We heard about this place as best deli in Queens. Walked in and a young lady with a smile welcomed us to order. As a first time we choose Falafels on wrap and BLT . As we were waiting the smell that was coming from kitchen make us to thing this place is different, this place is good. And after we finished we looked at each other and say : This place is not great but it could be best place to eat fresh tasty in New York State . Love it glad we found finally after 20 years in NY a place like this.

The chicken bowl here is absolutely outstanding fresh, healthy, and full of flavor. The menu offers a variety of delicious, wholesome options, and the service is excellent. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back!

The best sandwich shop in Sunnyside! My partner and I visit every Sunday to get our favorite breakfast sandwiches - the Wake n Bake and the NYPD. The green sauce is the best in the area. And nothing beats their welcoming atmosphere and super friendly customer service. Don’t forget to ask for the Spanish Arnold Palmer!

Empire is truly an amazing place and they have a wide variety of sandwiches, smoothies, deserts, and even burgers that are delicious and flavorful. The owner is an outgoing guy and deeply cares about his customers, he even gives you free samples of the smoothies if you are curious about how it tastes. Enough said, y’all definitely need to check this place out because you won’t regret it :)

The workers are very welcoming. The smoothies I tried were all perfect and the breakfast sandwiches and burgers were amazing. The deserts like the lava cake were also pretty good. They always give free samples of smoothies and don't let anything go to waste. The workers are very friendly and show that they care. Such a great experience. Danny is the GOAT.

I love the atmosphere here—Danny is always so welcoming, and the food is just phenomenal. If it’s your first time, I recommend the steak and egg breakfast sandwich (make sure to get their green sauce). Their Sophia Burger is also a top hit.

Came in with my boyfriend to try their sandwiches and it was amazing! We ordered the Mariachi and the Empire and tasted delicious with their homemade green sauce. The owner was so kind and let us try some of their fresh juices. He even told us the backstories of how the sandwiches came to be. Would definitely recommend to anyone who’s craving a good, hearty sandwich!!

We have been using Empire Shop for our weekly lunch orders and for some of our staff meetings. We are pleasantly happy with them! The sandwiches are fresh, generously filled, and made to order. All the sandwiches have the right balance of flavors. The ingredients tasted fresh and high quality. The juice menu is impressive — lots of healthy, creative options. A office favorite is the “Green Apple” juice, and it is super refreshing without being overly sweet. You can tell they use real, fresh produce. The place has a clean, modern vibe. Great customer service. Danny and all his staff are Amazing they go above above and beyond for us. Overall, definitely recommend if you're in the mood for something fresh and satisfying this is the place to go!

Best Cuban sandwich and chopped cheese I’ve had. Large portions for the price, you could share a sandwich if you wanted. Personally, I just ate both. No regret.

Such good deli sandwiches with vegan and vegetarian options. Super nice staff and cute outdoor seating. They also have a juice bar and lots of food has flavors from across Latin America. This is just a cafe, the volleyball courts pictured in some photos here are close-by at 42-20 39th Street.

I stood at the counter waiting for 30 minutes. There was no explanation for why the food was delayed, and no one was there to hand out the orders while I am waiting. The frie are not hot and soked with oil too much.

Kinda disappointed with my order here. I found a hair in the food, which honestly ruined the whole meal for me. I get that mistakes can happen, but cleanliness is super important when it comes to food. Hope they take better care moving forward.
