I was so happy to use the kiosk and order my food without oinions and without SALT. At 70 I don't need that stuff. Took extra long to get my food but figured it was due to the special order. The sign said my # was ready for the customer but still took another 10 mins for the bag to come to the container. The taste was excellent 👌

As usual I did an uber delivery and I was surprised to have no mistakes! Most of my deliveries from various restaurants have left off items, sometimes a complete meal. It is impossible to get a refund with Uber. Doordash is much more accommodating, but Uber has more restaurant choices. Tonight The bag was sealed, which I loved and the food arrived warm. They remembered every sauce and sent napkins! The only small thing is they didn't send ketchup, which I think should be mandatory with fries. there was not an option on the app to ask for ketchup.Overall, they did a great job.

I'm giving a good rating because I have consistently got good food at this location. when using delivery they usually remember everything. They also seal their bags better than anyone in Monroe County. They actually use special tamper-free bags. However, in my order the bun on my Big Mac was tough and almost burned. I've always had large soft hamburger buns on my Big Mac. This was smaller and why was it burned like it was put in an oven?

The setup inside the store seems slightly awkward. The front counter can’t really be seen by staff from the food prep area however they have added a button to press if no one can be seen. Kudos to making the best of the situation.

The manager was super friendly and helpful. I had placed the wrong order on line, and she was quick to fix it and accommodating without extra charge. She was guest focused, friendly and kind. She provided a genuine service with a smile. I appreciate her positive attitude. It was a refreshing change in the deteriorating food industry.

Staff was slammed but I was impressed with a manager ,Angelia (I believe). She was conducting a symphony guiding every team member in technique instructions. She. And her staff had it running so fine tuned. It was amazing.

They are better than the McDonald's in Madison ville, which where completely out of fish sandwiches .and had very slick floors. So we went to Sweetwater McDonald's and ordered fish sandwiches. And received good service. And clean place to eat.

A third edit, not sure if these are seeing the right people, but service seems better recently and people are friendlier. Although the lady who closed the window while I was trying to say something is still there and still seems angry. Ok, so another edit. Came today with my order placed ahead. Checked in at curbside because drive thru was back to heck and back. People came to the drive thru after I was parked and got their food before I did. Why order ahead? I guess I just need to choose counter pickup when its busy because curbside just waits. So, I have thought highly of this location. However, the past couple weeks has gone down hill. The latest my husband and I ordered on the app, pulled up and was asked to wait. We sat there in the drive thru for 10 minutes while 3 cars in the other lane went by. Finally, someone came back and said they forgot us. We pulled up to the window and got our food. We were then asked if we wanted to donate to RMH. I said after waiting 10 minutes, and I didn't get to finish my sentence because the lady closed the window. The week before that I ordered a steak egg mcmuffin. The only problem when I got down the road and opened it up, there was no egg.

i put a three star because i love mcdonald's but i had a doordash order the dasher was amazing and im pregnant and mcdonald's is all i crave and i didn't have the fries the fries wasent the problem i contacted doordash after i called mcdonald's and they were willing to replace it but its the fact that my dads double quarter pounder was pink in the middle he didn't realize it until half way thru it

It seems this location has improved leaps and bounds over what it used to be. The Sweetwater McDonald's used to be the worst McDonald's in East Tennessee, which led to a horrible experience with every visit. However now it's not such a bad experience. Hope to see this location improve further in the future.

The lady at the window rolled her eyes and didn't say a word when I asked for ketchup. The look she gave said I was asking for something ridiculous. They forgot the crispy chicken strips and the buns on the burgers on the bottom were hard and crunchy.

We stopped in for an apple pie and a chocolate milkshake. Unfortunately, they didn't have apple pies and only strawberry and of course I didn't want strawberry. He wanted a chocolate milkshake and the milkshake machine was apparently down. We were traveling through on our way to vacation and so at least we got a restroom break out of it. The cashier check in lady was nice and the facility appeared clean. We know now why there's so many jokes about McDonalds icecream/milkshake machines not working....lol...this was our 1st time experiencing this ourselves though, note. Maybe next time.

Can you call it service when it’s self-service ordering? Burgers too salty and McDouble with extra ketchup had a third cup of ketchup on it. Worse McDonalds I’ve ever had. Men’s bathroom clean. Women’s bathroom had seat that two flies couldn’t stay away from. Glad we’re just passing through.

