The ordering process at the drive thru was quick. The staff was very nice and professional during the payment and the food, as always, never ceased to amaze me. The wait time can depend on the hours but I never had a lot of issues with the waiting time. So far, it's always up to standards.
Placed an order online and the staff had messed up my meals! I found out when I was eating my meal at home, so I head back to the store right when I finished. I spoke with the manager and he took good care of me! I only wanted a little refund but he insisted to give me even more! So I took it! What an amazing service! Thank You! Keep it up! My Mom & I went in to get the Honeybutter Chicken Biscuit meal. It was really a GOOD sandwich!!! I tried it for the 1st time, when it was FREE. But, now, I'm "hooked!!" I used to be a "BOB Girl". But, now, that's got a run for it's money!!! LOL!!!
During the past three months while staying at a nearby hotel in town working, I have ordered using the app multiple times. Every time I do, it is either ready to go when I walk in or they are finishing it up. They even have drinks ready for me, unlike my local Whataburger. The orders have always been correct as well. I’m going to miss this location. Whoever is running this location, be proud of the employees, they are doing a good job.
It was the customer service received through the drive thru that help accumulate the 5 star rating. Anaiyah was very professional and attentive to my order and feedback. She was patient with the orders that I was asking of and did not rush me. Every Whataburger and fast food industries could use her professionalism and hospitality. Great work, Anaiyah! Need more people like you making a difference and satisfying customers daily.
Love this location. Staff is prompt with online order. Food is always fresh. Only thing about this spot is their drink option. I used to get their sweet tea, but it's been watered down the last couple times. Switched to fountain drinks, and it just doesn't hit the same. Just opt out for the drink here or get a bottled drink.
I got the Sweet & Spicy Bacon burger. It was delicious as usual. The drive-through service was fast and friendly. My order was correct, even the customizations. I can't ask for anything more. Of course, I'll return to this location again and again, like always.

The Best Service , I have ever received from this location . During busy lunch rush all hands on deck and Manager was running the front line with all the orders going out correctly and fast . Every associate I encounter was happy and friendly. I didn't get the young lady name but she was wearing a blue polo shirt ...the Best Customer Service...she made my ice coffee ☕ that was amazing and she was busy but gave ever Customer great service. The entire team on duty today May 9th @ noon was Amazing 🥰🤗 Thank you all for great customer service.
Stopped at there for lunch got 3 #1 meals we asked for extra mustard and mayo on both sides. They provided our request the person at the window was polite and courteous

I only like to eat chicken strip monterey melt at whataburger. They brought back monterey melt but with beef paty, i tried two locations they refused to repkace beef paty with chicken strips i stepped out. This morning got chance to visit this location tried my luck & staff here made it happen. Thank you so very much!

I never have high hopes for 24 hour fast food, but this location in Stafford has changed that. I ordered a #5 no onions and no mustard. They got it right! The fries were fresh and hot! Nice! I got a chocolate malt for a drink, their machine was working! They gave me ketchup for my fries! It was all done quickly too. The food was still warm when i got to work (1 am monday) and was quite good. Thanks!

The female cashier that assisted me, was professional and pleasant. She also presented a variety of i believe 100 year celebration cups, which because of her kindness i gladly purchased one. The service is extremely quick! Just ordered 2 meals and as soon as i turn around to walk away from the counter to go sit down they immediately had the food ready for us. Not even 30 seconds and its already done! Ive never been served that quick in my life! This place is definitely on top of their game today! Hard working restaurant!

