Shopping at Sawgrass Mills Outlet is no small feat—it’s a marathon of deals, designer finds, and endless walking. Before diving into the retail wonderland, I made a pit stop at one of America’s most signature restaurants: The Cheesecake Factory. The moment you step in, you’re greeted by warm lighting, bustling energy, and that unmistakable Cheesecake Factory charm. It’s casual yet polished, the kind of place where you can recharge without feeling rushed. I went for the Four Cheese Pasta—a creamy, indulgent plate that hits the spot when you need comfort food. Rich, flavorful, and portioned generously, it’s the perfect carb‑load before tackling the miles of outlet shopping ahead. Service was attentive and friendly, keeping the pace just right for a quick meal. Food arrived promptly, and despite the crowd, the staff managed to maintain a welcoming vibe. It’s called The Cheesecake Factory for a reason. Whether you’re a fan of the classic New York slice or something adventurous like Oreo Dream Extreme, dessert here is practically mandatory.

Her service was truly exceptional — friendly, warm, and incredibly charming. She made fantastic recommendations that elevated our entire dining experience. The restaurant is very lucky to have someone like her; she genuinely made our visit worthwhile. The food was delicious, the cocktails were average but still enjoyable, and the atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. We left feeling very satisfied and cared for. We will definitely return — and we hope to sit in Angel T’s section again. She made all the difference!

We enjoyed a wonderful meal at the Cheesecake Factory at the Sawgrass Mills in Sunrise Florida. We were a party of four adults for lunch. Bob was our waiter and the service was excellent. Bob was courteous, professional, attentive and very engaging. His knowledge and experience were on full display. We made various selections from the extensive menu. The food was served promptly. The hot dishes were indeed hot and all of our choices were delicious as always. Our selections included the Crispy Crab Bites, Chicken Potstickers, Beet and Avocado Salad and Factory Chopped Salad, all of which were featured on the Skinnylicious menu. In addition we enjoyed the Peruvian Chicken Bowl and Carnitas (pork) Bowl which are newer additions to the menu. Each of the dishes was thoroughly enjoyed and will be on our respective lists for repeat in the future. The overall experience from service to food to ambience was five star leaving us no opportunities to suggest any improvements. It is always an enjoyable experience at the Cheesecake Factory.

Zach the bartender was great! He was very attentive and very pleasant. The food was also very delicious and he helped narrow down my choices…. SMASH BURGER was very yummy and i suggest you get EXTRA SAUCE. It pairs very well with the fries. Bathroom was disgustingly under serviced unfortunately and had to tell the host as a recommendation they should take care of it asap. Other than that great experience.

The food is always good with a lot of choices and options on the menu. Portions are large! Cheese cake is fabulous with a variety of flavors.

The menu is really full of options. We were in a group of 6 and food was OK. Portions are big and could be shared. The cold brew I ordered came with a lot of ice and just a little bit of coffee. Waiting line was about 20-30 minutes.

This Cheesecake Factory is busy regularly. The bar is a great option to sit at if you are solo or just 2/3 ppl. Avoid the long wait to be seated. Shout Out to Juan the Bartender he was working on his birthday. He made me a Virgin Coconut Mojito which was good and the egg roll sampler off of the appetizer menu which had a delicious avocado egg roll, cheese burger egg roll (big back vibes), equally as good as the avocado, a chicken egg roll, and a shredded beef egg roll. Overall it was a good meal and very filling for 1 gpp. warm bread was offered but I declined. Nice Job Cheesecake Team!

Had a quick lunch at this place during our visit to the outlets. The pasta we ordered was of decent taste and portion, loving all the cheeses the server added on top! The Tiramisu Cheesecake was amazing, quite worth checking out. The Basque Cheesecake tasted okay but if you are only ordering one cheesecake, I would definitely recommend the Tiramisu one over this one.

⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ The Cheesecake Factory – Great Food and Amazing Desserts! The Cheesecake Factory is always a solid choice, especially when it comes to desserts. Their cheesecakes are some of the best you’ll find anywhere — rich, flavorful, and absolutely worth trying. The food overall tastes really good too, and the menu has plenty of options for everyone. It is on the pricey side — honestly, a bit too expensive — but you do get quality food and a nice atmosphere in return. This place makes for a great date spot or somewhere to enjoy a nice meal out. The only downside was the hostess, who seemed a bit snippy and not as friendly as the rest of the staff. Still, that small issue didn’t take away from the overall experience. The service at the table was good, and the food and desserts made up for it. I’d definitely recommend The Cheesecake Factory, especially if you’re going for the desserts — they never disappoint!

