I love it here I come about once a month. from the pizza, steak sandwich, sweet potato fries with the sauce!! The wings and the appetizers are great. Love the fresh pretzel with cheese or mustard on it. And I just tried the Sangria and also will be ordering more.

We did curbside pick up for Tommy’s Tavern + Tap and it was a nice transaction. The food was fresh, yummy, and hot. We choose to sit down at the park and the food made our photos so much better. I’d recommend any flatbread cause the crust is very soft and yeasty. It was my first time trying their sushi, which I was afraid of. Luckily, the sushi turned out great for the price as well. Would def return and eat here again!

Great new spot with indoor and outdoor seating. Daily drink specials, sangria was not too shabby. Extensive bar food menu, fried pickles and Firecracker 50/50 (spicy calamari and shrimp) were very good. Staff is friendly and attentive, good service. Will definitely be back to sample some entrees!

Came here on a Saturday night with a friend and it was pretty crowded but we got a table relatively quickly. I tried the pork mac & cheese and it was delicious, so were the nachos. This place is great for a quick bite to eat. The atmosphere is nice and the staff is as well.

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves here this afternoon. I had a strawberry margarita and my husband tried the beer samplers.We were going to start with an order of calamari but our waitress suggested that we try the firecracker which had calamari and shrimp. It was seasoned so nicely and definitely lived up to it’s name. I would go back for that alone. My husband had the crispy buttermilk chicken sandwich, I had the artichoke pizza. It was decorated so nicely, the ricotta looked like a flower. We almost didn’t want to eat it because it looked so pretty. The dough was cooked perfectly. It was crispy and flavorful. My daughter had the Mac and cheese. We were all very happy and would love to go back again. I also want to mention this because she is 1 and we were hesitant to anywhere, let alone a bar type restaurant, but I haven’t seen a staff so attentive and kind to a baby, they brought her crayons and some pizza dough to play with. Thank you to all who took care of us today.

I stopped by this location today for the first time while I was shopping in the Mall. I really liked the Tommy's Tavern in Freehold, NJ, so I wanted to give this location a shot. And just like Freehold, this place has great food and service. The waitstaff is friendly and the establishment (including the bathroom) is very clean. Definitely recommend and I most certainly will be back again.

A Corner Sports Bar-Restaurant that has Wall windows around the Place. They have a few locations at the moment in New Jersey and Staten Island. There are TVs with all different type of Showes going on from anywhere you sit in there. It’s a Big Island Bar witch means you can walk around it. Tables and Booths are all around the Island Area. We started with a bunch of appetizers. We had Fried Calamari, Sticky Asian Ribs and San Danielle brick oven pizza. For dinner I had Grilled Ahi Tuna Wrap with Crunchy Sweet Potato Tots and shared a Tavern Dip. They have sushi options as well. The waitress Michelle was outstanding, She came over to check on us often to make sure everything was OK. Great Service for a busy place.They offer outdoor seating as well. It is located in the Staten Island mall Area,so there is plenty of Free parking.

We were blessed. Laura was our server. She is sweet, friendly and easy going. No attitude at all. It was our first time here and we left with a very happy feeling and definitely will be back. The food is sooooooo good , I wish I could eat a lot. But, will have to come back at least 3-4 times :) Prices are decent too. We had onion soup and sliders. If someone reads this review from management I just wish bartenders had more freedom for making drinks and the drinks that I mentioned below they would learn about it. It is great when bartenders step outside the comfort zone to try new stuff and make new drinks. Try medavukha, Yorsh, or parmessian martni. The bartenders with creativity will attract more visitors and will make more money for the business as well for themselves. The Barside i believe should be left to bartenders being in charge like a separate division of company. Went in to see a Rangers game before a movie and drank a white russian. It's a nice place, but can get a little crowded. Staff is friendly and inviting. Had been there before food is great and bartenders are awesome. I just wish that they would have knowledge of drinks from other countries but it's a learning curve and comes with experience. Also I wish that they would import some liquor from overseas. Great place at the Staten Island mall. We had two kids with us and they were very accommodating- besides the traditional crayons and placemat- the kids go some dough to make their own pizza. The fact that the managers care enough to always come over and ask if everything is ok means a lot. Love the wings. We get them almost every time we go and we order a medium classic pizza but get it made into a flatbread just because we like it that way. Never had anything that we didn’t like. They are always crowded and you most likely have to wait to be seated but to us it’s worth it

It was my first time at this restaurant/bar/pizzeria I have got to say it was amazing. I noticed the place is very spacious and clean. The staff are professional and friendly. My waiter was wonderful. The menu is huge with unique dishes I haven’t seen at other bars. The food was so good I had started with two appetizers and a entree. The pretzel was fresh, soft and delicious, I just wish it had less salt on it. The spinach and artichoke dip was too good, it was thick, creamy and cheesy. The sushi was my favorite dish, it was of the best sushi I ever had. I also tried the grilled chicken & mushrooms with fresh basil pizza it was fresh and fantastic. I’m very impressed with this business.

