This place is absolutely amazing! The food was incredible and the staff (especially Dianne) was so kind and helpful!!! This is only my second time here (the first was day before yesterday) but I can tell I’ll be back often! :)
Ok,here we go, I had been at Crave on encino and I promise myself never come back, everything went wrong and bad, BUT the locate at Studio City got 5 ⭐ from me, first at all to ms. Diana and the tall blond guy( I was to shy to ask his name 🙈) they both my time smoother and great. Everything went on point. 🎉🎉🎉
This is me today enjoying coffee ☕ with whipped cream, chocolate sauce, caramel sauce, & raw sugar, plus onion rings with Bleu cheese at this Crave Cafe in Studio City N. California, USA. It's awesome. Some of my fellow #TOPFAMOUS #TOPCELEBRITIES eat here with me, too
I just had the best dessert ever, the nice young man with the tattoos recommended the chocolate chip bread pudding it was absolutely delicious! I’ll definitely be coming back for more. I love the vibes and atmosphere here. Looking forward to returning with my family. Thank you, Crave Café Studio City! 👏🙌
Great place for a great meal! Ambiance, friendliness, cleanliness, and the quality of food earns Crave Cafe a 5 star place. Jase and Giovanni were incredibly helpful and took very good care of us, all 22 of us! Thank you, Jase, Giovanni, and your team.
Perfect low-key spot to grab some delicious food and post up with your computer and/or friends. Super friendly service, clean and stylish interior and good vibes for days.
Great food, service and atmosphere. Dianna was very helpful with recommendations on the food, and she was right. Too many desert choices. Greta first time experience.
Food is always delicious and the service friendly.
First, the restaurant is open 24/7. Secondly, it is very cozy and tasty here. Ordered salad, pizza, fries and cake, very tasty. Only now the latte was warm, and I asked in advance to make it hot
Such a great place for crepes or any other food since they have many options. My girlfriend and I usually go to the one in Van Nuys or the Woodland Hills one but since we were in Studio City area we stopped by this one. I saw that they set up a tent in the front for outdoor dining but due to the new limitations on outdoor dining, I don't think its possible anymore. We got the strawberry, banana and blue berries crepes along with the club sandwich. Their club sandwich is very good and you get a decent size of it. Their crepes was made very differently from the other places I been to because they put the fruits outside of the crepes and not inside. It also looks like they give less fruits here but I guess location vary on this. The parking situation is fine but I know for a fact pre-covid, it would've been a struggle to find a spot.

I love that parking is never an issue. There’s always plenty of outdoor and indoor seating. Last and certainly not least, everything I’ve had here is delicious. Their bread pudding is always in my order when available. I just tried their cookie brownie and it was SO good. Super friendly staff as well.
My new favorite spot! The people were all extremely friendly, and the food and matcha were great. Can't wait to try more stuff on the menu the desserts looked outstanding. Happy hour from 5-7pm was so clutch and it wasn't too crowded so I was able to work in peace (WIFI was a major plus). 10/10 would recommend.
Definitely take advantage of the Happy Hour(s), 3pm-5pm 50% off dine-in orders. The menu is pretty diverse and everything I’ve tried is pretty solid! Great staff and nice atmosphere

