I mean can't go wrong with white castle burgers.They were fresh and tasty like allways. Enjoyed the cheddar chicken rings 3.99 for 12 is a great deal and also they were made fresh!! I lived in Denver for 10 years ad they don't have white castle(they do have in and out though) soo to be able to get these fresh at anytime basically is nostalgic for me. Even though In and outs burgers are soooo much better

Not what it used to be.I'm not even from the state, but for a second, just to check it out and I was not amazed. I don't know all the hype is about White Castle. It's a decent burger and place to go to I guess the fact is that it's just small burgers makes it appealing. But for me, I'd rather just go to the side store and get Jojo's and chicken the chicken rings. I got were overcooked. Customer service was great, but just not what I expected. Maybe over the years, the company has changed ownership or something, but this isn't a bad review, it's just a honest one

Ordered two 5 sliders with cheese meal. No one in front of the line. Until we said something, we were standing at the front and took awhile for someone to take our order. After order, it also does take awhile to receive our order. Just taking too long. Inside decorations and furnitures seem old. Meals are good nothing wrong.

There one girl in the restaurant doing everything she getting cups servicing customers answering questions, running out to the lobby, refilling napkins while the manager just stands there handing bag Nice and casually The two other boys keep going to this one specific girl to answer their questions so basically she’s running the entire establish the Manger should be assumed of her self the girl Who Holding the entire establishment on her back should be a member of management

I went to the drive through. I don’t eat White Castle however, my mother does. Once the lady came to the speaker I want greeted properly automatically asking me to wait. When I finally placed her order and the lady asked me if there’s anything else that I want. I said that’ll be all. I wasn’t given the total. I had to look around on the screen until I found it. I wasn’t asked to come to the next window. I waited a while; that’s my second time at a White Castle drive through so I was prepared to wait (that wasn’t a problem). I know it’s said to check your food before leaving, that didn’t happen. My mom order was incorrect charged more for less. I can’t fathom how they got her order incorrect after repeating it to me. All in all, first time at that location and not good of an experience.

Found hair in my food and it wasn't mine. Addressed this with the manager and was basically pushed off. Employees were not wearing hair nets as required by law. Food waste on the floor in the dining area. Bathroom had a rancid smell to it. We threw out all the items be bought. We didn't want to possibly get sick. Would not recommend eating there even for my dog.

So I ordered a number two combination five hamburgers and two cheese sliders. These people can’t even get this order right charge me $26. I get on the road halfway to my house and find out the cheeseburgers aren’t in the bag. I mean, I don’t know how difficult it is to put an order in a bag and the food sucks. Do yourself a favor go to McDonald’s.

I ordered medium fries and I got charge for a medium fries. I also got a medium filled fries.🤣 I said thank you and I got the guy roll his eyes at me, i thought I would at least get a word of you are welcome or something. Maybe he was have a bad day servicing customers but I guess manners was the most important part of fast food service business not now , not today and not anymore.

White castle's severely sucks right now! They're selling burgers that cost almost $2 to have absolutely no meat on them! If you're thinking about having fast food hamburgers or cheeseburgers White Castle is not the go-to place! My last experience not only with their pricing or should I say overpricing for their invisible burgers, I actually took one of the burger patties off the bun held it up to the light and I can actually see through the damn thing! Not to mention the onions that they're steaming The burgers on are so old is the main reason why you have diarrhea for days after you eat White Castle is burgers!

Clam Stripes are back….but this is how they serve it. I’m not going to White Castle for culinary master pieces but someone either doesn’t know how to set a timer or forgot to pay attention to a timer. They had the balls to serve this so it only shows they dgaf so why support them?