I met my girlfriend here recently on a Wednesday after work, and it was perfect because it wasn't too crowded. We kicked off the evening with a couple of beers at the bar. They have a great selection, including a lot of craft beers. Since IPA is my go-to, I tried a few different ones, and they were all really good. After a few drinks, we decided to order dinner, and there were so many options on the menu. We ended up sharing a pizza and a burger. The burger was amazing—I went for the bacon barbecue, and it was full of flavor and super juicy. The fries that came with it were crispy and delicious. The pizza was just as good, and the meat lover’s option was definitely the right choice. The bartenders were awesome, too. They were always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. All in all, this place is a great spot to relax and hang out.

What a beautiful service, prompt, kind, fast, correct and friendly, manager came to ask how everything was, when the place was clearly PACKED!! The waitress asked few times how everything taste, and if we like it, waitress had suggested some delicious selection: we got from sushi to California burger with sweet potato tots and much more, and she was totally right. Everything was cooked to perfection, juicy juicy and flavorful. The menu has everything you can want: from great Sushi, to amazing Burgers, fresh made pizza, bar foods and much more, I had ordered 6 items and drinks…. Bar service is fast and on point! Kitchen sends beautiful, delicious, piping hot dishes that can make a 3 star Michelin restaurant envy! The atmosphere is kicking and loud, but very fun and cool! If you like to enjoy your self, go there, Well worth the bridge toll from Brooklyn! I absolutely loved it and will be back.

I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad meal here - though I’ve also never had a meal here that has stopped me in my tracks, either. It’s a great restaurant/bar for watching sports, especially Sundays during football season. It is usually pretty crowded, though I’ve never had that greatly affect the service I’ve received.

It was our first visit here. We opted to sit outside which is a cool option but the seating is a little tight. It took a while for a waitress to arrive but she did right before our breaking point. I wish I could remember her name because she was very pleasant and professional and frequently checked on us , which naturally eased our previous irritation. We ordered the pretzel as an appetizer and it's both huge and delicious. I ordered the short rib sandwich which I found both tasty and worth the money. My wife had the grilled cheese and tomato soup which was also very good. I had a beer which tasted fresh, so they clearly know how to take care of their taps (take note Staten Island Applebee's) . Too many of the local chain restaurants fail to do so. You have to appreciate this place because if it's eclectic menu, featuring sushi, pizza and not so standard bar fare. It's always packed, so that also says something about it. They do have a kids menu and crayons like most places, but I personally wouldn't bring the kids during dinner time. That's just me though. Now to knit pick on something that has nothing to do with the restaurant itself, I didn't like the fact that cars would just sit and idle along the curb where the outdoor seating is. It's unpleasant for a dining experience and sadly, maybe even over paranoid, I find it to be a safety and security issue. Mall security or the police department should move these cars along. Just sayin' ....

My girlfriends and I walked in on a Friday night. There was a wait to be seated but we were offered to sit at the bar. We ordered off the Starters list - Fried Calimare, Gen. Tzao's Chicken Dumplings, and Chicken Taquitoes. They were delcious. The Calimare was fresh, the taquito shell was a soft shell with a flavorful chicken filling. The dumpling lives up to its name. Gen Tzao's dumplings had a stealthy kick to it. I felt that there was too much noice at Tommy's but after a while it didn't bother me. I don't like to raise my voice to be heard. I normally don't sit at the bar, but I feel the service was pretty good. Our drinks order were filled quickly. Several bartenders would come over to check on us and see if we needed anything. I felt no pressure for us to order more or to leave to bar. I would definitely return when it not so busy.

Tommy's is a good place to eat if you are near by Staten island mall. A little expensive compared to my fav in that area - Red Robbins. But the food was really good. I tried crab cake and sliders. Both were good. Service was a little slow since it was a Saturday. Decent ambience and a lot of parking available since it's a part of Staten Island Mall.

