Hi, unfortunately I was very unsatisfied with the half garlic parm/mild buffalo wings I had this evening. The wings were chewy, hard, oily, and tasted old. I have not had your wing for quite some time and decided to try them again. Needless to say, I will more than likely not come back.

This place is absolutely disgusting, especially the ones that open now at 9 PM. There's a guy whose name starts with the letter J; he's revolting and filthy. If there's a rating lower than one star, then yes. And he doesn't know anything about customer service. Don't eat there.

genuinely do not go here. go to 2626 hyland blv everytime i go here its something either food is missing or it tastes horrible i just got wingstop from here by accident i never order from this wingstop because i already know theyre gonna play but today i did and the food is so salty i genuinely cant believe they sent this out and i love salt. this is inedible it tastes like they put all the salt from every grocery store in my chicken like r yall deadass serious im genuinely so mad i had to come write this because i hate this wingstop sm they never fail to ruin my day throw the whole store away

Spent close to 90 on different wings NOTHING special about them.. overcooked and meh.. should have gotten regular food 🙄

Ordered for superbowl arrived late knowing it would take extra time they took an hour and a half extra.. went home and to my surprise the food was wrong cold and portions were less then ordered.. forest ave is the pits when it comes to this franchise. So unorganized people standing everywhere and i must have repeated myself 5 times what I was waiting for....

We've been getting wings from this place for several years now. The only thing that keeps us coming back is the wings. Aside from that, the customer service is complete crap. Slow moving slugs, smug faces...etc Was there last week to pick up an order, noticed none of the kitchen staff wore gloves. The wings were smaller in size, almost pigeon-sized wings. Probably won't order again.

I came into this location 11:35-11:40 the door is open it’s says til 12 it dose not say when to place the last order by I don’t understand why they can’t take my order just fry’s n wings it’s only 2 people in the restaurant it’s like they pic and choose wat time they stop taking orders im very upset so you guys close at 11:30 then look at the time they stop taking orders I was a walk in I should’ve been taking care of instead they worrying about going home and cleaning witch should be do my even the doors close to avoid problems like this I’m not looking for free food the time before this I ask to speak to a supervisor all of a sudden they didn’t understand English I ask for a number to make a complaint they the girl said she can’t do that I don’t remember name but I took a pic every time I came here so I can point the people out just In case they said I’m lieing I came yesterday late also it was fine no issues I guess cause I only ordered fry’s witch was a lot of so I got my food in 3 min out out the last 4x I came here 1x was good the other 3 was bad experience as if they were tired and wanna go home it dose says open to midnight right I worked fast food many stores I was always told take orders til the very last min then close the doors why is it open if you gonna tell me no sorry to complain

Placed an order and payed. Was contacted that the order was cancelled by the store. Was told I would be refunded but to this day no refund and when ever I try to contact them they redirect me to corporate. I will never buy anything from their stores ever again. Bunch of thieves. Can’t blame delivery service because I placed my order with wing stop, who confirmed cancellation

Usually had good experience here but the driver stole the food and when he came to my door I was pretty much told to just call the restaurant and he left. We call the restaurant and they confirm the order was handed to the driver so he must of took it, when we asked for some kind of refund they said to call doordash, and then doordash said call the restaurant. The restaurant said there’s pretty much nothing they can do and refused to give some kind of store credit or at least just remake the order free of charge so unfortunately That was the last time I order from here, the prices are way too high anyway so thanks for saving me money.

First time making a Wingstop app order , than it said order will be in 15-20 minutes ready to pick so I I when in about 20 min hoping that my order will be some kind of ready when I get there. But after I got there the staff just asked for my name and said it's not ready , had me sit there for over 30 minutes than realized why my order still ain't ready than other staff came over ask to see my recipe and finally check the system and print out my order and that means I had to wait ofcus other 30 min for them to prepare my order. So basically for me to get my wings took more than 2 hours. I know the wings are good but is Worth for me to wait for 2 hour? That's why we order ahead time. I will give them other chance if things go smoothly next time I ill fix the rating

I ordered online.. 5 piece tenders MEAL , they completely forgot the fries but they gave me only 4 tenders. Never again Oh yeah and when I tried to call up the store to tell them what happend I was left on hold for no joke 40 mins . I gave up

This is people’s food....... The store was disgusting, the workers were arguing and fighting . I had to return my fries and I ended up just throwing away 6 sandwiches I bought, I was too turned off. It’s a shame, this place would go out of business soon if the service don’t change. Even before I opened my mouth to order on September 5th at 5:23 pm, the cashier interrupted and said, “ it’s going to be 1hr wait.” I should have left then, but I didn’t.
