Co2 was out on soda machine so couldn't have any-of any kind. Other than that food was good and came out fast . 3 burgers and only 2 fries but still the total was over 37$. Kinda crazy.

The wait time wasn't bad, about what I would expect for a busy restaurant at lunch time. The employees were kind and patient. All of our food was correct, hot and delicious! I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Good community relation with customers , Courtesy , always polite to the public, and catering to their needs when in need with a smile. Overall stats practice good ethics, I will recommend anyone to have lunch there; however I could be an access to the business with a few little tips from my experience with new ideas on what I have for something new to add to the menu. that would be a great seller, and appetizing to the eyes as well.

I got my last fixing of Jack in a box! Because there isn't a location on the OR Coast. The food was hot and good. I'll miss their chicken sandwich and mini tacos.

This establishment makes great food and the service is always friendly; I've never had a bad experience here. The only drawback I've noticed is slower wait times, but they've been rather understaffed since the pandemic. I really enjoy everything else about this establishment. As a food delivery driver as well, they keep it nice and tidy inside.

This Jack in the Box has the best food I have been in a lot of Jack and the boxes most of the time they're dirty, this restaurant here is clean and has a really good atmosphere and it's great for the family. Every thing is served with a smile I like that. I've been in this Valley for 17 years and this place is the place to eat. I think my favorite is the ultimate cheeseburger and diet caffeine-free Cherry Coke . so I get it every time I come into town I live quite a ways out so it's a real treat to be here.

I cannot say enough about this crew! I consider myself to be a bit of a nightmare customer at the drive-thru... Extra this for one person, hold that for another... It usually ends in one of us dealing with an order that is not quite right. I get it. But last night's crew NAILED IT! I mean, every single item was PERFECT. GREAT JOB! (And to the sweet young woman at the window, please do not be offended that I referred to you as "Baby Girl." It is a term of endearment usually said to those I think of as a daughter.)Thanks again for the perfect food and outstanding service!

I must commend STACY! What an outstanding employee she is! Efficient, caring, and polite to the max! And, exceptional at choosing to be muti-tasking and pulling it off. She was working the counter by herself. She handled the register, placed orders, took phone calls, grabbed orders as they became ready, and either called customers back to the counter or took their orders to them in the restaurant, all with a smile and exuberance. I told her I wished I had one-tenth the energy that she has. This is one Review I truly have been looking forward to writing - for all the positive reasons!

I use their mobile app and my order is ready and paid for, when I pick it up. By using the app you get a discount on an item or a free item. Always delicious and never had a mixup on my order, plus the people working the window are always helpful.

Ate on the go, so cant really rate the atmosphere, but it's the only fast food place I dont have to check to see of they got my order right. Great management!

Update 11/30/22 Bravo! I went through the drive thru tonight and drove right up to the order screen, no waiting! The lady who was at the window was friendly and efficient. My food came out within 5 minutes and it was all hot and delicious. Thank you for a great meal! If you want to wait an hour for your food or drink while the cashier's stand around, this is the place to go... Update 3-12-2020. Returned because everyone deserves a second chance, BUT it took 10 minutes to make my sandwich when I was the only one in the drive thru. Also, my sandwich was half done and the bacon was missing!! This has happened twice before!! Apparently the cooks need training on what belongs in your meals and the young male cashiers need to learn efficiency. I will NOT be coming back. Waste of time and money.

I love a jack in the box, and we don't have one near me...The tacos are my favorite and my doggos love a plain cheese burger. The staff was friendly and fast with my order! Excellent.

Jack n the box n susanville has always seemed to struggle with fast service. However, last time I was there I must say they have improved 100x over! They were fast friendly and the environment was not tense or stressed and they were very busy. They're new crew displayed great teamwork and communication and they nailed my order! Kudos guys keep up the good work! If only the prices could be a bit more friendly.... Just saying corporate sheesh...

I travel to susanville for a couple of days about once a week for a little over a year now. Have tried every fast food in town. And this jack in the box has ALWAYS had the fastest and most friendly service. They were extremely busy the last 2 times I went, and they were still in an upbeat mood when I went in. Not once in over a year have I gotten even so so experience and the food is always great!

Great customer service and clean. The napkin holder was out but a couple of minutes later a girl came out and filled it. They were wiping all tables down regularly. It was nice how clean this place was and how nice everyone was. My order was wrong but they fixed it right away.

