I my burger was great and well put together. My curvy fries were okay though. Lots of tiny fry like pieces, and. The few curls were stuck together like a solid mass. Waiting on food was weird because there isn't really a good spot to stand, but you can have a seat. Lastly, I wasn't asked if I was dinning in. So I wanted to eat my fries with the dips, but take my burger with me. With no tray for the table, I just used my bag. Nice people though, and my fries weren't oily or over fried. So still worth stopping.

UPDATE: I went today asked for a regular roast beef add tomatoes lettuce and red ranch. It was so delicious. Im not mad at the employees its just improper management and training... A super roast beef sandwich should have more than shredded lettuce and meat. Wheres my tomato? Where is red ranch? Twice now. I let it slide once

Got the #1 classic and it was ready before I could even make it to the drink machine and thought no way this is fresh. Sandwiche was not even cold room temp at best. GOT THE TYPICAL RESPONSE!! NO REAL PERSON CARES. I bought my husband a gift card for his birthday in March. He used it once and had a balance of $7. Tried to use it again and was told they no longer take gift cards. They still sell them though. SCAM!! Continually get overcharged on specials. If that wasn’t bad enough we did not get all of the order. Called and talked to Courtney (manager) and she couldn’t explain the receipt either. We’ve gone there a bunch but won’t be back. Third strike, we’re out.
