finally ate here and it was great. the place reminds me of the platonic ideal of the Southern California burger place. More than a joint, this is a stand that grew with distinction into a restaurant -- it's neat as a pin, the graphics are carefully done, and the attention to detail is apparent as soon as you walk in. And the food is outstanding to boot. If I lived near here I'd have trouble keeping myself from eating here EVERY DAY. It is old school and though I don't remember it from my sojourn in OC thirty years ago, it must have been there, right? I had a burger, naturally, but was intrigued by the onion rings and their orangy color. But the wonderful young woman at the counter suggested the fried zucchini, and that is what we did and hoo boy, she was right. Maybe the best I've ever had. I must have lost my mind as i ate them because I forgot to snag a pic. Anyway next time I hope to try their famous gyro and pineapple shake, and then or another time try their fluffy pancakes.

Most excellent place in the world been coming here since high school and still come here 12 years later and it still the same still the greatest food in the world that I believe in burgers, but you gotta try to find out for yourselves. They have a variety of menus of fresh cookies, shell salad, tacos, fries, onion rings, milkshakes, that works, I say some things are cheaper than some things are medium price, but for the price that you do get it is a lot of food definitely large sizes. A double cheeseburger is about the size of my two hands. Put together. So is a different., and nice experience with the food if you’re a food lover like I am and you like all these mom and Pop burger joints this is a type that you do not wanna miss out on,

Service was very friendly. Food was good and the value was excellent. Bonus onion rings was a nice touch. Decor is a bit dated, but it seemed clean. We left full and happy. We will be back.

Well let me tell you. This place has a vibe like the 90s classic diner feel. I been coming here for years ! And it’s really good. The food is great ! And fresh ! Don’t let the outside fool you lol! The food is cooked and fresh ! The double cheeseburger is juicy and delicious ! The server was great in taking my order! It’s clean and comfortable!

FLUFFY HOTCAKES & GREAT COOKIES! Bob's Burgers was an amazing surprise. My family and I went through an emotionally exhausting day, thankfully we discovered Bob's and had a great brunch. It's a local favorite that has decent prices. The best part is breakfast is served all-day! The ladies and gentlemen running the restaurant were super friendly and polite. One of the ladies running the register gave me a tip on which meal would be most affordable and include all the breakfast items I was craving, so helpful! I recommend the Big Breakfast Deluxe for $16.99. I ordered the hotcakes and was very happy with them. I'm quite picky about my hotcakes so this was a big deal for me. The bacon, eggs, and hash browns were standard. For "dessert" I got a hot Otis Spunkmeyer cookie, it was a thick cookie with lots of chocolate chunks for $2.50. The ambiance was mild, you can hear light conversations happening. It never got loud, it was a nice experience. I can tell many people feel comfortable here as locals were familiar with the staff and smiling. Note, dressings, ranch and BBQ sauce are an additional $1.00 each.

The service was good and the establishment was clean. I ordered the cheese burger combo and they threw in two onion rings along with my fries. Which allowed me to try and they were good. They have fair pricing and the food was flavorful. The fries were well seasoned/ not over-salted. Well return if hungry and in the area.

Idk why this place has so many stars. I got a burrito after a longs day work and it wasn't good. It was mid. 3/10. I wouldn't eat the burritos at this place even if it meant I would be pardoned from all my sins. As soon as I took the first bite, I new I should've took my big back to little ceasers and got my self the stuffed pepperoni cheese pizza with buffalo wings and ranch. Little ceasers never disappoints it's just that I wanted to give this place a chance but never anymore. I would rather starve before I go here again. I don't even like sushi but would eat it over anything here. I also asked for dr pepper and they thought they were slick and gave me the bootleg version of dr pepper. They also charged me an extra 50 cents for paying with my debit card which is highly illegal since it's a cash transaction. The only people I would recommend eating here are the people who I don't like. Also $1 for a side of ranch is ridiculous. My whole bill was $27. Let me tell you the chicken sandwhich is a lie. You can get a better spicy chicken sandwhich from carls jr. Even mcdonalds is better. And to prove im not lying, here's my burrito. I ate half and the other half i threw in the trash can. Not even the cocaroaches will touch it. Never coming here again.

Been here once before and wanted to give it another shot. Service was fine, pastrami sandwich combo was decent price, but the food was very mid. The fries were very plain, just salt. All that would be fine for three stars, but then they gave us black watery ketchup that looked off enough for me to check the expiration, and it expired 13 months ago... which makes me question everything else being fresh.
