Really loved the paneer manchurian, before I've eaten few spicy dishes in my last visit but that weren't really to my taste
Absolutely loved the experience here. Discovering their happy hour was a pleasant surprise with excellent drink options that were strong and well balanced. The appetizer selection was impressive and packed with bold flavors. Every dish we tried had the perfect level of spice and tasted amazing. The staff was quick, friendly, and very attentive throughout our visit. The Chinese Bhel truly stood out and is a must try. Definitely a place worth coming back to.
Fantastic place for having a leisurely meal with colleagues. But, if you have done the rounds with the regular true blue Indian fare and want something more, ahem, elegant, this is your spot. Just don’t expect the same Indian food taste - they do an info-chine twist in their menu resulting in such delicately crafted items like Veg Coin, Hakka Noodles, Scheszuan fried rice, not to mention awesome appetizers of Chinese taste but only found in India. I attached picks of the dishes. The ambience hits you with dingy darkness if you step right in from a bright noon, but it gets super pleasant after you get situated into a tastefully done decor, with of course plenty of bamboos. The service is unhurried, pleasant and the staff doesn’t seem stretched. Not sure why they insist on such a large bar area but whatever. It is always empty and dead. May be someone can give it a shot at night.
I'm obsessed with Inch Bamboo in Sunnyvale! Their vegan options are absolutely delicious and incredibly diverse. As a regular visitor, I can attest that this restaurant consistently impresses with its flavors and creativity. If you're in the area, do yourself a favor and stop by – you won't be disappointed! Highly recommend!

Great place food was wonderful. Now spice level if you not use to spicy ask for mild even one paper disk is spicy but so tasty.
The menu has plenty of crowd-pleasers—crispy appetizers, bold sauces, and generous portions that are great for sharing. Service is generally friendly, and the lively atmosphere works well for casual dinners or group outings. While some dishes can be hit or miss depending on spice and consistency, it’s a solid go-to place when you want something flavorful, spicy, and different from the usual options.
The crispy chilli baby corn was flavorful, though slightly too firm in texture. The pan-fried paneer complemented the veg fried rice beautifully. Speaking of which, the plain veg fried rice was the highlight—perfectly cooked and easily the best I’ve had in the Bay Area. The street-side veg noodles were decent, though the noodles were a bit overcooked. Overall, a solid Indian-Chinese spot with great service and a pleasant dine-in experience.
We enjoyed the service yesterday for our dinner at Inchin, thanks to Srinivas who attended us. He was humble, courteous, attentive and pleasant! The decor & ambiance is gorgeous. Very good fine dining setup. Out of 5 dishes we ordered (chicken 65, crispy chili baby corn, Chinese bhel, sambal lamb, chili garlic noodle), my husband loved the Sambal lamb & I liked the chili garlic noodle. Cocktails were below average but that may be cause my hubby may be an expert. Chinese bhel was too sweet, baby corn was very hard/dry, chicken 65 not tasty.

