I come to this location frequently for lunch as it is quick. I place the mobile order before driving to this location and it's always ready by the time I get there. Can always count if Jimmy John's to provide a quick and delicious meal.

I work at Harbor Freight right across the way in the same parking lot and I was having a terrible morning so far, but y'all made my day better thank you so much! This is the ABSOLUTE BEST JIMMY JOHNS!!!! I can’t eat lettuce and they have sprouts!!!! They are ALWAYS courteous and aren’t making negative comments about their job. Nice to see a smile and they are quick. The restaurant is always clean!👍👍👍👍

I ordered food for my son on a day that he had to come to work with me, now he asks for it every time he is stuck in the grooming trailer all day. He loves Jimmy John's and definitely enjoyed his food. We received a very fast service with a very polite employee.

Always a good place to go, fresh food, quality food made to order. And you never leave hungry. My favorite is the gargantuan with homemade sliced sandwich bread! Great service, and clean.

The Vito is a great sandwich. The pickles and chips are awesome! I have had some issues with delivery and service, but for the most part they do very well.

First and last time. We waited for our food and didn't know they were screaming numbers of the sandwiches that we had ordered. We didn't remember the numbers. Staff did not explain when to get drinks or chips so we waited. Ordered a side of acacado but didn't have a utensil to use. The only reason they got a 3 and not a 1 star was because the employee gave me a fork from her personal stash in her purse. Food was adequate.

I'll give this location a chance, but my take out experience was less than ideal. I was expected to look for the order myself, prepare the drink myself and grab my own napkins (super lame and out of the usual for Jimmy's). At that rate, I might as well have ordered in store.

The Vito is a great sandwich. The pickles and chips are awesome! I have had some issues with delivery and service, but for the most part they do very well.

Ok...their food is good. But they really stink on delivery. We live in the city limits in the Tanglewood area. They won't come 1 extra block for delivery. They won't give a reason why either. They extended their area East, so apparently they care more about college kids here part time than citizens of Stephenville! We would eat there at least 3x a week , but oh well!

My review below was a couple of years ago but my opinion has changed since then. Ordered for lunch today since I dont have a ride and found out they are charging $5 for delivery fee now. Asked for napkins, none in the bag. Asked for cherry coke, they said they were out so I chose dr pepper. Its flat. Ordered a little john combo with a pickle and it was $18. Probably won't be back for a while, definitely will not order delivery again. This is a really good store. The place is always spotless, which I appreciate. Staff is usually really friendly and very fast. I got a wrong order once and was already 20 minutes away when i realized; I called and they immediately made it right. The last few sandwiches I've had lately have been really good. The fountains are always clean and don't taste dirty like a lot of places. Would definitely recommend this location.

We ordered 2 combos, one original and the other a Little John. We also ordered two sandwiches with chips, one original and the other a plain Little John. The employee took it upon herself and charged us $2 more by making the plain Little John a Slim, didn't notice until after the sandwiches were made and checked the receipt. I also caught her making one of the sandwiches a completely different sandwich, which she thanked me for catching that and remade it, but when I noticed she made three big sandwiches for the others, she nonchalantly said that it's only two dollars more, but that she could give us store credit 😒. We are driving through and don't live here so that's useless. Two dollars more for a bigger sandwich for my 5 year old is a waste. We took our food on the road and found out she put lots of onions in one of the sandwiches that doesn't even come with onions. If we ever drive through here again, we will not be back. I will add one of the four sandwiches was made how we ordered so I'm thankful for that.

There was more horseradish mayo on my sandwich than there was meat. Every bite is absolutely drenched in horseradish mayo. The staff was rude and talking to other staff about how they didn’t care cause it was their last week anyway.

Acted like I was inconveniencing him. Literally just threw the sandwiches together and sat them there without a word. Y’all need to work on your customer service skills…

Food didn’t have tamper seals for delivery and this was easily the worst food delivery experience of my life. Never again.

No hot pepper even though requested. Couldnt go back once found out because of granbury schedule. Though even with idk if the sandwich was good No flavor??

I ordered jimmy Johns on doordash and the driver called me being very rude asking if I could turn the porch light on (it was already on) then they literally THREW my food at my door and stomped off my porch. Food didn’t have tamper seals for delivery and this was easily the worst food delivery experience of my life. Never again.
