Third Update. 2.17.2026. Recently came in to try the new croffles and specials drink. We didn’t eat the boba croffle or tiramisu croffle immediately so it was slightly difficult to eat with just the spork. The new special pink coco dream was good. Sesame ball order was crispy and red bean flavor was right. Vietnamese coffee with sea salt foam always delivers. Update. 8.19.24. Still my go to for Vietnamese Coffee. Sea Salt or Coconut Vietnamese coffee are nothing good. The Boba texture is soft and chewy, just right Another Boba location that recently opened and been wanting to try. It's located next to Green Papaya. Came to Dila Tea House when they first opened at 10 am. I was greeted upon entering and was told I could order on the kiosks. Decor is pretty, with tones of black, gold, white, and green. The green offers a touch of nature. Painting/portrait of the Eiffel Tower on the right wall and half face of a female on the left wall. The menu is against the wall, fairly high up. Many options to choose from. Tried the Vietnamese coffee, and it was pretty flavorful. 3.11.23. Came back to try the other Vietnamese coffees on the menu. I've been wanting to try the Vietnamese egg coffee, and I have to say that it was pretty good. I think the egg foam mixing with the coffee made it lighter. My husband tried the Vietnamese Sea Salt Coffee, and it was relatively strong and dark. Not sweet, just right. We both had the coffee with boba pearls, and it was soft and chewy. 👍
Relaxing and inviting. Two key concepts when coming to a boba shop. There may be times where it appears to be busy, but most of the time its a large crowd, but quiet setting. The artwork, decor and the setting is refreshing to my eyes, having lovely lighting to a beautiful artwork on the walls. Marbled (if real) on the floor. The food here does not really live up the the other boba shops food ie. Popcorn chicken is 7.50 and you'd only get almost half the size compared to T4. The takoyaki comes in 6 pieces for 6.50 but rather small and a little plain for my taste. The drinks on the other hand is a hit or miss depending on the flavor of choice. Choose wisely and choose your sweetness level. I love the tiramisu milk tea, its very good but the quantity that is given is a lot smaller than I hoped for. Overall I do love the overall Tea House, the atmosphere and choices to choose. I would like to come back more occassionally if possible. ... I still have Bober tea house on my mind. Thank you for a good experience!
The inside is BEAUTIFUL! Friendly staff! The self-ordering kiosks make it modern and convenient! Food and drinks are hella good! Must try!
The boba was amazing! Definitely try the chicken too! Not to mention the amazing customer service 💖 I’ll be back !!! 🫶
This place is a must go! Such an aesthetic. Food was delicious. Excellent service. Can't wait to go back.
Super clean and friendly! Very fast service and all the drinks were good

Went there for the first time it had amazing interior and the drink was fantastic 10/10
I always judge a boba spot when it comes to their house milk tea first. If a spot can't get this right that means all their other drinks aren't good. This spot checked off all boxes. The boba was sweet and chewy. The black tea used wasn't overpowering and paired well with the dairy creamer. The kids ordered their usual brown sugar fresh milk with boba. The decor inside sets this boba was nice and pleasant. Very welcoming. We also ordered the calamari and popcorn chicken which we recommend. They didn't have regular fries so we ordered from bonchon which was right next door. If we are in the area we will definitely come back.
To be honest, we avoided this place because of some iffy reviews when it first opened—- and this is coming from me and my sister who like visiting new boba shops in Stockton. But our first visit here was surprisingly really good! Staff were really nice and the inside decor was really cute. They had the doors open so it felt like a nice place to be in on a summers day. I got the durian milk tea. I was skeptical because I love durian but in a milk tea?? It ended up tasting like Durian milk candy so 10/10 Popcorn chicken 5/5——- people said it was unseasoned but ours was seasoned perfectly. It reminded me of the popcorn chicken that used to be at sold at Bubble Leaf (rip) and also Lollicup The pandan waffle 4/5 … it has pieces of coconut in it so that was nice Overall we would come back here again. Much closer to us than T%

A good boba place in Stockton area. The ambience is excellent and their staff are friendly! Their fresh squeezed sugar cane juice with passionfruit is awesome. I liked their milk tea too. Their Tiramisu cold coffee is a bit strong, so be aware about it when you are ordering this. Will definitely go back
Stopped in during the weekend after the grand opening. Lot of nice Decour and new lighting. One cashier was present and someone in a black suit but didn't acknowledge any of us or other customers walking into the door. Thats the first thing any shop should do is greet your customers. Ordered a Taro and Coffee. Both drinks were made well 😌 Seating was plentiful and lot of nice stuff to look at. Menu has a large selection, so it can be confusing to new customers with SO much to look at. It didn't help 1 kiosk was not working for a new store opening but the cashier was friendly 👌 16 Boba tea shops are currently in Stockton within a 5-mile radius, Share Tea, Bobber tea, T4, Happy lemon, Mochinut, Kung Fu Tea, Fusion Boba Cafe, T% ( on march), lollicup, Quicklys and so many more. So making themselves stand out will be a task with so much competition 🙄 Not to mention 3 more Boba Tea stores are in the works for the same area of Hammer lane/West Ln.. The area is definitely FLOODED with Boba shops and they ALL have the same Boba suppliers, so each drink or store depends on the barista making your drink that day🧋 Overall a good experience and will definitely be back again 😌.

