If you want the best Grandma Pie then you need to get it from Justinos. We ordered it tonight and they prepared they way we wanted it. We have never been disappointed with anything we have ordered.

Understated neighborhood pizza shop but they mostly put a lot of love into their pizza. Their L&B style grandpa Sicilian is spot on with a nice outer crust crunch and their grandma definitely delivers as does the vodka Sicilian. Keep up the good quality guys.

Delicious food, great delivery and not as pricey as most pizza/Italian restaurants!! My go-to was the rice ball parm, pasta fagioli soup and grilled eggplant, veggie wrap with side salad...the added delicious Italian bread put this whole order over the top!!

Ordered from them on slice ordered two vodka slices among other things and they gave me one marinara and one vodka my fault for not checking the order before I got home. They refused to refund the wrong slice when I got home and contacted Slice. They claimed they gave both vodka slices I mean are you kidding me like I don’t know how they taste and besides the fact, they looked completely different. I even sent a picture one is red and one is an orange colored.

A family member orders from here when we visit and not once was the pizza good. The white slice I found to be inedible, honestly. It has an awful after taste.

I'm so disappointed. I've been a customer for years, but today marks the third time service has been the absolute pits here. It's all run by teenagers lately who mess up orders, give incorrect totals, and complain about their job in front of customers. The food was always what brought me to here, but it's become so inconsistent that I can't keep coming back to a place for just the food if things don't improve. They used to have great customer service... I honestly can't tell what happened to have them dive this way.

Only good comment I can post about this place is it was thin crust. Pizza was stale and dripping oil. For roughly $4/slice (2 for $8) I expect decent pizza. It was under salted and barely edible. First and last time here. Costco sells a whole pie for 9.99. Much better than here when it comes to taste.

I called them to see if they would just remake it and the girl who answered said no. She offered a refund. If you expect to receive your delivery DO NOT order fromJustino’s. Most of the time they claim they didn’t receive the DoorDash notification and therefore they don’t deliver it or they are very late. I have had this happen countless times. I will never order from them again!

I ordered chicken wings and they were rubbery. The chicken caesar salad. I think they gave me ranch dressing because that was NOT Caesar salad dressing and the chicken tasted like it was old.

I haven’t ordered here from in a while… usually good pizza. I was starving looking forward to my wrap when I could taste nothing but bleach or cleaning product from the tray it was cooked on. And to top it off I had wood chips in my wrap too. So I ingested bleach and wood. Currently feeling nauseous too. Im very disappointed and when I told them they said they’d give me $5 credit when I come back next time after I payed $13 for a wrap that tasted like bleach. I won’t be ordering from here again. Very disappointed…

Over an hour later & no food. 20 minutes later than the "latest estimated arrival time" is when I finally tried to cancel. I've called the restaurant about 7 times. Requested multiple updates online for where the order is. Uber tried calling the restaurant as well. They just continue to let the phone ring. I would've been fine if they just answered & said they were on their way. It's fine to run late, but to completely not answer over & over, is just absolutely unprofessional. You have no idea who is relying on that food. Terrible way to run a business- holiday or not.

I ordered food online uber eats, I called the store about 10 times no one answering it says they’re open but in reality I believe they’re closed whoever is running this business can’t tell from their heads to their toes food is late over an hour.

I just witnessed the most disgusting heartbreaking interaction with the employees working at this restaurant. An older gentleman accidentally hit his car on the fence across the street. The employees working at this restaurant came out laughing and pointing fingers at this older man. When the man verbalized that this upset him, they came out of their restaurant screaming and cursing at the older man while challenging to fight him. They even ran across the street as if they were about to fight him, laughing and pointing at his car and mocking him. I have never seen such disgusting disrespectful behaviour and it truly broke my heart to watch it in action. I have no idea about the quality of your food, but walking past your store during this incident made me feel unsafe and I pray to God you never treat anyone near your store like this again.

I encountered rude service here. Told me to come pick up a pizza in 25 minutes when I got there after waiting in line for ten minutes I paid…so it’s now 35 minutes and I find out they haven’t even put it in yet. I ask for a refund and the head pizza boy says “No”’I just have to wait for them to make it. He was rude and humiliating. 25 minutes letter I got my pizza. And it COST THEM A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE.

And to top it off I had wood chips in my wrap too. So I ingested bleach and wood. Currently feeling nauseous too.
