Love Chick-fil-A! Hadn't been here in a while and certainly hadn't been inside to eat. But we decided to stay and eat inside today. Apparently they made an extra ice-cream and offered the extra to our son, whom we were out to celebrate his 10th birthday. That extra treat just made his day even better. Thank you!
I didn't have to wait too long in the drive-thru line. The young woman that took my order was very nice and made sure the information she put in was correct. My Chick-fil-A sandwich was delicious. It was seasoned well, was cooked thoroughly, and was hot. Yaay! The fries were also hot and delicious. The soda tasted good. I had a very good experience and very good food. I will definitely continue to give this location my business.
Awesome employees. I heard the manager talking to a few employees. I listened to his instructions and way of teaching. Wow wow can all managers be so awesome! In my 56 years of life I have never heard such respect and great leadership from a manager before. Can we clone him? Oh yes, the food was great and fresh as usual. My mom loves her side salad with charred tomato crispy red bell peppers.

The lady who took our order was very sweet, the food took a little long to get out but they were busy so very understandable, amazing customer service of course and they were very generous with the sauces. The food was great it was all hot and very fresh and the fries were so crispy and the mac and cheese was so creamy.
This is the fastest chick-fil-a I’ve ever been to. (and I’ve even worked at a couple!). The food was fresh and they gave me everything I asked for in the bag! I was in and out of the drive through in less than 5 minutes. 10 stars!

The renovations look great. CFA is always a great meal. November 2023 Extremely busy but still fanatical customer service. Nearly every business on Earth needs to learn from CFA on how to service and serve their customers. So many fail at that and they don't realize that's why customers never return.
Just wanted to say thank you to the staff for being so helpful. Stopped by for the second night in a row to get some boxes for moving. The staff was so helpful and willing to give us some waffle fry boxes which are perfect for moving. And of course the food great as always! Thank you staff for the great service and help!

We accidentally dropped our fries in our car, and they replaced them for free. They didn't have to do that, since the mistake was on our end, but they did it anyway, and we really appreciate it. Great service, great staff.
Might be the best Chick-fil-A I’ve ever the pleasure of dining in. Each and every fry in two medium orders were cooked to perfection. There was not an employee in the place who wasn’t wearing a smile on their face. This Chick-fil-A saved me from hunger and the rain. If I ever find myself in Knoxville again, I will without a doubt be visiting Chick-fil-A West Hills.
My tire went flat in the drive thru and they directed traffic safely around and even helped me change the tire! (It would’ve took me for ever) They were super nice to me the whole time. Great people and teamwork!

I ordered a treat through the app and had it brought to me via curbside pick up. The young lady who brought my order, Katie, was amazing. She was kind, cheerful, and appeared to truly enjoy serving me. She looked me directly in the eyes while talking to me and her eyes brought warmth to me as she made me feel as though my order was the most important one of her day. Her sweet disposition and compassionate smile has made my day. Please express my gratitude to her for being a light to me and those of us who were blessed to have interacted with her today. Katie truly made a difference in my world today. Keep up the great work and thank you again.
Came here yesterday for dinner with my family. The employees were so nice and helpful to us! One overheard as he walked by that we needed more napkins. We didn’t ask him for them, we were going to get them ourselves. He heard and said I’ll get them for you! He got them to us quickly and of course when we thanked him said “my pleasure”. Service was great all around.
The CFA at West Hills is peak fast food efficiency. I was in line with 30ish cars and received my food within ten minutes. Honestly it's a modern marvel in this day and age how they get so many cars through so quickly. And its Chick-fil-A so of course the food was good. 5/5 will be going back again😄👍

Pulled into a Curbside spot, ordered thru the app, and was just starting a game of Candy Crush when suddenly my food arrived at the window! Talk about fast! I figured that to be that fast it must be old food that was just sitting around, especially at 4pm on a Saturday. To my delight it was fresh, hot, and delicious! I got the BBQ Bacon sammie and waffle fries - best sandwich I've ever had at a Chick-fil!

I am incredibly impressed by this Chick Fil A location. I am a staff member of an after school program for students with developmental disabilities, and on this particular day we decided to take a trip into the community to get ice cream for some of our students. We used the walk-up window. The server, Robert, was so patient with each of our students ordering independently and he went through each flavor and size option with every student. He took the time to learn each student's name and remembered their individual orders when they came out. His patience and acceptance for our students' differences was amazing. The service was quick and the ice cream was great. Thank you Robert and Chick Fil A!

