Excellent customer service- very friendly, extremely helpful, and polite. Also, the store was clean and the service was fast! As expected, my donut was good (they're always pretty good)- but I got a cup coffee for the first time (iced with cream, no sugar) and was stunned at how much I enjoyed it. Better than McD and better than Duncan. I'd even take Krispy Kreme coffee over Starbucks- it's smoother and not as bitter.... For anyone who takes their coffee as seriously as I do- truly, KK serves a really, REALLY good cuppa..!

We stopped by on 7/18/25 around 5pm, and the two ladies who helped us were incredibly friendly and kind. One of them, who was getting ready to finish her shift, packed our Super Hero limited edition donuts and still took the time to check on us before leaving—she even asked if we got our fresh, warm donuts! That extra bit of care really stood out. The donuts were delicious, and the facility was very clean and welcoming. Great experience overall!
Amazing service like always and donuts are always to die for. Came after work with the kids and it so happened to be their 2 year anniversary. Boy do time flys by and they even gave both our daughters free face paintings! Their service is goes beyond to connect with each customer. Can't believe I been coming here for 2 years already! Best thing that happened for Staten Island!
This was my first time trying Krispy Kreme and I was not disappointed. The staff was welcoming and the store was spotless with ample places to sit. The seasonal pumpkin spice doughnut was to die for! So incredibly delicious that it’s an ♾️/10. Soft and moist with cinnamon heavy fall flavors. The glaze to doughnut ratio was perfection. Probably could’ve had 12 in one sitting. I’ll definitely be back for this delicious flavor and to try others.
Thank you to the Krispy Kreme team for making it easy to pick up 21 dozens!!! Elizabeth the manager ensured that all are packed and bagged prior to my arrival that helped me get to work on time. I appreciate your service!!! What an amazing team! Warm, Fresh and Delicious as well !!!
The donuts were pretty good. There was a good amount of filling within the donuts and the doughnuts had a nice chewy texture. I got a box of six but was disappointed at the amount of items that weren’t on display it was four hours after opening too. The employees were really nice. Will come back when they add the reese line of donuts.
Donuts are always great, I go mostly for the coffee tho. Lately it’s just been inconsistent. I feel like it was in a better place with prior management. The vibe in the store is off. I love going there sitting down with my girlfriend having some coffee and a donut and they usually are reserving most of the floor now for I guess shipment of donuts going to stores. The biggest issue is the staff. Sometimes fine sometimes really bad. It can take way longer to get a simple iced black coffee than it would ever take in tim hortons down the road. Just saying. I love their coffee but I don’t need to wait 5 minutes for a medium black coffee. Also their espresso machine has been down for a while now. Mind you these negative changes have all been the last year or so. Hopefully they can get back to their old ways. It’s a great spot just fell off a bit.
First the staff was amazing. Good job with the amazing customer service! There was a bit of a wait but it wasn't that bad, since it wasn't a long line. Donut wise, it’s hyped up too much. It’s not better than Dunkin’ and I feel like I’ve been lied too. The worst part was the coffee. I ordered a iced caramel latte and it was just milk, no flavoring and espresso shot. A waste of money. I also ordered a caramel mocha iced latte, which I didn't really have an issue with since there's no caramel flavoring in it and just have mocha so it was whatever. At least that one have a flavor to it, but I still think it have more sugar than caffeine. I think it might just be bad quality because it’s on the island, maybe the other locations in Manhattan is better that’s why it’s so hyped up. I’m disappointed since it’s my first time trying this brand of donuts.
My boyfriend stopped at Krispy Kreme to pick up donuts for his family’s party. We were trying to use a $5 off promotion, but didn’t realize we needed the barcode ready at the window. When we pulled up, the employee immediately seemed impatient and told us we needed a barcode to scan. Since we didn’t have it pulled up yet, my boyfriend quickly called his dad to get the code. While we were waiting (and with no cars behind us), the employee told us we had to either pull to the side or come back around because we were “running up her drive-thru time.” When my boyfriend pointed out that no one was behind us and asked if we could just wait, she responded very rudely and said she wasn’t going to sit there and wait for us to get a text message. We completely understand that it was a busy Saturday, but there was no reason for the attitude. The situation could have been handled much more politely. The interaction felt unprofessional and unnecessary, which was disappointing.
