Opinions de Pho 60 Staten Island
My girlfriend and I love going to the Brooklyn location and now they opened one on Staten island and we couldn't be happier. The best Vietnamese food we have had by far. The grilled chicken pho is a staple for us. The staff is super friendly and attentive. Can't wait to go back again and again. Oh and also 10/10 for the design and the vibe. Def a cute date spot. The curry chicken pho with rice vermicelli is absolutely delicious!! The beef pho is my new favorite 😋😋
This place is cozy with a warm, welcoming atmosphere, and the staff is incredibly friendly. The food is amazing, and they can easily accommodate large parties. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area.
I almost dont want to tell everyone about this place. Hidden Gem. Private karaoke 🎤 rooms! They have a karaoke room for smaller groups and room for large groups. The atmosphere is great. Food was sooooo good, the staff was so great and accommodating! We will definitely be back !!
Absolutely loved the newly opened Vietnamese restaurant. The owner, which is the chef personally cooked my delicious salty shrimp 🍤 in wok with white rice. The taste was amazing. So grateful for the excellent customer service. The staff were very welcoming. A must try if in the area. I am definitely saying the best in the island.
The best Pho I've ever had, seriously. Great atmosphere, great service, guest Wi-Fi available. I will be back soon!
After trying this spot for the first time today, all I have to say is WOW. Out of all of the “Vietnamese” pho’s on the island, this is the real deal. The atmosphere was beautiful, the service was excellent, and the food just speaks for itself. I have my new favorite pho spot now. Highly recommend to all pho lovers out there! (:
This is the best Vietnamese food I have ever had, and my mother-in-law is Vietnamese so thats saying alot (sorry mom)... she loves it too haha. The atmosphere is so cute and the staff is friendly and quick. Lobster Pho is a must try at only $30 (atm since it is in season) And the mango chicken wings.
I've recently visited this restaurant with my family and it did not disappoint. This is hands down the best Vietnamese food in Staten Island. I've been in their restaurant which is located in Brooklyn and was so excited when I heard they opened another restaurant here in Staten Island. The atmosphere here is just amazing and I loved the idea of the tree. The service was great, waitresses were super nice!! Will definitely be visiting this restaurant again!!!
my family and i love this place. it is such a hidden gem. they serve some really authentic vietnamese dishes that reminds me of what i grew up with in my home. they also provide tea, which i love. the interior is also very fun and provides a nice setting. this time i got the pork chop pho and it always hits the spot leaving you feeling cozy and satisfied.
I’m a huge fan of Pho 60’s Brooklyn location and was ecstatic when finding out about it’s opening in Staten Island. This location has private rooms WITH karaoke and has become my friend’s and family’s go to for intimate gatherings. The ambience/ decoration is stunning, the boss clearly did not hold back on making it gorgeous! The staff are bubbly and attentive. They recently added some new dishes which are flavorful and savory. There is also a large selection of fresh/live seafood which is rare find in Vietnamese restaurants, an absolute must try. If you’re looking for delicious classic Vietnamese cuisine , such as Bun Rieu and Bun Bo Hue , this is your go to. Recently, alcoholic beverages were added . Their cocktails are a great way to wind down while indulging in their mouth watering and extensive menu.
I recently tried the Pho Special Noodle, and it was fantastic! The flavor was spot on, and the portion size was just right for one person. A perfect balance of taste and quantity. The host recommended the Short Rib with Black Pepper Sauce. While the presentation was appealing, I found the sauce a bit overpowering, masking the natural taste of the meat. Also, the price wasn’t mentioned upfront, so the $20 cost was a bit surprising. I also ordered the Pork Chops Noodle, which was absolutely delicious. Overall, a great meal with a few minor improvements that could make it even better! Spend $90+
PHO 60 might be known for its namesake pho, but the real hidden gem here is the Hainan Chicken. It’s absolutely worth the spotlight. The chicken is poached to tender perfection—juicy, silky, and subtly seasoned. Paired with fragrant, savory chicken rice and their house-made ginger-scallion sauce, it’s comforting, flavorful, and beautifully balanced. The portion is generous, and the side of light broth brings everything together.
Stopped by here with my family for dinner. The restaurant is spacious and we were seated within 5 minutes. The food was really good, they were nice portions and my parents and I loved what we got. I ordered the pho for myself and it was delicious. Loved the broth. Will come again!