Always pretty good food at JITB. Good food and service at this location. Friendly smiling faces. Dining and drink areas were dirty but not terrible. If an employee spent 15 minutes in the dining area cleaning, it would make a big difference.

The food is pricey. But they usually run specials and their drinks aren't as expensive as Burger King's. They have a lot of items on their menu. They have that fancy drink dispenser. Really, fast food is fast food. They staff is always nice and the place has been clean every time I've eaten there.

I went to Jack In The Box today for lunch located on Main Street in Susanville California. I don't usually go to Jack In The Box no particular reason I just prefer a particular fast food restaurant other than Jack in the Box. But the fast food restaurant I normally go to was very busy with student on lunch break form a nearby High School. So an associate that was with me recommended we stopped in to Jack In The Box which was right up the street that's how I ended up going to Jack in the Box. I guess the main question is what did I think about it. Well I guess I can say it's a fast food restaurant nothing really specials same food served and packaged a different way. So I ordered a 10-piece chicken nuggets my favorite fast food lunch item with a medium cup of coffee. I did not enjoy it as much as I have enjoyed in the past from my favorite fast food restaurant. But let me say this the service was fast the cashier was friendly but I had to ask for my coffee they forgot to give me. Also they didn't ask what dip I would like in fact they didn't give me any I had to go back and ask for it. Now this doesn't make it a bad place to go eat in fact if you asked me if I'd go back again I'd say yes. Overall the restaurant was clean and all unoccupied tables wer cleared off and wipe down. Also the men's restroom was clean and with no unusual odors. I give it 4 stars because overall it was a good place to go eat.

I find this place okay I think, but last time I went there, it was incredibly busy I had to end up leaving before I could get a chance to get my food. The burgers were very good but the chicken strips. Yeah they’re not bad but it’s not that good either.

Staff was incredibly kind. Food was what I would expect from a fast food place. Only problem I had was every single table in the lobby was filthy which apparently is the new norm at every fast food establishment!

The poor workers NEED more help! They were out of quite a bit of items. The lobby was closed due to a lack of employees. The drive threw line was long and slow. With all that said, the employees had a very pleasant attitude and that made it all worth it. I will happily wait patiently for my kids food if it comes with such a pleasant smile. Thank you ladies!

Always get my order wrong in drive through and I have to go in. Several times in a row it happened. But they are always very nice and working their butts off and speak politely with professionalism. And orders always fresh. I always like the staff. They're facility is nice and clean

Stayed in my car so the atmosphere was amazing, ordered a Jack's value menu chicken sandwich and was completely surprised how fresh it was. Cooked when you order it apparently so it's not your average stale barely edible food.

Haven't had Jack in the box since I left California. But we were back for a vacation and had to stop in. I love their taco's. They haven't changed since the 80's. Service was good and the staff was friendly. And it was clean.

The food was made well. They made a mistake on our order and they more than fixed it. The gal at the front counter was AWESOME, she made sure we were taken care of. The workers were doing well and they were encouraging each other the whole time to get the food out. Which is nice to hear, we could tell they really cared about getting the food to us. It was really busy but they kept up and had great attitudes. I wasn’t really in the mood for Jack but it’s nothing they did. The atmosphere was really cool and that is refreshing!

The service was very good and fast, what we ordered was very tasty but very greasy, which is the way for most fast food places. Have stopped there before had the taco's that weren't greasy.

Clean dining and kitchen areas. Quality prepared fast food and great milkshakes! Bonus for travelers, it is in the same plaza as Walmart and also near to a tire shop, check cashing and AAA office in case of on the road mishaps. Motel is across main road too.

Went there Saturday and Sunday mornings. Lines were long both mornings. The employee that worked Saturday was more attentive to the customers than the one that worked Sunday morning.

Two DoorDash deliveries in a row and twice the sweet and sour sauce didn't arrive with the egg rolls. The food was wonderful and door dash delivered in a timely manner. But twice in a row no sweet and sour saucecosts this review two stars.

I arrived, was the only customer in the store, an employee was at the counter talking to 3 others behind the counter about item prices, saw me, stopped and went back behind the counter. Then I stood there... And stood.. and stood. 3 employees looking at me, and no one said a word, or made a move for the register. I finally know how it feels to be invisible!! This continued for minutes, and finally someone said something like "oops" and served me. Let's hope it was an off day. Will probably stop elsewhere next time.

