Excellent experience you get emerged into the culture, the wonderful meal; the robots were fun to watch bring the meal to the table My granddaughter had an amazing time, it was enjoyable for all generations. The food was delicious, the portions were great, you cook it to your liking. Overall and amazing experience.

First time here and I have to say, the place is easily my new favorite hot pot restaurant in South Florida. First, the design and decor of the restaurant is EXTREMELY nice. Secondly, for $28.95 all you can eat hotpot or $33.95 hotpot & Korean BBQ (KBBQ) - the menu is literally endless. I just wish the spicy broth was a little spicier however there is chili oil and chili pepper at the sauce bar so I just added in my own. Other than that, I’ll definitely be back. Oh!! Can’t go wrong with the stone crab also. Huge and included in the price. Edit - place has been bought over from Friends Hot Pot which my review was originally for. While good, there are less options than friends hot pot.

We were recommended by friends. The atmosphere was nice, clean, and comfortable. It is a great place to go with friends and family. The foods were fresh. They have many choices. The service was excellent. The price is reasonable. We will definitely go there again. We will recommend others. We gave them 9.8 out of 10 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

We visit this location of master Ba's Hot Pot every time we visit Fort Lauderdale and it's a great experience every time! The service and staff are excellent, even the little serving robot that brings us our orders. Love having individual hot plates and they offer many options to enjoy! We will always go back every time we visit the area!

This was our first experience with a hot pot and it was exactly that... An experience! We had fun creating our own tasty dishes. Great options for a variety of eaters. Our table was PACKED with food options and BBQ. We all enjoyed the BBQ strip steak. The sauces gave us lots of dipping and soup flavorings. What a fun time!

Amazing food! Went here on Christmas Eve after some last min shopping at Sawgrass and it was perfect. Heard they’re also open on Christmas. Ingredients were fresh, the soup was delicious and authentic! I’m from Chongqing, China where hotpot was popularized and this place did not disappoint. Reminds me of home!!

Great restaurant for hot pot and BBQ. All you can eat at lunch for $35. The meat is of average quality. OK for the price. The plates are brought to the table by a robot. It was a very good meal. The windows could perhaps be cleaned again (see picture). The toilet door opens inwards, which is not really good for hygiene as you have to touch the door handle again straight after washing your hands. There is no toilet paper to touch the handle. But that is a high standard. I would be happy to come back.

Tonight was our first experience. Holy cow we ordered too much! Our waitress was attentive, the robot was super cool, and the food was delicious. We loved the experience and were texting our friends and family photos. We can’t wait to bring everyone. Also, our waitress Jenny was great. I don’t know why other reviews complain about service. We were pleased!!!

Worth the drive! When you’re craving hot pot and search for something close by the Asian Market you’re heading this was literally the closest and the only hot pot in Miami that opened early, so headed our way out and gave it a try! Did not disappoint at all! Establishment is super clean, many variety of sauces to pick from, protein menu is huge and it’s brought to you to the table bit a little robot waiter which is pretty cool, many vegetable options. They also offer Korean BBQ besides the hot pot and for lunch you can do both for just $35.99. I’ll definitely will be coming back and I am sure at night they have more variety of protein to choose from. Highly Recommended!

Hot pot seemed a little intimidating to me. (I even watched several YouTube videos in advance) Which base should you choose? What should you add to your dipping sauce? How many things should you order? I had not tried a lot of the things on the menu before. The staff is super friendly and they guide you along the way. Our server was very attentive and made sure to help us if we were overcooking/neglecting something. The environment was welcoming and the service was honestly impeccable. Our robot would bring food and sass you if you took to long to unload. We will definitely be back!

This is our Second Master Ba after Master Ba's Fort Lauderdale. The location is in Saw Grass mall area. The food is fresh and tasty. The price for both BBQ and Hotpot is very reasonable. very clean and nice staffs . My mother visited us from Arizona and she loves the place

We had a great experience dining here! It is all you can eat and they give you super big portions even though it is unlimited. Also, they have a robot that brings food out to you which is a nice touch to making it a great atmosphere. In addition, they have an extensive sauce bar for your hot pot. They also have ice cream at the end.

It felt like the servers were trying to rush you out so it wasn't much of a chilled dining experience, but they were very helpful in explaining how things work as first timers. Will definitely try again when next in the area.

Good atmosphere. Ideal for small social gatherings. At $30 good value for all you can eat. Bbq or hot pot. $35 for combo. The Hotpot is the better option out of the two. You pick your personal broth and spices. Service was good, Easy parking. A robot bring out the order. Food was ok but a good experience especially if you have not done a hotpot before.

A little over $16 for a tip for 2 people which normally I don’t mind, however, tonight it didn’t feel worth the cost. $100 for 2 people, 2 soft drinks and a tip. We couldn’t finish our food as it was very obvious when the table before us left that we were being rushed and they wanted to leave.
