The best hookah lounge and restaurant I have ever been to in DFW. The atmosphere is amazing, the Workers are so professional and the food there is amazing. My favorite is the beef suya with rice and the lamb chops with rice as well. I love how they treat you from door till you leave You should definitely do your parties here

Lack of professionalism was super un organized first 30 minutes to an hour no assistance! There was no clear on set prices . The hookah had the pull that it was used , by another customer no replacement. Unacceptable loss of $70 plus .

We had a really disappointing experience at Royal Palace Dallas. We were seated and left waiting for over 35 minutes with no server acknowledging us not even a simple greeting or water. The only interaction we had the entire time was with security, which says a lot about the level of service. We ended up leaving without being served after wasting our time. For a place that presents itself as upscale, the lack of basic customer service is unacceptable. Definitely not the experience we expected.

I was headed here for lunch yesterday during opening hours and when i called just a few minutes away, they answered and said that they aren’t open and they’re temporarily closed. I informed the person that they are showing as open on Google maps, and he was very nonchalant and unapologetic. It is good business practice to keep Google up-to-date so that customers don’t come to stores that are not open.

They double charged my card. Always get a receipt. Reached out to them they claimed can’t see the transaction, bank wants to close my card for the dispute to get me another card. So inconviniencing and the hassle just to explain to the 2 brain cell woman. Oh my God

For Hookah and wings they charged me $103 the hookah was $40 plus other taxes I don’t recommend this place at all.

They were not selling alcohol after entrance payment and making us wait for half an hour

A male worker was in the restroom attempting to touch on women. He stayed in the bathroom even when women came in. He went behind women in the bathroom and attempted to open the doors. My friend and I told security but I wanted to make sure management was aware. This occurred on June 14 during the after-hours night club.

The pricing for the hookah experience is set at $60.00, which I find to be relatively high. I believe there are some opportunities for improvement regarding the process for charcoal refilling. Additionally, enhancing customer service and creating a more inviting ambiance could greatly benefit the overall experience. While the food provided is satisfactory, it would be advantageous to expand the selection. I understand that establishing a successful business takes time, and that achieving quick returns on investment may not be realistic. Therefore, developing a balanced pricing strategy is crucial for long-term success. Moreover, I would like to address the total bill of $127.00, which includes the following breakdown: - Hookah: $60 - Wings: $14 - Fries: $8 - Drinks: $27 - Service fees: $18 I was somewhat surprised by the service fee, especially considering that there appeared to be limited service during our three-hour visit. Thank you for taking the time to consider my feedback on these matters.

This is not worth coming here, you have to BOYD. I will never come here with Friend or Family, manage will lie to you, a friend of ours paid 200 for a VIP and she paid it for 8 people to come in and they tell her she get in free but the people that with her which was 8 people have to pay 20 to get in when she paid 200 for 8 people to come in with her. The wait time was ABSURD!!!! We sat down at 1130pm and didn’t get a server until 12-20a and then waited over a hour for hookah., non alcoholic drinks, and a hour more food we thought was coming. The server constantly said it was short staffed and very apologetic… but after so long our patience started to wear thin. When inquiring about the food the server said they ran out of chicken and went to the store to get some… what?!?! We had been waiting over a hour and now you run out of chicken and no communication had we not asked. After waiting an additional 45 for min for the chicken it finally came. The vibe was lit but service and wait times were TRASH!