It took 7 minutes to take out order, at the speaker. It took another 7 minutes to get to the window. Another 5 minutes AT the window. Tried to give us the wrong drink, then looked in the bag and said 'just a minute' and shut the window. They did this twice. How hard was it for 2 burritos, 2 hashbrowns, a water and an orange juice?

They have one worker who seemed to know and do it all. The other cashiers were constantly calling her name for assistance. Customers seemed perplexed that their orders were taking so long. The knowledgeable employee was always pulled off her job of filling orders in the back to help input customer orders at the register. One guy with way too much hair was making food and drifting back and forth to the register and digging in his ear constantly. I watched another guy constantly putting his hand to in his mouth, working the register, and filling food orders in the back when the superstar was pulled to the register. This location needs a fixer to come in and retrain the staff because they don't even realize the unhealthy habits they have. They need to give Shyann (SP) a raise, and they need to hire several more just like her.

Slow to get your order. The lady seemed depressed at the window. Half the time they want you to pull forward even if no one is behind you to cheat their system. Food is 1 of the lowest quality i know of. They used to have the best fries now almost always over cooked.

On my way to Alabama and stopped by to grab a easy dinner in the drive thru. We stayed in the drive thru a little over 30minutes. Service was poor, food was decent once we got it, but they left the sauce out for our nuggets, so I had to go back around and go inside to get it. Poorly ran!!

Ordered at the self serve Kiosk. Told me to select a table tent and input the number. I assume this is because they are going to bring it to your table. As the requesting Dine In option represents. Nope. You are not getting your food. They won't call your receipt number. Or the table tent number. Your already cold food will just sit in the pick up box getting colder. Clearly there is a McPsychic system of order notification. Ordered the $5 meal deal. It came with 4 chicken nuggets. But three packages of hot mustard. I do like the hot mustard sauce. But I'm wondering if this place or shift has any sort of oversight or management at all The fried were soggy and dead. Mcnuggets cold. The beef patties were bereft of any sort of moisture at all. I could feel my mouth shrinking when I chewed. Not warm. Maybe excess salt? I have no idea. It was strange. On a positive note, the soda fountain actually had carbonation and fizzy bubbles. I do appreciate this. Thank you. Won't stop here again. The place was indeed clean. Trash gets emptied.

Ordered a Big Arch, a 20-piece nugget, and a basket of fries. Asked for the Big Arch with no cheese. It came out with cheese, so I sent it back. When it came back out the second time it was obvious they had just scraped the cheese off the burger and put the buns back on instead of remaking it. There was still cheese in the box and stuck to the patties. It looked like someone tried to perform emergency cheese surgery in the back and called it good enough. If someone orders no cheese, the right move is to remake the burger, not just scrape it off and send it back out. Nuggets were cold by the time we got the second hamburger on the third try on try 2 they sent out a big Mac and it had cheese too.

Do they even open their inside anymore? I haven't been there a time when their inside was open. The drive through has always taken forever. There have been 2 occasions where I have waited longer than 30 minutes to recieve food in the drive through. Safe to say after those trips we don't stop here anymore.

One thing is for certain you absolutely must check your bag before you leave two out of five times I get halfway home and I have half of what I ordered arrived there extra early for lunch hoping for something fresh and hot but not my day again, it was bad . I got a fish sandwich that was cold. It’s so cold. The cheese wouldn’t even melted. Tried to feed it to my dog. My dog got pissed off and bit me cant say that I blame him.

Literally every single time I go my order is messed up. I don't know why I keep trying with them. Please hire people that can at least read. It's actually pathetic. I can forgive the occasional mess up, but every time? I shouldn't have to check my order before I leave. But they have trained me to do so. Stopped in before they breakfast rush, ordered a crispy chicken mcgriddle and was given a mcchixken instead. Older lady working this morning at 6:30 6/12/25 was so rude and acted like handing me ketchup was a chore. Another couple came im and was ignored so they had to use the kiosk. Hashbrowns were so overcooked and hard they just crumbled. Happy I’m just passing through and never have to come here again! Literally no customers and they still didn’t want to wait on you

I already paid at the first window at the drive through and waiting at the second window so, why did she ask me if I wanted to donate to the Ronald McDonald House after I've paid? They also already asked me that when I ordered.They gave me a Spicey Deluxe McChicken when I didn't order the Spicey one. Had to go in and get the correct sandwich. Defeats the purpose of going through the drive through.

