I lived in the area for a couple of years before I even tried this place. After my first visit, I was hooked. I am a believer that you can always judge a Mexican restaurant by its cheese enchilada. (If you can mess up a cheese enchilada, I'm not trusting you with meat.) So for my first visit, I ordered the 2 cheese enchiladas which came with rice and beans on the side. The beans and rice were good not great... What you would could find at any local Mexican food joint. The enchiladas on the other hand were PERFECT. The tortillas were soft and moist, not chalky... The cheese was abundant and gooey throughout both ends of the enchilada. The big star though was the ENCHILADA SAUCE. It was amazing. Just the right amount of spices (without being spicy.) Even if you order a burrito, you can experience this delicious sauce by ordering your burrito "enchilada style." You would be doing yourself a disservice if you didn't try this. Other top choice is a Hard Shell Taco. DELICIOUS. The ambiance is casual. It is what you'd expect from a local, affordable Mexican place... Extra points for ALWAYS being impeccably clean. I tend to order to-go anyway. They are always on time with pick-up and the food travels well. Their customer service is agreeable and helpful. They are always willing to accommodate a special request.

I love the burritos. I live one block away. the portions are hearty and the food is delicious. 5 stars I always order the shredded beef and it is awesome. I have never had old grizzly..lol if I see it on the menu I will ask for a sample....lmao

Can’t say I would come here again for the price of their bland food. I should have realized it wasn’t going to be good food when they asked if I wanted mild or hot instead green or red salsa.

I ordered the macho mucho burrito. It's a wet burrito with a bunch of stuff in it. It was okay and very average tasting in my opinion. For the price I expected it to taste a lot better.

There are definitely better places out there that serve this type of food, but hey when you got to eat and are craving it this place will do some justice.

The food was all right and provided a quick meal for us while we were travelling. The gang tagging all over the bathroom, which required a key to access, was a little off-putting. The nachos were tasty and portions are large.

California Burrito i bought this weekend was just terrible, it might as well have just been a Bean burrito with sprinkles of meat and 4-5 fries drenched in sour cream. Orchata was good though....

Had to edit because food is inconsistent with quality. The tacos ripped from the bottom when arrived and the Chile relleno wasn't as good as before. Perhaps a different cook. Ended up throwing it away. Also my bottled cola was missing, it was included in the 1 item deal.

Their chili Verde used to be my favorite. Last few times it has very little flavor. Like they threw it together 5 minutes before you bought it before I bet it was marinated and was cooking before the store was open. When you take a bite of the chunks of pork there is no great chili verde flavor

I went in there super happy And honestly the customer service is horrible The young woman taking orders doesn't even smile And not friendly at all I was like hey how are you And she ignore me😔 I wouldn't visit this place again

After ordering a chicken burrito with rice vegan beans cilantro and avocado! Less then 2 hours later I became ill and violently vomited!

Ordered 6 hard shell tacos over cooked old so disappointed charged extra each taco was over 5 dollars guy would only give us 2 small salas with 6 tacos and a burrito AND the chips we paid for OLD OLD OLD UNBELIEVABLE SO DISAPPOINTING NEVER AGAIN

We ordered 2 tostadas that say they come with beans. Neither one had beans on them. The burrito with the red sauce we ordered was put in the bag lopsided & the sauce spilled into the bag. You need to check your food before leaving.

Carne asada was not good, not many good meat options. Be sure you know what you’re ordering, if you ask about their meat options they tell you “look at the yellow box”. Would not recommend if you want AUTHENTIC Mexican food.

Food was awful. I ordered carne asada burrito. 90% beans. A little bit of rice and s very small amount of carne asada. And the beans, rice and meat very very dried out. I almost choked trying to swallow my food. Don't waste your time or money!!!!!!!

Worst enchiladas I've ever had. The cheese was so rubbery that if you try to swallow half a bite, it will literally contract and slide back up your throat. The sauce is flavorless and their guac is watery. Absolutely avoid this place.
