The chicken is the best. The people in the kitchen seem to be working hard and management is improving. They make sure the food is fresh and out as quickly as possible. They have a friendly staff who care about your experience. Would go back.

The manager white gentleman withy tattoos is probably the most hardworking and calculated worker in there communicating with his workers and actively moving to get orders out in a timely manner the workers there hands down are very hardworking and working in unity they have hustle and grit. Best environment in the worst community I can only imagine the people they deal with but I’m salute them for their hard work

The store manager Tiffany has done an awesome job and fixing all the problems. The store had food is fresh. Hot food is coming faster. I see a great improvement since tiffany has taken over

Tiffany abs crew are awesome! They are professionals and make sure you have what you need before you leave the store. I have a big family and even though during rush hour they stayed calm the whole time and made sure I was taken care of. Even drive thru folks were taken care of. If the food is not done right they will make sure it's done right. Inside dining is good and always clean. I don't see ant mistreatment of staff. Some msnegment will bulli or belittle their staff members but I did not see any employee abuse like other establishments have which is good. Just professional adults doing their job. And no pandering outside and inside. No ratchet customers lol. Just good citizens eating or sharing a good meal. Excellence at it best at this location.

This location always comes through with the correct order and the food is always good. The manager Meza provides great customer service and she always makes sure that we get what we ordered and are satisfied with our meal.

Not crowded, fast services and great food.

Had such a pleasant experience at this location. I would have not expected this from a "fast food" establishment. The food was hot and delicious and the place was very clean. The highlight however was the exceptional customer service I received from a particular employee....I believe her name tag read Meza...along with the rest of the crew I was treated as though I were dining I'm a far more prestigious restaurant. These guys are great and I would come back everyday if it were on my route. I will be returning however soon and I would recommend this particular crew and location to any and all of ny Co workers and friends! Thank you Meza and Crew!!!

The mashed potatoes and gravy were hot! The chicken was hot and fresh. The breasts must weigh 5 pounds…they are huge. There was plenty of batter on the chicken but it was not overwhelming. I’m a pretty big eater and I was only able to eat one breast and one leg‼️ My son picked up dinner tonight. He said whoever waited on him was very friendly and took very good care of him. Even after the trip home and sitting for a few minutes while we set up for dinner everything was pretty much still hot. It seems to me that they’ve improved the recipe for the chicken. It seems less greasy than it used to be. I’m not a fan of their rolls. I did not eat the two that were included with my meal. But the potatoes with the giblet gravy and the chicken were all very good. In the meantime my order was sitting in his car getting cold and soggy! I don’t recommend Popeyes delivery. I don’t recommend delivery services at all.

When I went inside all I could see is happy faces. I’m thankful for one lady I didn’t get her name sadly. But I was having difficulty with my app not showing me mac and cheese as an option. I recommend this location as its full of people of all ages and seems so organized :) On a side note I got a chicken sandwich, SUPER CRUNCHY. This is officially my first review, and honestly I wouldn’t think in a million years I would be leaving one for a fast-food fried chicken joint. But my family was on the tail end of a week long road trip, we just decided to pull off in Stockton, I figured Popeyes would have chicken fingers so it seemed like a safe choice. I was blown away with the quality of my chicken sandwich, if was at a restaurant it would have cost 3 to 4 times as much. The chicken was crispy on the outside, perfectly moist on the inside and hanging over the buttery brioche bun, the spicy mayo had a subtle kick. I got the Cajun fries, only thing missing was an ice cold beer. Kids loves their fries and tenders. Wife got the same as me but with red number an and rice on the side which was also on point. Beyond the food, the space was clean and inviting. The standout was the service. We were taking a while to figure out what we wanted ( never been there before ) and sometimes you feel the pressure to just hurry up and order, the man at the register had a warm smile and was incredibly patient ( you could tell he meant it when he said “take your time.”) He explained the sides, offered a reco and even stopped by our table to check on us. Total pro, service like this is rare, especially in fast food. If I ever go back through I’m definitely stopping by again

Well kept store, the tables were cleans and the staff was kind. I ordered 2pc classics box with two sides and a drink. The worker gave me an extra wing which was very kind of them 🙂!! For a meal of two I would say there was a 10 minute wait for food which wasn’t too bad considering it was a semi rush hour. The chicken was hot, fresh and so crunchy. The biscuit was heavenly, with lots of butter, and the fries and mash potatoes were good. My only critic would be that the mac and cheese had good flavor but the noodles were overcooked, other than they good place.

The employees at this location are truly amazing. When I walked in I was placing a mobile order and while doing so i would like to say about 15 mobile orders printed out all back to back and MEZA who was working the front counter at the time was managing the counter service, interaction with guest, packaging orders, keeping customers informed about their order and reminding everyone that it would be out shortly. It was bit of a wait but because I’ve worked in the food industry I know how it is so it wasn’t a big deal. Food was fresh and hot . The drive to this location is 15min away from my home but I’ll be returning to this location each time I’m in need of some of that Popeyes chicken. ♥️

Of course, the hype and the reason I was there, was the new Wings. Not bad for the flavors they offer. Garlic Parmesan was REALLY good and the BBQ was ok. I've had the Sweet & Spicy one already and that's been my favorite! I'm glad they got bigger wings though. When they first started selling the ghost pepper wings, they were TINY!!! This was a good move to have bigger.

