Round Table Pizza

Usually go to the Round Table on Bernardo but it was closed due to a power outage. Someone still answered the phone when we called the Bernardo RT and told us this one was open. Liked it a bit better than the one on Bernardo. A bit larger and better looking on the inside. Both have the same great pizza.

I unfortunately find inconsistencies from location to location - but this particular Round Table is in my opinion the best one. Food served quickly when dining in. It was hot and well made, not overly cheesy or lacking toppings. Friendly staff.

Who could have thought that there can be an all-pizza and breadstick buffet?! As a la carte, their Maui Zaui [Polynesian sauce] and Gourmet Veggie pizza I love. Coming back to the concept of all you can eat 13-14 different types of pizza, I loved it at the first visit. Came to another restaurant with my previous co-workers, but this is nothing less by being just a minute away from the flat I am staying now. And like a lot of other good things, the ongoing pandemic ended the culture of pizza buffet out this place, hopefully just for another few months.

I found this location by accident working in the area. I was a bit skeptical when I first walked in as the place was dead at the peak of lunchtime. I ordered the lunch special #1 w/tax slightly over $18. You cannot go wrong with a hot pizza but the salad was super fresh and the portion was more than fair. Had a great lunch and got some work done in a nice clean atmosphere. I'll be back next time I'm in the area.

Friendly staff and pizza is always excellent. This is one of the better Round Table Pizza places based on every experience I have had with them. The manager is always friendly as along with the other employees. The pizza is always cooked as it should with a crispy crust and excellent flavor

Ordered Specialty & Wings online for $24.99. Chicken and Garlic Gourmet pizza with light sauce. Tastes very good! I added artichokes and chose light sauce to make it less greasy. Ingredients are very fresh and the pizza is baked to perfect. You can order online and find some special deals. You can customize your pizza in whichever way you want: different crust, sauce, cheese, add/remove toppings. You can do half and half but the price can add up quickly since adding extra toppings is about $2.50 each. Recommend to try for fast food.

A very typical franchise feel restaurant. A bit robotic and cold feel. I highly recommend the vegetarian pizza, very unique and super delicious.

This place is one of the nicer pizza places in the area. It has 3 nice flat screen TV's spread out throughout the interior of the restaurant. Has nice outdoor seating. Wait time is pretty average for a restaurant, of course it varies due to the size of the order. All the staff and employee were very friendly and clear with what each pizza consisted of. The real thing that bothers me is how they try to lure you in with the coupons that are nice deals until you find out they don't work when placing an online order and the drivers "can't do anything about that." So I told the guy what the coupon price should have been, handed him the coupon, and said "if you get the 25% off from your manager, that's your tip." Maybe a bit brutal but I am sick of the DECEPTIVE MARKETING this place continues to engage in.

I e been ordering from this location since I moved to Sunnyvale in December 2019. Great service, great delivery! Always get Parmigiana and peppers, napkins and plates with my delivery! Comes in no less than 40 min. TODAY!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! I call on my order, first time ever getting a new voice on the phone! He says 45-50 min! Okayyyy must be busy! Then half way in I get a text saying my pizza is going to be delivered in over an hour past my call! WTH? So I call. Same guy tells me their short drivers and have to use DoorDash to deliver food! I ask, why didn’t you tell me this when I ordered, I could have came got my pizza? He didn’t have an answer! Never offered me a discount! My pizza came just in the pizza box, not in a warmer! No peppers, cheese, plates or napkins! Mind you, I didn’t order thru DoorDash I ordered on the phone thru round table! The pizza was cold! I paid 45.00 dollars for this pizza! Cold, no xtras! Late!! I have to find a new round table!!

Anyways, the reason for a 2 rating is: 4 for the pizza minus 2 for the rude service. Ordered online (pickup order). Pizza was not ready on time, so had to wait an additional 20 minutes after arriving. Not only that, they gave us the wrong pizza. When we found out back at work, our team was too hungry (and didn't want to drive back in the rain) so we just ate it. Afterwards, called them to let them know the situation. She asked, "did you eat the pizza? If you ate it, we can't do anything about it" and offered $5 credit for next time. No apologies whatsoever for handing off the wrong order. When I asked shouldn't you check the pizza against the receipt to make sure the correct one is being sent, her response was "it's also your responsibility to check" (again, without apologizing at all). I think I was more upset because of this "it's your fault" attitude and the WAY she said it. (Some people say I should've called BEFORE eating it, but that's not the point here.) Will never order from this location again.

Pizza was good but service terrible and all tables dirty with old dishes and garbage. People were having to clean tables themselves so they could sit down and eat. Very difficult time even getting a fork to eat my salad. Employees had no sense of urgency to satisfy customers.