I never leave reviews cause I don't find the need to take time out my day to do that. Normally this location is good every other time I have came. Whenever I say tonight 2/4/2025 10:15 pm. I have never had such TERRIBLE MCDONALD'S EVER!!! I've never had a burger soooo dry ever. They over loaded it with mustard. The burger so so cold the cheese looked like a slice coming out of the fridgerator no melt no nothing. If I could give them a 0 I would so I'll give them a 1 .

I was getting food before heading to work when some women yelled at me across the parking lot if I can’t come to your job you can’t come to mine very unsure on how she knew I was going to work but she was an employee there. Let’s not get started on how the manager took 7 minutes to get our order taken and when we got our food we were missing a large fry and my chicken tenders were as hard as a rock

TRASH! TRASH! TRASH! DO NOT eat here if you don't have 30 mins to wait for cold food. We are from out of town and figured we would stop to use the restroom and get a quick meal. Ordered on the app, and paid over the app. Otherwise I would have left and went elsewhere. There are less than 10 cars in the parking lot. The was told the outside speaker was broken, OVER the speaker that was suppose to be broken. No cone or sign up to block the speaker. Decided to go in to grab the food we paid for, to learn there's only one person working the drive thru. That it's not broken. They're just lazy. Our food was bought and paid for. We only got $5 bags. Yet two people who come in after, ordered theirs at the register, and somehow got their food first. THEY HAD 3 KIDS MEALS, AND THEIR FOOD! The manager has 3 people outside, doing trash(playing and smoking), instead of actually doing anything inside. District manager needs to come see this store asap!!!!

Service was horrible! After paying they asked me to move to drive through spot 1. I did that, then an older African American woman brought me my food complaining about me pulling up to drive through #1. I apologized and said they told me too. She then walked away complaining about me to the person behind me. Very rude service!!!!!

The employees were swearing and using disgusting language while children were eating. The employees were arguing with the manager. Then while checking our togo order the employee stared at us confused, paused a few moments, turned around and handed us our chicken sandwiches like he forgot... do not come here. I feel bad for visitors as there is a hotel in walking distance.

It all started at the drive thru order when I was rushed and told my total without even verifying I was done ordering. Once I finally finished the lady was very rude I knew I should just drive away but unfortunately didn’t. When paying the same lady was still rude, pulled up to get my food and the guy practically tossed my drinks at me then got mad when he was told I didn’t want the drink carrier and asked him to take it back. The food finally came out the fries were old and barley warm, the nuggets were old and the burgers were dry and old. This was all ordered less than 15 minutes after lunch started! We were the only ones in the drive thru so it’s not because they were packed, they just have poor attitudes and horrible food! Also thanks for not giving me straws even after I sat at the window waiting for you to open it again!

Sitting in the drive thru for 45 minutes waiting on them to take your order is ridiculous. 3 cars in line and it taking that long is insane. The food isn't worth the wait. At this point I'd rather pay twice as much and eat somewhere else. 0/10 don't recommend. Worst McDonald's I've ate at.

Everytime we order, weather it is drive thru or delivery something is always wrong. Usually I don't do reviews, however this has gone on too long. Fies were stale, so were the nuggets. The worst part is my daughters nugget happy meal only had the toy, sauce and drink. No nuggets or fries. Something really needs to be done with your quality control.

I try very hard not to leave bad reviews for any company but I cannot give any more than 1 star for the quality of food my family and I received from this McDonald's. My son found a hair in one of his McChicken sandwiches and we were missing the other one. The double cheeseburgers were cold and the coke we got was either watered down or it was diet. On the bright side, the sweet teas were good. The dining room was closed and there was a poor guy standing by the drive thru window waiting on his order to get fixed. He was pouring sweat and said he had been waiting for them to fix it for over 20 minutes and ended up just getting his money back. There was some kind of argument going on between the employees inside because we could hear them yelling and saying cuss words, probably about the poor guy waiting for 20 minutes. I will not be returning to this McDonald's. I don't like leaving reviews like this because I know companies are short staffed and overworked but dang guys, get it together!