It's not super loud so it's a great place to sit with good company to talk, eat, and put down a few drinks. I had the Triple T's Cheese burger and it was a hearty bangin burger! I wanted to love the tater tots but they were just okay. They were served with a sweet dipping sauce I felt added an unnecessary sweetness. With the already sweet tots I would have preferred a salty dipping sauce for a more sweet and salty touch. The service was a bit slow. The waitress was friendly and accommodating. Tommy's Tavern + Tap is a fun spot near the mall for drinks and casual eats. Got the coal-oven wings (crispy and saucy), a classic pizza slice, and some pulled pork mac & cheese—food was good and portions solid, though nothing blew me away. Service was friendly enough but a bit slow when busy. Atmosphere is great: bright, lots of TVs for games, big bar with tons of taps, and a lively vibe perfect for hanging out with friends or watching sports. Good for a relaxed night out on SI!

Big place with lots of TVs. I had a veggie burger with fries and a jalapeño pineapple margarita. The fries were excellent. The margarita yummy. The veggie burger was fine just not to my liking. They offered 1/2 price wine happy hour. The service was excellent.

Alexa was very friendly, witty and social, providing us with a fun and enjoyable experience! The food was good and flavorful, with a unique twist to its original format (I.e., fried onion strips on top of the French onion soup - which was delicious!). The prices were reasonable as well and the selection is incredibly varied, so will definitely come back to try some of their many other selections! Great spot! Love their food. Lots of options to eat. A great place to come for wings and burgers(delicious) but also they have great sushi and tacos! Definitely come here and try their food. And more if you can’t decide what to eat and just want it to be really good!

A few dishes was off, but overall is a pretty good restaurant, decent price for the meal, huge portions, their appetizers are full on entrees. We had the firecracker 50/50 that's the worst,no flavor. But their meatball is on point, the drinks was Tommy's twist I think, very good. The sangria was on point. The bread with the meatballs was super fresh. The fish is dry, but everything else was pretty good. Good service.

Newly opened in Staten Island Mall, right below AMC. A lot of people for Sunday night dinner, waited 30 minutes and not too bad. Portions came big and taste ok.

My husband come here frequently. On Thursday we ordered over the phone however they did not have the ny strip they had ribeye however once we got the food home what a complete waste of money. So fatty hardly any meat. A complete waste of $136. I would have brought it back however they were closed since we ordered a few minutes to closing 😔

I've been on the fence about writing a review, but last night's incident pushed me over the top, so here we are. My family likes coming here. The food is decent, the service is good, and the atmosphere is pleasant. With that being said, it is BUSY! And they don't take reservations. That's all fine; however, when you come with little kids and have to wait for a table, and there isn't much of a waiting area, it can get tricky. Many people were moving around, and servers carried drinks and large hot food trays. We sat the kids on the bar stools to stay out of harm's way while we stood next to them. This isn't allowed, and it's not illegal; it's just not allowed at this establishment. 🙄 Once you get to your table, it's pretty smooth sailing: you order, you wait, sometimes you wait awhile, depending on how busy they are, you get your food and enjoy! Last night, they had a fire alarm issue. My kids, sensitive to loud sounds, have started to freak out! It took a while for them to turn it off. I had to take them out of the restaurant, and on the way out, I let my frustrations be known, to which some at the front just shrugged off. Pretty much that included a manager; once they turned it off, we returned in, and as soon as we sat down, it went off again. My kids, of course, reacted, so I had to bring them back outside again until they shut it off. Now, you can imagine how dinner was no longer an enjoyable experience, especially when the kids wanted to flee. I'm assuming a manager was walking around table to table in the blue shirt. He asked us “how everything was,” and while my husband asked for a check, I responded, “Not that great.” Then he just walked away. There was no apology, no complimentary ice cream for kids to make them feel better, nada! So will we be back, maybe...

The staff are great and super friendly but to me the food is just mediocre. The presentation of it was good but it lacked flavor. They have a lot of choices of beer on tap and it was ice cold.

My only bone to pick w/ this place is the menu/food. Never in the mood to eat anything on that menu. The food is blahh. Besides that, the vibe is great, drinks r great, great place to watch a game (wide array of tvs), staff is friendly!