The West Hills Chick-fil-a is amazing! Noah, Miss Shelby, and basically all of their staff were so accommodating and understanding when I went to pick up 7 to-go orders! They were so sweet and patient. Of course the food is delicious and the restaurant is always clean!!
I ordered in my app delivery for today , the girl that came was so so sweet!! I was having a hard day and she walked into my work with a huge smile , she saw I was having a hard day she I’m sure was busy but she took a moment to ask if I was okay I broke down and cried I have a lot personally going on and she took the time to pray with me before she left I felt so so moved and touched I haven’t cried like that in a while, she even shed a few tears in that moment!! She said he name was Savannah she was incredible it people like her in your company that will keep me going to chick fa la thank her again for me she will never know how much that truly meant to me!!! I went through the drive thru. Service was great. Food is always delicious. I love the warm chocolate chip cookies!! Tonight I ate inside the restaurant. Service is good; the food was delivered to my table after I ordered at the counter. Food is always good. Brownies or soft ice cream also make a good dessert.

By far the best location in West Knoxville. The drive through process is always smooth and efficient, even if the restaurant is busy, you are served cheerfully and quickly. I feel like at this Chik Fil A the staff appreciates your business and respects your time. Highly recommend.
It was great, as always. The service wax a tiny bit slow, we waited for about 15ish minutes for what we ordered. But I'm not sure if that's the chick fil a's fault or if it's what we ordered. Either way, love chick fil a.
We stopped here during our road trip back to Texas and the team member and leadership were exceptional. Shout out to Heather for her hospitality and kindness. Also, The leadership were kind and encouraging. Apologized when we had an issue and quickly corrected the problem. Thank yall for giving us great service.
The frozen lemonade is delicious as well as all their food, they always provide a good and fast service.

We ordered delivery, but somebody accidentally forgot my drink. The delivery driver (I think his name was Joshua) called to let me know he would bring it back, we tried to tell him he didn’t have to because it’s raining and late, but he said he was absolutely going to get it to me tonight. He not only brought my drink, but upgraded the size and left 2 coupons. It’s pouring rain, 9:30 at night, he really did NOT have to do that. I am so GRATEFUL. Thank you for going the extra mile!

I really enjoy this location! I prefer sitting indoors, and the staff are always friendly, attentive, and helpful. They consistently check in to ensure guests have everything they need, including timely drink refills. I highly recommend stopping by, especially if you're traveling and exiting in this area! The food is also wonderful and comes out pretty fast! Bryan is great!!

I ordered chicken strips and fries. They were ready quickly and tasted oh so good. The cashier was nice and professional and the dining room was very clean.

Best Chik Fil A in town. Everyone who works here is so nice and they always do their best to make sure my experience is pleasant. I like to take my son here for a milk shake and fries, he’s kind of a picky eater but loves the food.
Banana Pudding Milkshake tastes and smells absolutely amazing, but it’s impossible to drink through a straw. Had to let the milkshake melt quite a bit to be able to drink it through a straw. Not a fan of eating my milkshakes with a spoon. Fresh food. Good service. Always a speedy transaction.
Everything is so PERFECT at this location. I have never been disappointed, any modifications you have they’ll make sure to satisfy you! Workers are so amazing! So friendly and understanding and patient! Zachary at the register was so sweet and kind! Even after I sat down to eat, he made sure to come by and check on me! The manager is always around, and always has a smile on making sure everyone leaves with a great experience. Best fast food experience I have ever received!
Great service, frozen lemonade, and MSG-laden food keep this place in business. I wonder if this place would still be as popular if MSG and yeast extract were removed from their ingredient list. One of my chicken tenders was all gristle. The whole menu is overpriced. Also, don't bother applying to work here if you won't work on Saturdays.
Chicken is not what is used to be. Quality and portion size have gone down lately.
Overall, I have had a good experience at this location. They have lots of available spaces for mobile order and curbside pickup, but the wait does tend to be a bit long for meals (10-15+ minutes). I do enjoy/appreciate their gluten free buns for their grilled chicken sandwiches and the larger size of their kale side salad!
I rarely eat out so I was impressed by the service I received. despite the lunch time rush my order was prompt & correct..the cashier was helpful and courteous . It takes both the front and the back of the house working together in order for this kind of service Well done.