Attention is good, but there is so many people. Expect to wait a little for service and food to come to the table. It's best if you are in no rush.

It was a long wait for our food! And it was not even busy. But the food is worth the wait, we love love love the Cheesecake factory. But why can’t I join the rewards? We eat in a Cheesecake Factory every night with 3 persons when on our 2 weeks holiday. So that will be a lot of rewards I miss.

Just be careful with the tips. As you may have seen on Tik Tok or Instagram, a lot of these places are inflating the tips as they are basing it on the total including taxes. Tips never include taxes.

Food was decent sup par too much on the menu , my wife loved the chicken and waffles 8/10 the mocktale margaritas was a 10/10 my dish however was horrible the enchilada tortilla was stale and and a oder and the filing was cold let's just say toco bell would have been better 4/10, all and all im not going back

We all left satisfied when it came to the food. The bread was warm and fresh. The beers were served nice and cold. The service left something to be desired. It took a long time for the food to come out. It must have been a busy weekend. However we were the first ones sitting in the area that had just opened up (the wrap around section on the outside) and there were people who were served their meals before we were. This wasn't the best look. For the sake of etiquette, maybe the restaurant made an effort to bring all meals together and we did have a large party of 8. The food took so long to come out that no one felt like dessert afterward. Seating was also an issue. They were not able to accommodate joining tables to seat a party of 8. At first they wanted to seat us in tables that were catacorner-almost two tables from each other. In the end they had us seat in two adjacent tables broken up by the aisle where the servers could walk in between---A bit awkward for a full family lunch. It doesn't seem the restaurant can truly handle large parties. This was an after-graduation lunch w/ family. Servers seemed a bit dismissive or untrained. It seemed the manager had to be the one to address the situation (seating 8 people), which should already have had a plan of action. The atmosphere of the place is great. For a date or even a group of four. Avoid large groups.

From pasta to burgers to tacos, we all found something we liked. The portions are big, so come hungry or plan to take home leftovers. The restaurant feels fancy but still fun and comfy. It’s a nice spot for a family dinner or a special treat. The kids loved the cool ceilings and the cozy booths. And the cheesecake? SO GOOD. Seriously, save room for dessert! We tried a few different kinds (because how can you pick just one?) and every bite was delicious. Creamy, sweet, and perfect. The food was okay. It didn’t have a lot of flavor. The manager was great and had the chef cook some Alfredo sauce on the side. I added salt and pepper. It was a nice little vibe. I haven’t been in years. We went for my nieces 20th birthday on Monday.

Food is always good. Just wished the steak nachos had more steak for the price you are paying. We ordered kids pasta, avocado egg rolls, steak nachos, bistro burger which was alright would not order again, and fish tacos. With passionfruit mojitos and Georgia peach cocktail.

We had a nice time at this restaurant overall. Our waiter took a bit longer than expected to serve us, but the manager, Matthew, stepped in and made sure our experience was still a good one. He was attentive, professional, and genuinely cared about making things right. The food was great and the atmosphere was welcoming. Thanks to Matthew’s effort, we left very satisfied!

Decent “fast food restaurant” chain. The pasta da vinci was fine but the chicken dry and chewy. The pasta Alfredo was good and the fried chicken added to it well! The service was great. Wait time wasnt horrible, 20min for 2 people. Had lots of options. Price depend on your pocket BUT 3 whole eggrolls for $17 smh. Seems like they were doing a good job all in all In smoothness of operations tho. Would i go again yes. Only sucky part was tooo many tourists and their bags n luggages.

I understand that it’s hard to time everything perfectly, but the large restaurant was not so busy at the time, and it’s uncomfortable to watch other people at your table eating while you still don’t have your food, or watching their food get cold as they wait for everyone to be served. So I think an area of improvement for this restaurant would be try to try bring all the meals to the table at the same time. And getting the bills was a painfully long wait while we had to deal with many tired kids who just wanted to go home. So yes we will be back, the food was great, but if the owners are reading this, please try to work on better accommodating large groups and you will get happier customers.

