Amazing. Recently opened on New Dorp so a group of friends and I decided to try it. Vibes were on point, food was fantastic and service was great. The spicy chicken pot and coconut chicken pot.. very delicious!! 😍 This spot is not AYCE, however the quality of food and service really delivered. Would recommend this spot for hot pot!

We tried SIU kitchen Hotpot because we were looking for a new place to eat with my family, and this place definitely deserves 5 stars instead of their 4.5! It was easy to order because of the easy to navigate menu and super friendly staff that answered all of our questions. We ordered a bunch of items and they did not disappoint. The ingredients were fresh and tasted great. My favorite, and a must have, was their Thai Tea. It was super refreshing on a hot day like today! Overall I highly recommend this place! Make sure to bring many friends and family to enjoy as much as possible!

Lots of unique hot pot broth choices and better options from the generic all you can eat hot pot places. Coming here each time eating the same food will feel different with a different hot pot base. The desserts here especially the coconut pudding are a must get! There's also a weekday special and membership rewards to take advantage of.

This is a very casual and artistic small hot pot restaurant. The ingredients are very fresh, the environment is very beautiful and very suitable for afternoon tea time. The food is also very good, the coconut chicken is very fragrant, and the toilet is one of the cleanest I have ever seen. I highly recommend coming here with friends to enjoy time

Great restaurant. Took my entire family and friends for Hotpot on Monday prior to Thanksgiving. We had Coconut chicken pot and spicy chicken pot, recommend 👍👍. So yummy 🤤. We spent $33.77 per person on a group of 4 adults and 2 kids. This place is clean and the the only bathroom is clean as well. Parking lot is in the back of the restaurant, but is a little bit dark at night when we visited. Over all, I recommend this place.

Siu kitchen provides impeccable service to its diners and they really do go above and beyond to ensure that the meal is as perfect as possible. Not only were their soup base selection delicious, but their pay-per-dish ingredients were all incredibly fresh and tasty! Jason took really good care of my family and even helped me secure a piece of cake to celebrate my wife's birthday. They constantly checked-in with us to make sure we had everything that we needed and helped us refill our broth whenever it was getting low. For 6 people, our meal ended up around 200+, which is basically the same as eating at some AYCE hotpot restaurants. However, the ingredients were definitely fresher and we were all stuffed by the end of it! Overall, the price you pay will obviously be dependent on what you order, but I guarantee you that the freshness of their ingredients will definitely stand out when you compare it to some other AYCE hotpot restaurants. This restaurant definitely values its fresh quality ingredients. Please give them a try and I'm sure Jason will take great care of you when you! Authentic Chicken Hotpot~ Fresh and great quality chicken meat with very rich and authentic soup base! Other dishes are great and good portion and freshness. The coconut dessert is a must to end this great meal! Great location with free parking lot of a big plus on New Dorp busy parking area. Will definitely come again for their spicy pot! Highly recommended!

The meat and vegetables are very fresh, beef has nice marbling to it. Soup base also very good.Dry pot also very good not salty but have a spicy kick to it. Need to try the coconut chicken next time

My favorite go-to place! I have to admit that this is the best Chicken Soup/hot pot I’ve ever had. It’s coconut flavored and you can tell it’s authentic. The meat tastes very tender. They have plenty of choices for side dishes as well.

2024.02 a very relaxing a la carte hot pot. Starting with coconut chicken soup. Then mala dish. Hot pot. Marinade beef is better than fatty beef. Don’t forget to order their coconut dessert. Really good. Their dragon fruit drink also good. Hot pot meat are fresh. Reasonable portions. The only point they lost is price.

For the price, its a la carte for the hotpot when you finish your chicken pot, Some items are more pricy than others but overall freshness is good. But the baby octopus is not good. Overall the chicken taste very good and the cilantro i love haha. Bathroom is single and clean very nightclub vibe w the purple light.Has heater for yourself and self dispense hand soap!

This place is not ayce (all you can eat), but it does offer other hotpot doesn't offer, and many Cantonese like; chicken hotpot, coconut broth. Brought my parents here and they really enjoyed this place. This place recently opened, they have this offer "post on WeChat and have at least 10 likes, get free lobster", they didn't have any more lobster but offered us premium beef instead. This place is a small, highly recommended make reservation or call ahead an hour before. Their sauce option is limited options and in a small space but I do like the fact that they have chopped fresh chili.

We ordered the fry pot however that wasn’t my favorite. I did really enjoy the beef stir fried rice it was perhaps the most delicious fried rice I have ever had!

Great place for Hotpot, high quality ingredients, clean and delicious. Consistent flavor and quality keeps me coming back. As a loyal customer who always spend over $150 each visit with party between 2-5 people in the past 2 years, I wanna speak up, someone needs to kill the flies in the restaurant. I literally have to protect my uncooked food for nearly an hour on my last visit. Hopefully, no fly on my next visit.