Their no salt fries are delicious! I would just say the app’s estimated wait time when you’re waiting for curbside is wayyyy off. They take quite a long time to bring your food out. I think the app says it’s on the way when they’ve “completed” your order in the bag, but then I think it sits in the bag while they complete a bunch of other orders and walk them all out.
I was in the drive through and placed my order. realized i was missing food when i had gotten home. had to come back and went back inside bc they forgot 3 of my hash browns and 1 chicken mini. my receipt was brought to a manager and she acted like she was so confused how it could have happened. people forget things, not mad about that. she come over to me and said “so you come back 40 mins after you placed your order?” yes, i sure did. i waited in your alls long line, and then went and got starbucks and then went home, and then had to come back. so yes, that will take about 40 mins. and i explained that to her. and she said “i’ll do it for you this time, but next time you need to call so we can keep track of our orders”. well, i shouldn’t have to cater to you and how you run your restaurant, when you and your team are the ones who forgot. it’s not my fault yall forgot. i wouldn’t care about the food if one of the chicken minis wasn’t missing because then one of my kids wouldn’t have food. the sass that came from her mouth when asking me if i would drive back 40 mins later was just unnecessary because, obviously yes i would, im standing right infront of you lady. i hadn’t experience any chick-fil-a worker to be rude to me, until today. she worked on the morning shift 5/4. i came back to get my order fixed around 9:15 ish. she had an accent, dark brown hair pulled back into a bun, and glasses. it really wasn’t even what she said to me, it was how she said it. it was just blatantly rude. to be met with her being rude, after already being frustrated having to drive back - kinda rude.
Added a mobile lane which would've been great if they actually added a lane instead of taking away a lane. This went from an in and out visit in 5 minutes up to 10-15minutes since there is only one lane
I came here from a northern state and this is probably one of the tastiest Chick-FIL-A’s I’ve been to! Very friendly service, and the food hits differently in the south in a good way. However, it was very odd seeing none of the front of house workers wearing gloves when they are handling all the food and bags and drinks. I asked a worker why they don’t wear gloves and they looked at me confused and said they were not mandatory. Very unsanitary. Is food safety guidelines not important here in the south? Do they not train their staff on basic food safety? If they did, gloves would have been used! Be better CFA Knoxville!
If faced with the choice to order online from this location or another please choose another location. I have ordered delivery twice this month and both times I have received incomplete orders. The first time I had them run it back over to me and it took an hour. The second time I told them to forget about it. This order totaled $74 so it was not a cheap meal. I have children who need dinner and a baby in bed so quality of service and completion checks is of the upmost importance to me and my family and this location does not seem to value those the same as other Knoxville CFA locations.
I wouldn't typically give CFA a 3-star review, because I've never been to one that gave less than 5-star service. But this one had some things that didn't work well and they messed up our order. Granted, it's an older store. But things like the flow of traffic (there is minimal parking at the restaurant; and the drive thru lanes are such that if you enter on the left, and are the only person in the vehicle, you have to reach across the passenger seat to pay and take your food. Also, this is both a drive thru & walk-up order location. So the exit from the left lane drive thru traffic has an arrow causing you to drive right in front of walk-up customers. Albeit, they are soon closing this location to open up another just up the street. Go there.
Ordered stuff for my partner and I and asked the guy taking my order to add ranch and buffalo sauce to my items. Since there were multiple things ordered I assumed there would be more than one of each…I was wrong. Genuinely how does that make any sense. And the guy seemed put out which I get because it’s freezing and they make them stand out there but it was just overall kind of a weird interaction with him. I like the food, and no sauce is just a small inconvenience but his overall attitude and vibe made me feel like I was doing something wrong by being there getting food. I expect the workers and McDonald’s to be kinda rude but I expected differently here based on the way they market themselves. (The lady who handed me my food was pleasant)
Have been to this location several times. Every time they forget something. A spoon for soup, a fork for a salad, all of our drinks…. Something every time
Messed up my order and gave me soup and forgot my fried then instead of just making it right. She charged me extra when she messed up the order.
Workers were friendly, manager came out to drive thru fussing at employee because all the cars wanted to come thru the same side. We were told to pull to curbside parking because they were waiting on one more sandwich for our order all while they handed us 2 bags with food - some was ours and some wasn't.
We are on a time crunch and had to stop for food quickly. We went through the drive through and had a male who didn’t have the best customer service. He kept talking over us and wouldn’t listen to what we were trying to order. We picked up and drove away since we have to be somewhere. Once I looked in the bag I saw that they replaced our sandwich with a small nuggets, which is cheaper. Frustrated with the customer service and that we paid more for a menu item and got a small nuggets instead. :/ Wish we could go back and replace it, but we unfortunately do not have time.