Worse Mc Donald's ever. After waiting over 45 mins to get my food my order came out all wrong. Burger we're not to order and buns were rock hard. The chicken nuggets and fries were sitting forever in the warmer Fry's were cold and soggy and nuggets were rock hard. And worse part of experience is when I went to get my money back there were cockroaches crawling on the counter. Save yourself the hassle don't waste your time or money here

Went through the drive through today, 3/21/22, I had ordered 2 strawberry cream pies. When I received them the had expired at 2:09 p.m. it was 7:00 p.m. when I got them. We told the lady at the drive-thru and instead of her telling us to throw them away she took them back through the window. Which is a big No-No right now with the covid. They proceeded to remove the stickers and handed me the same two pies back. I called into the store and told them what happened and now I'm having to sit and wait 15 minutes for fresh pies. I was at this location on April 16th 2021and my sweet tea was not a sweet tea. I called and was told they would write my name in "the book". I came by today, April 23rd 2021, and when I got to the window after ordering my food I mentioned the tea. I was told they refused to replace it because I no longer had my receipt. At no point in my phone call was I told to keep the receipt. This McDonald's has lost my business. And as a mom of 9 we hit McDonald's at least once a week.

Order through the mobile app. Spent over $30 for food. One of them was a frappe. Got almost home and noticed that they did not put in the bag to large fries. I went back to the store to try to explain to the manager that stated he did not have to recognize himself to me by name, but his name was Greg. A customer told me that that he needed to let his employees know. It only takes a minute to check in order cause now I have made two trips to McDonald’s to get my food so when I get home it’s cold and he did not seem to care about that. He is very rude unprofessional. Every McDonald’s has lost my family’s business due to his actions forever I know you can’t judge all of them by one, but I’ve notified corporate and still not have had a response from them. he also was not wearing a hair net or hat while handling food. While standing there waiting, watch them handle money, then go get food and place some bag. No sanitation in between and on money and food.

I’m sorry I have to write this, but this is the worst McDonald’s in America by a long shot. If you are traveling on the road, it’d be best to go to the next McDonald’s, if you really want McDonald’s. It makes we want to never stop at McDonald’s again.

Order at the machine because should be ignored waiting to be attended. Food was burnt and raw in the inside . I asked if my burger could be fixed and they returned the burger the way I handed to them. . A lady went before me and she complained about her meal about the meat and cheese being hard and frozen . She demanded for her money back and the employee respond was “I wouldn’t want to eat that either “ if so then why hand out the meal like that ? Disappointed worst McDonald’s ever

O and forgot a burger that I paid for with no recipe and the drive through guy didn't name the drinks off when passed out. Every time we go there we have to wait over 20 minutes after we order for our food and the fries are always cold as ice. This time w we’re in the drive thru for almost 20 minutes before anyone came to window and once again fries ice cold.

IF Minus 5 stars were available that would be given..NEVER AGAIN! I give up. I will never spend one cent at a McDonald's. Today I Ordered 2 McRibs and was told OUT OF McRibs BOXES. Before leaving drive thru window i opened the squared shape boxes to find 1/2 McRib patty on each sandwich and served on round dry stale buns with very little sauce. Never told any of this, guess they hoped I be miles down road before I could figure out I was given 1 McRib piece of meat cut in half and placed on 2 Quarter pounder buns, 1/2 teaspoon of BBQ sauce all in a square d quarter pounder box. I have had ENOUGH! I have not received a correct order or eatable item in over 6 months. It's so salty u can't eat it, or it's hard as rock, it's dry like plastic OR adding todays account- meat patty cut in half and served as a whole piece of meat, but charged for 2 whole patties, wrong buns, wrong boxes are JUST SO NASTY U CANT EAT IT. I'm attaching photos of the sad nasty food. A Copy of my receipt also shown. SHAME SHAME ripping off people of their money. SHAME!

This McDonalds management team needs some help from corporate. The women’s restroom has two toilet stalls. The smaller one, not the handicapped one, has needed a lightbuld replaced for over a month. The stall is so dark without the light working that it cannot be used. I brought it to the manager today. Her response was that she had requested a new bulb from corporate over a month ago and has been told she can’t replace the bulb herself, corporate has to!!!! Please help that store !!

