It a very different food selection than the last time I was there about 3 years ago but still fast food and fast service they upgraded the food to restraunt quality was excellent

Del Taco never disappoints! This visit could have gone wrong, my boy doesn't like lettuce on his tacos, so that's how he always orders them. Turns out the new guy was on the register, and only keys one of the three that way. Pro tip, whenever you special order from a fast food place, check it before you leave! If you don't, you have forfeited any right to complain! Anyway, returned to the counter, and a different guy fields our complaint. The guy on the assembly line shouts out, "I knew it!" They took care of it quickly and offered to let us keep the mistake tacos. Bonus points for being open 24 hours, unlike Popeyes (first choice that evening) who won't fix anything for you if they are closing in a half hour. Oh, and LeBron James was there getting some tacos, too!

There is never a long line for instore and thru the drive thru. They have many options to choose from there menu is always changing and updating there menu items are very cheap from 12$ & under it is very affordable and yummy the hours are also 24s hours which is very convenient for many people getting off work or waking up early

I always love Del Taco because it's clean and it has several menu items that I'm fond of. It has ongoing coupon deals also. I've never seen a Del Taco property that looks questionable, even if it was in a dicey neighborhood.

I LOVE THIS PLACE. This is the best del taco I've ever ever been to because the food is better than any other one i don't know why and it's Soo good. The employees are also nice and i tip them sometimes and it's just overall so good of a place

My favorite place for fast food. I work in the field and can eat del taco and not were it. And I've been going to Del Taco since the 60s when they first opened in Yermo California. I do miss the Tuesday special 12 large taco for a 1 dollar.

Okay, not only does this place soar when it comes to paying attention to details and always getting it right, this del taco is going great! So much better than before, it's come a long way in the 15 years I've been coming here. It is always clean, and I appreciate how kind the window lady is to me every morning she makes my day bright! This Del Taco is open 24/7 so very convenient for us late night owls. I always order drive through and the food always come out quick, hot and fresh. I have never eaten inside so can't say how it is inside. Overall it's good cheap eat fast food that's a bit more healthy. Can't complain about anything here.

This del taco has always been good. The service was prompt and store is clean, at least whenever we are there. Food was pretty much the same as any other del taco, which, imo is always really good. Plenty of seating and parking is available.

I usually come here twice a month. Customer service is great, wait time is not bad, & most importantly, I never had an issue with their food quality! 👍👍

It's located on a very narrow corner. The food is fine, however Everytime I go through the drive-thru they always ask me to pull up to parking spots & they bring my food out. I don't understand why the franchise doesn't get that fast isn't good. Rushing employees is not right!!! I don't blame the restaurant, I blame the paper pushers at the top... it's because of the paying customer AND the employees you even see a bottom line!! The customer service to me, is great, no issues!!

It's Americanized Mexican food. It's not horrible. The good thing with del taco is... They don't use lard in their beans like taco bell if you're trying to avoid fat. And... They're not expensive.

The guy at the driver thru still didn't get the order correct after I repeated it 3 times when I ordered it. Then looked at me like a deer in headlights when I repeated the order 2 more times at the window.

I am torn. I love their food and it is almost always great, but the accuracy of my order is only correct about half the time.

I am a Del Taco regular. Up and down on service at this particular Del Taco. There are a couple excellent employees there but that's it. Cheddar Poppers frequently served still frozen inside. Chocolate chip cookies frequently served stale. Occasional stale tortillas on my red burritos. I've alerted the store managers several times, corporate office a couple times, but this location just can't seem to get it together. Go to the one on Warner and Springdale and it's a different world. Fresh, tasty, smiles.

Busy as expected because of the Tuesday night specials, and we were there at 630pm during dinner rush. Our order took 30 minutes. Good thing we didn't go through the drive thru. Ordered fish tacos, combo with a hard shell taco & bean/cheese burrito, and chicken soft tacos. Food was just ok. Portions are small if you're hungry. Probably won't be back. Only positive is staff was friendly and attentive.

Yep. Its Del Taco. A staple of Hispanic influenced fast food in Southern California. I don't eat here often, but when I do, the food gets the hunger to go away for a cheap price. Not much to say. The quality matches the price, and they are everywhere. Make sure to be nice to the workers there because its not an easy job.

Fries are always a "hit or miss"... Tonight, they were an unfortunate miss. :/ All else regarding the food quality, nothing short of a 5 but no greater than 8, on a 0-10 rating. Service was quick, however, window attendant had an unnecessary attitude.

