Really great donuts and really good service. Some random guy just kind of cut line right in front of us. I think it was the manager that noticed, so he went ahead and gave us a free donut as we waited, and then took our order himself. Really nice, very professional, wonderfully delicious and addictive.

Who does not like Krispy Kreme donuts? I am a big fan of these donuts. This location has drive through, but it is generally busy with long lines. This store is well maintained, customer service was pretty good. They used to give free samples, but not anymore :(

Krispy Kreme is my favorite donut place. Love all their varieties and it's nice when you have a coupon for a free dozen of donuts. Only down side is there's none local to me so I have to drive an hour plus but well worth the drive.

I'm not big into donuts but not a bad size for a donut shop. This place shows you the process, a little sample of how it's made. Very good selection, some are very sweet. But if your a fan, not the issue, just enjoy. Service is good here, wait time not so bad. Spacious and you can enjoy your stay for a bit, if your not in a rush. Oh yes, there is a drive through here as well, convenient!!! Their also holiday orientated for the season, I like how they decorate for the occasion. 👌

The manager at this location is the absolute best! I had gone to pick up some doughnuts for my family after my father just passed away and her kindness meant the world to me. The doughnuts were also delicious and the atmosphere of the location was clean and welcoming.

I don't usually buy donuts here but since they had the Peanuts theme and I decided I needed to try it out. So far it seems its only creme filling which i don't mind since im not a fan of filled donuts but I did read someone mention it was cookie oreo but to me it was just white and didn't have that flavor so not sure what its supposed to be other than that good size donuts and good flavor. I love the theme more than anything.

I expected a little more, especially because of the store's fame. What caught my attention the most was the simplicity of the place, something curious for a business so popular and loved by the general public. Unfortunately, the most famous donut, cream cheese, was already finished when I arrived - and it was only 10:30 am on a Sunday morning. The production was already being sanitized. I understand that Sunday is a quieter day, but still, I got the feeling that it could have been a more complete experience.

Love these tasty soft warm donuts. So glad a few stores survived and I just found one semi close to home. Far enough away that I won't eat everyday, but close enough for a once a month treat☆

Went on 12/12/2018, day of dozens. The line inside was very long, and the driver thru was packed. They only had a few dozen of chocolate and maple iced and the rest was glazed. At least those were hot off the line. Lesson learned... on special deal days, go early to get the best selection. The staff were all very courteous and patient even though the lines were long and people were disappointed with the lack of selection.

Because. WHO doesn’t love donuts right?!?!Always a Krazy tasty spot to take the lil ones for a treat. They love it. Price is always solid too. The fresh doughy smell just makes the experience that much more extra special.

Love going through the drive thru. If you are really on the go it's usually pretty quick. Bummer is they seem to run out of the raspberry filled very quickly. Aside from that their Oreo filled is outrageous. And my all time fave is the Chocolate Covered Custard Filled. And $12.99 a dozen is easy to work into the budget at least once a month for that special treat for yourself, and/or family and friends.

My last experience was the only one I could've complained about & should have. I stopped in for a cpl dozen donuts & decided to get a coffee, an iced mocha - that no one knew how to make. An elderly gentleman working there said he could do it. Thank you sir for stepping up! However the coffee was undrinkable & took a very long time. Had 0 sweetness, 0 flavor to it. I had ordered a medium & was charged for a medium but was given a small. I could tell by the look of the coffee it was not going to be good & I was right. The donuts were good.

I like to buy this in original, i bought usually around Daly city. This is the 1st time I bought it in this location. The price went up became @15.49/ dozen. When i opened the box, I was surprised and really dissapointed, the donuts became smaller with the weird shape. The one I usually bought all looks the same size and round.

Choc donut was tasty, hadn't had one in years but they were completely OUT of Decaf coffee. None in the entire store. So my very special treat of a donut and coffee turned into just the donut ;)

Well let me just say I stopped in from out of town needing the restroom. Low and behold a nice a/c interior with a fair amount of seating near a bunch of fancy office buildings or business parks but you have to pay and ask for the key to be allowed to pee. I really don't understand how businesses plan to inspire customers if they don't even feel welcome or comfortable in your establishments. If we are not going to have ample restrooms outside of establishments then at the very least allow your business bathrooms to be used. SERIOUSLY OFF- PUTTING. this place was not busy.

