Upon arrival, our party of 5 were greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable hostess practicing safe seating and dining in light of the current Coronaviris restrictions. Drinks were excellent and the menu items abundant and prepared to perfection. We will most certainly be returning and it's already become a personal favorite coming recently from NYC/Philly and finding the "taste of home" at Rocco's.

I love the the vibe of this place. It makes eating there pizza so much more. Dont get me wrong there food is yummy. The waiters and waitresses are always inviting, and hours of places makes it great, if you want a late night meal.

I like a lot of things on the menu but hands down this will be the one place I always go for for a good large pepperoni pizza and a cold freaking beer served by really really friendly pretty waitresses. I brought many friends here to introduce them to the place and everybody loves it the same exclamation point last night the 29th was no exception absolutely wonderful service absolutely delicious food and wonderful beers was easy to get into the valley parking was totally inexpensive and worth every penny and we got a spot right away !

My first time with friend to watch the UCLA football game. Love the place for so many reason, lot's of TVs, best Bloody Mary I have had in a decade, good bar food and better, but the best part was the most amazing bartender!! Made a great day, an OUTSTANDING one!

I don’t typically consider bar food delicious. Rocco’s is not other bars. My favorite is their wings. I get their famous wings Baltimore Dirty style. Delicious.

I really enjoyed this place was my first time with friends checking out a new place in our area. the decorations are very cool, I like the back rest of the booths, the red tones all around the bar area , lighting and accents makes it feel very nice. service was excellent our server (Amanda) was quick and friendly. They have TV to watch a game or sporting event, a patio area and I could be wrong but there is also a lounge? I did not get to check out the lounge but it looks to have more of a dance floor and DJ type of vibe. Would definitely go again.

Excellent place to have a quality beer and quality food. They have a wide selection of appetizers and awesome burgers. Kristen was our waiter on Sunday night. She was awesome. She brought us our food and beers right on time. The place itself is sort of a well laid out "man cave" style ambiance. Great layout and lots of TVs everywhere which made it super easy to not miss one second of the game no matter where you're sitting. Don't forget to order the Roccos Italian fries!!!

The best late night happy hour in town! 2 for 1 drinks after 10 (they don't give you two - they give you a big one), half price pies, half-priced boneless wings. Only complaint is that i was charged full price for bone-in wings bc nobody told me that the special had changed, but other than that, really great place. The crowd can get a bit rowdy but that's not the place's fault. That's ventura for you!

I guess other people come here to drink and watch sports. Instead, I found this menu to be a great option to add to my rotation as I don't like to cook much. I can get a wrap, a salad, some pasta, a sandwich - - a nice variety in a fun environment where everyone is enjoying themselves and things are always quite lively.

This is a cool little place that offers good food and a 2 for 1 drink deal. The service is fast and friendly. It's got a sporty atmosphere with several tv's to watch. I recommend trying this place out.

Really cool, upscale place to grab a drink and a bite. A little older crowd, and definitely most of the people there were focused on sports. They have indoor bar and bench seating. There's also outdoor seating and a few people had their pets out there. The beer selection was pretty good. The liquor selection is ok as well. I had 2 top shelf bourbons and the pour was pretty heavy. The only food I had was their wings. If you're looking for wings with any heat on them, this is not the place for that. The wings were, however, very tasty and perfectly cooked. I'd imagine most of the other food there is good too. There were parents there with young kids and groups there to watch the football game. It was a little loud inside, but after the game it quieted down a bit. I wouldn't hesitate to come here more often if it was closer to where I live

LOVE this place. They were opening a bit early so people could watch the Braves games. Also a frequent happy hour and looks like you can get 2 for 1 wings during it (as well as a beer size upgrade). I just drank but all the food looked DANK.

Excellent customer service. I ordered the 10 piece buffalo wings, but one of the flavors wasn't to my liking. So the lovely waitress offered to take the wings off my bill... what?! That was awesome! Of course I declined and said just 50% off would do.

This is our go to place to catch a sporting event. What we like is tthe indoor-outdoor vibe it has. It's open and airy. Only place I can go an just have a cheese pizza cause it's just that good. The boneless wings never disappoint. The vibe is always chill and the service is good. Just caught the Charger game there and my team and I had a great time.

