EDIT UPDATE: I have given this location 5 stars in the past and I am going to do so for one reason and one reason only..... the owner! My family obviously orders from this establishment ALOT ,well recently we had a not so fun experience and the owner went above and beyond to make it right. We ordered 4 pizzas last night and one was raw, my husband had just gotten off of work he was exhausted and just wanted to bring the pizza back to either get a new one or have them recook that same one. Mind you this is the 3rd time this has happened we typically don't complain and this time we did. When my husband called the manager we were met with confrontation and rudeness, she said she would not make another pizza and she was just not pleasant, so my husband went down in person and asked her for the owners phone number, and she gave him it while saying he's going to tell you the same thing I am! When my husband called the owner he was extremely professional, understanding, and rectifying of the situation. My husband said talking to him was like talking to a long lost friend! He was very kind and apologized and he more than made the situation better. I truly believe we all have bad days because even as my husband was leaving the manager said " next time you order theres a option for well done." Im sorry honey but Raw vs. Well done is a huge difference we don't want our pizza burnt just cooked. I am still very happy with the outcome, and hope that the manager can not take things so personally! It is not a reflection of her if something like this happens but it is a reflection of her how she handled it, that being said A HUGE SHOUT OUT to the owner!! Thank you for making things right we will continue to order from your restaurant and we will continue to speak highly of it! Great customer service!! Thats key guys!! Clean store! Owner is hands on and doesn't treat employees like crap.... Oh did I mention its clean unlike many other fast foods!! Thnx guys!! Keep it up!!

This particular store does pretty well with the quality and efficiency of their pizzas. I do wish that they would use their pizza portal rather than having to wait in line for pickup at busy times. The employees are friendly and mostly younger, I don't think I've ever seen anyone past their mid 20s in there working, so actually just realizing this is say that they are doing a great job! Keep up the good work guys!

I had the cheesy bread and it was outstanding! Delicious! I'd highly recommend trying Little Caesars if you haven't already. The employee's are helpful and work hard and you can call ahead so that it'll be ready when you get there.

This particular store does pretty well with the quality and efficiency of their pizzas. I do wish that they would use their pizza portal rather than having to wait in line for pickup at busy times. The employees are friendly and mostly younger, I don't think I've ever seen anyone past their mid 20s in there working, so actually just realizing this is say that they are doing a great job! I haven't been to little Ceasars in about 15 years.... went to a birthday party recently, and they had Little Ceasars. I was pleasantly surprised and decided to get pizza when in a time crunch. The first few times I went, the pizza was hot and ready, and the staff was very friendly and overall a great experience. Lately, however, when we have stopped in the staff, give a feeling of annoyance and try to avoid any conversation, and the friendliness has vanished. Completely stopped going, and there is no desire to return.

I really like the cheese pizza puffs, but really wish I could rely on staff to READ the order instead of assuming everyone wants pepperoni. They get it right as our 70% of the time I guess.

Have to call in order to get quick pick up..empkoyee claimed too hard to keep pizzas ready due to online orders! But they are very friendly, and food was good once I received it..

I've bought my fair share of "take-N-bake" from this location... AKA, take it home, find it's doughy and under-cooked, and then bake it at home before you can eat it. At least it's cheap and fast.

Been ordering stuffed crust custom pizzas for a long time and today I got told they couldn't make them custom. So you can make custom every type of pizza but that? Right... in a small town when you ask for something the correct answer is yes or right away not sorry or we can't do that. Wonder why everyone goes to reno.

Just WOW. We used their online ordering (pointless). When my niece got there they stated they do not pay attention to their online ordering so she would have to wait 15 minutes; then the pizza was made wrong; the manager argued with her until she showed the manager her online receipt (proving they messed up); so another 25 minutes later she got the order (the manager kept her paper receipt... I assume so she would not be able to complain). While she waited the manager gave 3 large pizzas and bread to someone with a "$10.00" credit. Does the owner know how much money this lady is costing him? How many 5 star reviews are due to free food?

My son bit into a piece if pizza last night and i jagged metal rod was in the bite he took it almost broke his tooth. Hes lucky he didnt swallow it.