Who doesn't like this place! There doughnuts are wonderful and with a large assortment to choose from, there is something for everyone. The best time to come here, in my opinion, is in the morning when they're making them. You can go through the drive-thru but I recommend you come in to see the doughnuts being made! I get the doughnuts that have just been glazed off of the roller! There's nothing better than a hot glazed doughnut with a cup of coffer or a cold glass of milk! Their Boston creme doughnuts are also very good! Their staff are friendly and will assist you in selecting your doughnut needs.

The staff could always use a little more pepp in their service, but I've never had a rude interaction with anyone here. As a former employee at this location I know the seriousness behind making the product for customers, but everyone could always work on their interpersonal skills. It needs to give the feeling of a more high energy, and joyful experience rather than your run of the mill fast food doughnut shop.

Been coming here for years, but this last time might be my last for a very long while. Staff was somewhat rude and impatient as we picked our donuts and they had almost no selection. Ended up getting mostly regular donuts but my kid wanted one creme filled. Staff charged price for a full dozen fancy instead of pointing out that it would be cheaper to buy a full dozen regular donuts and just add a single fancy. So poor customer service and out of stock for more than half their usual donut flavors means it's time to try a new place.

Every time I go to this location the staff is always in party mood. It seems like they rather make sure they keep each other happy than the customers. On one occasion a staff member brought pizza and all the staff but one lady went to the back not caring about the customers waiting. Tonight I’m guessing a staff member was on break out in the lobby and she was being really loud with her friend. The gentleman (young filipino guy) at the register was busy wondering what the girls were laughing about. He even left the register while I was waiting to get rung up to talk to the gentleman at the drive through window to catch him up. When their conversation was complete I was finally rang up. Not very professional. Unfortunately it’s the only Krispy Kreme near by.

Workers are polite but they don't care about their customers. There was a coupon for $1 original glazed donuts if you purchased any dozen assorted donuts which is what I did. I got charged the full amount. When I asked about the coupon he said I can use it next time. Thing is...it EXPIRES TODAY! I had to insist for a refund and repurchase everything because they can't refund the difference

I love Krispy Kreme and I drove all the way over here and the place was kind of dirty, the people really nice though, the donuts just did not seem to be super fresh.

Been at this location a handful of times, my family and I love krispy kreme especially when we get a chance to get fresh glazed. But everytime here it's a disappointment. Never have any of the promotional items and the time I decided to go inside the employee looked so depressed and was super quiet.

Krispy Kreme doughnuts are unmatched. Unfortunately the experience can diminish the quality of product. I’ve gone the last 3 times when the light was on just to find they had no fresh donuts. At this location there is also a priority issue. The drive thru is turtle slow. How is it that I can go to McDonald’s drive thru with 6 cars in line and get a full order faster than I can get a premade product with 2 people in line from this location?

Kind of a one trick pony for me as the glazed raised are amazing but their other offerrings are not as good as most local shops. They are pricier than most and I dont enjoy the fact they first glaze all the raised offerings before finishing with final flavor...too sweet. Last two times I went they were out of the glazed raised donuts.

I'm disappointed with my service here. Asked the cash register if Apple fritter is included as choice of donut. He told me an apple fritter isn't a donut. I look it up, and lo and behold, pretty much everyone considers an apple fritter to be a donut. Even chatgpt says it's a donut. He was also just super rude. Anyway, the donuts are pretty decent. I'm mostly come for the OG glazed as most of the other donuts are not nearly as good as small-town donut shops. Even the quality of the donuts seem to be going down year after year while the prices just keep increasing.

Sadly the quality has been coming down for the last couple of years, donuts are small and not as good as they were. Floor is very dirty and excess of crumbs and pieces of donuts everywhere not to mention ruin the glaze. You’d be better off going into a local donut shop

I ordered a dozen donuts today. four glazed for chocolate and four raspberry filled but none of the raspberry Donuts had filling in it. Also one of the glazed donuts look like it had been stepped on and thrown in the Box anyways.