We have eaten there several times when we go up north to the Bay Area from Los Angeles. Every time it gets better the last time we were there, we got the tortellini with the cream sauce and bacon. It was out of this world. It was the best I ever had and I don’t say that lightly, I just looked to see if it was still on the menu because we are going to be traveling up there for the holidays and I did not see it… Please put it back on the menu

Manny the Barista and Julio the Cheff brought me the most custom order ever... I enjoy Tomato and Cucumber with lemon and salt as a snack... I tried to customize my order closer to what I enjoy but they actually brought exactly what I wanted... This place is amazing and I highly recommend it!!!!

My coworker would always tell me about this place and I finally made it. And I'm glad I did.. . It was so good! A friend and I went to watch the Miami vs Boston playoff game. They had basketball playing plus hockey and baseball. Rocco's had it covered! I was pleased with the food and drinks too. I had the shrimp appetizer and also the Beyond burger with fries. The Beyond burger had the flavors it needed. It wasn't dry and had all the veggie toppings I desired on it. It's always a plus when the food is good at a bar setting and not just fried junk options.

Went there for the Premiere of the TV Show The Valley and enjoyed the food, Drinks and atmosphere.

The service was spot on and the entrees wonderful. Also, it was very late and all I have to say is great Job!

Their Happy Hour is great for beverages -- BOGO is really the way to go. It's also a great plus to be able to lounge outside on a patio with shade in the Valley. These are so rare and even though it's on Ventura, it's relatively quiet.

Tues night after 10 had a great late happy hour deal and my 18" 5 toppings included pizza ran about $13 or $14. The half off drinks just means they doubled the amount of the drink you order. I took a star off because I said I had never been there before and staff did not explain that to me. I thought both the drink and pizza were both half price. I don't usually order more than one drink. That said, portions were generous, staff was attentive, pizza was delicious, lots of toppings options. There were a lot of TVs indoors, which was a smallish space, with plenty of seating. There was also a porch with heat lamps strung overhead, which was nice. I would definitely go back. I would recommend it.

Love Rocco's. Try the pizza garlic bread or 5 cheese lasagna. They're amazing. Nice ambiance and outdoor patio seating and it's right at the start of a strip of eateries and shops for walking around. The people are nice and the service is very fast.

I had the minestrone soup. It was excellent. Then I had a 10 piece of Old Bay wings. Excellent. My Waitress was excellent also. I will definitely come back when I'm in town.

I have never eaten here but I have come to just grab a drink or two with friends. I love the vibe, there is like a neighborhood friendliness going on in there (most nights) . My friend lives around the corner so we have celebrated her birthday there, along with other reasons to celebrate. I love how you can just go and chill and have fun with your girlfriends.

Yummy. It's Roccos and it was happy hour. Good onion rings and burger. The chicken wings were only ok. However, the service was excellent. This two service guys were working efficiently and with kindness.

Casual spot for easy beer/pizza evening. Nothing fancy. Normal pricing. Super easy going. Very loud though. We were once served a cold pizza, we mentioned it and were delighted when the manager apologized and took it off our bill.

Not enough wait staff... we arrived when it wasn't busy and waited 15 mins to get a menu... 15 more for drinks and order and 30 for food... only to get food that was a mistake. After waiting for the correct order we did thoroughly enjoy the pizza and wings. And you can't beat their happy hour.

Rocco's deep fryer was out when I visited so I ordered pasta which was excellent. The bartender comma brenda went out of her way to make me comfortable as I watched the football game, which was on most of the monitors surrounding the establishment. They also had my favorite beer on tap which most sports bars do not.

A chill cozy place. I met my cuz there for Monday Night Football. My cuz had a well drink (it was 9 bucks 😳) & I had a soda water-sparkling water w/ lime (it was $2.50😳). The space isn't big. 4-5 decent size booths and some hi-top tables/bat seating. There's also patio seating. It's CA chilly winter season, there were heaters outside. We were inside though. There's a bay door that they kept open, so have jacket or hoodie. The staff was cool & attentive. And my pizza fries were plentiful-really chessy marinara fat fries-prefect for possible alcohol consumption 👌🍝🍺🍸 Ps: street meter parking until 8p I believe-cheers!

been here twice, staff is friendly, the food i had was pretty bomb both times i went. their specialty drinks & happy hour is worth coming back for, the atmosphere is pretty cool too. only problem we had was how long we had to wait for our food & the waitress' where not very attentive even though we went when it was VERY slow both times we came to eat. dont understand why it took more than 45 minutes to get pizza fries, mac n cheese and a burger when theyre where 4 other customers there... who werent even ordering food😕

A friend came over and wated to watch a Laker game and I didn't have food or drinks. I don't really watch sports all that much so I suggested a place that I've passed a few times, which is Rocco's. They were actually showing the game which was a plus for my friend. We had to stand for awhile since there were no seats, but eventually we were seated. Pizza was good, drinks were good, prices weren't too bad.

