We walked in on a whim after a show at the Bijou. Before we were even through the door, we were greeted by the kindest and most expressive waitress, while she was still behind the counter! The four of us all ordered different dishes. Pizza, bruschetta, wings and boneless wings. Our drinks came out first and everything else came out quickly afterward. It was all perfectly cooked, hot and delicious. The waitress was an absolute doll. We didn't get her name, but she is petite and of Asian decent, if I'm still allowed to say that. Did I mention her character? She was perfectly polite and superbly sarcastic, depending on the situation. 10/10 would go back for her alone, but the food is another amazing bonus. Do not pass this place up! I don't understand the poor reviews, but I do understand not everything can be perfect every time. We just happened to be in the perfect place at the perfect time when we were all hungry. To the unknown waitress: I really would like a container for my left over soda, even though they come at a price of $900k!

We found this little gem while driving around looking for something new to eat while in town to move our son in at UT. Such a great find!! It has the old school, real pizzeria feel when you walk in. Our waitress so nice and helpful. The food! We decided to try a variety of things. The garlic knots were to die for! Dangerously good! The bruschetta wasn’t the typical flavors but possibly the best we’ve had! The pizza was so good that I forgot to get a picture! We had the meatball pizza and Knox Patch pizza. Both were great! The flavor combinations were spot on and the crust was perfect! We will definitely be back!!

I love a little divey Italian/pizza place, and Dazzo's delivers everything you could want! The garlic knots and pizza were fantastic, just the right amount of crispy with delicious, savory flavors. The service was delightfully laid-back, yet attentive and helpful.

At the quieter end of Gay Street downtown is Dazzo’s Pizza. Don’t let this hidden gem be forgotten. Their pizza is excellent. We have visited many time and enjoyed it before and after shows, during a weekend strolling around and have even opted for their to-go choice. This particular day we came in early for dinner. We enjoyed their delicious garlic knots (highly recommended) before ordering a large meat lovers pizza (we added pesto to the top). Incredibly delicious and plenty for two people. They do offer wine and beer but we opted for soda and tea. Don’t forget the dessert choices if you have the space! Please come and enjoy this local Knoxville gem. You will not be disappointed! You may end up seeing a musician or two (like we did) enjoying a meal ahead of their show! And, spot your favorite concert poster on the walls.

We love Dazzos. Their pizza and garlic knots are top notch. The staff is always friendly. Plus they are one of rhe few places open late downtown. Give them a shot. You won't be disappointed.

Friendly and fast service for only two guys working. We had good Greek and house salads and tasty Hawaiian pizza. The spaghetti has a little spice in it that was somewhat overwhelming for our daughter but she ate it all with the help of her friend so they did like it with a good amount of Parmesan cheese. We would definitely eat here again.

My second time here and it’s so good I couldn’t wait for it to cool down and burnt my mouth. Had 2 slices of cheese pizza. Really hit the spot! It tastes of good quality ingredients. Would highly recommend if you’re looking for a quick and tasty slice.

Everything about this place confirms it's a real pizzeria! Natalie greeted me and took my order. Framed concert posters and more kept me entertained. Had to eat hot fries before my pizza came out. Scared a pic of my pizza before I took it to go because I knew I would devour it when I got back to hotel. Also order house salad. Everything was DELICIOUS. a small supreme was plenty.

New owners and this place is delicious. We had not been here in years but this was the first red my husband and kids went to together when we first met so we took the kids and they loved it. They thought the garlic knots and fried ravioli were yummy and the grilled cheese pizza was the best. The servers are super nice and the owner came over to chat with us as well. The whole vibe is relaxing and there are lots of music posters on the wall so it’s pretty chill. We will have to try to make it downtown to visit more. Definitely go if you like cheese and pizza, our girls recommend it! They tell everyone about the delicious grilled cheese pizza they had at Dazzo’s. Haha.

So glad I found this place! Their gluten free pizza crust was absolutely delicious. Nice texture and the topping are good quality. The hand tossed crust is also great. This is definitely where to go when you want an authentic, old fashioned pizza place. Service was friendly and attentive and our food came out fast. Absolutely recommend to gluten free or allergen concerned folk and anyone who just wants a good, classic pizza.

Located in Downtown Knoxville parking is definitely not easy to come by but with that aside it’s definitely worth trying this place out. The Garlic Knots stole the show with the pizza being very flavorful. If you are in the area definitely worth a try and the atmosphere being very awesome!

First time here. Heard it was some good pizza. The pizza was ok but nothing to go back too. And it was pricey for the food. Bottom of the pizza was burnt the crust was really hard. How ever you will get great service when there. And it could use a little TLC inside. But hey this is my review and what I thought. Go give them a try.

My wife and I had an amazing experience at Dazzo’s Pizzeria. The service was excellent—friendly, attentive, and fast. The pizza was absolutely delicious—hot, fresh, and made with quality ingredients. The crust was just right—crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and not soggy at all. You can really tell they take pride in their craft. The atmosphere was great, too, making it a perfect spot to enjoy a meal. Highly recommend and will definitely back!

Stopped here on a food tour and enjoyed a taste of their signature Grandma's Pizza and Ala vodka pasta. Both were quite good. Worth a visit.

My husband and I went here for dinner. Because its near market square you have to pay to park across the street at the parking lot. The pizza was good, not greasy and good flavor, but nothing too special. Our server was very personable and funny. But the atmosphere could definitely use some upkeep. The booths were tearing and the lighting seemed pretty dark inside, I'm not sure if that was the ambience or if they didn't change the bulbs out of the light fixtures. Overall it was okay, for 2 pizzas and 2 drinks we ended up paying $65 before tip.. it just seemed kind of expensive for pizza that was only so so. I'm not sure if we would go back with more people though.

Dazzo’s Pizzeria offers authentic hand-crafted pizzas, savory pastas, and fresh salads. The pizzeria offers both dine-in and delivery options, with an easy-to-use online ordering system.  We ordered a Pepperoni Pizza and Cheesy Garlic Bread. Also, received a complimentary piece of cheesecake for the long wait - we waited about 20 minutes after placing our order. Pizza was super cheesy - I personally don’t like my pizza this cheesy. It did look appetizing. Cheesy Garlic Bread was really good. It looked very cheesy, but the layer of cheese was actually fairly thin, which I really appreciated. Cheesecake topped with caramel was good - I got a piece of a wooden splinter stuck in my gums while taking a bite into the cheesecake. Maybe something off the cutting board? Overall, not a bad pizza place. I’d be open to come back and try something different.

Girl up front was very nice. We asked several times for extra pizza sauce. We gave her a good tip and said be sure there is extra pizza sauce. Guess what?! Hardly any pizza sauce. Dry as a bone. Waste of money because so so dry we couldn’t even eat it.

In what world does it take over an hour to make a 10" pizza? Maybe the kids from the vape shop stumbled over and picked up a shift... Terrible service and unappealing food. Attached pic shows "Best Pizza in Knoxville." Watch out John Schnatter! But at least we were offered refills... Dry meatballs paired with room temperature ricotta. The edges thought about getting crisp, but the bottom screams frozen. One of the worst pizzas I have ever tried. Not sure what was more disappointing, the frozen pie or the abysmal customer service. Don't waste your time or money. Do yourself a favor and walk 2 blocks in any direction.
