I got the bbq combo and a side of the shrimp. The shrimp was very small for the price, and honestly not that impressive. But the chicken, ribs, and beef was very very tasty! And the portion was huge 🙌 The macaroni salad is tasty as well. Better than your typical grocery store deli salad.

Be aware that the portion is huge. It is enough for lunch and dinner for me, at least. The Loco Moco is very tasty. I lived in Hawaii for many years, and I can say this restaurant cooks authentic Hawaiian food. Highly recommended if looking for Hawaiian food. Prices are very reasonable.

Food was ok, I had the combo and all was good, the pasta salad just like in Hawaii, the rest I liked, the loco moco was not, did not provide a photo, the gravy was sweet like teriyaki as was the burger patty, the fried egg perfectly runny, location was easy to access and tainted by a passed out homeless person, very sad.

Cold chicken mini plate and when I drove 20 minutes back from work to return the actual plate (mind you I didn't ask for a refund, just a remake of the plate since the chicken was cold), when I got my plate they didn't give me macaroni salad or rice or cabbage! I returned a plate that had at least half of the sides... I was hungry and the sides weren't messed up. But they decided to completely disregard the fact that they took a plate with rice, macaroni, cold chicken, and cabbage....then returned two pieces of chicken sadly on the plate. Solo and sad.

My food was ready and packed in under 5 minutes which should be a big red flag. The BBQ combo I ordered showed two pieces of kalbi ribs in the menu photo, but there was only one piece in my order and not only was it a nearly meatless cut, it was burnt to the crisp and inedible. I am almost 100% certain this was cooked the day before then reheated by microwave (see photos). To compensate, they added a mountain of flavorless beef strips that were hard like jerky. The BBQ chicken was cold and not grilled at all - just rubbery slabs of meat with no marinade, flavor, or smokey char whatsoever. Teriyaki sauce was cold and couldn't save this sad excuse for food. Only saving grace was the macaroni salad. You know this food was terrible if I spent $20 and still threw it in the trash after a few bites. This place either needs to get it together or close its doors, what a disgrace of a restaurant and business.

Worst service I've ever experienced!! Drove out of our way to try this place and my husband needed to use the bathroom. The cashier would not let us use the restroom before placing an order. It was an emergency and we told him we were going to be customers. It's kinda hard to take your time looking at the menu when you have to pee real bad. I understand bathrooms are for customers only and maybe they wouldn't believe us if we came in looking dirty and on drugs. My husband and I came in well dressed, and to top it off I'm visibly pregnant! I've never had a situation where the cashier refuses to give the bathroom key before placing an order. I even said fine take my order while my husband uses the bathroom and he still would not give us the key until I paid for the food. Never have I ever experienced such gross incompetence and inhumane customer service my life! Can't comment on the food since we left and refuse to give business to someone who treats people like this.

They stood around while my order which had been prepared ages ago sat at the ready window. I don’t know if they were trying to be funny or something but don’t make your bad day mine. Additionally the food wasn’t tasty.

I was going to order food from this place but first I needed to bring my four year old granddaughter in to use the restroom which I asked two of the guys behind the register if the restroom was open for use. One of the guys said it was occupied at the time and the other guy said that I needed to buy the food first before they would allow my granddaughter to use the restroom. I told them I am going to buy some food but I needed to bring my granddaughter from the car first but one of the guys insisted on me buying the food first. With this type of response received, I decided to take my business elsewhere.

I ordered online the picture showed BBQ ribs and I was charged an additional charge. I got some grinder looking meat(similar to beef jerky) when I explained to cashier she argued and said show her. I showed her and she said that's old we don't give ribs that meal. She replaced with chicken and kept my additional charge. Never again will I buy from here

I can't believe I am even writing a BAD review, it's sad actually! This place was unbelievable the WORST service I have ever had in my life! I have been coming to this place for awhile now and LOVE this food and never had the service that I had tonight. My husband went and ordered food and first off, it was not fresh, there was so much rice I couldn't believe there was more rice than anything else! $15 of Rice! When my husband came home and we were about to eat I couldn't believe when I open it up and saw what they served us I was shocked! I went back and complained and literally CASSANDRA argued with me saying that's what we serve and asked for a fresh plate she straight out said no! I said you will not give me a fresh plate she said no! She was so rude and ARGUING with me (I am the customer) I have worked in customer service for 25 years and never had I treated a customer like the way she treated me or have I ever seen or heard a employee treat their customers like that. Not only that she was also calling my husband a liar on what he ordered! Completely not ok in all directions!

Went in at 7:53 and they close at 8. I don't care if your almost at closing time you should still accept customers if it's before 8. They turned me down and wouldn't let me order. Bad service! Never coming back!