This used to be our go to place for chicken wings. Been coming for years and never disappointed. But lately it’s been a hit and miss. Sometimes they are under seasoned and sometimes not crispy enough, I wish they trained their cooks to be consistent on how the prepare food. Won’t be back again.

Service used to be good here. I came in at 1pm, there was only 2 other customer, and it took 45 to 50 minutes to get a wrap. The glasses were also dirty.

The drinks weren't bad but they didn't want to take our cash. The waitress said she could only take credit cards. She had to get approval from a manager to accept the cash. It seems like a mess! Not going back anytime soon

We got the pizza fries and wings. Both very greasy, literally soaked in oil. Too much red sauce for the flavorless fries and no side sauces options for the wings. Big portions, big price, low flavor.

Really didn't appreciate that they automatically added 15% gratuity to the bill. And unfortunately I didn't notice until after I added tip myself. Ended up paying fifty bucks for a burger, fries, and 1 beer. And I won't be coming back.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!! POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES!! Ordered $80 worth of chicken wings online at 7:30 am for pickup at 1:00 pm, for Super Bowl Party. Received notice at 12:58 pm that my order was cancelled because the restaurant did not have the supplies……..BUT…..this place took my money and I now have to wait 3-5 business days in order to receive my refund! TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!

Hated it. Service was great but the menu was pricey for the fact that it's basically just a sports bar. Also, the music was WAY too loud and there is no front-facing wall so on a cold night, you're freezing whether you sit outside OR in.

It's not about the money but about Insulting. Not Only the food was ,,, God knows how many months was freezed , but They have a large sign outside says 2 for one . By the time you get your bill , the sign is forgotten. I asked why ? They said the sign is just advertising. The answer that I got from them it was absolutely insulting. they said they give you a larger drink !!! I asked How much is a glass of beer , $9.99 ? okay then I am in title to get 2 Glasses for one based on your sign and then I asked them If I order one Beer , do you have 2 or 3 different sizes ? They said No. I said , How you are giving me a larger drink then ? do you charge $20.00 for a half a glass of beer ?? They just ignored me. I will never go there anymore.

Manager is a creep. Horrible management. Servers were so sweet and amazing tho

I come to Rocco’s often for happy hour and wings. I’ve been to most of the locations. This location specifically is a mess. The last few times coming here Candice was my server. She is probably one of the worst servers I’ve ever encountered. My first experience with her ended with me being overcharge. It was happy hour. I had 4 drinks between 2 people (which I always get) I was charged for all 4 drinks. When I brought this to Candice attention, she shrugged and stated she poured me doubles. 1.) I never asked for doubles. 2.) they were lent doubles because I would have tasted the alcohol in the tiny mule cups my drinks were served in. Today I encountered Candice again. This time, just like every other she was inattentive, got my order wrong etc. I had told her I wanted a minute to look at the drink menu but I did put an order in for wings. I had finished my wings before she came to check in or ask for my drink order. Mind you, I can see her standing at the service doing nothing. I have worked in the industry for several years. I would be embarrassed if this was behavior from my employee

Last night, Dodgers won MLB championship, we were at Roccos, first beer ok, them we move to food, Pizza saggy and undercooked, wings, bones visible and overcooked in old oil. Drinks i have few old fashions that I didn't even feel, doubt any bourbon on it, also outdoors the heater didn't work and was cold ... a full scam, lucky the Dodgers won.Rocco's? Thanks, no anymore

PSA!! They will tack on gratuity if your bill is over $150. Read the fine print. I didn't look or read because that isn't a practice I have ever heard of. I double tipped, when I requested a refund the manager told me Corporate would have to handle it. Seriously? I told the manager, perhaps your wait staff should warn your customers. They tack additional charge if you don't pay cash. Don't order the mussels! They are tiny, no meat and most of them inedible. The wait staff told me to force open them and eat them. I got sick. We believe they replaced high end tequila with well tequila. My friend got sick. The wings are not the same as the recipe used at Rocco's West Hollywood. I requested a refund from the manager. He was not empathetic and told me Corporate would contact me and handle it. Corporate never called back. We were having a great time, the server was great but their policy and handling of this situation, incredibly disappointing. Hence, one star.
