We’ve had delivery from here but this was our first dine in experience. We were one of the first people to walk in. The waitress was sweet and on point the whole day. Menu is long with lots of similar items with varying proteins. Took us some time to decide. Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. Overall a diner type concept that has some great staff and great food.

Great atmosphere. Accommodated 15 relatives mid afternoon in between church and wedding reception. Food was fresh and delicious. Cappuccino (added amaretto) was awesome. Service was attentive and quick. This is a must try local eatery!

This is actually my first time ordering a Panini. Absolutely outstanding, I’ve been missing out this entire time. I ordered the Rocky Balboa which was extremely good, wished it gotten to me sooner so it could be a bit warmer but the Uber driver had an extra stop along the way, understandable. It was so good that I was taking bites between shoot outs in Call of Duty Mobile and I was pretty upset I had finished the Panini so quickly but it did fill me up. Very hefty, flavorful! I intend to try other types of Panini’s going forward. Will be ordering from here again.

I ordered (online) the P25 that comes with grilled chicken, smoked mozz and sun dried tomatoes. Instead of sun dried tomatoes ,they gave me tomato sauce. A little bit bummed bc I was really craving my sun dried tomatoes, love them 😭, but Panino Rustico hasn't failed me at all in the past so I don't mind. The fries are ALWAYS OUTTA SIGHT!! 🤎

I have been eating here for about 6 years now and tried their brooklyn locations and have always had positive experiences however today was not the case. I ordered two paninis both with prosciutto for delivery. As soon as my friend and i opened them they had a somewhat off smell but since I have always only gotten fresh food from here I didnt think much of it. We both took a bite from our sandwiches and instantly looked at each other in agreement that something was definitely off with the taste. I called the store and I told them i love their restaurant and I wasn’t seeking any type of refund but i wanted to let them know they should check the prosicutto and make sure its safe for other customers. The woman who answered the phone was extremely apologetic and very understanding which I appreciated. She put me on hold to speak to her boss who basically said that the food is fresh everyday and that the best he would do is send us two new sandwiches on the spot but there was nothing wrong with the meat. Our appetites were gone at that point so I declined. Its been around 6 hours and my friend is not feeling well. I didnt want to leave this review but I dont think I can eat here again because safety is most important and the reaction seemed to be more denial than concern. Had the boss shown more concern i would feel comfortable eating here again but now im turned off

The wraps were delicious but whatever you do, do not order “Cheese Fries” Possibly one of the funniest things I’ve got delivered. A plate of French fries, with three thick slices of American cheese in a separate container. Umm thanks?

First and foremost the food was amazing. An order was placed for delivery but we were “out of range” 3 blocks away…. The order was then placed for pick up and the cashier stated “What no tip” Are we kidding?! Unprofessional and unacceptable.

I ordered delivery from here once and later dined in once. The sandwiches on both occasions were sort of disappointing in flavor, freshness, and portion size. One of the sandwiches had chicken breast that was both thin and dry. Not worth the price, in my opinion.

Ordered a panini delivery mozzerella supposed to be pesto but the put basil leaves cheese wasn't melted proscuitto looked raw and wet. I think they use butter because that was what stood out. The worst panini I've ever had. Doesn't taste right soggy just inedible. Made me sick.

2 paninni and 2 soups(smallest I've ever seen)through grubhub...$72! I'll never order from there again nor will I ever use grubhub again.

Ordered for delivery they told me 30-40 minutes. How the f does my bread turn in to literally mush that quick. My chicken cutlets are soggy. This is literally worse than dog food I wouldn’t even feed this to the ducks outside. So disgusting couldn’t even finish half of a half. Disgusting. But the delivery driver was very kind.
