Famous breakfast chain with great food and service. I ordered the country breakfast burrito and not only was it delicious, it was ready in no time at all. Restaurant was packed as you would expect for a Saturday morning, workers were husling to get the customers orders out. Woman that was a greeter wasn't very warm or welcoming, but for as busy as the place was, its understandable.

I hop is the McDonald's of breakfast restaurants. The food is really good always consistent priced right. PLUS they have a special for people 55 and over from 3pm to 9pm order and entree and two drinks get the second entree for free.

On a Sunday morning been eating here. Very nice place and nice people here, one suggestion don't use the same hot water cans for tea and coffee, the coffee drinkers won't mind but if you like tea and it comes in a can we're also coffee has been in, Juk for the rest very nice place.

The food was delicious! We had great service. The place was packed, but our waitress managed to bring out our food quickly and hot. She checked on us regularly and even gave us our military discount. We were a party of four, and we were seated rather quickly. They were staffed appropriately, and it was overstuffed, which sometimes also causes delays. Overall, I was happy with the meal and service.

As with most IHOP's .... what you see is what you get ! Excellent breakfast 👌🏼 great omlettes. Very very friendly respectful courteous and warm staff. Juan overlooked the area i was seated at and he was ever so respectful and polite. Kept checking on me often to see if I needed anything. Over all a great breakfast with wonderful staff. Thank you. ... an extra benefit is that this venue is open 24hrs !! Perfect for airline crew who come in at odd hours !!

As someone was looking for food spare of the moment, ihop was the perfect location. The wait was less than 15 minutes and we were able to get in and out of the location in an hour. I had an egg white omelette, hash browns and a pancake. The food was good and the service was great as well. As a pescatarian it would be nice if they had more fish or even a beyond burger option.

I had breakfast here twice whilst visiting Dallas with my family and it was the best we had during our stay!! The veggie omelette with mushrooms was the best! The French toast hot chocolate was ok, I barely had room for the pancakes & brioche toast but the bites I did have wasn’t anything to write home about.

Okay, so we had been on the road for 4.5 hours. In Houston our IHOP is very accommodating with request, not in Dallas or Addison, TX. The ladies at the front spoke so fast we didn't understand what she said so we asked again and this time she slowed it down for Texas ears... Lol. After we were seated this guy comes up to the table, talking, I kid you not, like Ted in Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure. "Hey, like can I get ya something" So I ask if they would substitute 1 waffle for the two pancakes that come with the meal. I really don't like pancakes much. He said, "yeah we can, but there's like an upcharge for it" I said you charge to use less batter to make one waffle than two pancakes? "Yeah" "So how much would it be," I asked? $3.99. Then he showed me in the menu where I can get the exact same deal with a waffle instead of a pancake except the waffle deal didn't come with a chicken fried chicken . I said well, for $1 more I get a chicken fried chicken, I reckon I can eat pancakes. My brother orders and when he says, "how do you want your eggs"? My brother said soft scrambled. We didn't know, until we got the ticket/bill, that they charged an additional $.99 x 2 for scrambling the egg instead of frying it. Funny thing, when the waiter saw I was taking pictures of my food, it hit him that I might be doing a review. His whole attitude changed. He was respectful, quit talking like a high school kid and started speaking like a person with an education. Which tells me his Momma taught him right he just had a temporary lapse of judgement when we first got there. They didn't have Worcestershire sauce either. They offer T-bones, chicken fried steak, and multiple meat burgers but didn't have Worcestershire sauce. That's stuffs been around for nearly 200 years. I gotta tell you IHOP, I think you ought to change your name to International House of Pricing because you nickel and dime a patron to death. I really didn't want to give a tip but I chose to anyway, less than 10%. Oh, I almost forgot, wait til you see the pic of the restroom. I despise public restrooms, but when you're on the road all day you have no other choice, there was no seat covers in the dispenser, there was a piece of wet toilet tissue hanging from the toilet seat and the whole bathroom smelled like backed up sewer coming through the drain on the floor. Seriously disgusting. No hook to put your purse on, had to set it on the toilet paper dispenser, ewww! Oh and get this the chicken fried steak and the chicken fried chicken both cost the same but the chicken is half the size of the steak. Also, they serve the pancakes on a plate the same size as the pancake, although the presentation of it looks good, there's no room for syrup without it spilling onto the table. I'm not sure who chooses the pricing or the plates but they need a new job cause they ain't good at the one they got. You'll see from the pics, be sure and check them out. Sorry I didn't get the menu. I estimate that 90% of the menu is 11.99 or higher. I can get the exact same breakfast in my hometown from Busy Bee Cafe for $12.49. Yes that's higher price but they won't charge me for extra gravy, my chicken will be the size of a plate, and no extra charge for a waffle. This was my third time to eat at a IHOP, and my third time to be disappointed. It's sad, the food is good but the pricing and attitude and cleanliness leave a lot to be desired. I forgot that the waiter didn't keep our glasses filled we had to ask for refills when he happened by. That's about it for this review. Information regarding handicap parking, yes they have it, also they have ramps and a handicap stall in the restroom. There's a gals and a guys bathroom and parking is free and plenty of parking spaces. Y'all have a blessed week!

Great variety of options ranging from breakfast to lunch….was a little upset with their coffee menu though. Their omelets are great, and pretty big. The only thing I would say that needs work, is their customer service. Our waitress, was always no where to be found every time we needed something. One point we ended up having to get up and walk to the front to find her. Better the service, and then I would bump my rating up

My daughter and I came here in a Sunday after church for breakfast. We sat down right away which was good. Our server was very nice and attentive which I appreciated. However, I ordered the Bacon Avocado and it literally look like they just threw it together. The avocado slices were so tiny I didn’t know they were on the sandwich and the poached eggs looked as if they forgot the whites. The crispy potatoes were the only satisfaction I had.

Should have walked out when I walked in. Filthy and disgusting. Menus and walls covered in grease. Bathrooms were trash. Staff is unprofessional. Cold food. This location should be shut down. Never going there or any location again. Took a shower when I got home.

This place is gross. I do not understand how in this times when EVERYONE is so entitled places like this still get packed. The pace is dirty. Entrance, tables, restrooms are the worst. Friendly staff ? PLEASE, stop writing reviews for your relatives that work here lying about how “the staff is super friendly” . They do not care whatsoever. All they want is you buy something, tip them and leave. But I guess is on me. I stopped visiting this chain of restaurants back in 2017 because of these reasons and 7 years later they still as bad as I remember. At least they are consistent on that.

Arrived 5 minutes early for a curbside order & immediately checked in, though I couldn't park in the curbside area because someone (an employee I presume) had to park their huge Taho over the line 25 minutes later I called; they said they'd have it right out. 45 minutes after arriving I drove off without my food. Called on the way back, told them to cancel my food so I wouldn't have to file a dispute with my credit card - not even an apology. Avoid.
