I have ordered taralli several times from Frank and Sal Italian Market, and I have always been delighted with the efficiency of the transaction as well as the quality of the product. Their website is easy to navigate and use, and the orders are always shipped promptly and without any error. The quality of the taralli is excellent, and they are available in a good variety of flavors. My favorite is the red pepper flavor, but I usually order at least some in other flavors as well so I can have a variety. All of the flavors are great! Frank and Sal is an outstanding company to deal with—I really appreciate their efficiency, quality, and attention to detail!

Where I live in NC, there's no Auricchio provolone, so I found Frank & Sal's online. To my surprise, it's only a few blocks from where I grew up on Staten Island! (I even worked in an Italian deli in New Dorp in the early 70's.) Good price for a 3-lb piece, well packaged and fast delivery. A+

Living in S.Carolina there aren't any Italian Markets like up north. I started ordering from Frank and Sal to satisfy a craving for tarralli. The minute the box shows up my family gets out the coffee to soak them in. The way they are packed, in bubble wrap, they always arrive as if I just got them in the store. They arrive in a few days of ordering. Thank you for bringing a little bit of Italy to the South.

It's my go to. Not just because it is fairly close to where I live. Really good quality especially if you love fresh mozz (although it's pretty pricey). There hone cooked meals counter is also excellent

Had a family get together and ordered trays of food from Frank and Sal’s catering menu. I called and spoke with Justine who was very helpful and friendly with answering all my questions. On the day of the get together Frank and Sal’s delivered on time and set up the trays and sterno’s. After everyone finished there were lots of compliments about how delicious the food was. I highly recommend Frank and Sal’s.

I ordered a 3ft hero from Frank and Sal’s for a party, and the entire experience was awful. When I went to pick it up, the person behind the counter was extremely rude, telling me I had to wait for “another guy” to retrieve the order. When another male employee came out and asked if I needed help, the first man ran out screaming that he told me to wait. How was I supposed to know that wasn’t the “other guy” he meant? Instead of clarifying, he continued to talk about me to other workers, complaining about the crowd the holidays bring in right in front of me. Completely unprofessional and disgusting behavior toward a paying customer that has frequently supported the neighborhood business. To make matters worse, the hero itself was disappointing. The chicken was dry and not enjoyable at all. Between the terrible service and the poor quality of the food, I will never support this place again.