The Cheesecake Factory is decent, but it’s not amazing. The menu has a huge variety, which is nice, but it can feel overwhelming. The food was good — not bad at all — but not something I’d go out of my way for. Portions were big, though, so that’s a plus. Service was okay. Not rude, but not especially attentive either. We had to wait a bit longer than expected for drinks and the check. The restaurant itself looked nice, but it was pretty loud and crowded.

Not sure what the issue was today with food quality. Bf and I came here for my birthday dinner. We ordered the Mac n cheese balls for app, and it wasn’t even warm on the inside. I ordered the Bistro Burger for my entree and said I wanted it cooked medium when I was asked how I liked the meat to be cooked…. I got served rare it seems. The fries that came with it were cold too. I had to send it back and they replaced it with the correct order and were super nice about it which I appreciated. I come here a decent amount and my foods have always been pretty solid so I guess I’m just confused?

They sat us right next to the dish area even though tons of other tables were available. There was so much plate banging it was extremely annoying. The bar was right next to the dish area; yet we still had to wait a long time for our drinks. The doorway to the restroom with on the same wall as the one our table was up against and we could smell the urine in the restroom from there. I had the ultimate Margarita the chicken potstickers shrimp scampi and a cheesecake that had Oreos in it. The only part of the meal I was truly happy with was the ultimate margarita. It was on point. The shrimp scampi was meh.I Initially detected a fishy smell that shouldn't be present in seafood. I was very disappointed that I couldn't have the shrimp bistro which they no longer serve at any cheesecake Factory apparently. The chicken pot stickers are different from the ones they used to serve. The texture was pasty instead of ground chicken The flavor was not good. And the edges of the dumpling were hard and difficult to chew. The only part of it that tasted good was the sauce. The Oreo cheesecake mostly tasted sweet. I really didn't get a flavor of chocolate or Oreos or cheesecake from it. I really prefer them to bring back the shrimp bistro. That was my favorite dish. It was the number one reason I wanted to go to The cheesecake Factory and I really don't see any reason to go back there unless they bring it back. I was very disappointed. I would only go there for drinks if that.

This was our first and last time at this location. Starting with the hostess who greeted or shall I say didn't greet us when we arrived. Basically barely made eye contact with us and couldn't even manage to crack a smile. This was at noon so they had just been opened an hour. As I sat waiting for our table to be ready, the hostess face never changed with each arriving customer. The server who sat us wasn't any better. Hardly any eye contact, shuffled us to the table and said another server would be coming by to take our order. After a few minutes, our server came by and although she was a little better than the previous two, she was neither welcoming or friendly, I can't even remember if she even gave us her name. I ordered the bacon avocado Benedict and boy was I unpleasantly surprised. Probably the worst I've ever had. The toast was soggy, the eggs didn't even taste like real eggs, I don't know what sauce they used but its definitely didn't taste like Hollandaise sauce and maybe two tiny slices of avocado hidden by mounds of arugula or some greens. The rest of my party had mixed reviews with some liking their orders but the majority not. It is clear that customer service is not a priority at this restaurant Employees take their lead from management and unfortunately they have failed miserably. I don't like leaving bad reviews but this experience was so dissapointing that hopefully it will motivate corporate to make changes. Ill stick to the Pines location.

I don't like leavingg a bad review but this experience was not it. We ordered 4 dishes and none of the were up to par. The burger we ordered was very basic, a BK whopper is bigger and has more flavor. I had the pineapple chicken and shrimp and it's no different from going to Panda Express. The pastas we ordered had zero flavor and the lemonade for the kids were ridiculously sweet. Our server was good, no issues there. I unfortunately won't be a repeat customer as none of the dishes wowed us in anyway. For the price, the food shouldn't be akin to a takeout establishment.

A night to forget. We arrived at The Cheesecake Factory at Sawgrass Mall at 9 pm with some tourist friends visiting Broward. The very first thing the waiter told us —even before greeting us— in a rather unfriendly tone was: “THE KITCHEN CLOSES AT 10!” From that point on, everything was so unpleasant that I didn’t even bother taking pictures of the dishes. I ordered a carbonara pasta that had no flavor at all, not even salt, and when I asked for parmesan cheese it arrived 10 minutes later. I asked for sweet tea and they brought me unsweetened tea instead. When I mentioned the mistake, the waiter didn’t believe me and gave me a nasty look. He handed us all the dishes directly into our hands, in a rushed and unfriendly manner. The only good thing was the dessert — the pecan and caramel cheesecake was reallly good. Overall, the food was pricey and not good at all. We left so upset that I will never make this mistake again.