This location is very welcoming. The lady working (Diana) was very informative and helped me make the best decision for I was looking for which was nice to engage and come out with a more suitable meal and overall experience. I appreciate that.
My girlfriend suggested this location, and from the way she described it, I assumed it would be a dine-in establishment as the last time she went there was when she was younger. Anyhow, as I entered the cafe, the mood wasn't what I had anticipated. Although the ambiance is fantastic, it's not my style. The music they were playing because it was more hip hop/rap than the relax, chill music that cafes play. Customer service is decent. I ordered a breakfast burrito with wheat bread, and it definitely lived up to my expectations. The typical breakfast items that my partner ordered—hash browns, pancakes, and eggs—were all excellent. Also delicious was the lemonade. Additionally, sweet potato fries were ordered, which I thoroughly enjoyed. You must have the sweet potatoes! Other than that, I love the food, but I didn't feel at home there. Nevertheless, I'd go back. Note: Restrooms are available for customers
Food was delicious. Had a Build Your Own Panini with GF bread, a patty, Swiss cheese, mushroom, onions and spinach that came with hash browns. ABSOLUTELY perfect!!!! Patty Melt.... SO ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! The hash browns were also PERFECT! Crunchy on the outside and tender on the inside. We also ordered a slice of Carrot Cake. It had a delicious, white chocolate leaf on top of it. That piece of candy was delicious; however, I was sad. The cake tasted like it was several weeks old. It was dry and rubbery. The worst part was the taste of the "refrigerator" when we took a bite. Even the frosting tasted like a refrigerator. That's the only way I can describe it. Crazy because it looked good but it was old tasting. Other than that issue, I'm definitely going to try Crave again for their Build Your Ownitems from the menu.

Really hungry so I already ate one of the half’s in the photo. Nice look decent spot 18$ for a club sandwich each sandwich had 1-2 avg slice bacon not enough bacon needed avocado sandwich was somewhat dry. Bread is mostly filler cheese not actual slice but some shredded. Was decent but for price the amount of meat and quality of cheese could make 10 of these for same cost

Crave started out as a promising experience, but quickly turned into a dumpster fire. My first time at Crave is also my last. To start out, Crave is very expensive for what it is. It’s similar to quick-serve at a theme park. You place your order at the counter, and they give you a number. Coffee is a whopping $5.00. Small Lemonade. Same thing. The cashier taking the orders was friendly, and accommodating. That was where I ordered the Chicken and Waffles, with a side of Bacon and a Lemonade. My total came to nearly $30. When I went to pay, I attempted to leave a tip before being informed that the company takes all the credit card tips, leaving nothing for the service staff. I’m sorry, but if I’m paying $30 for a cheap breakfast, the last thing I would want to do is chip in another 20% to the company coffers. The fact they don’t disclose this is shady, and reason enough to make me not want to return, but it gets worse. After waiting nearly 25-minutes for my food, it wasn’t remotely tasty. The waffles were ice cold and stale. The bacon was soggy and wet, and the chicken tenders were unappealing. The food runner with the blue Mohawk has an absolutely vile attitude. She was crass, unhelpful and absolutely useless if you need anything at all, aside from dumping a plate of food onto various tables. Every request I made was met with an unfriendly sigh, followed by a less-than-friendly response, and zero follow-through. I asked for sauce for the tenders, which never came. After asking twice, and another ten minutes of waiting, I politely took my plate to the counter and asked for a refund, which was promptly given. The many reviews about the mega-poor service and the highly-overpriced, less-than-tasty food are true. I would avoid Crave, even as a last-option.
Ordered salmon with rice and beet and turnip garnish came with a dry salmon fillet with rice and broccoli and carrots ordered a crepe with ice cream and didn't get ice cream ordered some other stuff and service was nice but damn good try!

I had a terrible experience at this location. The manager/owner was very rude and it seemed like he wanted us gone. I read a review on yelp that stated no gratuity tips are distributed to service workers that work here, very evil what this company is doing especially in today’s world.
Ridiculously expensive. 30$/person for a regular cafe. Edit: seeing the owner comment, I don't get the impression that this is growing pains. This place is trying to cut cost at every corner. To get brown sugar(sugar in the raw) you have to specially ask for it. I talked to the owner about it day of and he said it was because people were "abusing" the sugar

Food alright but over priced and low quality. The fish on my bagel tasted funny. All of the food gave me and my friends diarrhea. Plus sized waitress insulted me and my friends and called us poor for not wanting the "Dubai chocolate crepe" and told us to take our business elsewhere Don't visit this location if you value your time, money, and stomach