Went in there today and stood there while 3-4 employees did basically nothing. Only one employee was working and she was handling the drive threw. They ignored me and the other person in line. Finally the one working the drive threw helped the guy in front of me. Then she walked away and didn’t come back. Eventually I had to leave so I never ended up getting to order anything but the donuts looked tasty. Useless employees, I won’t be back.

Boy has this one really fallen-off the edge. Used to be great - now the glazed donuts come-out soggy, and they NEVER have the variety I want. To top it off, service has gotten progressively worse - they are rude and condescending now, which I haven't experienced or felt in years prior. This place really has gone down the rabbit hole - not coming back any time soon! Taking my business elsewhere!

No donuts hardly in showcase not even past 9 a.m. Staff acted like they were doing company a favor by showing up; store inside and out not busy. Behind counter in back looked like a train wreck.

Never answers the phone and voicemail is always full. Much as I'd like to order ahead to provide donuts for my business functions, I've never been able to contact Krispy Kreme. Yum Yum or Donut King are happy to take my order, fortunately.

Ordered an iced latte and they said they were out of milk but could make an iced coffee and put creamer in it instead. Great, sounds good. The nice girl then poured hot coffee over a cup of ice and put some creamer in it. As you would expect, all the ice immediately melted and it was luke-warm watered-down coffee. Not good.

Ordered online. No curb side only drive-thru. Waited 45min and didn't have any of the donuts I had ordered. I live 30 minutes away, only went there because my 9 year old wanted them. I also got the app. If I had know there was no curb side I would have never ordered. Website said curbside for the March lane location .

First time to a Krispy kreme store, terrible experience, ordered donuts and drinks, both were not what i had ordered. The donuts tasted as if they have been stilling out for days, not fresh at all like i thought it be, poor customer service and bad listening skills

I've been here a few times and each time the staff is incredibly rude. Doesn't matter the time of day. Some days they'll just randomly close early. Quality of the food is inconsistent and they even gave me an expired milk on one visit. I'm usually very forgiving when a place gets busy but there's something about management down that gives the okay to delivering terrible service.

Pulled up at the drive through and a woman said over the speaker that she would be with me in a minute. I waited five and she never came back to ask for my order. I could have understood this if there was a lot of other people there but since I was the only one I ended. Up leaving. There donuts aren't that good.

This is an actually a zero rating today 11/18/21 @ 9:08 AM. I walked in to purchase donuts with no other customers. I waited for at least 15 seconds and no one acknowledged my presence. There was a young gentleman worker wearing a hoodie working, a lady walking around who knows what she was doing, An older gentleman with his drink in his hand and 2 workers on the line making donuts. Very poor service just for a hello I will be right with you. I have not been for over months just to purchase my 98 -year old mom donuts for a visit. Never will give business to this place and even corporate doesn’t answer the phone for a complain of opinion. So sad their business is poor an will definitely give service to these mom n pop business.

I live in southern Oregon. I stop at this Krispy Kreme on the way home, most trips. I had a coupon. I got 2 dozen glazed, and 2 dozen we choose. The young man 1 don't think could read. Had to get someone to help read the coupon and charge me correctly. I get home 5 hrs later and the donut I grabbed is so hard on the edge it is crunchy . It had so little whipped cream, it was really not worth the 1 bite of cream. My brother grabbed a Bavarian cream. His was the same. I grabbed a glazed for both of us. It was soft, but my brother said , they changed the recipe. I didn't spend over $40 for dog treats. Smelled great in the store. I don't know if the Fresno store is open, but I will not go back to this 1. Very sad

I will never come back here and this place deserves to be shut down. The person working the drive through on 30 Aug at 8pm has ZERO customer service and should be fired. Their drive through headsets were not work and there was a typed sign that said such and instructed customers to drive to the window to order. I drive to the window and the worker in the drive through just looks at me for a good 10 seconds without saying anything. You know, like, "Welcome to Krispy Kreme, how can I help you?" Nothing. I ask for a menu because, of course I cannot remember the entire menu by heart. I ask, do you have a menu. His answer? "No." I was so annoyed that I am writing this review in front of the store. That's like basic customer service 101. I almost want to go back and tell him myself but I would prefer to not start a scene.

