I go to this Dutch Bros almost every day to the point where everybody knows my name. Nothing but Great people with one awesome manager.

My Dutch Crew are the very best. At this point I am a regular, I enjoy seeing them. The energy and coffee are both unmatched and truthfully when I go to another dutch location although the coffee is just as good the visit just feels a bit lacking. If you are a dutch fan or new to check it out this location is a must! You will love the coffee, the vibe and the energy! Love Y'all!!

Amazing customer service!! The golden eagle was, as always, fabulous. I ordered two for each of my siblings. I, myself, got the protein latte with some caramel flavoring as the barista said it could be bland without. 10/10 recommend!!

I LOVE this location and the people who work here. Ryan & Cole are my favorite broista's ever! They always have a great attitude and it's always great to catch up with them when I stop by. This location also makes the best Kicker's, so I make sure to stop here several times a week for my morning chats and caffeine! Also a plus that they work super fast and I never have to wait in line long.

The coffee best shop in town, super friendly staff and super clean store. Ryan and Cole's Team is the reason I keep coming back. They are always friendly, fast and it shows that they are happy working for Dutch Bros. You should also try a Iced Kicker if you haven't had one yet!

Went here for the first time and was amazed by the great service and friendly atmosphere. Jade took my order, and he got me right with the peach matcha shake. Will definitely come back for more.

Ryan and Cole are awesome Baristas and super personable, providing high quality customer service. They are fast and the drinks are always tasty. I often drive away feeling ready for the day and energized, not just because of the coffee but also because of the Dutch bro values the team here promotes.

This is the only Dutch Brothers that I go to. I will go out of my way to go to this particular location. Ryen always has a bright smile and is eager to know how my day is going. The rest of the staff is wonderful as well.

This was my first time going to this location and man did they blow me away! Ryen took my order and told me her favorite drink, so I gave it a try and WOW! She has great taste!!!! Atmosphere was energetic, the employees were so attentive. When they say “cultivate kindness” they truly do mean it!! If I wasn’t just driving past the town and lived there, this would be my go to place! 🤩

We come back for the people and will even go the extra mile to go to this location. They make the drinks well and know my order to a T. Even if there are off days and there was a mistake with the drink, they always rectify it immediately and go above and beyond. Ryan trains her staff well and people have to keep in mind you can't always control other people's actions. Love working with Jade, Melissa, Zaneba (so sorry if I misspelled your name) and the rest of the crew. Love the drinks and how custom you make it. That soft top is something I can't find anywhere else and the Nitro Cold brew has such a smooth taste and not as overly acidic as other places. The seasonal caramel pumpkin brulee flavor will always be my favorite next to the Kicker. My kid and pup approves the Ninja Shake and Pup Cup!

The employees here truly exemplify customer service and notice that doing a little extra can make a huge difference. My daughter, who sees the good in everyone always, and I came here for a drink and when ordering she told the broista (happy birthday again!) that today was pink day. A regular “neat!” Would have made her happy but he went inside after we paid and when we got the the window a lady gave her a pinkish sticker and the guy who’s birthday it was had absolutely decked out a cup for her as well. Truly above and beyond customer service. We will be back REGULARLY.

They always greeted me in a very nice manner and made my mornings brighter and because of this Dutch bros has been part of my morning routine! #icedhopscothproteinlatte

Dutch Bros is one of my go-to spots, mostly because of TJ and Jade. They’re always friendly, welcoming, and genuinely make you feel appreciated. Their service is consistently the best, and they really go out of their way to make your day better. TJ and Jade are awesome, and Dutch Bros is lucky to have them.

Every time I come through with my DAWGS, they go crazy to see Ryen and Amanda! They always treat my dogs like queens. My drink is always on point. There’s always a little smiley face or heart on my lid. It’s very thoughtful.

My coworker and I visit this location on the regular and we always have such a great time talking and chatting it up with all the people there. Everyone there is beyond great in both helpfulness and attitude. It’s never a bad time over there

They know me by name and most of my orders at this point. I can always count on them for a great recommendation and they never forget I prefer oatmilk in my coffee and my rebels sugar free. This used to be my go to Dutch, meaning I’d go a few times a week sometimes even twice in a day. Recently I got a new job and had to change DB locations to one that’s closer to work. I have made it a habit to go OUT OF MY WAY TO COME BACK TO THIS EXACT LOCATION due to the bad experiences I’ve had at the other location that’s way closer to me. The girls here are always so sweet and caring and I will gladly continue going out of my way for a good coffee before work.

I have been very impressed with the Dutch Bros in Sugar Land! When I first moved out here and saw a Dutch, I was excited. Then I met Rian (I hope I spelled her name correctly) and her excitement, welcoming attitude, and professionalism convinced me that this DB was going to have the same ethos I have come to expect from Dutch. Since then I have been back many times, met many of the employees, and each time it has been a great experience. As a native Oregonian, Dutch holds a special place in my heart. I am thankful this particular Dutch continues the great legacy. And of course, the products are awesome!

Location is severely understaffed. Long lines in the morning, 30+ to get coffee in drive thru line of 8 cars. Had no choice but to wait cause we were boxed it. They need more employees at this location

Go to a different location. I have been a loyal Dutch bros customer for locations in Missouri City and aliana, but today, this was the nearest. I put in a digital order, so we would be in the queue, and it started raining, hoping to make it smoother and easier for everyone. When I walked up, instead of saying "hey we see you in the queue, they said "well we have 10 minutes to fill your order so you have to wait, you should have just ordered here and we would have made it faster". They then began to ask my husband to move his vehicle until they realized it was pouring rain. I didn't ask to rush my order I simply walked up and gave my name so they would know I was there but they felt a need to tell me in the rudest way possible I would have to wait for using a service they provided.

Went through the drive thru (3 drinks) and was asked to park and walk up to the window to get our order (others were also asked to do the same). Won't be going back to this location.

Guys please don’t go to the west airport highway 6 location. Terrible customer service! I came 15 minutes before it closes in the drive way and there was a truck in front of me and they took 15 minutes taking the order of that truck by the time I pulled up to the window they denied me service they said it’s already 10 so we can’t take your order. They couldn’t informed earlier or come out and wave us down that it’s closed now but rather make me wait 15 minutes then deny me. It was a bit inconvenience for me to it’s her rude self. The Dutch bro on west airport Richmond tx 77407 is the best!!! The managers the staff are so nice and they never did that whoever was in the line after that they would close it up and accommodate the ppl that are in line. The manager with half pink hair and ethnicity was Mexican was very rude. Dutch bro corporate do better hiring managers. They should know how to do customer service. These type of ppl shouldn’t been leaders they hurting your business. As soon as I pulled up no smiles rude face and said we are closed since it’s 10. Never going there again!