Came in for drinks at 6pm. Restaurant had about 3 or 4 tables occupied. We chose to sit at the bar as it was just 2 of us. There were 5 waiters standing around with hands in their pockets with abso…
I highly recommend the veg gold coin, crispy chilly baby corn and dumpling sampler. The hakka noodles are good too.\nQuick service and good ambience.
expensive and servings are too small, one should see the candy size in their bowl and they add 21% gratuity , I mean wow!
The biryani was average, lacking in fragrance and spice, and noticeably low on salt (which I rarely find an issue in restaurants). Service was also underwhelming; despite the restaurant being mostly empty and having several waiters, I had to wait about 10 minutes after informing the waiter I was ready to order. On the positive side, the prices were quite affordable, which is appreciated.
Went to InChin Bamboo for an office lunch with a group of 8. There was no waiting, and the service was prompt and friendly. We ordered a lot — Chinese bhel, Hakka noodles, burnt garlic chili rice, Singaporean noodles, masala papad, crispy baby corn, paneer 65, and quite a few more dishes. Unfortunately, while the variety was great, the overall taste was just average. The noodles and fried rice in particular were not that impressive, and some of the chicken and beef dishes ended up being packed to go rather than enjoyed at the table. The highlight for me was the masala soda, which was refreshing and well made. Overall, a decent spot if you’re in the area, but the food could definitely use some improvement.
The food was average, but the overall dining experience was good. We went here on a Sunday afternoon. We had no trouble getting a table, as the restaurant wasn’t very crowded. The restaurant’s decorations were nice and added to the atmosphere. It has a nice vibe to it. The staff were friendly and the service is good. We started with Chinese Bhel and Crispy Chili Baby Corn—both were decent. We followed with Burnt Garlic Chili Fried Rice, Paneer Lababdaar, and Malaysian Parathas. The food was decent, though it didn’t really stand out. The Chinese items were more flavorful and enjoyable than the Indian selections.
Pros: Excellent service from the staff Place was tidy and had a nice interior Payment was easy Cons: Food pricing - I really hope that I get more value from the food before anything else. At $20+ per dish, I’d expect atleast the food were served warm. Food ordered: Chicken Man Chow Soup - tasted good, single serving is literally one small cup Sambal Lamb - It didn’t taste like Indonesian or Malaysian Sambal. The sambal used tasted like regular store-bought chili sauce. Serving size was good for sharing and it came with a cup of rice. This tasted like Manchurian Lamb. I ordered the Roti Canai since I wasn’t very happy with it. Spicy Cantonese Noodle (mixed chicken, shrimp, lamb) - This was by far the best among the items we ordered. It was not served warm.. Good for sharing. Steamed Thai chicken Dumpling - It was not served steamy hot. Tasted good and came in 3 pieces. Roti Canai - Chicken curry tasted good but was cold and was halfbaked in the microwave. Serving size of the curry was ok except the roti. Roti was too small and it came only in one piece. It also tasted like margarine instead of butter. Not a biggie but just unusual for me. $20+ price was hard to justify on this one. Overall, the experience wasn’t too bad because our server was kind enough to replace what we ordered but I didn’t want any food wasted.
Visited Sunday evening around 7 PM and the restaurant wasn’t crowded at all. The service and ambiance were really good, and the service was fast as well. But the food tasted quite mediocre with all items just being “okay”. We ordered Masala Lemon Soda for drinks which had a nice punch to it and Chicken Manchow Soup which was decent. For appetizers we had Chinese Bhel and Chicken 65 both of which were good but again nothing exceptional. We also ordered Chili Garlic Chicken Noodles which was good and finished with Fried IceCream was for dessert which we didn’t particularly enjoy. Overall a one time try restaurant.
The ambiance and service are great. However, the food didn't quite meet our expectations. It lacked the indo-Chinese flavor and was a bit expensive. I believe if the food had been more satisfying, …
We ordered wings of heaven and chicken 65 fried rice. Both were very bland, no salt or any flavor. The manager however was super nice and remade the wings for us, which made it slightly better. However the wings were still very dry and not as flavorful as I’d hoped and heard about. The chicken 65 rice had absolutely no flavor so we decided not to really get it remade. The manager replaced it with burnt garlic noodles which were better than the rice but still below par. The place was nice, and clean and overall a good place for a dine in.
Visited Inchin with high expectations, hoping for bold flavors and a satisfying meal. Unfortunately, the experience was underwhelming. The food was served cold, and despite specifically requesting it to be spicy, there was no heat or flavor kick at all. The overall taste was mediocre at best, lacking the freshness and seasoning I expected. Disappointing for a place known for Indo-Chinese cuisine — not sure I’ll be returning
Everything was either too salty or bland. I have been visiting this place for quite sometime but it seems recently there is no consistency as before. We ordered chicken manchow soup ( 2.5/5), sweet corn soup ( 3/5), chicken 65 ( 2/5 ) which was way too sour and salty, pan fried fish chilli ( 3/5). Ambience and service is really amazing. The food was served pretty fast.
Extremely rude manager asking us after sitting for 1 hour (immediately right after the bill) if we can leave because another big party is coming while the place was half empty!!

I have no idea what happened to this place and honestly it is very disappointing because this is used to be one of my favorite places to eat in the area whenever I was in town for work. Their quality of food has taken a terrible nose dive and I have no idea why. We recently decided to visit this place on my trip to the area and we were shocked at the mediocre quality of food that was served to us. A clear and opposite image of what it used to be once upon a time. We ordered 4 items of their menu and and below are the details of every item: 1) The chicken tacos: used way too much ginger which overpowered the whole dish. The taco shells were too hard and they just put way too much tomato in it. 2/5 2) Mongolian Beef: If they had a little saving grace, it was this dish. It tasted okay but the beef was way too chewy. Not what it used to be before 3/5 3) Chili Garlic Hakka noodles: Straight up deceiving. The pictures on the menu and the little news article they had printed out of the item was nothing similar to what was served to us. Hakka noodles are supposed to be dry and flavorful. The noodles served to us were overcooked, mushy and it had a gravy texture. This is not what Hakka noodles is supposed to be. 2/5 4) Chicken lettuce wrap: This was a nightmare. I have no idea what was the chef thinking when he decided to serve this to us on a plate instead of throwing it straight in the garbage bin. It was literally mush served to us on a plate with barely any chicken. They just decided to throw in tons of veggies. It lacked flavor, salt, and everything one can think of in “chicken lettuce wrap”. It was so terrible that I almost threw up. I had it returned. The manager came up to me and asked me “what was wrong” and I asked him to try it. He looked disappointed and was nice enough to not charge me for it. I am so disappointed that the quality of food has fallen so much at this place. I really hope they get their stuff right and are back to their glory days