This has to be one of the worst Chick-fil-A locations in the company. My wife and I love the restaurant and unfortunately have tried this location over and over due to the locations distance from our house. There is always something super wrong with our order. Tonight will be the last time we make that mistake. We ordered from their direct app. After about 25 minutes of there being no progress after the order goes through we call and are told there must have been a miscommunication from their app and their location... the girl on the phone then ensured we would have our delivery in 10 minutes. (We both knew that was a lie) then 35 minutes later we get our delivery left at our front door. Most of our food is there even though somehow half of both fries were no gone and we also managed to get salads from someone else's order with our meal. One of the best geographic locations for this company in the country unfortunately execution level is consistently poor.
Disappointed. Got a weird piece of rubbery chicken with a slice of cold cheese on it and floppy tomatoes I asked not to be there at all. I should have gone back but I was working and didn't have time so I ate what I could chew and threw half away. I was upset. I love chick fil a. I'll give them another shot soon and I'll update this to reflect that.
I'm currently pregnant and was craving waffle fries and Mac n cheese, my husband went in to retrieve our order and to purchase 2 trays to make our meals. The cashier whom we don't even know her name was rather rude, but was young as well, our order was missing our drinks so he didn't walk away, she straight up looked at him and said... "Is there anything else?" In the dullest unprofessional tone ever, another customer came up to the counter and when she asked if it was necessary to say "my pleasure?" She said "they like me to say it but I don't like to..." Sounds like someone needs to speak with her... also we are doordashers so we frequent this location a lot and this was disappointing, days/mornings are the most peaceful and super friendly staff, I'm not sure what's going on with nights... fix it.
Last night, I grabbed dinner for myself and my girlfriend. She ordered the market salad, but wound up saving it to eat till tonight. She opened the bag and it turned out to be a southwest salad. So i took it back, they gave me a new salad, got home and it was *another* southwest salad. Not bad customer service, just careless I guess is the right word
I am very disappointed in the low quality of food I received this morning. I ordered a chicken biscuit with cheese combo. The cheese was ice cold on my sandwich, the chicken was dry and the iced coffee I got tasted like it was from last night pot. They were not busy. No line at 0630. 4/10/25
Always late on curbside orders. I work Nextdoor and use them quite frequently but I’m going to stop. I’m annoyed with how long it takes for customers to be taken care of. This isn’t a one time late issue, it’s a consistent issue.
Food was cold embarrassed me when I wanted to pay with two methods of payments and got smart with me when I explained I was unhappy and embarrassed. Not going back to this location. McDonald’s has been customer service than them now. Gone downhill big time.
I went through the drive-thru last night at Chick-fil-A and was helped by a guy named Samuel. I get that it was raining and maybe he was having a rough day, but the attitude he gave me was totally uncalled for. I was polite, did nothing wrong, and still got hit with rudeness and a nasty tone. I understand being stressed out, but if you’re dealing with customers, you need to watch your tone especially at a place known for great service. Definitely not the experience I expected.
I asked for no salt on my fries and got salt... just this one waffle fry had a ton of salt. Yep. I realized it after eating one just like it. No good when you can't have a lot of salt. Needless to say I couldn't eat it. It wasn't discovered until I was already down the street and on my way to where I had to go. No time to return and ask for my correct order. So I didn't eat it. Wasted money on food that couldn't be eaten. Even the receipt said no salt. Disappointed Chick-fil-a, disappointed.
I would definitely recommend going to the restaurant and not ordering online this is probably like the fifth time that I've ordered from them and my order shows up wrong sometimes they'll be missing things out of the bag but usually the sizing that you pay extra for is always wrong like this large diet lemonade that's obviously not right
This has got to be one of the worst locations. Every time I order for delivery to my job it always something mixed up. I order today around 1:15 and what was suppose to be my order arrived around just before 2. Order was completely wrong except they gave me the right drink. Tried calling the delivery driver back and it went straight to voicemail go figure. Then I called the restaurant and spoke with Elsa and she was going to bring my replacement meal back to me. She said it would be about 20 minutes. Still on lunch this whole time waiting on my order. So a little after 2:30 called to check on my order was told she had a left a few minutes ago and would be arriving shortly. I waited some more time and when I seen it was 5 minutes to 3 I called back and was told Elsa was back at the restaurant by another employee who answered the phone!!! She puts Elsa on the phone and she said I handed your food to a lady at your job