The interior features a retro 50s vibe, replete with pictures of pop stars like Elvis. Still, the food is basic Burger King eats, but I give them an A for effort. Good job, Stony Brook Burger King.

I got a 10 piece Zebra Nugget and I received some of the best sloppy toppy in this burger king, while wearing the crown of our king I will add! HUZZAH 👑 ps if you want an extra tingling sensation Zesty sauce works WONDERFULLY.

After the new renovations it seems the restaurant runs much more efficiently! I’m not sure if it under new management but it certainly moved faster then it did before and the staff seems less stressed and happy to be doing their jobs

The bathroom was on a whole new level of cleanliness that requires upper most dedication from its hardworking staff. The soap was housemade and pristine with a aroma that brings back childhood memories. Came for the food and will come back for the bathroom

This is maybe the best BK I've ever eaten at. the staff and managers are excellent which translates down to the staff. Food is fresh as can be every time!!

The managers always seem like they truly care about their job, making everyone happy and getting everything out quick. Also notice a huge difference in the quality of food vs other places.

Mr Diamond helped and served us. He was outstanding, the food was made correctly and made fresh to order. The rest of the staff was friendly and professional. I know for a fact that this particular BK has the same owner as one closer to my home. I will make the extra drive to receive the exemplary service I received at this location.

This is a great BK, I come here with my wife and son and get treated like gols. Many of the workers help you even bring food to the table if you need to go sit down and have your hands full. I love coming here, it's always super clean and the food is perfect. My son had a blast, he gets a hat, light up hat, blow up balloons and the manager gives him a free cookie at the end if he ate his entire meal. I can stress how awesome this bk is. Ha.

So..my menu item wasn't option to choose from. I came here to get a spicy chicken wrap and cotton candy ice with foam on top. I normally be upset since the order was some what right, and no foam at the top of my ice cotton Cady drink. But..the cashier was so nice and sweet person, wasn't hee fault the drive through ordering mic was not working and the corporate does not care. Only care about taking customers money. So the cashier knows how to feed their customers, and I'm sure hr boyfriend is well fed by her. 😂😂🤣🤣

I was a bit upset to find out my '50's themed burger king was gonna be gone. This excellence staff, manager and all made all the feelings disappear. As soon as my son walked in the Manager was blowing up a balloon and my son said "Is that for me?" without any hesitation this amazing person said "Now it is!" It made his day complete. They are so quick, so nice and friendly and the food is the best I've had from burger king. I've honestly given up on burger king but this trip will bring me back again. A must try! *edit* still amazing , now I brought my 3 year old daughter and a balloon was given to her . 3 years went by and the manager still made my child's day ♡ .

Exceptionally fast service - I went to the drive-thru on my way somewhere (driving westbound) and my GPS estimate of my arrival time didn't go up even 1 minute. Ordering, paying, and getting my food was the time equivalent of stopping at a red light!

Unhealthy but very tasty. The service is always really quick, as a BK should be. The food is pretty good. However, try to come during normal business hours because at night, the food might not be too great. If you want to score a good deal, look for coupons for sale online. Whopper meal buy one get one free deal is great to split with a friend.

Okay, hear me out... This is a typical Burger King, but super cute and modern inside. But the reason I'm leaving this review is the employee--older gentlemen who I *think* goes by the name Diamond (but my memory may not be 100%). This man truly lives to make people smile. Every time I've brought my kids here, he goes out of his way to give them fun surprises--balloons, light up crowns he designs himself, and just giving them extra attention. He will go out of his way to swing by a table and make sure the food is good and everyone is happy, always greets us with a smile on his face, and makes the trip memorable. I realize that may sound weird for a fast food place we visit every couple of months, but I truly hope he sees this review and knows how awesome my family thinks he is!

The service here is exceptional - they will open and hold the door for mom with stroller and the elderly. It is a fast food restaurant but the quality of service here is much better than many restaurants that ask for 20% tips! Not to mention their burgers and fries are always fresh made, crispy and hot, ice creams are big and chilly! Only thing is that they do not have a changing station nor a mirror in the restroom.