Everyone acted like they had something better to do, the food was cold it took forever to get. A bunch of teenagers were running around like they were three year olds in daycare. I wish I would have went somewhere else. But we had been driving a long time and we were hungry, we should have went somewhere else.

Drive through service is awful past couple months - prior service was very good earlier this year. Drive threw backed up around building not moving at all strike three for us. Two windows and not even trying to help move cars along.

I went to McDonalds in Sweetwater TN may 1st, 2nd and 3rd of 2025. I had forgotten to make a review for quite some time. I have never had “fast” food and had to wait in the drive-thru that long. I spent over 20 minutes on all occasions, each day hoping for better service but not received. Stephen Long is the supervisor or was at this point but since then maybe they have fixed the issue or let him go. I would hope that Mark Smith, the owner operator would strategize more effectively to meet the criteria the franchise expects.

Very bad experience. The manager had a terrible attitude. I ordered Happy Meals for my kids and clearly asked not to include nuggets because we do not eat meat. I told her to charge me for everything except the meat, but she refused and acted like it was impossible. Instead of helping, she was rude and unprofessional. On top of that, the restaurant had a bad smell, including the bathroom. This place needs better management and customer service.

While the wait in drive thru definitely leaves something to be desired, at least the food is typically good. Ordered delivery this time...not good. Missing my tea for my meal, fries cold and soggy, chicken for mccrispy was burnt but somehow still soggy, missing pickles, and pies were cold and dry. At least the mocha frappe was right.

Im not one to normally leave reviews but......Holy Crap!?! It was a disaster from start to finish. Started off ordering at the kiosk machine, finished with no receipt or order numbers. As we walked around the corner to wait was looking at a lobby fountain machine a complete disaster, temperamental people tired of waiting. During the 30 min wait on our food observed most of night shift aimlessly huddling, joking worrying about who called who 🤷🏼all while lines stacking up behind us. Finally made it out the door and home......found supposed to be big mac (see photos). Not even sure what to say about that one! Least an final they left out the apple pies. 😡 Last time ever walking into that mess hole again. You all are falling short majorly!!

Upon walking in the tables were covered in trash. I placed my order. The kids wanted a Grinch meal but thats okay because I understand that it's a limited featured item. I completely understand that they might run out of it. However, waiting for my food three other people ordered. One gentleman ordered a frappe and two apple pies. He went to the bathroom waited five more minutes and then walked out. He walked out because whoever was in the back was cussing people out in the back. The gentleman walked out saying this is ridiculous. The lady wearing a black jacket on 12/4/2025 then proceeded to ignore the person that was waiting at the drive thru, she walked out into the lobby to her friends and asked them why are they even here I'm in drive thru and I don't want to do it. The same woman let her friends in the lobby take that frappe and apple pies. There was one young man in the back that pushed the same girl and she told him if you don't stop freaking pushing me. I don't appreciate it because I had four kids with me ten and under and they had to hear them cussing which is not appropriate at all. I hope something is done about this and the time I was here was from 7:33 to 8:00 because the kids were eating their food.

Food was mediocre. Fry’s were undercooked and were saltier than the ocean. I asked for no cheese and they STILL put cheese. The service there was bad, but was still worse bad for it being completely empty. The customer service on the other hand everybody was rude there. No one had a smile and when I said I wanted the five dollar bag and I asked for a Mcdouble the lady there said “The McDouble is now the six dollar bag.” She then proceeded to give me this nasty look as if I just ruined her whole day. Other employee in the back when I handed her the money said “if you’re broke, just say that”. The atmosphere was nasty. I looked behind the counter under the kitchens and there was a lot of trash, crumbs, and was just dirty in general. This place was overall horrible with just everything will never be returning again. The staff was very rude. Ran by a whole bunch of teenagers who didn’t know what they were doing. They don’t know how to treat customers at all. Even if it was just in a “joking manner”.

Don’t bother going it’s just a bunch of kids standing around talking and not doing anything but still getting things wrong. Asked for quarter pounder with no cheese but got 2 slices of cheese. Fries were barely cooked and had to ask for sweet tea because the dispenser was empty. 3 for 3 wrong! If I were the owner of this McDonalds I’d be ashamed. I know it’s hard to find descent workers in this country but come on you need to at least try.