I travel through Susanville at least once a year and always stop here for lunch. The food is usually good, but this time it was terrible. My taco was nothing but lettuce and the burgers were not very good either. The restroom was dirty with no toilet paper and I'm not sure when was the last time the front door was cleaned.

Normally I've had great service but this last time when I ordered online. When I went to pick it up I asked the guy at window if my sweet & sour sauces were in the bags and he said yes. By time I got to where I was going myself and other half was ready to eat. There were no sweet & sour sauces for the 9 egg rolls, we ordered an order of non spicy waffle fries and a spicy waffle fries, mini churros. We got two orders of non spicy waffle fries and they hardly had anything on them, instead of 5 mini churros we got 3 and they were plain no cinnamon. I called as soon as we saw our order wasn't right all I got was an answering machine so I left a message with my contact info. And I've called multiple times since and never reach anyone. It's been 4 days now and still noone has answered or called me back. Since I'll be in town later I'll have to swing by. Personally I find it ridiculous that since fast food workers got a mandatory pay raise to $20 an hour they slack on their work or just don't care to get it right.

What happened to this place? It used to be great. Not anymore! Now you might wait as long as 30 minutes on an average day to get your order in the drive through. Horrible! Every time. Foods still okay but out of things half the time.

Went thru the drive thru and they forgot my daughters pancakes so I went back 20mins later an went back to the drive thru she apologized an said we have them at the window for you so I assumed they would be fresh an when we received them(when I checked) they where rock hard an cold.

I'm very disappointed with are Jack In The Box here in Susanville. I worked as a team leader at Jack In The Box in South Lake Tahoe for 3 years. And we never blocked off are drive-thru with a car 30 min before closing. I was shocked....not only do they mess up simple orders about 95% percent of the time I have gone there but there rude too. You all need to get it together....... its ridiculous 😒🙄

I ordered 2 milkshakes, they were delicious as usual. My concerns are for the girl cooking tacos...no gloves & touching her hair and face. Not the only staff that are touching body parts. More training need in that area of employment. Thank you

On April 20, 2019 around 4:00pm we stopped for a fish sandwich and waited about 20 minutes for our order and found out after asking that they didn't have it. They rushed a new order through but after the long wait we were not very happy. They were short staffed and poorly managed. The fish sandwich was good.

First time in a while that we went and they had what we wanted. The last 3 times I had gone they we out of biscuits or something else. Food was served luke warm. I get they had a long line at the drive thru but thats nothing new in this limited town. Just disappointing to have cold fried and a coke that tasted like it was either watered down or sitting for a long time. Will stay clear of this place for awhile. Or until the food temperature and availabilities improve.

Twice now have gone there when in town. First time ordered sourdough burger, told no tomatoes. Changed order. 2nd time, ordered sourdough burger. Was not told that they had no tomatoes. VERY disappointed. Tomatoes are what makes the sourdough burger so good.usually choose jack in the box over all the other fast food places.

This place was rough. I ordered a few items to go and everything from the cashier, the rest of the staff and the food itself was just so far below acceptable, I was shocked. I don't expect much from most fast food places and this was no exception. What I do expect is to speak to and be treated like a human, neither of which happened. I do enjoy Jack in the Box food from other locations, this didn't even seem familiar. I could go into detail but that would be a waist of time. I VERY RARELY leave a negative review but I will not go back to this place again.

After hours in the Drive-Thru line you never get the order right and then on crutches I have to go inside and get the rest of the order it's unbelievable the last two times I don't plan to go back! They don't even apologize or change their ways it's ridiculous or compensate you for the inconvenience!

I used the bathroom and decided to defrost a type of heating pad in the sink. A employee came in to use the bathroom, I offered to move my heating pad from the hot water it was in to defrost so she could wash her hands and said no, that's ok and walks out. She then goes and tells her boss that I said she wasn't allowed to wash her hands because of what I was doing. Her manager then comes out, doesn't even ask what happened and tells me that if I keep it up I can get out and then looks at my friend who is doing nothing but sitting at a table that he needs to get out too because of what the employee said and doesn't want to hear anyone else side. So a lier is telling the truth, whatever happened to finding out the whole story not just one side of it.