Is the most efficient Burger King in the world. The staff is very friendly, the food is very tasty, and best of all there were lots of coupons that made the food almost dirt cheap. The floor was a little slippery. My shoes were very slippery on the floor. But that just made it easier to get the food.

I was very surprised to find that the restaurant is either closed for renovation or closed for business! I hope it's renovations. It is one of my favorite stops. Come back soon BK! UPDATE! Went to drive thru, the menu board kept changing ads. Too fast to see all, plus distracting. Staff are hard workers, but I checked our order and it wasn't correct.

Not bad but should be cheaper. Who would.if thought a fast food meal would be over $20.

Breakfast at Burger King is good. Croissant with hash browns not bad especially if you have a coupon. Coffee is so so.

This BK was redone...looks good and is clean. Plenty of Covid 9 proper inside seating. The food was fresh and hot. The reason for the 4 star rating was that the 2 staff I dealt with were rather rude.

Chronically undercooked fries and onion rings! Such a shame. BUT, they have a saving grace called the Mozzarella Fries. 4pc for $2 and they literally can't mess these up. Pair it with a Whopper and you are in for a good time, and the app is quite generous with its rewards program.

Overall a great fast food restaurant with tasty food at great prices in comparison to other places. Always good coupon deals and friendly service. Discounts are also offered for Stony Brook students and employees. Unfortunate that salads are no longer served, hopefully they'll come back eventually. Quick drive-thru and much nicer establishment since the building renovations a few years ago.

Here's the deal...a piece of me has never been the same since McD's dropped the snack wrap! BK was advertising the crispy snack wraps and it really intrigued me. I was coming home late at night and was craving! Seen the sign advertising crispy wraps and it triggered to pull in! I ordered the fire wraps and TBH they weren't that hot which is fine but they were crispy! Wasn't the same as MCD's but good enough. Fast forward a few weeks later...go back got the same order and the wraps were anything and everything but crispy! Very disappointing but I still ate it PLACE WAS CLEAN! People working there were nice! As soon as someone else got up someone was out there cleaning up their table. It was also past the time the dining room was closed so maybe that would be the case. I shouldn't be eating this stuff in the first place if the wraps were consistently crispy it would be a problem. Since it's inconsistent, I won't be back.

This burger is never fast and often has a rude drive thru attendant. Ordered 3 whopper juniors with cheese and had to wait about 10 minutes for it. Asked for a medium soda with light ice since I take medication and am very susceptible to the cold, and there was tons of ice. I try not to make my order too difficult here, but light ice? Cmon!!

Burger king is my least favorite of the fast food burger places, but it's still decent. It's just the most expensive and I don't like the taste as much as compared to Checkers, Wendy's, and McDonald's

Food here is OK, but it writes Wolfie wallet could be used here, and a lot of staff don't know how to use it. I more recommend the Burger King at 1880 middle country road. The food there is better and it also has powerade and coca zero.

10min before end of breakfast and they're completely overwhelmed. I ordered a sourdough with ham meal, bacon king meal with fruit loop shake an order of chicken fries and one order of French toast sticks. The only thing they got right was the bacon king meal. I got just the sourdough sandwich, no meal, no French toast sticks, no dipping sauce for the chicken fries and no ketchup like we requested! Aaand we had to pull around to the door wait almost 10 min and it wasn't even that busy, the parking lot was nearly empty!!!

Whopper did not sit well with my son, funny taste. Was much better in the past. This is the Burger King in Stony Brook.

I went to try the ChKing sandwich, they advertised it will be very good, I was very disappointed in the chicken sandwich, it was so dry, it must have been sitting there for hours! I have to say Popeye's chicken sandwich is juicy and fresh, even KFC and Chick Fil A is fresh and juicy! And they cost less!