It's McDonald's so you'd think thing were pretty methodical with how they run things. Nope. Somehow this one slipped under the cracks. They make up fake rules on the spot just so they don't have to serve customers. I placed a breakfast order 10 mins before switching time, got there with 5 mins to spare, made me wait until 10:30 so they could cancel my order with me sitting at the drive thru for it. This ain't even the first, worst, or laziest example of this kind of behavior from McDonald's. It's disgusting that the employees behave how they do, alongside a complete disregard for the food. Everytime I get fries, they're not all the way done or half filled. Every sandwich I get has SOMETHING wrong with it even though I customized it in the app and they STILL don't get it right. Like how do you MESS UP an actual ingredients list? Even when there's no one else there, there's at least a 10 minute wait every time for mid-trashy food. Honestly, just start fresh with crew and/or management, and get a complete fresh start, because this McDonald's is clearly ran by Jabba the Hut with how disgusting and unprofessional it performs.

My husband and I stopped in on a road trip to grab some much needed caffeine. We both ordered large sugar free iced coffees. The drinks themselves were neigh undrinkable with 90% being cream and only the barest amount of coffee (no exaggeration they were the color of baleys.) The customer service was atrocious. We stood, waiting to order for no less than 7 minutes while they were not busy, meanwhile, the entire time, the employees were shooting us dirty looks and complaining about our presence. The store itself was filthy. Teash all over the floors, garbage bins overflowing, flys everywhere, and visible unsafe food handling being practiced in view of the dining hall. Truly the worst macdonalds experience I have ever had the displeasure of enduring.

They gave my order to the car in front of me. I get it. It happens.. that's not what upset me. What upset me was the woman at the window tried to give me 2 more people orders when I kept trying to tell her what I actually ordered she kept speaking over me finally yelled at me to give her my receipt so I did. And she gave me my order and I was missing sauce. So I told her and she snapped again that it was all in the bag and she shut the window I waited till she came back and explained to her it was so she gave me one and I told her I payed for three she slammed the window again and never came back. Completely unprofessional.

Worst McDonald’s we’ve ever been to . We were 8 people with seniors and high schoolers . We ordered (take away) 5 coffee , few with and few without sugar and creamer and 2 hot chocolates . When they gave us the order, they didn’t know which one was which . A white guy with long hair tied back working there asked us to taste each one of them and check . We thought he was joking but he made it clear that he wasn’t. No apologies , nothing . When he told him that’s not how it should be , he was like , “what do you want me to do? We at least made you the coffee “ . The way he said it wasn’t very nice , he said it as if he did a favour for us . Very rude and disrespectful, no clue on how to treat customers . We got upset and reacted (fyi , we were not loud) , he started shouting at us , saying that we were making a scene (he started it in the first place) , escalated things himself and asked us to leave. And while we were heading out, he was passing racist comments at us . Never have we ever experienced anything like this . Would never recommend this McDonald’s as long as he is one of the staff. I don’t know about the others but there was another young girl staff who was very sweet and trying to help us figure out our order when he came in and started with his commenting.

Second time I have been here I will not come back here again the first time I waited forever, but I said OK. It’s late at night. Maybe they’re cooking my food fresh. It was horrible. Try it again at 5 o’clock on a Friday. Had to wait three minutes with no one in front of me and then I’m waiting 10 minutes in the line of one person that placed our order before me still online and I’m pretty sure the food’s gonna be cold again

Food was okay. Gave my mom the wrong sandwich but we didnt say anything. our hashbrowns were soo hard they crumbled to dust but the worse part was the CUSTOMER SERVICE. the older woman was just hateful. Went up to just ask for some ketchup and she literally yelled and was soo rude. Didnt say a word to my mom just handed her the ketchup and walked off even when my mom said thank you. It was completely empty in there and the drive through wasnt that long. Then as we were eating 2 other people came in and were ignored completely for 5 min . Finally a younger girl came out and walked RIGHT PAST the customer waiting to look out the window? Came back and took the womans order and then walked off AGAIN and left the older gentleman that had been waiting just waiting again . the old lady worker came back out and finally took his order and was still just so hateful. Be in mind as i said the restaurant COMPLETELY empty. im surprised this store even has 3 stars. I videoed everything but google only lets me add photos so everything ive added was screen shots from the video.