At 8:40 am I pulled up to order on Tuesday Saturday 17th and they said there fryers where down and asked if the could replace something else for the hashbrowns and told me it would be extra. So you will not be getting my business anymore Jack in a box.

Low quality food and service was spotty. One server or cashier was out front taking a break with friend cigarette. Just about as tasteless as you can get.

First of all, your pink haired employee rushed me through my order during the SLOW period a few minutes ago. Second, if you're out of burritos,tell me. Don't reheat something from several hours prior. For future reference, wait until your customer is done talking before asking over and over "Will that be all? Will that be all?" Rewatch your training videos, they help. All in all dissapointed in my service.

Well I pulled in a big rig manueverd around Walmart parking lot, just to get an ultimate cheeseburger. I waited 5 min, one person said we'll be right with you. Five minutes later a girl walked out with a headset on, looked at me and started taking drive thru orders. Another 5 minutes, had to leave, my rig was double parked, never got that cheeseburger.

We just went through the drive through here super long line when we got to the window the guy said may I take your order then never spoke again AT ALL sat there waiting for 25 minutes and still absolutely nothing no one in front of us either ended up driving all the way through with the entire rest of the line behind us cuz they couldn’t get service either they had to have lost a good thousand dollars in orders the line was down the street almost tried to call to see if idk they were ok in there cuz there was no one inside the restaurant either not even a customer but people outside eating definitely wasn’t closed either when I called went straight to voice mail

Social Media is stating you refused to serve firefighters!! Is that true?! The fire truck would not go through the drive through. Really was there no way anyone could have gotten their orders and taken it out to them. There are many fires today all needing to feed firemen. If this was a rookie mistake. Then corporate needs to make amends and take better care of our firemen. This is the wrong neighborhood to not take care of our heros and community workers!!! Don't eat here. I repeat. Don't eat here. Me and a friend were. Traveling. And got food here. He threw up,and I've been. Sick as hell. To my stomach. For 4 days now. It's b.s. ! I think the fry oil had something wrong with it.

Waited in line for 15 minutes for the cashier to walk away from me just as I walk up to the register. 10 minutes later I walked out because my order still had not been taken. And the manager was yelling from the kitchen at the customer's that they have 30 minutes to eat before they will be asked to leave. Very disappointed. Had to make other arrangements for feeding my family.

1 star is too much. I dont like to give poor reviews however, after 2 chances with the same results Food was below substandard (2meat patties on a bun called a Dbl cheese burger). Orders were messed up (recieved food different than ordered) didn't notice til we got home. Long waits for food. Wrong drinks. Poor customer service( crabby & insulting when you talk to them about the problems) WOULD NOT RECOMEND.

I just went through the drive through in Susanville ca, to pick up dinner on my way home from work. I ordered for my wife myself and a kids meal for my son. I get home with the food i they neglected to put my 2 year old sons food in the bag. This is not the first time this sorry excuse for service has happened. They also did not give me a recipe for my food that totaled over 45$. And when you try and call to talk to someone all you get is an automated message. This is ridiculous when accompanied by the extreamly long wait times.

This morning I used to mobile ordering app and placed an order. After waiting for 25 minutes at the menu to let the employees know that I was here to pick up my mobile order, I pulled forward because there was no acknowledgement. I waited another 10 minutes, and then hit my horn a couple of times. No acknowledgement! 5 minutes later, somebody turned off the lights that are visible through the pickup window. There were six other cars in line behind me, so I did a lap and try it again but after another 10 minutes decided I had to go to work without breakfast. That's what I get for choosing Jack in the Box. This wouldn't have been so frustrating had I not have already paid for my food, so Not only was there poor service, no acknowledgement, but also no food and I feel like they stole $10 from me. Now I have to go through the motions of getting a refund instead of enjoying breakfast. I will never visit another Jack in the Box for as long as I live.