The service is very friendly and quick, where the ambiance is very comfortable and aesthetically pleasing, which you can see in the video. The pork belly with egg was very tender and flavorful, with a delicate balance between its savoriness and sweetness without it being overpowering. The spring roll had a nice crunch and had flavorful bits of taro(?) which added a nice texture contrast. The hainanese chicken was very soft and smooth, pairing perfectly with its condiments. I definitely recommend the dark meat over the white meat, for I found the dark meat to be way juicier and flavorful than the white meat. Overall, Pho 60 has a nice variety of beverages and entrees, with unique selections like bone marrow and king crab! It was definitely a pleasant experience and we will come back one day soon to try their vast menu! Thank you for reading and best of luck! (:
Paid a visit and was NOT disappointed. The food at PHO 60 is exactly what you expect it to be. When it comes to Pho, it is all about the broth, and it was excellent. We shared a table with other guests, and it was clear that they enjoyed their food. The menu selection was beautiful, and I plan to return to try other delicacies. The hosts and servers were super attentive. Be ready for a wait as the restaurant is full during the weekends. Lots of parking. They have two beautifully designed karaoke rooms. My overall experience was definitely 5 stars. I absolutely recommend this restaurant.
Extensive menu. Good parking lot space. Great soup, noodle texture, and service. Bathroom is spacious and i love the outside sink also lotion smells amazing. Tea cup is so cute! Banh Khot is pretty good i love the fish sauce. The pork chop is pretty sweet. Avocado smoothie is creamy but rainbow ice is clumpy and suspicious.
Such a welcoming environment. Every time I come, I have a wonderful time. The staff are super friendly and patient and the food is exquisite. The prices are reasonable and the food is delicious. Sometimes they add new things to their menu and they’re always delicious! I highly suggest you come and try it out with your friends and family.
I eat here at least 3 times a week, I am never disappointed. The food is phenomenal, The people are amazing, and kayla is so sweet. I’m in love with this place. I hosted a party here and I’m Definitely coming again. I don’t have a picture of the food because it was gone as soon as it hit the table.
We have been here about 5 times since they opened not too long ago. The food is Delicious and is authentic Vietnamese food! My husband is Vietnamese and we both approve! The ambiance is great and the service is a delight. The pho broth is flavorful without too much msg. The spring rolls are crispy and delicious. The Bo Luc Lac was also a delight. We tried the oysters and clams as recommended and the oysters were fresh and delicious. I am so happy they opened a location in Staten Island!
I came here with some friends and was very pleased! The decor and atmosphere felt really cozy and comfortable which added major points to my experience. I got the pho 60 special. It was absolutely delicious! the soup and noodle texture was perfect. I would come here again! highly recommend. big portions as well.
Came here on a Wednesday night, was greeted by the hostess right away. Very friendly and beautiful layout. Very zen vibes and relaxing. Food was amazing and came out within 5 mins of ordering!!! Pho was spot on and was hitting that comfort food I so needed after a long days of work. And to top that off the bone marrow was a surreal moment. Would be coming here with family and friends any day I need some nice noodles!

This is my new favorite Vietnamese restaurant in all of New York. The food is so well balanced and full of umami. I just wish they had a location in Manhattan. We got the bun Bo hue and pork chops on the side. Service was so friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be coming back soon!

I have been coming here for years and it's been consistently the best pho place in Staten Island. The service is super friendly and attentive, the food is delicious and amazingly priced and the atmosphere is quiet and peaceful. I would highly recommend many dishes.
I’m honestly hesitant to even write this review — not because it’s bad, but because it’s too good. I fear that once people discover this hidden gem, I’ll never be able to get a seat again, even on a slow day. If you haven’t explored Pho60’s menu yet, you’re missing out on something special. There are hidden treasures here — dishes not even listed on the menu — that only reveal themselves to those who return and earn the chef’s trust. My advice: come a few times, enjoy the classics, and then ask. That’s when the magic happens. I thought their pho was unbeatable — the gold standard. But today, they completely redefined my expectations. What I had wasn’t just good — it made their already amazing pho seem like a mild cup of jasmine tea by comparison. It was a profound culinary experience: rich, layered, and deeply satisfying in a way that words barely capture. And here’s the part that surprised me most — you know when you eat something indulgent and think, I’m going to regret that later? This was the opposite. Each bite, each sip, made me feel better — nourished, energized, alive. It’s the perfect contrast to comfort food guilt — indulgence without regret. So come support this place. Meet the friendly, genuine staff, and let them guide you to something unforgettable. Just… don’t tell too many people. I still want to get a table.
extensive menu and great atmosphere; was very excited to see they had bahn bo hue on the menu. the portion size was quite large and they gave me a decent serving of meat as well. I think the soup itself could have been a little bit better but overall very good, would love to try the bun rieu next
I really wanted to like this place, but it just doesn’t hit all the time. Sometimes the pho is good, but sometimes it’s too watery. Sometimes the vermicelli is cooked well, sometimes it’s clumped.
