I stopped here for a quick pick me up while on a road trip and it was well worth it! Rather than going through the convenient drive through, me and my copassenger popped inside and enjoyed excellent service and creative drinks! I will always 5 star a place with pumpkin spice everything and a complete bagel selection. Support this place over Starbucks.

Staff is always friendly, coffee is great. Only down fall is food orders are making getting coffee usually about a 30 min wait. Drive up used to be quick prepare to spend time waiting.

A hidden gem! Joe's is a great experience featuring quality espresso drinks, and bagels with a twist! I had a red eye that was a great addition to my morning. Good taste to the coffee & espresso, and brewed excellently. I also had the "Joe's bagel" which is one of their many inside out bagels. It was to die for. I hope to return to Joe's soon, hungry for more.

Mexican mocha is delicious! Staff is great. Bagels were yummy, too. I love finding places like this on road trips! Will definitely stop again when passing through next time.

We love Joe's Coffee Shop. They offer delicious craft coffees and use a local coffee roaster by the name of Jefferson Coffee. The staff is sweet yet sometimes the line can take awhile. I love the pesto inside out bagels. I also love trying their special coffees during the holidays. Thanks Joe's for all the much needed morning energy and midday pick me ups!

Great place to grab a flavored tea or coffee! The ladies (and gents) working behind the counter are always busy and extremely friendly! Some of the ladies already know what I am going to order. I really appreciate their hard work!!

I come here at least once or twice per week. Their coffee is my favorite, I won't go anywhere else. I've also had their smoothies, bagel sandwiches, and muffins which are all outstanding as well. The service is quick and the girls are always friendly. Try their cinnamon roll latte!

I absolutely love this place... It has become my must-have on Friday mornings... actually, that's a huge lie. It's my every morning must-have. Everyone who works there is amazing. I just ask them to make me something heavy with caffeine and taste good, and I'm never disappointed. This place restores my faith in humanity... Please, for the love of God, don't close.

I love this place! Customer service is original the way it should be excellent lovely ladies! Love the cinnamon oat milk iced late! Bagels, banana bread, pumpkin bread and best coffee cake ever!! Only place I go to for coffee in Susanville. Wish they would add turkey bacon to the menu tho!

A nice and cozy place for a quick bagel bite or a sandwich. Loved their coffee. The staff are really nice, smiling and courteous. Ordered the plain bagel with pepperjack, spinach and eggs with a cafe latte. The eggs tasted really fresh. The jalapeno bagel also tasted good. They also have a wide range of croissants and pies if you are interested.

BEST PLACE EVER!!! I went and had an iced coffee and it was amazing. The girls working behind the counter were extremely nice and helpful. The inside was clean and we'll maintained. Decor was not overly done. I should have took a picture. Maybe next time. There's definitely going to be a next time.

We drove through Susanville twice and found this spot when searching coffee. Since we had such a good experience, we stopped again on the way home. Friendly staff and clean restaurant. The pastries are tasty, fresh, & soft. I would appreciate a smaller drink size for cold drinks, maybe 12 oz. When the drive through line backed up (interior was closed) staff came out to get orders.

Love this coffee shop! The girls are always so friendly and accommodating, and the food and drinks have always been delicious! I love the variety found on their menu, and the unique touch they put on their specials!

Went through the drive through, it was raining but the girl out taking orders was still smiling and happy. Excellent service and the Joe's bagel was delicious as always!

Review amended (previously 4 stars now 5). If you are passing thru Susanville find this place. The staff has created an awesome atmosphere here, kind of like Starbucks USED to be. Coffee and espresso, great pasties, smoothie bowls, you name it they have it, all great quality

Joe's is a very nice little place for a fresh hot coffee. Comfy inside, friendly staff, quick service. Joe's also has drive through service if you're in a hurry. Delicious coffee, bagel sandwiches, pastries. Love it!

The staff was super-friendly, even at 8AM, but not so perky as to make my head hurt. I'd definitely recommend spending a buck here over the ubiquitous chain shop down the street.

We had a sausage and egg bagel and Dark chocolate mocha. Both were very good. Bagel is huge, my husband and I shared. Coffee is not bitter. We will drop by again when we are in town.

They use a locally roasted bean...huge points for staying local and fresh-roasted...that makes a big difference. The barista pulled a good shot and the milk was frothed to perfection...silky and good drinkable temperature. And for gluten-free, the scone surprised me. Highly recommend this charming little local shop.

Pretty good for a quick pit stop. Had a their inside out bagel, it was good I liked the sausage just didn't like that it was kinda greasy/buttery for me. Had a vanilla matcha latte little to sweet for me. We did have to wait for a little while for our bagels

It's busy in the mornings but staff is friendly, the environment is nice, and my latte was delicious. I took my coffee home but I would have stayed and enjoyed a relaxing time at Joe's if my baby didn't need a nap. At least I got my coffee :D

I love love Joe’s food and coffee but recently I’ve been met with 30min+ wait time (in the drive through or inside) and not so friendly staff: they don’t greet you when you walk indoors and are too busy chatting with coworkers to acknowledge you. Some girl named Mia specifically, was playing on her phone and talking about the next hairstyle she is going to do while there’s a line of ppl and orders.

I used to love this little shop!! But the prices just keep getting higher and the service gets worse and worse. When you walk inside you are not even acknowledged that you walked in. (Not an isolated event) No other customers in the building. Ignored completely until the girl (Mia) is done with her non work topic conversation with another worker. Tell them what I want, I have to repeat it twice because she is not listening. I waited over 30 mins for 2 bagels and 2 teas. 30 minutes is typical no matter drive through or going inside. Even when there is only 1-2 cars in line.

This was subpar & i come from nyc home of bacon eggs & cheese on a bagel this wasnt by any nyc standards

45 minute wait times on drive thru , only come here if u aren’t in a rush. This town always cherry picks when they wanna do business, I swear. Sometimes the Açaí bowl is all granola 🤮 this place could be amazing but you can tell teenagers here don’t wanna work

This place is a joke don't go here. The tell you things are sugar free and there not. Got drunk from my grandma she's in hospital because her blood sugar sky rocketed after I made sure it was sugar free