This Del Taco is usually quick. The problems I have is that they make your food wrong or give your the wrong item about half the time. They usually remedy the issue but is just time consuming to go back. When the food is made correctly it is good. Overall it is just a ok location, has some improvements to make.

Went for taco tuesday and the whole taco would fall apart on the first bite. Not sturdy enough. No more value tacos, but most the food is decent enough

24 hour drive through no one ever there always a motorhome parked in parking lot but no employees in the store. So everyone is forced to go to jack in the box across the street..

I'll be sticking to ordering from here on a weekday from now on. With only two people working the drive thru and seeing a long line of cars, I can see how it can be busy for the staff. It was still nevertheless an okay experience for a Saturday night. When I brought the food back, my girlfriend got four hard tacos when I ordered two hard and two soft at the drive thru. After I opened up my tacos al carbon, the corn tortilla was too hard for the soggy chicken and the taco ended up falling apart. On top of that, I never got my receipt! Not that it was that big of a deal, but I was hoping to use it to get my rewards points on the Del Taco app! It usually is a good experience every time I come here, but maybe it's because all of those other visits were on a weekday, usually on Tuesday or Thursday Taco Night. Again, from now on, I'll only be ordering on those nights!

Not sure why but everything just seems like mushy rice mixed with whatever meat they have. I just don't think I will eat there again. Staff is nice but you can't hear anything because of roadside noise

This place... Depends on who they have working the window depends on how your food comes back to you.. Like if they recognize you or know your kids from school vise versa as well. My daughter worked here and the management sucks they don't treat their staff fair or nice.. Hopefully since then they've gotten a new one. Lets just put it this way I don't go there, but if I do they always make sure to get my order wrong. 😒

Service was good,line moved slow though. Food quality was not like it supposed to be, all the fries were burned and clearly sat for a while. I hope the employees change that and not serve their customers stale burned fries.

I'm the only one in the drive thru and it takes almost 20 minutes to get my food, are you fricking kidding me, and the lady barely speaks English, if you're not Hispanic and you have time to waste, then go here. I'm never going there again.

After hours sometime after 2am the people here are awesome but tonight Tuesday 10:50pm on 9/12/2023, i received this taco with nothing in it. Also, the lady at the cashier served me a strawberry sprite with the most smallest amount of strawberries i have ever received from this place. When I asked for more strawberries, she said it was extra. I told her im not asking for extra, I am asking for what I usually receive in my strawberry sprite and that I never received this little amount at this location. She said its extra again as if not listening to me. With these bad experiences and sometimes stale hard shell tacos in the past, i have no choice but to leave a bad review here.

Dont usually write reviews. This place has consistently poor service. From problems taking the orders, taking a long time to fill. Today they left out an order of fries. I asked the worker twice if there was hot sauce in the bag he said yes. Got home none in the bag. Managers get your stuff together, this place was empty and the Jack in the box across the way packed. Says a lot. Time to take my business to the one down the street, theyre usually pretty consistent.

this would be the worst customer service ever I just went by the drive thru around 12:50 -1pm I had ordered 2 double del’s , 2 large fries well done and 3 chicken soft tacos . There was this Asian lady who took our order not sure if she was manager but as I was ordering I asked if I could get grilled onions on my 2 burgers she replied “ we can’t do that “ I told her I’ve came here before and they have “ and she replied back with an awful attitude “ ok let me tell my cooks ok “ with an accent . When I arrived home I noticed the fries weren’t cooked well done like I asked for the burgers weren’t cooked well neither all messy and the chicken soft tacos were all messy the cheese was coming out of the wrapper chicken wasn’t even on the tortilla but outside ?! like bad customer service !

There's signs that say 24/7 drive thru open employees inside but it's closed I go to work around the area and it's closes at 8am all the time I feel like they don't like to work

They rotate through employees, so food is very inconsistent. Order is rarely correct. I know about 20 neighbors that won't even go there anymore.

This is probably the worst Del Taco I have ever been to. The bathrooms were a total trash. The employee preparing the food was slamming it on the preparation counter.

This place is by my job. everytime it takes 5 - 10 minutes to get your order taken at the drive thru intercom even when there are no customers inside or in the drive thru. It says open 24 hrs but they take naps or something inside after 9pm . Last time I went through the drive thru around 9:30 and no one answered at all. Don't waste your time coming here at night. You literally might not even get any food.