A welcome addition to the local food scene. The owner had a restaurant in Brooklyn, which is where I heard of this place. The taste is roughly the same as what was in the other restaurant, and it is satisfying. Heads up, they temporarily only take cash. The restaurant decor is interesting, as it is different from other Vietnamese store decor. This has changing lights and a dimmer interior, with two rooms of seating and I think more interior design on the way. Their tea cups are nice but the pot is much too small and can only pour about eight cups per refill. Asking for a refill can be a bit challenging because the staff are very frenetic. They move around a lot or stand to explain the menu for a bit to the unfamiliar customers in the area. I think they will get their system down as they conduct their business onward. The food was good. I had the pho Tai Nam and it came in a bowl a bit smaller than I am accustomed to. Nonetheless, if I drink all the soup, I can get full. The small bowl is 12 dollars, which is a high departure from Vietnamese food I remembered years back, which was like 8 bucks. However, things have arguably changed a lot, what with sourcing and the pandemic. We also had the chicken curry and it was a tad salty, but the spice level was very good. The chicken was also tender and there was a lot of chicken in the small pot. Overall, I am glad to see this place finally open after a long wait.
I love Vietnamese food. When I heard a new Viet restaurant was opening, I had to check it out. I ordered the Pho noodle special, Grilled Pork Sandwich, Mini Shrimp Pancake, and Beef Vermicelli. (I ordered another noodle soup but forgot its name). Overall, the pho and noodle soup are the best. The broths are tasty and rich with just the right amount of noodle and portions. The Mini Shrimp Pancake is alright. The Sandwich is also crispy. I love them all.
Good flavor and service. Price is a bit pricey for items like the pork spring roll due to the relatively small size for each roll. Seating might be hard to find if busy due to the few amount of restaurant seating.
2023.12 The pig knuckles noodles is really good, big enough portions. Regular spicy is spicy enough for me. If Noodle can be a little more firm, that is better. Has more appetizer variety to choose from from, spring roll can be better.

Love their bun Bo hue. Nice atmosphere. Staff is decent
This may be our favorite Vietnamese spot on the Island, decor and atmosphere is warming and energetic at the same time. Food is really good no longer need to go to Brooklyn or Jersey. Pho was really good, also had spicy beef soup bun bo hue (fast becoming a favorite). Spring rolls delicious. Not a Vietnamese dish but a must try (mango chicken wings flats). They have the best beef cubes so far, better than china town and Brooklyn. Cant wait to go back and try other dishes

We got the pork vermicelli and the beef cubes and tell me why they gave us crumbs and a wilted salad. In the photo you’ll see a whole bunch of white dry rice and like 5 pieces of meat….. I don’t even know why I would order a beef dish if there isn’t going to be any beef? Not only that but the presentation made it look like leftovers. Gross.
$100 for 2 mid phos. Soup base tasted fishy and was not worth the price. Come here if you want pho to taste like the ocean. Just go next door to chipotle at this point.
I went to the store for take out order. Very disapppointing as I reheat the soup and noodle. The noodle is stuck together and broken into very small pieces that I cannot eat it. I manage to eat half and the rest is too broken down. I dropped in as soon as it boil and scooped right up but all broken down already. Because I scooped up too fast noodles were not just broken down but still stuck together.
Was here today, we come here pretty often, the food is decent. This time around, I found a long strand of hair in my Bun Bo Hue, told and show the server about it. She looked puzzled saying no one have long hair, meanwhile she have long hair. Anyhow, instead of addressing the issue over it, she just kept being puzzled and questionable over it. Long story short, it is kind of nasty because I don’t know whoever’s hair it is & if he/she had wash his/her hair, there’s people who don’t wash their hair for a week at a time. No compensation for it, disappointed with the service. So check your food before eating it.
The atmosphere was decent, but the food quality and staff behavior were disappointing. One of the dishes we received had a strong, unpleasant smell - frankly, it smelled like garbage. I politely asked to have it replaced. The staff agreed and allowed me to choose a different dish. However, when the bill arrived, both dishes were included in the check - including the one we returned and did not eat at all. When I asked why we were being charged for a dish that we neither consumed nor accepted, the staff responded by reading a policy statement and claimed that I should have asked questions before ordering. They refused to remove the item from the bill. To clarify: when we arrived, we were simply handed an iPad with the menu and told to choose. No explanation of policies was provided, no clarification, nothing. We refused to pay for the dish we did not eat. We paid for everything else. Very disappointing service and extremely unprofessional handling of the situation.
⭐️ 1 Star — Absolutely Disgusting and Unacceptable I am furious and beyond disgusted. I ordered pho from this restaurant today, sat down to eat it with my child, and halfway through the meal I discovered a FINGERNAIL floating in the soup. A fingernail. I cannot express the level of shock and outrage I felt. This is not just poor quality — it is a complete and horrifying failure of basic hygiene and food safety. I trusted this place to serve something edible, not something that belongs in a trash can. The thought that I had been eating this — and had given it to my child — made me sick to my stomach. How does something like this even happen? Does no one in this kitchen follow ANY sanitary procedures? This is absolutely unacceptable and honestly terrifying. I will never be ordering from here again and I strongly warn anyone who cares about cleanliness or their health to stay far, far away. Disgusting. Outrageous. Completely unforgivable.