If I could give zero star I will! The bathroom are firstly the lobby is dirty you can tell it was not clean from the last day before it opens today ! . They didn’t give my friend receipt , my friend demand to get it they couldn’t find it. I shared my receipt to truck on time since we came together so they can look at it. Now when they handed me back my receipt it was not my receipt at all it’s somebody else’s!!!!!! Upon walking out there is a old lady around late 70’s old trying to come in but they closed the lobby even before we got out. The lady beg and asked explained she couldn’t drive at the drive through hoping to get exemption so she can get her food at the counter hoping to come in because we’re on the middle of exiting the door and she was try to come in not sure what’s going on . My husband and I were driving through Susanville and happened to see Jack N The Box. It is one of the favorite fast food places. I needed to use there facilities. It was disgusting. I don't think it had been cleaned in days. I suggest you by pass this place.

I am passing through Susanville on our way to Reno. We walked up to the drive through screen to place an order, no one acknowledge us, a few seconds later two staff came out. We were treated rudely and with disrespect. They denied us service because they do not do walk up, only cars. We felt unwelcome and discriminated. We have been in other places and towns before, walking up and on bicycles, we were not turned away or treated badly. If it was not for the homeless person we are buying food for, we would not had come back in a car. I do not recommend this establishment to anyone. I will not come back.

Got a large caramel iced coffee. Tasted like the coffee grounds were very old/used. Didn't bother to put any caramel flavoring in it. I guess sugar was good enough?? Went back and complained. I asked for a fresh cup with fresh coffee and caramel flavoring. They refused to make a fresh pot and said I would have to deal with it. I asked about the coffee grounds, they said they reuse the grounds multiple times to save money. I just ended up getting my money back and going to Starbucks. The owners must be to prideful to give any care about the customers that keep them afloat. Horrible.

Went for Sunday night drive-through. Floor inside kitchen was a mess with spilled food and containers, all visible through pick-up window. Burger was dry and old like it had been sitting all day. Employee was very nice and working hard, but I felt sick all night and regretted the order...

I ordered the spicy Sriracha combo and and a diff sandwich, with an order of mozzarella sticks. I got 2 wrong sandwiches and mozzarella sticks so old they werr hard and the chz was tough. I havent eaten at a jack n the box for a long time and was looking forward to this. Looks like it'll be another couple years b4 I do again.

The server had a nasty attitude, im assuming, because I had a Christian shirt on the cook, and the server literally threw my food and all i said was good morning and made my order so im guess it was the shirt or they don't like us old folks

Terrible customer service! There was one other couple sitting down and then us. We had to stand at the register for 10 minutes before they even acknowledged us.. And there were 4 employees and one was working while 3 stood around. Then she asked if i wanted fries or curly fries like they were options, but neglected to say it cost more for curly fries. The cashier was rude, ignored us, rolled her eyes, and walked away in the middle of us ordering. Then her friends came in and she immediately helped them. I have worked in customer service 6 years and that's unacceptable behavior! Not stopping here again!

I was rushed through my order at the box after being made to wait to even give my order for 3-5 minutes because they weren't ready to take my order when I pulled up. So after rehearsing what I was ordering to myself for all that time I'm finally asked to order and I'm being told the total before I am done ordering sides (I only got one meal, a smashed jack, an additional soda with a 3 piece eggroll and chimi so it isn't like I had a huge order). And after all that hassle I'm not greeted at the window, I'm told my total and never spoken to again. Jackie is so busy with the drive thru headset that I have to refuse to take a soda to get her attention enough to ask for a drink carrier. She hands me my food and closes the window. I drop my husbands food off with my husband, and take my chimi's home. When my husband has his lunch break, he opens up the "smashed Jack" and finds some kind of chicken sandwich instead. As soon as he told me, I called down there because I didn't want to waste gas driving down there if the problem solving was anything like the customer service at the window. I never recieved a call back. Way to let your phone go repeatedly to voicemail during business hours and then never call a customer back over a pretty ridiculous mix-up.

I FEEL SORRY FOR ALL THE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE EMPLOYEES THAT HAVE TO DEAL WITH HER NEGATIVITY 😕 😠 😡 🤬

The food came out in a timely manner but the sourdough jack I ordered was a bit messy which isn't a big deal but the bread was stale and the patty was grey and had an odd taste to it so I only took a couple bites and had to throw it away since we had driven away.

Awful, just the worst… took ages to get my order. Asked for no ice in my drink and was served a cup full to the brim with ice and hardly any soda. The burrito was made like a drunk raccoon prepared it. The tacos were cooked wayyy too long and were super hard and crunchy, the fries were stale and old and like warm. Just an all around hell no crappy place to stop for food.
