Happen to be in the area and wanted something yummy to eat so Pincho it is. The girl attending the register was SO SWEET , I was so undecided that I wanted to change my order and she did it with no hesitation. The place looks clean the only thing was that when I got there the system was down so people couldn’t pay with a card but other that that the place had a verity of kabobs and burgers …. Queso frito , tostones… fries. I ended up ordering the tremendo Burger. It had Queso Frito with caramelized onions and potato sticks and bacon with their secret sauce it was so good.

First time at Pinchos and we loved it! Food was good and the service coming from the young mean with curly black hear and beard was exceptional! He made our experience extra special! He guided us through the menu with a lot of patience (we brought the kids) and made sure we have everything we needed. If the manager reads this, give that guy a bonus!

Nice. Clean. Friendly. And my burgers are being cooked, not just slam-components together. Tasty too - slightly more expensive than expected, but it doesn’t ruin the overall good experience. A costco-style bun on the brand-burger was a disappointment though.

The food was really good, incredibly juicy burger. The fries and that sauce they have on top is fantastic, I could easily eat a few orders of them. The staff was incredibly polite, helping us navigate the menu and providing recommendations. The atmosphere is very chill and relaxing, very clean.

It was my first time visiting this franchise, i ordered the bacon N blue burger combo and added lettuce n tomato and it was the bomb.com! Also great customer service from Anita, she's was a big help!! 💯👏👏👏

SO GOOD! We were looking for a place to eat before an appointment and this was the first place that came up on Google for around the area. We ordered the Chicken toston and the chicken kebab with 2 sides, salad and Cajun fries. The chicken toston was delicious! I wish wish they’d give more lettuce with it but other than that I absolutely loved it! My husband also loved the chicken kebab and the fries. He got the lemon or lime vinaigrette for the salad and he didn’t love it but other than that everything else was great. The cups for the drinks are pretty small which is fine if you eat in since they have free refills but if you get your food to go you’re better off getting a drink somewhere else We can’t wait to be back and tried the vaca frita kebab as well!

This is an amazing burger restaurant! I always get the tostón burger made with fried plantains instead of bread with a delicious cilantro sauce and i get the sweet potato tots! Delicious! They Also have great shrimp meals and rice bowls. And their meat dishes are great too. Fresh guacamole also. They Also have a cool soda machine and very clean bathrooms. I highly recommend it!

Wow is this place a hidden gem! Food is delicious and so fresh. They are all very nice and the music is great which makes it a fun atmosphere. They also offer a generous 25% discount for first responders and medical professionals. It was so good we ate there two days in a row. Highly recommend!

It’s a local chain. First time customer. Neat menu. Was craving a smash burger and this was a solid choice. Was staying at the La Quinta nearby. Walking distance, no need to drive. You guys should sell thc drinks. You invested in a draft system not being used. Hemp drinks are an easier investment. Just sayin.

The atmosphere is very pleasant. The food had great flavor and the service was very good. My youngest daughter loved her cheeseburger. My oldest daughter enjoyed her chicken kabob and they couldn't get enough of the fried cheese. The portions were just right. We're definitely making this restaurant a family favorite.

Absolutely the best...ee traveled from Tampa and were so tired and hungry..this was great. we were Fortunate as they were celebrating the anniversary and we ate $5 dollar meals..the young man at the counter was so considerate about my egg allergy and substituted guava sauce in place of Mayo...service was amazing and the food perfectly made..mmmm the fries were so tasty. Overall the best experience ever..Definitely ho back

Food was great, tasty, and flavorful. I like the different taste from the meat, to the vegetables, the beans, this crispy bits of bacon in it which was crunchy, and this sauce that was on top of it. That bowl filled me up. It remind me of chipotle. Had taste my friend fried plantain and the guacamole, that was delicious. If I ever go again I will try different food from the menu . The inside was clean and the Area where the store is a nice place. Music was a bit to loud, and had quite a good variety playing. Went there in the evening it wasn’t crowded at all. I enjoyed my time there.

The burger would have been 5 stars by itself but they didn’t but the chipotle Duce to the side as requested so I couldn’t enjoy cause I can’t eat spicy food, 2-3 bites and I couldn’t handle the sauce. The fries were terribly hard. Very disappointing for me but to you who can handle a lil spice that burger is a 5star ringer

Tonight I had dinner at the Pincho near IKEA. The service and cleanliness of the restaurant were very good. It was my first time seeing a Multi Pepsi machine. I got a Mountain Dew. I got the burger with the fried white cheese and cabbage slaw. I thought the cheese was a second patty of meat but it had white cheese inside. I thoroughly enjoyed the burger. Two people stopped by my table to check on me. I reported that the burger tasted very good. The cost of the fries and soda were a bit pricey for me. Seems everyone makes good profit off of the sides and drinks. The classic fries were nothing special for $2.99. In conclusion, I enjoyed my visit overall.

It is really sad when the guy behind the cash register has no clue of what your menu is made off. They had a “tremendo burger” but the guy could not say what was in the special sauce. He was able to say “it’s ok” however he wasn’t convinced about it. Appreciate the honesty but a little more effort. The burger was good. But it was probably the queso frito that made it. The Latin bowl with pollo asado was bland with what I like to call “al dente” rice. Rice was crunchy or on the under cooked side. The tostones that were cut into tiny bits didn’t help but at least it gave the plate a little flavor. The drinks? Think 6 oz plastic cups where the lids don’t even fit. This particular pincho factory was like a step below chipotle, which coincidentally is right next door to it.

After a long weekend and not wanting to cook on a Sunday. I ordered pick up pincho for dinner. I don’t know what happened to this place but the food was not what it used to be. The bean burger tasted like store bought been patty and the rice for the kids meal was so hard and crunchy. My bean burger was on lettuce and the lettuce was soggy and wilted. They didn’t add the shoestring topping. Instead it was one big hard burnt lump of shoestrings. So surprised. Will not be coming back her. Something needs to change.

I rarely leave reviews in general, but this experience was so disappointing that it warrants calling out. I ordered the steak kabob and chicken kabobs, and both were shockingly bad. The seasoning was just off, the texture was rubbery yet somehow squishy at the same time, and the overall taste was downright unpleasant. They were so salty and poorly prepared that they were basically inedible. I also ordered a side of rice and a side of black beans. The black beans alone cost $3.69, and what I received was literally about 2.5 tablespoons. I attached a photo with a salad dressing cup next to it for scale, it’s laughable. I understand the economy is tough, but black beans are not a high cost item, and charging nearly $4 for that tiny portion is honestly insulting. It’s one thing for the food to taste bad. It’s another to feel taken advantage of as a customer. Between the awful food quality and the shady portion sizes, I’m completely turned off. I spend money eating out with the expectation that the food will be better than what I could make at home; this was the exact opposite. To top it off, the order arrived with the bag sealed using clear packing tape... not tamper-proof tape, not a branded seal, just sloppy placed clear packing tape slapped across the top of a plastic bag. It looked incredibly trashy, and honestly should have been my first warning that the rest of the experience wouldn’t be any better. And yes, they also forgot the sauces I paid for. Overall? Terrible food, terrible presentation, terrible value. I won’t be ordering from this location or any other again, and I’ll be sure to let others know. There wasn’t a single redeeming moment in this entire experience.