They're supposed to be open after hours right?? Signs are lit drive thru 24 hrs -- The lights are on, machines whirring inside and and out -- it almost appears like it would provide some service EXCEPT I don't see any crew inside nor and can I get any or see (from within) any signs of life and/or any service from within the store. There's a car in the lot that I appears to me like it might belong to someone is Working inside... But unless they are an invisible ghost, I can't seem to see or hear from ANYONE. Man, what a mysterious let-down and disappointment.

I went to drive through after working overnight tired with my son. His fries were so dried up in grease and my asada fries were burnt and the meat tasted more like jerky. Mexican lady working wasn’t paying attention she was on the phone and I could listen to her whole inappropriate conversation. Never going to that del taco location ever I rather drive far to another location. Had to throw whole food away

They never make the snack queso quesadilla with the queso blanco cheese, even when I asked them if it comes with it, I didn’t get it on my order. They close earlier than advertised on the sign outside that says 24 hour drive through. They also close at 11:30pm now, not 12:30 like google states.

Spent almost an hour in the drive thru line at 12-1am at night. Bad service and slow time. They usually give you the food for free after 15 minutes of waiting. Worst drive thru ever. Canes and In-n-out has a faster driver thru with almost 20 cars in line

This location is supposed to be 24 hours. Past few mornings I been wanting to grab some fast food (3am) after work and they are closed they have dining chairs blocking the drive thru. Same situation with Jack In the box they’re rite next to each other. Could it be the employees are being lazy?

The people there were nice but when I ordered a chilli cheese fries I told the manager the fries look burnt and she said no it's fine. When I got my chilli cheese fries I found 1 black hair and my hair is blonde so I know it's not mine. I got a refunds be ause I'm afraid to eat anything else with black hair in my food so if you want hair in your food go to this Del Taco here.

If you want to get sc sick.? This is the place to go. The food handler here doesn't change gloves. I saw this lady cleaning the floor with mops and holding brooms and going to the utility room and come back holding a dirty towel. She stops her chores when customers came in and made their orders with the same gloves!! That was disgusting! Can't believe it !!!. I would never come back here again EVER !!!!

This is another example of the Ghost of Service Past. As is normal these days, one employee was handling the drive-thru and the counter. After waiting a minute or so for service an obviously unhappy employee turned from a line of cars to take my order. I presented my phone for a free Epic Burrito that I'd earned with reward points...but I'd forget to tap the small button selecting the discount. Instead of waiting literally *One Second* for me to tap it, she walked away. Nothing can excuse this kind of discourteous treatment, but I only partly blame the employee who was, after all, trying to do two jobs at once. Owners: Please don't pretend to have a dining room. If you can't provide the bare minimum of customer service...convert your business to a drive-thru!!! I'm tired of this second class treatment.

Worst fast food I've ever had. This is my 1st and last time eating here. The only thing that was good were the drinks. Tacos and fries were cold and I asked for steak and got mystery meat that looked like ground turkey. Food was soggy....flavor was bad! The churros were hard as a rock and stale. Super disappointed. This is the worst del taco you can go to. Rude people gave me wrong taco I called and they had a fit saying I was wrong, I took a picture of it just to prove it. I called headquarters and they didn't care either. I never got an apology. Their attitude over a wrong taco was unacceptable. Best del taco is Stanton on beach and garden grove blvd. Stanton has friendly staff and not greedy with their servings. Don't go to goldenwest tight wads and rude.

$7.20 for 1 spoon of ingredients on "Fully loaded nachos". I got the carne asada & there was literally only 2 pieces of meat in there. This is ridiculous. Guy refused to take it back & refund it as I paid on the Del Taco app. Never ordering on their app again

Would not give copy of receipt after order wasn't correctly filled and time for service was over 20 minutes in drive through. If a manager is reading this it's 1:30 am on Thursday the 17th and I can't tell who served me or even the store number because again, I was not given a receipt, but your staff on this shift isn't performing. There is a crazy long line and it's not because it's just busy.

This is by far the worst Del Taco location I've ever been to. I've been three times and my order has been wrong every time. On top of that, the employees are rude and their customer service is some of the worst I've experienced. The quality of their food is not good at all. I understand fast food isn't supposed to be healthy, but the ground beef at this location is super greasy. I haven't been back here since the Del Taco opened up a couple miles south down Goldenwest.
