Wonderful atmosphere, location is superb, sunnywale downtown ; mocktails were enjoyable with friends.

They serve delicious, authentic Jalisco-style Mexican food. Generous portions, fresh ingredients, excellent margaritas, and friendly service in a lively atmosphere. Mi favorito ! Highly recommend! Vibe on Murphy street is unbearable.

I came in with my group when the street was busy! They were playing jazz music and everyone was just dancing and having a good time. Even with all that, the service was quick and very nice. I would definitely come here again and hope you do as well.

First time visiting this restaurant and enjoyed their carnitas burrito which was the perfect size. Beans and rice were served on the side which is exactly the way I like it. It was served topped with sauce and set up to be eaten with a fork and knife. My friend ordered an enchilada, taco, and chilli rellenos (sp?). Everything was great. Place was clean. Noise level comfortable. Service was excellent. Will visit again.

Really like their vegetarian selection. We ordered the nachos, the veggie burrito, and the combination plate with two enchiladas. All dishes had a variety of veggies in them — carrots, broccoli, etc, instead of just cheese or bell peppers alone. The spicy salsas were given on the side; small kids were able to handle the baseline spice level of the food. Attentive staff and well lit casual space make it a fun lunch spot.

O MA GAWD! Roberto’s Cantina was so good! To start with the vibe of Murphy Street and Roberto’s Cantina as a whole was just spectacular. The food was even better. First they bring out a heap of chips with a red and green salsa. The green salsa might be one of the best salsas I have ever had. I just couldn’t stop eating it! So fresh and tasty made from tomatillos. The main meal the birria de res WAS 🔥. It seemed very authentic and there was an abundance of tender beef in the tasty broth. It went so well with the fresh tortillas they gave and the Mexican rice. You have to get the birria just cause of that phenomenal broth with so much complexity it was a little spicy but not too much and it was quite salty and rich. Then to cut all the fattiness out we had to get some flan😉 which was jaw dropping. The flan was so creamy and so sweet. The bottom of the flan was the best part for me it was soft and had a nice milky texture. The flan also definitely had some condensed milk in it which made it even creamier. The service was ok everyone was kind but no one was paying that much attention to us or anything special. OVERALL I would definitely come again for that food and vibe and I recommend it to others as well!

Great food awesome people, very good place! Been there a few times, some thing new catches my eye from the decor or interesting tiles. We have also ordered takeout from them they get it ready pretty fast and pack it awesomely, and hand it over with a smile. Delicious! I had chicken fajitas and it came with several tortillas, rice, and beans. Very filling. The cheese with the appetizer I got was literally never ending when I tried to pull it up to the sky. Literally the cheese didn't break as I brought it as high as 3ft haha. Overall a great experience with company dinners. Celebrated a birthday too and they enjoyed the flan. Would come here again