My family has been coming here for several years now. The food is usually pretty good most of the time, but they always forget the sauces whenever we place a mobile order on the website. The service lately has also gone downhill. My husband came in today to pick up a mobile order for us and the guy at the counter watched him enter the store. As soon as my husband got to the counter, the guy at the counter turned around and proceeded to ignore my husband and only talk to his coworkers. Even when he tried to get his attention by speaking to him, the guy at the register continued to ignore him. He was going to ask if they put the sauce in the bag for the mobile order and lo and behold there was no sauce. We've already reached out to customer support on the website as obviously the staff at this location can't be bothered to even respond to a customer. Hopefully the staff step up their game next time.

Completely did not follow mobile order. 2 missing items fully. 2 items with missing ingredients (that are the meant to be the “standard” for the items). No napkins or utensils. Reporting wrong orders and the resolutions for them are not equal to the price of the missing items.

Not my favorite place. I went to this Popeyes once and had a pretty disappointing experience. After eating their chicken box, I ended up feeling sick, and to make things worse, the soda was flat. Literally the slowest Popeyes in California. If you go thru the drive thru, about 98% of the time you will have to pull out of the line and wait out front for an exorbitant amount of time since they are so slow. Even for a simple order like a chicken sandwich combo. Also, approximately 43% of the time they forget something from your order. Horrible management..

They have the worst customer service at this location. We waited almost 1 hour for an 8 piece classic chicken only order. After 25 mins of wait, we checked in and was told another 5 mins, checked again 5 min later and was told another 8 mins. The clerk asked if we wanted our money back which at this point, after over 30 mins of wait, a refund is not even justifiable. We will definitely not be returning to this location anytime soon. This place needs major improvement in their system and customer service.

This place is TERRIBLE. The only reason why i come to this one is because it's close to my home. I went the other day i see the manager ( a white lady) pulling up her shirt and exposing her stomach. Why should a customer or anyone for that matter have to see that. I was told by the staff that the exact same manager doesn't help them and i have seen for my self all she does is sit down and doesn't even bother to help.She is very loud and very annoying i couldn't even eat in peace without hearing her loud voice! There was the other managers that were really nice two of them really helped me out with my order the first time i visited this location, I believe their names were Steven and Cameron. Every time i come and i see that white manager is there no one seems happy. I came by the drive thru a little over a week ago and one of the staff i don't know if she was new didn't give me all of what i ordered. I ordered 2 5 piece tender combos with fries and a coke and a Dr. pepper and i also ordered a 10 piece bone in classic chicken which i didn't revive.The parking is terrible i got parked and they told me 3 minutes and i waited for almost an hour to get my food for my little sisters and brothers. I know if i don't see Steven there or Cameron I WILL NOT COME BACK to the PACIFIC location.

If I could rate this experience zero stars, I absolutely would. Yesterday, on 10/28/2024, I went through the drive-thru with my parents around 2:49 p.m. I spent $80.63, which is rare for me as I don’t often eat at this location. Everything seemed fine until I was asked to pull up and park in front, as I was told it would take about seven minutes for the biscuits to be ready. While waiting, my dad, who has Parkinson’s, needed to use the restroom, so I told him he could go inside since we’d just bought food. After five minutes, I realized he hadn’t come back. Inside, he was treated rudely by the staff. When he politely asked for the restroom key and, after being ignored, raised his voice and called out “Ladies!” to get their attention, he was still completely ignored. All three employees turned their backs and even laughed as they walked away. I was shocked and disturbed by this behavior, which seemed both discriminatory toward my dad’s disability and potentially racist, as we’re Asian. When I went inside to ask why my dad was treated this way, instead of an apology, I was met with a dismissive “Oh, we didn’t hear him.” It was only when the drive-thru employee stepped in that anyone attempted to address the issue, but the damage was done. If the district manager sees this, please contact me. This experience was incredibly disappointing and unacceptable.

2pm today I ordered 3 spicy thighs, mashed potatoes, red beans and rice, large soda at a cost of $21.60. The chicken was so over cooked I took one bite and discarded each piece. My potatoes that is supposed to include gravy, might have had a small teaspoon amount. With the increased prices we deserve food that is properly cooked and sides that actually have gravy in them.

We call this “the bad Popeye’s” - I’ve never had an order just be correct. Don’t pull away without checking your order! When informed about missing items sometimes you are given attitude or needlessly/repeatedly questioned. All I’m asking for is the stuff on the receipt you handed me, but clearly didn’t read. No one is “on top of it.” A lot of 1 star reviews say the same thing. Too many 5 star reviews, by people with only 1 review. Hmmmmm.

If I could leave a zero star on the service and atmosphere I would, super rude kept asking if we were ready the second we got there after taking a few seconds to look at the menu, then put someone else on to ask the same exact question when they had responded and heard us the first three times, food was dry and seemed old.

They literally have no patience here easily get agitated if you’re not swift with your order, I mean what if it was a senior person in line and they had to go through that so disappointing. I paused because I was confused so I said I’m picking up a order and said my name I kept on saying my name and he kept on saying the wrong name then he was like pull forward when I got to the window he said “that will be 15 dollars”. I was like it’s a mobile order I already paid for it and then he ask my name again, then said OK and quickly walked away another person came gave me my drink and was like would you like any sauce I paused for a second because I knew I bought sauce so I was like there should be sweet heat sauce in the bag so no he turned away before I finished speaking And gave Me the food and was like “they’re in there now” they were both so disrespectful and inpatient. I will NEVER ODER HERE AGAIN . We order on line and spent 39.31 on the wings 4 kinds, And this was so bad. We received old dried wings, little to NO SAUCE, and we weren’t able to tell which was which. And it was cold. The beans and rice was so bad little to no rice , the service was very poor. They got 1/2 star for being open. If was filling better I would have taken it all back- SHAME SHAME SHAME .
