Brahms has great food and ice cream. It’s very affordable and they’re fast at getting your food to you.

The menu choice is large. It consist of burgers and ice cream. What I like about it is it also has a supermarket section that is stocked with organic foods. They are fresh and affordable. Staff is always friendly and the food is excellent. The seating is tight so get your food to go.

The young man who took my order was very kind, friendly, and respectful and even made the extra effort to come out from behind the counter to bring my shake to me. Also, the great thing about Braums is that their ice cream flavors never disappoint!!

Food was great! Good sized portions and great value. We spent less than $30 to feed 5 people dinner and dessert. I loved the burger and the fries were perfectly crispy. This is a regular stop for us between Dallas and home.

Took my SO here and we had a great time! The staff were very friendly and fast! Got the strawberry poppyseed chicken salad and it was phenomenal 😍

If you want REAL ice cream, not that fake stuff from most fast food joints whose machines are always broken, this is the place. Their burgers are also better than most sit down, full service restaurants serve. The lobby is child and disabled friendly... And they also sell most flavors of their ice cream and other dairy products. To top that off, the prices are modest for the quality of their ice cream and food, the double dip cones have been the same serving size and price for the past 10 years.

Love to go to Braums to share a BANANA SPLIT. The very best ice cream there is, beats any other, in our opinion. You can order any flavor for your 3 scoops. Options for toppings on each scoop, whipped cream, and cherries on top. SO GOOD.

The staff were very prompt, but best of all, friendly. Service was very quick. I think it's a big deal that you can substitute fries in a combo for yogurt at no extra charge! Easily the best quality and quantity for cost.

Great little restaurant with a hometown feel. Their burgers are great and all, but oh man the ice cream. So many choices to choose from and it's all produced by their own selection of cows. On the flip side of the restaurant is a little shopping area fitted with meats, milk, cookies, and you guessed it; ice cream. Staff is helpful, but they rotate employees like a tire shop rotates tires. Don't expect to see the same employees for too long.

Always good. Ice cream is great and it's an affordable burger. Sometimes it is a little messy inside but I think it's because it is almost always busy. Great place to get milk and eggs when you dont want to go to the grocery store

All the staff here is so kind. Mark and CT got us our ice cream and were very prompt and polite. They were sweet kids that were working hard and made out experience great!

I just went there and this young lady, Erynn, was so nice, polite, and helpful, I couldn't not give this place 5 stars. I was looking for a particular flavor of ice cream, she offered to go in the back and look for it after we both couldn't find it, and she gave me sample of another flavor I was leaning on getting. She didn't have to do any of this, but she made my night by being so awesome. This place was always amazing, and it's in thanks to people like her!

Went since it just reopened a little while ago, couldn't really tell much difference except the young people working there didn't have much of a clue to know how to fix ice cream snacks or even know what was on the menu, but the food was good!

Best milk in town. If I buy Walmart milk it's no good in 2 to 3 days. Braum's stays good for a week.

We were to Arkansas from Dallas when we decided to stop in and give this location a try. I must say the food and the service was on point. The service was friendly and fast! We got the best customer service when we went in on January 11, 2024 at about 1:00. I showed up with my two little kids and I had my hands full trying to get their food and drinks while they were bombarding me with questions and asking for the bathroom. The manager was kind and said she would make sure my belongings were safe while I got them to the bathroom. My kids both got the kids’ meals that came with books about different endangered animals. My three year old wanted the polar bear book, and the employees went through a whole stack just to find the book she wanted. The kindness was very appreciated and it made my kids happy. Thank you to all the employees that helped us have a great experience.

It’s almost always busy when I go in there but in the past I’ve been able to order food and find a place to sit down. This time we got ice cream and were able to try a couple of flavors before deciding what we were going to get. I loved the personal ability of some of the staff. Sometimes it’s hard to find in fast food places.

Great Food! Always made fresh. The seating area inside this location is lacking and hasn't been updated in 20 years since I was a child. Ice cream is always delicious, hot food is always made to order. Great location and friendly people working here!

Clean store. Clean restrooms. Friendly employees. No complaints from us here. As far as food, I won't comment. If you've eaten at one Braums, you've eaten at them all. The food was fine. It really just comes down to aesthetics and cleanliness and friendliness. This store did well in all three.

Headed back to San Antonio and just passing through. Very impressed. There were a group of young individuals working but you could tell they were a great team. They communicated well with each other on orders and if they weren't sure the manager would have them ask the customer to clarify. They were laughing and talking but cleaning, restocking and prepping orders at the same time. It wasn't obnoxious, they were very respectful and made the atmosphere lighthearted and enjoyable... THESE GUYS are the reason i will be stopping here my next time driving through.