We ordered lettuce wraps. They were good. A chicken sandwich with fries, just ok, a BBQ chicken salad which my friend said was good. My daughter ordered a bowl of chicken pasta with spaghetti from the Skinnylicious menu. The 3 of us ate our food while she waited for her food. Waiter and who I believe was a manager, came over about 35-40 minutes in and said the chef made her meal with penne instead of spaghetti and it would be 1 minute until the new dish was ready. That was after her waiting about 40 minutes to eat. When it still didn’t come after about 6 more minutes, I went in and found the waiter with this sad little bowl of pasta that had no visible chicken in it. I told him to cancel her order as she was angry and sad that her meal never came. He brought it out “free” to take home. By this time, she had zero interest in that meal as she was so upset. Out of curiosity, we opened the container in the trunk of the car to see what took over 45 minutes to bring out. It was the most pathetic meal. There was no visible chicken. When we poked through it, there was maybe 2 ounces of tiny pieces of chicken. I am officially done with this place. There are so may other great Italian restaurants to go to for pasta if she wants that.

I absolutely do not recommend this restaurant, at least not this particular location. I waited 30 minutes and watched as other people who had just arrived were let in. It's not worth the price at all. There are many better options with better service and quality. The food is pretty standard. Don't waste your time at this restaurant.

Came here not too long ago with my boyfriend. He ordered the chicken parmesan. We saw a BUG in the food. The server was very kind and very apologetic. The manager assured us the kitchen was clean and she refunded us which I appreciated. I ended up not eating anything because how could you serve a dish with a bug in it? I just can’t trust that. Very nasty. Haven’t been here since and will not eat here again.

We make it a tradition when we head south to watch the panthers play at home, that we stop and have a bite to eat at this Cheesecake Factory in sawgrass Mills. Apart from yesterday we have never had a bad experience or any complaints, even when the restaurant is super busy with a line out the door with people waiting for a table. Normally the staff if very attentive and on point with the orders and making sure we are taken care of as customers. Yesterday however was a different story and was the first time I have ever had to get up and leave an establishment without ever receiving the food I had ordered. I just simply want to state my frustration with the experience we had with our waitress (Natalie M) at table #29. From the moment we were seated It took a very long time for anyone to greet us or even simply state they would be with us shortly. My father had ordered a simple Hamburger with no cheese nothing crazy, and I had ordered a Thai Chicken salad just as is. When we received our food however my father was served a hamburger with cheese ( no big deal he just scrapped the cheese off). I was however served a fried chicken salad which I did not order,“fried chicken and Thai chicken sound very close I understand the confusion” My biggest issue of last nights service was the waitress and the way she handled the simple mistake. From the time the wrong salad was sent back a minimum of 20 minutes had past and I had not received my food that I had ordered and I honestly felt that the waitress could care less and showed no urgency. Spoke with the manager before leaving he was very attentive and understanding of my frustration. For anyone dining in and has Natalie M as your waitress make sure to talk loud and clearly, if there is any issues with your order expect to wait a while for them to fix it.

I am writing to formally complain about a very upsetting experience my family and I had during our recent visit to your restaurant. During our visit to the Cheesecake Factory on January 4, 2026 I informed our server that my child has a food allergy to the breaded chicken breast that’s in the chicken bellagio. I politely asked whether the chicken breast in a dish could be substituted with fried chicken tenders like they have been for the past 3 years . granted we eat at Cheesecake Factory 2x a week .Which no other location has no problem accommodating my child’s allergy. When this request was brought to the manager, his response was extremely rude and unprofessional. He stated that my child’s allergy was “none of his concern.” This comment was not only dismissive, but also deeply troubling, especially given the seriousness of food allergies and the responsibility restaurants have to handle them with care and respect. As a parent, hearing a manager speak this way about a child’s health and safety was shocking and unacceptable. We were not asking for anything unreasonable—only a simple substitution to prevent a potential allergic reaction. I have always associated The Cheesecake Factory with quality service and hospitality, which made this experience especially disappointing. I hope this matter is taken seriously and addressed appropriately, as no family should be made to feel disregarded when raising legitimate health concerns. I would appreciate a response regarding how this situation will be handled and what steps will be taken to ensure better training and awareness moving forward.