Love this Whataburger chain. They greeted me when i come in and they are very friendly, constantly checking if everything is ok and even serve you food and drinks if you want to. The portion is generous and food are prepared fresh. My online order was also on time. I have never been served so well in a fast-food restaurant! It’s the best here. Their sweet/unsweet tea is also the best
I have always been skeptical about whataburger. But it seems that this branch is quite good in its mannerism. As far as food is concerned, they comply with their standards. However, it is ultimately employees who determine the customer experience. And believe me, they work hard to make those ends meet. From cashier to the bus boy, they are all very humble, respectful and professional. I would recommend this place. Plenty space and clean environment.
Whataburger is one of the few fast food places that are consistent. I appreciate that. I've never had a bad experience with customer service either. They're great people who take pride in making the food. The location in Stafford does have a habit of forgetting some items, but other than that it's quality hot food with a smile.
So one star for the place I have gone to since the late 90's and have defended and always spoke positive of Whataburger has brought this. This is the second time where I was literally forgotten about, first an app curbside order that I was acknowledged and 20 minutes later nothing even when I asked which resulted in a call to Whataburger main line to cancel order and request a refund. You would think that might do it but no it didn't. After several months of not going here I gave it another chance and went inside, but still three people ordered after me (there bags were not that large and I only ordered two taquitos) and got there orders and departed before me as well as at least one vehicle I saw drive through the drive through and depart before me. Look I get it I was upset, but in my profession (Quality) you see an issue and mind you I spoke with the manager of this store after the first order and was assured it wouldn't happen again you find the root cause and train folks to avoid someone spending twenty plus minutes for what is defined as fast food and prioritize orders based in when they are placed. At some point I will go back I'm sure, I hope they improve on this or maybe they just don't like me and if so just tell me I don't care as I am used to being hated. Update I have gone several times since this post and orders have been a lot better and I will be happy to go back more often.
4 stars for service because we waited for about 15 minutes in drive thru. I think they were busy but didn’t look like “15 minutes busy”. Food was good though!
I will always take into consideration that we are human. Then this is a fast paced establishment. However, no matter where we work or our job. Please , let's consider to handle the job with the same mindset you want to receive when it's you that's in the seat of being waited on.

Was so hungry when i entered the hostess was awesome. She took our order with a big smile greeted us and we even conversated a little. Food was hot and yummy. Had a great experience. Keep up the good work!😊
Disappointed that my favorite fast food was lacking. The meals were not warm. And the employees did not have a clear line of responsibility. Our meal sat a few minutes waiting for someone to put fries in it and then a few more minutes waiting for someone to call our number.
This location oscillates in quality and cleanliness. Sad.
I ordered a bacon biscuit meal with a taquito on the side. The taquito was great, the open container of picante was not. The biscuit came without hashbrowns, was burnt and had sausage instead of bacon. Too much of a hassle to come back, ate it anyway but will avoid this location in the future. Your staff are friendly as can be, which is the only reason this isn't a 2 star review.
Great service. I noticed that the frying oil needed to be replaced or filtered. The fries tasted weird but they were not overcooked. I believe they need to focus on the oil rotation and invest in frequent oil change. You guys have good employees I can tell. It's just the oil that gives that burnt taste. Not the employees fault but management trying to save money on oil .

Not the best service this time. Food was standard for Whataburger but the person behind the counter was not well trained to take orders and to redeem points from the app. It also looked dirty and disorganized.
Went to take my kids to dinner at this location and was not pleased with the service at the counter. After placing a $55.00 order, the clerk went to repeat my order, yelling. I told the clerk, you don't have to yell at me. She told me all she was doing was repeating my order, I told her you don't have to yell at me, which she continued to do. I finally told the family, we are leaving, there is no reason this lady needs to yell at me. Even though this location is within two minutes of my home, I doubt I will return to this location.