Awhile back I gave Burger King in Stonybrook an Awesome review & although what I'm about to mention I can not fault this particular store for but rather some Pencil Pushing, Bean Counter over at Corporate!! The 1 item that brought me to their door & was 2nd to None Anywhere else in this World (Their Strawberry Shake) has now been discontinued & is No More!! Despite my calling Corporate Twice & asking them to please bring it back it s still gone. I sometimes wonder when a place is geared Ultimately for resounding success like that but then something is done to undo it I can't help but to think that they have enemies within their midst. Almost like how our Country's Election was Stolen From Trump & believe me it was stolen & Anyone that tells you otherwise is either a Fool a Liar or your ENEMY!!

Terrible service i was shocked the manger was just as rude and so are the kids who work there. I sat in the drive threw and was told 10.50 not hello how are u nothing, then the kid threw the wrong order in my car and said to me leave the clock is running smfh. So I went to this Burger King on Tuesday March 13th at around 10ish. Now burger king doesn’t close until around 2am. So I went there to get 2 for 6 spicy chicken sandwich and a whopper with cheese and nuggets. Now I get it. It’s getting closer to closing time so everyone wants to go home and clean as early as possible. So I go and order my food with my fiancée we go home and the chicken is like rubber and the whopper had no cheese and the chicken nuggets were old!!! So I called the manger and told the young man that I was very unpleased with the food I was given especially when I go there all the time. He said I’m so sorry my name is so and so and I will put your name in the back so let them know that next time. So today March15th i told the lady on the speaker that my name was in the back. She then came back and said there was no name in the back and I said well I spoke to the manager that was on duty on Tuesday at around 10pm and he said he will put my name in the book. So they said well you have no receipt (who actually keeps a fast food receipt) and you could not remember the gentleman’s name. So another manager came to the window and said what is the order you had and I told her and she’s like the chicken was bad??? With sarcasm. And I was like YEAH it was!! I worked at Burger King before I know at night people just reheat things that have been sitting in the containers. The manager was so rude and sarcastic. I’m sorry but as a responsiblity as a manager my name should have been in that book. It’s not my problem if your manager did not do his job! But me as a paying customer should not have went through the hassle to get my food that I already paid for on Tuesday and couldn’t eat it!! I will never return to that Burger King ever again!

Co Worker of mine went there today. A special needs customer was being mocked by the employees. He told them there is no reason to treat special needs people that way and their response was "what are you the police?" Crazy world we live in I guess. This is also the same time you can hear employees complain that they "can't believe people actually want our food" I mean it is a restaurant, kind of makes me think the food might not be worth eating either.

I called in on 12/4/18 at 12:59 AM to make sure that Burger Kings chicken nuggets were indeed still 10 for $1. I made an order with the lady on the phone so i wont have to wait when i arrive. The lady on the phone with much attitude " Yes they are still 10 for $1, but no one will make them for you." How about a sorry we are actually closed. Will NEVER be going to Burger King again.

These people are rude and talk back to you in a bad way and close the window at you when you try to ask them for something and they don't seperate your orders they just squish them together, and I filed 2 complaints to the manager and they don't even do anything and the night manager is very rude, he closes the window at you when you ask him for something, I reccomend not to go at night because he'll be there and you will have to pay for the sauce

I was verbally abused by the manager & cashier here at 6:35 pm on Wednesday April 21st. 1st of all the cashier needs math skills cause my meal cost $10.45 and i gave her $10.50, when i asked for change she got the manager. Ms.manager verbally abused me then got my change. Both of these women need people skills to deal with public. I will never come here again.

Burger King and DoorDash: I ordered from the Stony Brook location and they forgot 3 drinks and 3 pies. I called the driver and store--both pointed blame. App will e-mail me in 24-48 hours--that’s ridiculous. I want a refund or a replacement now.

Horrible experience the staff seems clueless. My order was ready for a long time and no one gave it to me. This location is the worst because there is no reception in the whole store. It’s a dead zone just like this store. I hear the staff yelling at each other. No tomatoes no pickles you did it wrong. It’s not like that. What a joke!!! I just want to come in and out it’s called fast food for a reason!!!!