I walked over today in the rain because I saw an online ad the day before for super hero donuts. My husband is a huge Batman fan and so I wanted to surprise him with a box. When I walked in, it was empty, and I mean, not even an employee to be seen. I stood at the counter for a bit admiring the donuts and a gentleman came up suddenly “can I help you?” The greeting was abrupt and not exactly friendly as I’ve had in the past but nonetheless I gave him my order. I have the app and in front was a buy a dozen get one for $1 ad. I asked him about it and at that very moment a female employee cuts in I’m guessing to stock the donuts or maybe just overheard, cut me off and said “it’s not $1 it’s $9.99”. The tone she had was very combative as If she was expecting an argument. I started saying “oh I just saw the ad on my app..” again cut me off repeated the price and added “Participating stores only!” I don’t know why she felt the need to talk to me that way I didn’t ask with any aggression or anything, it was as if the question bothered her or she had answered it a million times before, I don’t know. I kind of wanted to forget the whole thing and leave but I just tried to shrug it off. The male employee who was helping me originally just kind of stared at me while she stocked the donuts she had, which funny enough were Batman donuts, but I already knew I wasn’t going to be getting any of those, I didn’t want to get another abrasive response so I just let him put my box together. I did however have a coupon which I was able to use and I just left, not a “thank you” or anything just a “do you need a receipt?” Disappointed in the customer service but the donuts were ok, hubby was pleased with the thoughtfulness, I guess that’s what matters.
Only reason I gave star is so I can put my experience here. I placed the order online and went there on 12/20/25 at 8.10am the guy on the shift told me that they do not have the stuff available with attitude. I was like you should have called or something to inform me. He make it sound like it was my fault that they are falsely putting item online that they do not have. No wonder this name is about to go bankrupt again when you hire people like this.
I’m writing this review to express my disappointment with the service my family and I received at your store on 10/25/2025. We stopped by this morning to get doughnuts for our kids and placed our order through the drive-thru. While my husband was placing the order, the employee taking it named Ava interrupted and asked, “Are you ready to place your order now?” This made it clear that she hadn’t been listening, and her tone came across as very rude and dismissive. We ordered one dozen Original Glazed doughnuts and one dozen of the Halloween-themed doughnuts. When we arrived at the window, Ava only handed us the dozen glazed. My husband went inside to resolve the issue, but instead of helping, Ava whispered about the situation to a coworker, who then approached my husband and asked, “What do you want?” This employee was not a manager or anyone in a position to handle customer concerns. Both Ava and her coworker were extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. We only wanted our order corrected, but their attitude and behavior were unacceptable. Fortunately, we did speak with the manager on duty, who was very kind and promptly corrected the order. I truly appreciate their professionalism. However, I still feel it’s important to bring this attention to this situation. No paying customer should be treated in such a dismissive and disrespectful manner. I will also be following up with a call to corporate to ensure this matter is addressed appropriately.
Another very disappointing visit to Krispy Kreme in Staten Island. It seems that when you thought it couldn’t get worse it does. All we wanted was a good dozen original glazed donuts. We got the dozen, but definitely didn’t get “good”. What should’ve taken only a few minutes to order ends up taking well over 25. Ridiculous…one employee processing orders, while many other employees stand around laughing and talking, not involving themselves in assisting customers. Management clearly doesn’t seem to genuinely show concern about their brand. Once we arrived home with these, what should be, amazing delights. Turns into an amazing disappointment! A complete lack of quality control and care for its customers. Krispy Kreme Staten Island, when are you going to show care for your brand and sincere concern for your customers? What a shame!!!
I don’t usually write reviews, but I feel like this needs to be said. I walked in and noticed a long line, which I didn’t mind since I have plenty of patience. However, after 10 minutes, the line wasn’t moving because no one was at the register to assist customers. There was about 4-5 workers in there and they only had one girl helping customers, while the others were laughing and goofing off in the back. Another 10 minutes passed, and I finally reached the counter. The cashier asked if I was paying with cash or card, and when I said cash, she quickly left. I was confused—after waiting 20 minutes, she was leaving again? She returned to refill the register but then had to leave again to find a manager. Then, she left once more because she couldn’t close the register properly. Nearly 10 more minutes passed before I could finally pay and leave. How does it take almost 30 minutes to get a dozen donuts? When I got home and looked at the donuts, three of them look as if someone manhandled them and punctured the donut with a finger. Seriously? They weren’t even hot, so they weren’t fragile. How do you damage donuts like that? Plus, they were cracked and looked like they were tossed into the box without care. I’ve been to too many Krispy Kreme’s and this one is just trash quality. It’s time for some new management and better training/standards for the workers.
I recently visited this Krispy Kreme and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing from start to finish. First, there was one cashier taking orders while four other employees were standing around, laughing, and talking with a trailing waiting line. As for the donuts, they were far from fresh. The texture was dense and hard, not the light experience you’d expect. It’s clear they had been sitting out for far too long and were not made fresh that day. To add to the frustration, the packing of the donuts were dismal. 4 donuts had look like they’ve been crushed by fingers and the overall arrangement was messy. Never had a problem at any other Krispy Kreme’s. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this specific Krispy Kreme to anyone looking for quality donuts or good service. There are plenty of other places to get a better experience for your money. Save yourself the trip and avoid this spot!