Received burnt chicken wings from Cheesecake Factory's Sawgrass location this evening on 03/08/26. I did add special instructions that stated, "Plain wings. Lightly fried. Buffalo sauce on the side". Not sure why a cook would even feel comfortable letting this dish leave the kitchen. I called three times, was told I needed to speak with the manager directly, was placed on hold, waited, and then when it sound like someone had picked up the phone, the phone hung up each time. I've only ever really had success ordering from the Aventura location. Lesson learned.

DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE!!!! After having a great time in Shake Shack, me and my wife were going to the car and we pass by Cheesecake factory and since she is pregnant, a craving of a cheesecake came up. HUGE MISTAKE. It ruined our night. After seeing to people walking in, we wrongfully thought it could still be open and although we didn't check if it was (turns out it was) we decided to look over the cheesecake display in order to see which one she would like to have. We were never greet or said that it was closed neither by the "hostess" nor by the lady in the cafe until we were ready to order so she says: Oh we are closed but see if the server can ring you guys up. Even if it was closed we would had left instead of standing there for 15 minutes (not for me but for my wife). So we go by the host spot and we were treated with a disgusting attitude by the two hostess which talked rudely to my wife and then I decided to intervene, now with me infuriated, a young server which I would never forget how he looks (short guy with glasses and short cut for the upper management if they want to know who it was), comes to us and says: oh we are closed with no respect, no customer service, no delicate response, but with the same attitude received before. Mindful that my wife is 7 months pregnant so you can tell she has a huge belly, they couldn't care less and we communicate that we wanted to order but the cafe lady says one thing, the hostess and server say another reason why I told him I wanted to speak with the manager I'm telling you, "MOCKERY" at its best. So this guy goes oh the manager is going to tell you the exact same thing like saying get out of here we are ready to go speaking on behalf of his management and laughing unstoppedly. Like it's our fault you feel miserable at work. They started to laugh even more and make fun of me and my wife and ABSOLUTELY nobody should go through that. Lack of humanity. Still want to know what was so funny. The manager comes and tries to de escalate the situation with some sort of listening but trying to prevent a bad review and couple of cold responses without softness but sense of urgency to not ruin a perfect service for some sort of nonsense (for him I might think) at the end because of the wrong timing of 3 incompetent workers!! He gave us the free cheesecake but with the situation had already made the wound. I wanted to get the hell out of there without taking a 10.25 pity reimbursement for the bad experience but my wife that was already emotionally affected and at least the craving would be gone. I was as calm as posible but the disrespectful attitude from these 3 inhumane beings didn't deserve it. Big shoutout to another server that came to calm the situation genuinely and with apologies (thing we never received, not even from the manager) making genuine conversation and reiterate apologies about the situation. Never coming back to this place but to get names and make a corporate claim.

Extremely disappointed with the service here. Our waiter completely disappeared after the initial order—no drink refills or check-ins for the rest of the meal. I eventually had to get up and track someone down just to pay the bill. I spoke with the manager about the experience, but she seemed indifferent and offered no real solution. There are much better places nearby with staff that actually care.

I absolutely do not recommend this restaurant, at least not this particular location. I waited 30 minutes and watched as other people who had just arrived were let in. It's not worth the price at all. There are many better options with better service and quality. The food is pretty standard. Don't waste your time at this restaurant.

A night to forget. We arrived at The Cheesecake Factory at Sawgrass Mall at 9 pm with some tourist friends visiting Broward. The very first thing the waiter told us —even before greeting us— in a rather unfriendly tone was: “THE KITCHEN CLOSES AT 10!” From that point on, everything was so unpleasant that I didn’t even bother taking pictures of the dishes. I ordered a carbonara pasta that had no flavor at all, not even salt, and when I asked for parmesan cheese it arrived 10 minutes later. I asked for sweet tea and they brought me unsweetened tea instead. When I mentioned the mistake, the waiter didn’t believe me and gave me a nasty look. He handed us all the dishes directly into our hands, in a rushed and unfriendly manner. The only good thing was the dessert — the pecan and caramel cheesecake was reallly good. Overall, the food was pricey and not good at all. We left so upset that I will never make this mistake again.
