ordered and tried to hand us the drinks as if everything was correct. We were the ones who had to point out their mistake and remind them of the missing item. This is unprofessional and disappointing. If an item is unavailable or if there’s an issue with the order, customers should be informed—not left to discover mistakes on their own. We hope to see better communication and more attention to detail in the future.

I am a coffee head. I placed an order inside at 8:23!!! Just received my order at 8:38! I asked the manager if my order was coming up she replied no. I asked about how much longer she replied I don’t know! WTH. She then replied she asked him if he bumped the Oder up. I have no idea what that is… I’m a patient person but her attitude as a manager to a guest. I’m a retail manager and as a manger those responses were unacceptable. No im sorry about the wait. It will be just a moment. Just dry and unconcerned!

I’ve been a loyal customer at this store for several months, and this is the first time I’ve encountered an issue with my order. I ordered a green tea latte with milk, but the drink I received doesn’t seem to be what I requested. I wanted to bring this to your attention, as my experiences here have always been positive. I hope this can be resolved, especially considering I paid $4.70 for the order. Thank you for addressing this.

For $13 I think it's a joke they hand me my drinks half full basically. I was initially handed one that was full to the brim but it was made incorrectly so they kept it and then I was given my drinks. Obviously I love Starbucks but I think it's absurd that they'd do this to their customer this fits into a tall cup just use other cups if this is "truly" how much im supposed to receive