Strawberry Matcha with soy milk, not bad. Not super yummy either. I’ve had worse. This is my go to at all the boba shops around town (as well as Thai teas), if available in dairy free version. If I go again, would maybe take down the sweetness level one more or try something else. Not everything can be made dairy free. Just fyi. Decor and aesthetic is pretty! I did enjoy that. Love the faux greenery wall. The girls at the front desk were nice and very helpful. I was asking them about non dairy options, they told me they could make my Thai Tea w/o milk. We ordered and paid. They came to me after letting me know they weren’t actually able to do that with that drink if I would like something else. I ordered the strawberry matcha then. They said they apologized for the inconvenience and they could give me that drink for free. (We went a day or two after grand opening) After that girl left me, some lady that was sitting down at a table went over to her & said something. They gave us the drinks, mine wasn’t free lol I didn’t complain, just kind of a weird situation to unfold. Which brings me to my next point, upon entering there was a man and lady sitting down. Talking, not drinking anything, just kind of staring at the atmosphere, not acknowledging customers. We assumed they were the owners since that lady was the one that went to go talk to the young worker after she told me I’d get a free drink. Overall, if they were the owners, personally, just felt weird. The vibe wasn’t as comfortable as a first time visit could have been. I’d recommend for people to try it out at least once. Idk if I’m dying to go back though.
I’ve been to this boba spot a couple of times and it’s always been so good. Their drinks are great however, today when I went to pick up my drink after ordering it and the cashier was helping a guest out and got a little behind on bringing out the drinks. There was a man who seemed to be the manager went and got himself a drink instead of helping the cashier out and kept checking her out and didn’t bother to help her. There was about 10 drinks that had to be served out. She was very nice and apologetic about it though but the man there seemed a little off.
The drinks are delicious and with lots of Fruit in it. The menu makes it easy to choose from what ingredients to put in it. Every order is quick. Rhe place is clean and comfortable to stay in and even to take pictures.

This is a cute tea house to come and hang out but the service is slow the girl with black short hair is low key side eyeing you while you wait. Maybe if the employee was more welcoming it would be a perfect spot

Beautiful esthetic, the food is good, and the staff is nice however when I placed an order for two smoothies with strawberry popping boba and added “extra boba,” the order came out with strawberry popping boba AND regular boba. I wanted extra strawberry boba which is what “extra” means. I didn’t want two different types of bobas. I also didn’t asked for “regular boba.” I simply check-marked “extra boba”. I politely asked if my drinks can be remade and she said she couldn’t re-do it. I then asked if I would need to pay for a new one and she didn’t say anything. I don’t like wasting time over $20 so I paid for the new smoothies and this time did not ask for any extra anything. The customer service was completely lacking. I was not offered to have my drinks re-made due to an error on the ordering screen and that would have made me a returning customer.
Such a BAD experience! Ordered 4 drinks: freshly squeezed sugarcane juice, Vietnamese coffee, 2 Dila milk tea. Did takeout so didn't discover the issues until later. The biggest problem was the ice. So apparently when you select "no ice" you get charged an additional $0.75 (I have never ever seen this before at any other boba/bubble tea place). I accept the additonal charge for this on all 4 drinks because I thought maybe they are charging more because they are filling the drink all the way full. But that was not the case. See corresponding picture... there is clearly ice and it is only 75-80% full. I don't get it. It feels like this place is nickel and dime-ing everything. I can't support an establishment that does this when there are so many other bubble tea places in the area. Sorry, but it's a one and done for me.

This has to be a joke, I selected light ice since I didn’t want too much to melt into it and the worker handed me my drink with 80% ice for damn near 9 dollars. Just go somewhere else that’s worth it and on top that it smelt like an actual porta potty.
The tea house looks so cute and it’s perfectly decorated for selfies and or small videos of your food items. I tried the Vietnamese coffee and was immediately put off by the “spoiled” taste that I picked up on my first sip. Their oolong and guava iced drink was not that great either in comparison to other establishments that serve the same items. I would not recommend .