First time here. . One of the better braums I been to . .slightly smaller than most braums. Got a double dip fancy Sunday. Caitlyn not sure if its with a C or K didnt have the name on the receipt was fantastic with making the Sunday super courteous and friendly. Definitely recommend over some of the other Braums

I ordered a small hot fudge sundae and it was delicious. My son ordered two scoops of ice cream in a waffle cone, the cookies and cream was so creamy had plenty of cookies. His other scoop of ice cream was cookie dough and it was good. My husband ordered the cherry chocolate chip ice cream in a waffle cone and that was my first time tasting it. I must say it was tasty. We will be stopping again if we are are out in this direction.

Lovely service!! It was my first time at a Braum’s and I changed my order right after already placing it. All I got from all the ladies working there, was “We got you” and “I got you!” Such a positive vibe and overall experience. The only issue was with my huge, yummy but messy burger 🍔 😄

Food was delicious. Ample seating either with other customers or away from others (which I chose). Only one bathroom as this is a smaller location than some, and you can hear other patrons through the door. Also, milk shake was not ready with rest of my meal, but they brought it out to me, so not a huge problem.

Great prices for a combo and milkshake

This is a great Braums. It's food, cleanliness, & customer service are very consistent. It's popular so sometimes there's no place to sit. We always buy our milk & bread here, but I wish the market was larger. It's tiny, but the parking lot is huge. Corporate could easily enlarge the market & the seating area.

Been here many times. This is a restaurant & a store. It really needs two separate reviews. As far as the restaurant goes, the transaction is usually very fast. Quality of the frozen desserts here is very good and there are times when you'll have to wait in a longish line to get it, understandably. I can't say much for the food offerings, as I don't really eat here. As for the fresh market: they carry bread, baked goods, dairy, eggs and a small selection of dry goods, fruits, vegetables and meats. You can also buy from a large selection of ice cream and frozen yogurt (quite a few made with substitute sweetener). It's all good quality.

The food was good and the service speedy. The only problem is that the dining area is small at this location so you may consider that if you have a large bus full of hungry people. About halfway through our meal a tour bus full of nice elderly tourists stopped here and we felt for those who had no place to sit so the wife and I hurried up and finished so we could open a table for them.

Always enjoy going there for their yogurts. Soft serve and scoop. Lately though Braums has switched to a cone for yogurt that is much like cardboard. Yuck. Sorry to see the change. Still ordering soft serve but in a cup now. I wonder what manager made that decision ? Did they even taste it ? O well.

The young lady working must have been pretty new, because she kept asking me how to make what we'd ordered (we were only here for ice cream). We'd ordered a double strawberry shortcake Sunday and a banana split and she kept asking us what went on it because the employee she kept asking wasn't answering her. I felt sorry for her. The ice cream was good, and well be back, but maybe a little better training for staff is warranted.

The store looks amazing after the remodel. Grocery side is larger and well organized. Braum's store brand is quality but affordable.

Once I got to the front of the line they told me that they had too many orders backed up and that I had to wait to place mine , after standing at the front of the line for 10 minutes they finally took my order which took another 15 to get, they were busy because of the storm so it is understandable. Good food and good ice cream. Never had a bad experience at braum's but this one came close. But once again great food great ice cream give it a shot.

The burgers and salad are acceptable, the spicy chicken club was better than typical chicken sandwiches. The ice cream is very good and their no sugar added ice doesn't miss a beat. Definitely save room for ice cream if u go here for a meal.

I like their burgers okay, but this last time I got the chicken strips. Next time I will go back to ordering a burger. The strips weren't fresh, seemed like frozen ones that they just heated up. A couple of mine had what looked and tasted like old skin and/or some kind of connective tissue, the taste of which destroyed my appetite, to where I couldn't finish them. The fries were just okay, but I did really enjoy the thick delicious shake made with real ice cream. Now THAT I would have again! The restaurant was clean, as were the restrooms. The cashier and staff were delightful! Yes, I will go there again, just lesson learned, I will avoid the chicken strips.

The service was okay. The fries and chocolate shake were good. The cheeseburger had a bad taste from the lettuce and the tomato. Did not finish the cheeseburger. This was in contrast to the food that I have gotten at other Braums, which is usually very good. The store was crowded, so a lot of other people do seem to like this Braums. If I hadn't been in a hurry I would have asked for a new cheeseburger. But I had already waited long enough and needed to get going. Probably will not stop at this Braums again.

Went in to order a burger at 7.25pm. I was told by an employee that they were not taking orders for about 10 - 15 minutes because they were to backed up. Then I heard a manager say, take the next 3 drive thru and then hold for a bit. I finally ordered, the meat was dry and had been sitting for a bit. The cheese was cold and never melted. I love braums and I eat here a bit. I'll be back, but I was highly disappointed tonight. Several customers walked without ordering when they were told it would be a few minutes before they could take their order. Come on Braums! You can do better!