Its pretty typical mall food, but the outdoor seating option is nice! The menu is very expansive and allergy/dietary restriction friendly as a result, but perhaps because its so big the food is just okay as a result. The restaurant wasn’t crowded when we went but service was on the slower side, likely they were understaffed

Disappointed... Went this past Saturday with a party of 6. We were told about an hour wait around 7pm, left phone number and went into the mall. Ended up getting seated around 8pm. Atmosphere is pretty nice, lighting could be better as it is very dim, which is fine but it's not a cozy dim in my opinion. The waitress was very good, attentive and quick, but the place is very loud to the point that you can barely hear your server so you need to shout and reconfirm what you are ordering since you can't hear them. Music is very loud and the large open space doesn't mask anyone voice either. As an appetizer we got the loaded nachos which were very disappointing, the chips were soggy and couldn't even hold up to the amount of toppings they put, not much flavor either. Basic no effort chili and beans out of a can. Beers and drinks came quick and waitress refilled and brought more often which was nice. Another disappointing item was the pulled pork Mac n cheese. As an entree we were expecting it to be special and unique. The Mac n cheese was very bland tasted like it was boxed mix, with dry pulled pork with no sauce or anything on it, and this also comes with cornbread for some reason on the side but doesn't have any BBQ sauce on the Mac or pork which is odd. Also comes in a bowl was expecting maybe in a skillet since it's an entree. The Penne Vodka with chicken was actually very good, pasta was cooked well. The sauce was pretty good the meal was very hot right out of the pot and chicken was very juicy and fresh actually. The French fries are not hand cut and nothing special, just usual frozen type diner fries. Short rib sandwich was almost unedible due to the dryness of the meat and the whole thing fell apart into a mess. The blackend shrimp wrap literally had 2 shrimp in it, that's all and all iceberg lettuce in plain wrap. Very disappointing for something that costs 15 dollars. One person got a side of broccoli instead of fries and was upcharged 2 dollars for "coal fired" broccoli which was frozen broccoli on a platter with no topping no oil or bread crumbs or anything. The menu seems big upon looking online but if you are not getting pizza or sushi then there really aren't many choices, not many entrees not even a steak meal on the menu, mostly sandwiches. Overall decent atmosphere and has lots of potential, will come back eventually for second try hopefully it's working the kinks out.

We love tommy's tavern however the last couple of times we ordered food to go the burgers were undercooked. The first time I asked for mine to be well done and was extremely undercooked. This time my husband asked for medium well and it was like half the burger was cooked and the rest was kind of raw. Also we got kids meatball and penne and the meatball had something inside of it, seems like maybe a piece of bamboo or plastic. I'm not sure we'll be ordering again from here. This is the third time I’ve been here, first two times were excellent. This time was not so great. We arrived about 8:30 PM was seated right away. Our waitress was good in the beginning. We ordered The wings for an appetizer- 15 mins later the focaccia bread we asked for to go with it came out. My husband got the cacio e pepe Flatbread for his meal and that came out quickly. However, it was more than 25 minutes later and I still did not get my entrée which was a simple Caesar salad (no meat or anything). I almost was going to say to forget about it since it was Such a long wait. Waitress was no where in sight. Finally, she did come over and said she would check on the salad; she did apologize and finally it was brought out to the table. That was not one time where we were asked if we would like a refill of our drinks And the glasses were clearly empty. It could’ve been just an off night But unfortunately, it wasn’t such a great experience. Seemed like the waitresses were more interested in having private conversations than tending to their tables.

My friends and I really liked coming here on Monday nights and we really enjoyed it. Unfortunately, lately this location is no longer the same Tommy’s that we know and love. The food quality is down. Service is atrocious. We keep it simple - get a table, order some food/drinks, eat and leave. We are respectful of the establishment and the staff. Now asking for water is an inconvenience for a server apparently. Today we sat at the bar, and were treated, with no surprise, as an inconvenience. Thank you Tommy’s, will take our business elsewhere.

Ordered their “famous” pretzel as takeout and when we got home the thing was BLACK and hard as a rock. I took the whole thing and banged it on the table. Hardly edible. Ended up just throwing the whole thing out after desperately trying to enjoy it. I was told this was one of their best dishes but if thats the case I don’t think I’d wanna see anything else their serving.

At Tommy’s 9/23/2025. Worst experience at a restaurant in a very long time. 25 minutes before a waitress came over. Waited for an hour if not more for our food. So after 90 minutes we finally ate. The ribs were burnt. Not sure if there is new management at this location….but wow what a terrible experience. Food was even cold. I like to give everyone e the benefit of the doubt….but damn get it together.