Showed up to the drive through at 6:30 pm, sign on the menu states headsets aren’t working and to order at the window. The car in front of me pulls up to the window where I notice they never have an interaction with anyone and leave. I pull up and get ignored for almost 5 minutes where the staff refuses to acknowledge you and walks by the window avoiding looking. Finally made eye contact with a girl who had zero social skills and just stared at me without saying anything. She got someone to help but staff was beyond rude and they are loosing lots of customers because of this.

So I ordered a regular dozen glaze and an assortment of different donuts. Some of donuts in the assortment box were frozen like they just came out the freezer. I asked for fresh. I didn't mind waiting. Over priced and not worth the quality anymore.

11.11.23 Brookside Stockton Location. The customer service is aweful. I Made online order for box of selected donuts & went to pickup on time it was half hour window. Nothing was ready. The guy handpicks them in front me. He just tosses in the boxes whatever is there versus looks at the order recipt to see what was selected. Well i had selected some of their cinanmon latte & cake battar . Neither of which store had or had ready. The guy says they dont have cake battar but didnt say abything bout the latta . He just throws random items to cover the missing 4. The prices of these were over $3.25 each but the one he just threw in box was $2.09. So there were 4 of these! I asked him & he says we arent making latte flavor so i said both of these were on ur site. The order went in & nothing was said about limited quantities or anything. I asked to talk to manager & he comes back with a tray of the ones he said were mising. Than places the one that was broken into the box which i made him change out. No manager came out to talk to me refused to lol. Total joke of a store not only do they lie to their customers but totally deceitfull - will not be returning! Awefullll & poor service. Lack of good management.

After placing my order with a female employee. Another employee(male) asked what I wanted, so I placed my order again. This time what I initially ordered was unavailable. Ok I still placed a order 8 original glazed, two chocolate glazed and two sour cream. With two additional original glazed on the side. After pulling up to the window. My order was in plain sight. There was not one employee there to finalize my order. I waited two minutes and then saw two female employees just standing looking towards the window. Still no help. The male employee I assume who took my order the second time. He told his coworker “I hate you” ( I’m guessing because he had to help me) then asked what the order was he put it into the system and came up with the total. He was wearing gloves and his nose was turnt up when I handed him a $20 dollar bill. (I understand how people feel with what’s going on in the world, but he didn’t have to show it.) I was so upset when I made it home to see what the doughnuts not only looked like but tasted like. Which was horrible to say the least. They did not taste like they normally would. I will not visit this location again. The employees here lack decent customer service and doesn’t seem to like their jobs. After all it’s no one’s fault you applied to work there.

I took my kids today, Feb 13th, so we could try the Valentine’s Day donuts. I ordered a dozen of the Valentine’s themed donuts at the drive through. Not once did the man that took my order say that some donuts were out of stock. I received my box but did not think to check my order since no mention of replacement items were specified. Once we got home we opened our box and did not get ANY of the advertised Valentine’s donuts. I called the store multiple times but there was no answer. Driving back takes me at least 25 minutes so it is extremely inconvenient. I’m highly disappointed. I feel scammed and my kids were left in tears. I’m hoping this was just a mistake on Krispy Kreme’s part, but I can’t get ahold of anyone to find out.

Only reason why I had a problem with them being all in one box was because they were going to separate people.I then told the employee and she got upset this is not the first time it happens!

Every donut is filled with the wildly creative Cookie and Cream filling—how original! I mean, why bother with variety when you can hit the "copy and paste" button? Remember the Italy Collection? Now that was a masterpiece! Different fillings, exciting flavors—what a concept! But here we are, indulging in the flavor innovation of... one filling to rule them all. I got 12 donuts, that included 8 glazed donuts and 4 glazed cakes. The cakes were very sweet/sugary and none of the 4 people ate them. I called the business to let that know so that they can control the sugar in the future. The lady who picked up the phone was not customer friendly at all. She basically meant that this is how we make them, and we dont care if you buy them or not. Looks like this food store has no quality control and no check and balance by the owner
