I got my usual order of Vietnamese milk coffee with cream brulee foam on top, and the girls recommend a new jelly called cheese slice so of course I have to try. The coffee is perfectly strong and sweet, the foam is rich and creamy as usual. The cheese slice has a slight salty taste which is very interesting for a jelly, but perfectly balance with the sweet and creamy coffee below. Overall, they make surprisingly good combination. I see they also have other new jellies like labubus and cat paws which is on the sweet side. They all look so cute, will have to try next time.

The beverage selection offered at this establishment is truly remarkable. The array of options is beyond compare and is sure to leave a lasting impression. I highly recommend giving them a try. Once you have the opportunity to explore the diverse range of beverages they provide, you will undoubtedly become a devoted customer. The flavors are so exquisite and the taste is unparalleled. It's difficult to put into words, but this boba shop sets itself apart from all others by serving only the finest drinks. Allow me to share one of my personal favorites: the rejuvenating fresh fruit tea. It encapsulates the essence of summer in a single cup. It is truly exceptional. Update: I recently had the pleasure of visiting the store in person, as I usually utilize Uber Eats for my orders. This visit further solidified my admiration for this boba shop. The level of customer service is impeccable, and they have even implemented the "Snackpass" app, which allows customers to accumulate points and earn free beverages. I highly recommend taking advantage of this opportunity. 10/10 for Mtea.

Beverages? Top tier. Atmosphere? Cozy and friendly. Service? Quick and reliable. First time here and I will definitely be back again. I got the Taro milk tea with boba 50% sugar and it is the BEST i’ve ever had— and i consider myself a boba tea connoisseur. I just ordered and I’m about to finish my first one; i may just go back for another. Oh! And if you like kpop, the music they play is so relaxing and fun!

Mtea is my favorite boba tea and fried snacks place in the Sugar Land area. The drinks are super flavorful and the prices are great. I really love their kumquat lemon tea and jasmine milk tea! Their popcorn chicken is also really crispy and savory. The interior is also very stylish and homely, great for working on a laptop. The service is quick and excellent. Very friendly employees!

this place is the spot. affordable. i lov ethe emplyee hazel she is so sweet. sometimes the employees can be a little bit quiet and i have old lady ears but other than that my drinks always taste consistently good and they ocme out GORGEOUSSS!! if youre looking for tasty treat in the shugah land this is the place to be

I had a chance to try the matcha drink , coffee and egg waffle here. It’s a pity the waffle came last, as the drink tasted a bit bland by the time I got to it. There aren’t many stylish cafés around here, likely due to the high cost of construction — but this one actually looks great. It’s better designed than many others, with a spacious layout and well-placed furniture, making it a comfortable spot for working long hours. You can order directly at the counter or use the self-ordering kiosk, which is a modern and convenient touch. The egg waffle was definitely better than what I’ve had at several other places. The coffee was good, and the matcha could’ve been stronger, but overall still enjoyable. The packaging, especially the cups, is very eye-catching and unique. Unfortunately, I didn’t get a chance to take photos of the waffle or matcha — I had to rush off to my next stop. Staff were decent — not outstanding, but polite and helpful enough.

Environment (4/5): Great place to work. Not that much seating but lots of plugs and fast wifi! Drinks (3/5): I only ordered a mango green tea, but it was really sweet even though I asked for no sugar. I asked the barista and it was because the syrup contains the mango flavor so it would be sweet even with no sugar.

Food and drinks were absolutely delicious but the customer service was a bit lackluster, no greeting nor formality. Also, the bathroom was iffy; mold in the soap dispenser and a dirty mirror. I would like to imagine the kitchen looks better.

I went to Mtea & Coffee due to it being rated one of the best 15 boba places in Houston. Upon arrival we weren’t greeted and people who arrived after us were receiving drinks before us which was strange. Overall the atmosphere was beautiful and the drinks were non expensive.

Way too expensive, and the drink was mostly ice. I barely got any coffee for the price I paid. Definitely not worth it. And when i asked the employee to put less ice she literally call the management they were very rude.

I found about this new place as I was driving on highway 6. The drink was pretty nice(crème brulee )but the customer service was horrible I tried asking the girl at the front(Asian girl with hat on and hair to the back) about a drink, and she had no clue what to she was talking about which was very unprofessional. Don’t get me wrong they did have a decent seating area, but DO NOT go here if you’re trying to study it is very loud and you can not focus . When I came in there was a big group of people making a bunch of noise and kids running, yelling, and stomping around. I had to leave after 5 minutes as I felt so overwhelmed. I would not recommend this place to anyone if they are trying to get work done.

The boba and drinks are good. The matcha waffle is super delicious if made correctly. I really thought I found my new dessert/tea place without having to go to Chinatown. However, aside from Ashley because she always gets my order perfect (I sincerely thank you Ashley, you and the waffles saved it from being a 1 star), the customers service of the other employees (especially asian girl with short hair and tattoos) are terrible. This is the third time they gave me an issue with my order and got my order wrong. I admit I am particular about my drinks and food, but it’s nothing outrageous (25% sweet, replace sugar with honey, or add extra matcha and extra crispy for waffle) and I’m willing to pay extra for all of my requests. I wish they and the business would be more accommodating to make us feel like a valued customer (my bestfriend and I come through a few times a week and on average spend $35 plus each time). Instead what we got was “no, I can’t do that”, they give us an attitude, and complain in Vietnamese while making our stuff. One of the girls even walked out of the kitchen to tell me “I can’t make your drink with honey because that changes the recipe”. Why does that matter? I am the only one drinking it. I had to get the honey on the side and mix it myself. Why hire people that hates their job and does not want to be there? Update: We came back today and ordered the same drink with honey on the side, just as they told us to do last time. They refuse and told us they have to call the owner for approval. With this type of services and actions, the establishment may have lost a loyal customer.