and she said she will give it to you. I have no idea who this mystery lady is she claims to have given my food to that I paid for plus left a tip and I am still hungry and now irritated. She proceed to tell me she dropped my food off around 2:30 and I explained to her that your co-worker said you had just left around that time so how did you get here when they said you have left only a few minutes ago. I told her she didn’t follow the orders that where on my replacement order because it specifically say HAND TO ME ONLY not some random person who I don’t know. She proceed to act as if it was my fault like she did the right thing. Now I have to wait 3-5 business day to get money back from food I didn’t get to eat. I never have this problem from any other location but this one. I will not be ordering from here again and I order at least once or twice a week. You don’t treat your customers like this and especially your loyal ones at that.
This is one of the worst Chick fil A locations I have personally ever dealt with. I have had issues with them in both the drive thru and on delivery orders. When they make mistakes they never offer an apology and when I have contacted management or the customer service number they are often condescending and never take ownership for the mistakes of the employees. I have never had issues with any other locations but I would strongly recommend choosing a nearby Chick fil A before giving your business to this poorly run location.
Our child has autism. She had grandparents day today. I called yesterday to make sure we could get the nugget kids meal she likes at 10:00. The person on the phone said no problem. When we got there, they said fries weren't available until 10:30... we couldn't wait and make it to school for lunch time. Terribly disappointing
Came here and ordered my favorite breakfast I had been craving that day as I am pregnant. First bite I had a HUGE curly black hair in my burrito. My hair is blue and straight. Immediately sick and I don’t know if I’ll be able to come back. Terrible service from chick fila
Ordered a vanilla iced coffee expecting (with very little traffic inside the building) it to only take 5 mins. I ended up waiting nearly 20 mins. A manager asked if I had been helped and I told them i had been waiting for just an iced coffee. Another 5 minutes pass another worker asks me what I’m waiting for to which I respond with I am waiting for an iced coffee. I wait again for a couple of minutes while other people are served their meals after ordering after me. Eventually I get the coffee with an apology from some random worker who just recently saw me waiting. By far my worst Chick-fil-A experience ever.
First time I have ever been in a mismanaged Chick Fil A. Got Grilled Chicken sandwiches and buns were so stale they crumbled. Also ordered milkshake and had to go back to counter twice to try and get it. They said there was a technical difficulty which I imagine was that someone just didn’t make it. Staff was courteous as always but did not seem to work together and efficiently like I have witnessed at other locations. Dining room was not very clean and restroom was not clean either. I rarely leave reviews but decided this warranted a mention
I ordered delivery because I had a free sandwich and used rewards for a large fry. Decided to add a drink (paid) to the order. I ended up paying $12 after tip even though the only thing that was paid was the drink, which was fine. But when it arrived the drink wasn't there and my bag was wet and ripped. The top couple of fries were wet. I called and didn't even have to give my name before the delivery coordinator said "was your drink missing?" The conversation was going well until I tried to explain what was happening. I was put on hold for 5 minutes without being warned it would take long (this was at 3:00, I guess they could be busy?) and when he returned he asked for my info. I stated I just wanted a refund because I wasn't going to be home for them to deliver another. He said "we don't do that at this location. We just give rewards." Frankly, I don't want a reward. I paid $12 for the one thing I paid for to not arrive. The delivery coordinator on 5/31 was rude and refused to give me a refund. I didn't even have a chance to tell him that some liquid had spilled on my bag. I felt bullied into agreeing to a reward. I tried calling later to speak to the manager only for my calls to not go through, three times. I'm very confused and just want my money back.
I ordered delivery through the Chick-fil-A app. I had a free delivery reward I wanted to use, and the delivery fee was supposed to be waived at checkout. I was charged $3.99 for the delivery. This is the third consecutive time this has happened. I contacted the store and they passed me off to the Chick-fil-A CARES department. Long story short, they offered no refund and no solution. It’s not really about the money, but it is about doing the right thing. Chick-fil-A fell short. I’ll definitely consider other options going forward.
I had ordered a Cobb salad with grilled spicy chicken. When I had got home I noticed the chicken was cold and the chicken smelled weird. Called and spoke to a team member; who did not give out her name. When I had mentioned the above she told me to come back to the store and have a manager take a look at it. What a lack of customer service and food quality. Definitely will not be going back.
I do Mobile through because I have work and I don’t have a long lunch break but for some reason, they always allow people that are in the drive-through to go through the mobile through even though it defeats the entire purpose get better with managing members of Chick-fil-A in customers to educate them on which side of the line they need to be in