I usually don’t like doing these. But, today they were not busy at the ice cream entrance they were pretty much busy cleaning up to close in 2 1/2 hours. I got my ice cream and WAITED for someone to come to the register so could pay for my ice cream. Why?! And, shortly afterwards they started coming busy around 8:15 and I also needed milk and it seems like they don’t have enough help at night. Because I waited till I asked someone to come to the register. They need to be trained on customer service because they are lacking it.

Listen… I should’ve known. It’s an ice cream place. Why I decided to order a full burger meal is on me 😂 First mistake. I got the burger combo and let’s just say… it was not good at all. The only reason I ate it was because we were traveling and my stomach was literally touching my back. It was survival mode at that point. The fries had no seasoning and the burger just was not appetizing. Service was okay, no complaints there which is why I’m not rating it terribly low. Moral of the story, Braum’s is for ice cream. I should’ve stuck to what they Braum best🍦 and next time I’m keeping it sweet only.

Placed order at 930pm and you would of thought we were burning the place down. One of the ladies was super rude, another one in the back said “I just want to go home”. The initial rude lady kept hovering over us and told us we sat in the wrong place 🤷‍♂️, slamming things around and just overall unprofessional. I could go on and on, but just a bad experience. Keep in mind they didn’t close until 1045. Gave them 2 stars because the fries were good. Pro-tip: if you hate your job we live in a free country where you can just part ways. Also, inflation is on the rise so I wouldn’t be trying to get off early. I work my job until they tell me go home because I’ll take all the hours I can get.

Whats up with the grilled onions? 2-4 square inches of space and 1 minute of time is too much for the braums corporation and or franchise? Why can't anyone grill my damn onions? That's all, rant over.

I have heard such great things about this chain. None of that was present at this location. Of our 3 visits every time the staff is ill tempered. I get working fastfood sucks but taking it out on customers is not helpful. The burger was way overcooked, and the fries were overcooked to the point of snapping. The sweet tea had no sugar/sweetener. The person at the window acted as if it was the worst thing to be at work. 2/3 times drive-thru experience was exactly that. 1/3 time the inside experience was worse.

I came here with a friend to get ice cream and we told the lady what we wanted and she made my order and told her coworker to help her make my friends order, but, continued to help other customers before finishing our order. There was no one in front of us so she had to finish up our order. Her milk shake was like drinking milk through a straw wasn’t a shake at all. If you want fast service or at least be treated like a valued customer go through the drive thru they cater the drive thru before they do the dining area.

Ordered burger and fries. Burger was on griddle all day and was still just warm. The bun sat in one place so long the bottom was crusted. All in all the burger was cold but fries were good. Should rotate food better.

Stopped by for some ice cream. One of the lady’s made my friend her order and then started helping customers behind us instead of finishing our order. She kept trying to pass it off to other coworkers.

Frustrated to be honest … Sign says free shake with any combo … but adds charge at check out … talked to cashier and people in charge without any good answer or offer to resolve matter …. Very unsatisfactory administration here … no results … And to top it off… we were missing drinks and the shake … had to go back and make multiple requests ..🫨 improvement needed ..

The frozen yogurt from the machine is no longer frozen yogurt. It's like frozen milk now 😭😭 don't believe me by the half gallon and compare quality.

Braums has gone down hill in service and food. I stood and waited for at least 10 minutes and no one came up to me to take my order. All I wanted was large fries and a cherry limeade. I went over to the girl in the ice cream section and she was nice enough to help me. When I got my fries which was 2 minutes later they were cold. I will no longer order food there!! I will order ice cream but that's all!!

Almost 10 minutes at the drive thru just to order 2 shakes. Get up to window and had to move up and wait 5 more minutes, so the young lady bringing or shakes can have an attitude. Will Never Go Back

Planned to stop here driving through, at 545pm on Sunday, pulled in and 5 cars or so were pulling out and said they were closed for training. Google says they are open, not happy.

Customer Service was awful, the employees where playing inside while customers had to park and wait on food. I understand it's 10:10pm but you don't close until 10:45.

That was horrible and I could have gotten my food for free along with another person! Legacy E could care less to be there, she has no personalit. And the older lady taking selfies by the front door I stead of helping her team out. One girl running around with cones in her hand and no gloves on. No one knew what they were doing and never seen a manager, but hey the ice cream and prices are good!

Most horrible braums I’ve ever been to. They have all new kids working there since they remodeled & they defiantly have no customer service, no hospitality. Just plain rude, looking like they hate their job. Will never return again. Deserves 0 stars if that was an option. Manager is rude also!

Terrible service. I’m genuinely appalled by the way I was treated. Went through the drive through today at 10:15 I have a bad lisp rn due to an accident so it’s hard for me to talk. One young lady kept laughing and snickering at me for no reason. Very rude staff two other lady’s kept whispering and I heard one say she sounds weird to the other lady. Never come here again. Genuinely hurt my feelings because I’ve struggled with this enough as is. Do better