Well unfortunately... As much as I like their food, they're probably my favorite fast food restaurant but they usually also one of the slowest fast food restaurants. But this was beyond ridiculous... First off I ordered online... Bad mistake I'm assuming maybe due to the time of day yet it doesn't make sense because it was 3am. When I get to the front window I was told by the lady taking orders that there were only two people there. I assumed that didn't include the shift manager. My food was cold, may have been due to the wait and the lobby wasn't opened so there was no way around the wait. First and last time ordering online for that particular one. Maybe try again one day... Maybe.
I am very disappointed with this Whataburger location for what purpose my family member vitamin in this Whataburger location. He order some food and storage shortest. The amount of french fries makes no sense. i’m not trying to be negative or anything but I wonder is the Whataburger locations or different type of fast food. Restaurants are doing the same thing. I ordered a Sweet and Spicy Bacon Burger medium combo. When I got home and took a bite from my burger, I noticed tomato. I took off the top bun and saw one patty, bacon, cheese, pickle, and tomato. I was given the wrong burger. On top of that, my receipt and the receipt on the bag showed I ordered a Sweet and Spicy Bacon Burger. And the cherry on top, the wrapper my burger was in had the sweet and spicy sticker on it. I don't understand how my order could be messed up. P.S. I ordered my food at 4:55pm and did not receive it until 5:09pm. I don't know why I go back to this location. I've lived in Stafford/Missouri City for many years. This location is ALWAYS SLOW!! 2 stars because the food was hot.
The Food / Service / Atmosphere avg out to 2 stars. And I'm kind of being generous because good customer service and quality food is the least they can provide, but they're lacking on that because of certain individuals dragging down the atmosphere. I had a young man assisting me w my online order that was placed, he starts to hand me my drink cup and another lady snatches it from him as if he's giving me a free drink. She then proceeds to take the cup behind the counter then turns around to ask me for my name of the order , I tell her , she doesn't believe me and asks to see my phone. She later then brings back my drink cup filled w the wrong drink... Im not going to give the whole store 1 star because of her, but my experience was below a 1 star experience because of her. And my fries were half full (they pinch the bottom in & it's not filled)

The food is always subpar no matter what time of day it is. The customer service is abysmal. How does one have an attitude at 9 in the morning. They literally gave me a cold blank stare while passing me my food with no words exchanged. Very unsettling. And the fact that they keep putting the Chicken Tenders in the French fry packaging is beyond annoying. The tenders constantly fall out and I can't use any of my condiments because it'll more than likely spill in the car like it has before and like it did this time. I get if it was dine in. The people that work at this location are some of the most simple minded people on the planet!! I ordered a large coke, I asked for extra, extra ice. I get the coke and it has about 10 cubes of ice in it. I tell the girl at the window that I asked for extra ice, she states "I can give you more ice in a separate cup". Are you freaking serious??!! Why wouldn't you just put the ice in the cup in the first place? Not to mention the rest of my order was barely luke warm. Paid for an extra order of fries for my child and the fries were not placed in the bag. This location used to be the best one to visit, now it is the absolute worst. Don't waste your money at this location.

This has been my Whataburger since I was a kid . It has slowly became one of the worse places to go to . Husband and i both end up sick just about ever time we come here lately. Fries are never cooked all the way and are like hot limp mush, eggs are runny and suspicious, sausage so dry it's like chewing cardboard. Used to be one of the good locations but this past few months has hit worst, hard. I get we visit between 11pm and 3 am but still. Don't eat here!
My order was placed online for a curbside pickup. Upon arrival, per the Whataburger website The parking spot was mentioned and the emergency lights replaced on. After 10 minutes I finally walked into the place and was told your vehicle didn't look familiar!???? Okay, I am a white woman ordering food in a black neighborhood... but Really it was still daylight.
If there were no stars I would give them a negative star . I ordered my food and paid for my food they seemed so nice and everything. When I opened my bag my fries were old and cold my buns on my burger were burnt I was pissed. I called them and they said come in we will replace your order. So I went back they remade it and my burger was okay but they gave me literally like ten fries. Please pass this Whataburger up and go to different they are trash and seems like they judge by appearance. My son & I went inside to order because the drive up line was ridiculously long. There's was only one person inside the restaurant waiting on food so I thought it would be quicker going inside. That was not the case. It took over 20 minutes to get our food. When I asked an employee about my order, she asked the manager & the manager's response was very short, stating that she was working on it & she acted as if she was aggravated to be asked. My son ordered after me & got his food first. He ordered the exact same thing as me. While I was waiting, I observed this manager being very rude & unprofessional to the workers. When she finally handed me my order, she had a bad attitude & there was no apology for the extremely long wait & no condiments were offered. To top it off, as long as I waited, my son's & mu food wasn't even hot when I got home. Very disappointing! The upside (bright spot) of the visit was an extremely kind employee named Ali. He did a great job taking our order and promoting the food there & the app.

