Got the Boca Burger — best vegetarian burger I have ever had!!! Salty, great texture, veggies were fresh & the cheese was pully and fabulous. Haven’t been in some years, they have really stepped up their game with dairy free, gluten free, vegetarian & even vegan options. VERY impressed.

Stephanie had great customer service. She was very friendly, polite, patient, professional. She made our first experience memorable and we will be coming back.

Joselyne was so great. The place was super packed because the panthers were playing. But she made our short stay very pleasant. She was as attentive as she could be considering the circumstances but she rocked it.

Everything was excellent from start to finish. The food was delicious, fresh, and full of flavor, and the atmosphere was very welcoming. The service truly made the difference—our waitress, Estefanía, was outstanding: friendly, attentive, and always made sure we had everything we needed. She made our visit even more enjoyable. Highly recommended! We will definitely be coming back.

Stephania gave us some of the best service I’ve ever had. She was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome. I’ve made very good memories here with my cousins and family, and this visit was no different. Definitely a great memory!

Enjoyed our experience here. The burgers were sooooo good. Bread could have been fresher though. The server was really nice and very professional and even though we were using a bunch of coupon promos he still treated us well and with kindness. He was a bit confused on the cards we were using because we had the play and eat promo but also a Groupon but after figuring it all out it was all good. Usually you get an attitude when using groupon deals and such. Thank you for an incredible experience Kai. You're excellent at what you do and we felt taken care of, not judged and welcomed. Request Kai y'all! Won't regret it!! And make sure to tip these guys the value of the true total and not the promotional amount. I'm sure with all these deals, they get stiffed a lot here and this Johnny Rockets has a great team. Hostess, bartender, manager were all kind and the cook/kitchen made a mean burger and delicious shake. Will definitely be returning.

Our server Ridley was amazing. Super friendly and very fast. My father was feeling poorly and needed to eat and drink. He went above and beyond to get him food and water almost immediately. He was kind and extremely caring. Best service ever!

Amazing service, I truly can’t complain. Every time I go, my girl Jocelyn gets me right all the time. She goes above and beyond for my family and I. You can see that she truly wants what’s best for the guests and that’s why every-time I go out my way to make sure I come to this specific location, just to receive her immaculate service. All American cafe experience, ambience to match the theme. Food was great, freshly made burgers, fries and shakes. Portions were just perfect (not big not small). Service was a bit slow might have been due to lack of staff but still friendly! Perfectly situated within Sawgrass Mall - accessible from within the mall or directly.

All American cafe experience, ambience to match the theme. Food was great, freshly made burgers, fries and shakes. Portions were just perfect (not big not small). We just did Kids Eat free night here on Tuesday. The food is decent. I compare the burgers to Steak ‘n Shake truthfully. They are not cooked to order, which means they are frozen patties. Their fries are great, especially dipped in BBQ or Buffalo or any sauce for that matter. Kids meals are decent. The kids sliders are one small burger divided into 2 sliders. The kids tenders are good, and good tasting too. Both come with tons of fries and a drink, as well as 40 point play card. That’s the best part. (Even though that only gets you 3-4 games at most) I had a single burger and it was tasty enough, as I said it’s compared to a fast food burger. My hub had a double with bacon and he said it was decent, but the bacon tastes more like pork grinds, which is a bit weird. Biggest issue on all burgers was the fact that ALL the buns were stale, so I dumped 90% of the bread. Servers are fine, seemed a bit annoyed most of our meal, but we didn’t care. Oh and the meals are a-La-cart, all entrees are just the item itself. Fries or rings are $4.50 extra or more. So a single burger and fries will run you $15. Overall if you go tues night you save $20 on kids meals, so you’ll only end up spending 30-40 on drinks and burgers. With the game room, even with the kids eating free it was still over $100 night! The game room attached is great but very expensive as most of the games are between 6-8 points each and $35 bucks only gets you about 20 min of play…. Overall it’s a place to visit at least once, but value and food wise, I can’t say it’s worth it.

I don't blame her, I blame the manager who doesn't know how to schedule a time in such a busy place. I will not sit in that place again if there is only one waiter

Very disappointed with our visit. The food took a long time to come out, and our entire group was unhappy with both the taste and quality. When we went to leave, we realized our bill didn’t reflect the happy hour pricing we were told we’d receive, which caused delays and made us late for our Florida Panthers game. Thankfully I asked for a receipt, because we also discovered that gratuity had already been included. For a large group trying to split a bill, this made things unnecessarily confusing. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend returning.

We came in on Monday, October 13th. The place was empty while it’s competition at the shake shack was packed (you’ll see why this makes sense). We walked in at around 3PM and the waiters there began to decide who would actually serve us, which is absolutely idiotic to begin with. When it turned out to be a skinny white kids’ turn to serve us, he came over and just threw the menus at our table. Didn’t even respond when I thanked him for it. We decided to walk out. Look I get that this kid probably hates his job, but he won’t get anywhere with his pathetic attitude. Do better.