I don't go to this whataburger anymore. The grease they use for the fries and hashbrowns is always black and looks burned. They never change the grease. Burgers come out warm, so that means they pre-cook them. They can do better.
I placed an mobile order 2-1-2025 at 9:20 p.m. arrive at 9:30 the girl brings me my drink and says I will be right back with your food 10 minutes later I have to get out and go get my food because she is in the inside doing everything else and on her personal phone and not bringing my order which by now was cold

Did an online order which I came inside due to the wait of service , got inside my vehicle and as I drove off I reached for a fry which was soggy and cold . So because I was pushed for time I didn’t go back but I grabbed for my burger which was dryer out and not at all how I requested it to be . The experiment of trying a different Whataburger was great but this Murphy rd location I wouldn’t stop at again.

I will never go back to this location as long as that rude cashier Cadence works there. What a terrible attitude. The attitude reflects in the food. I grew up eating at this location since the 80's. It has gone downhill.
Customer service was fast although when I pulled up they needed a minute. There were four cars ahead of me. I ordered the usual. Bacon burger with cheese extra pickles and mustard ketchup. No onions tomatoes or lettuce....they repeated it. I confirmed. They asked my name for the order. When I drove home with my order and unloaded my car from the morning my food was obviously cold. I do not live close to this one and was not eating in the car. My bread was wet, soggy, nasty from the lettuce. No ketchup just soggy bread with mustard. There were the tomatoes too just leaving their seeds all over my burger. Nasty. I took a picture for reference. As expensive as it is to go to Whataburger you'd imagine you'd get a burger correct after repeating the order.... confirmed the name...I could even understand if they were slammed ...but there was one person behind me. It was 11am. Very discouraging

Go there all the time never had such terrible service or food. I get it it's 330 in the morning but I my food was horrible soggy enedible French fries, the burger had no sauce, the threw raw onions on it instead of grilled onions like it's supposed to have. I called the location to tell the manager, he then told me I'm sorry were busy an hung up on me. DO NOT EAT HERE HORRIBLE SERVICE
I don’t know who was working the night shift but my food was cold. They literally took an order that had been sitting there and threw toppings on it and not to mention didn’t even attempt to warm it up to melt the cheese. Fries were microwaved and so were the onion rings! This was a first for this location. These young people are lazy as hell and don’t want to work.
Poor excuse for a whataburger. I told them 3 times I don’t want cheese on my burger. Got home and had 2 slices of cheese. Will never be back.
Whatadisappointment! Food was definitely made what tasted like hours ago. Thanks guys.
The young lady at the drive through window coughed all over our bag of food before handing it to us. We had to pray we don't get whatever she has!!! Oftentimes there's onions when we request no onions or our food is cold.
The food I received the other day was not up to standard, not even for a dog. I took the chicken sandwich back and asked the manager what is this? She didn't answer but did apologize and refunded my money. I would def recommend opening your sandwich/food at this location to make sure it is edible and fresh before biting into it.
I ordered a honey butter biscuit and the meat was extremely hard and old. Biscuit was hard and flaky. Hash tasted burned. Do not recommend! Just gave this location a try again on 11/14. Ooookay the tenders were from breakfast because they were so hard that you need teeth of steel to bite them. The fries were so salt I know for sure I’ll be in the emergency room by tonight. The 3 strip meal is very simple and everything about it was wrong the tenders old cold and dry but the fries were very hot and salty.
I go to this place all the time or I order it from DoorDash. I was ordering for myself, my husband and my 1 year old some dinner. Somehow, I paid for an extra side of onion rings in a large size. Then I ordered a #5 with no pickles and onions because I’m literally allergic to them and grateful that they are not on the burger. But I usually didn’t want no mustard on the burger because it would taste weird and sour. When I took a bite, it was mustard on the burger and i specifically wanted just mayo only, not mustard. I had to try to scrape off the mustard as much as I can because I’m still hungry and can’t waste food like that. Whenever I order with DoorDash, they don’t even make the order right and double check it to make sure that everything was there. I had to get my money back for those Onion rings with DoorDash because this not unacceptable
