I banned McDonald's until I went here manager was so sweet food was right price and no one's spit on my car because they were waiting a long time behind me to get their food. Cuz the manager at McDonald's in Miller Place treated me like I was want to have friends talk down to me mistreated me didn't care that a customer did what he did to me and very pleased with this McDonald's
The food was hot and fresh but took very long for my fries to come out but like I said before food was fresh and hot but need to work on their timing.

Very courteous and professional staff. The facility was clean including the restroom. Ample parking available and yes, they sell salads also.
Excellent McDonald's location and a model for the entire franchise. The Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Biscuits were delicious and the coffee was fresh, even on refills. The staff is friendly and the location is extremely clean. I will definitely come back to eat and use the Wi Fi to work remotely. BRAVO!!!
Just came in for coffee and wound up having a meal. Early morning and the place was spotless. Very clean. Free WiFi and they have drive thru, of you don't want to dine in. One of the ladies was very helpful with the kiosk. Order is brought to your table.
One of the best McDonald's in Nassau County. I'm not a fast food fan, but 20 years ago, I used to go here often as a kid due to having to go to a preschool around the corner. The burgers, chicken nuggets and fries are a good meal treat for lunch or dinner. I love the options for the McFlurries just like any other. From where I live and where I go for therapy, it's the closest one heading home if I were to get fast food quicker.
I love this place. The ketchup cups make my meal and the staff is amazing. Never have had a bad experience and cannot wait to go again soon. #mcdonaldssyossetforlife
Place is quiet and enough space to sit. Only issue was it has one outlet but the handicap seat and not a place to work but okay to relax a bit.
I go to McDonalds once a year. I went there on 9/6 at 2:48 am (9/5 night) the lady at the window was extremely nice and the food was hot! I had to put it up my AC in the car to start munching on the fries. I may have to do late night runs again
This place is always clean. Very fast! You don't have to wait long when u order at this branch of McDonalds. Employees are great to. No bad seed out of the bunch. I just enjoy coming to this ome because of these simple thing's.
Probably one of the fastest drive-through's I've ever been to, regardless of the time of day. I have literally never been in the drive through line longer than 3 minutes total, and my order has been accurate every time I've gone.
Always a good experience. It seems to be the only fast food chain that knows how to operate a drive-thru. Always friendly, always helpful and the prices are great
It was a quick run. I don't really eat food food. But my husband and I enjoyed the chicken nuggets with the honey mustard sauce. the service was excellent .
My daughter attends classes just across the street, so we come here often. Overall, it's pretty good.

This McDonalds is the best their food is always hot and they make it with no salr just like i ask. I never have to wait a long time and the employees are so friendly. Theu have a asian cashier that is so so sweet and always smiling. She is such a pleasure to to see when ordering !!!
Love coming here. Drive thru is fast and inside is clean. Sometimes the sweet tea is a little unsweet but other than that everything is delicious. Would reccomend the banana strawberry smoothie

I usually order here on my way to work, and one of the worker's recommended I use their McDonald's App to not only receive points for rewards in every purchase, but also make it easier to order ahead and pick it up. You can even have the QR code scanned at drive up to pay that way if you did or did not order ahead, or even give them a code for your rewards located on the same payment page. The workers are always beyond amiable and give excellent service. If something needed to be changed, or an order needed to be updated, they've done it all without any problems or change of tone towards you. Just remember to be curious with them just as they are curious with you. Sometimes the wait is long when there's a line, but I have not passed 10 minutes even on the line.
The bilingual cashier is very friendly! It looks like the manager runs a tight ship here. I see the grand reopening sign outside the restaurant. Very clean tables. Hot food and fast service. Fast wifi too. A nice variety of places to sit - high tables, booths, tables with chairs. I see the employees emptying the garbage before it gets overfilled.. nice. Also the landscaping is surprisingly really good. I can’t believe I’m writing a review for McDonald’s.. I must be bored.
This is my first time at this McDonald’s. And let me tell you I’ll be back here again. Food was ridiculously fresh and the young lady working behind the counter was nice and courteous. The bathroom was spotless. Really enjoyed this McDonald’s.
Went on a mini lunch date with my wife, staff is competant and attentive. Resteraunt is clean and quiet in the dining room. Bunch of teens rode in on bikes with god awful behavior! Kudos to the management of staff that would not have the noise and demeanor in their store!!
Quick, courteous service always. The wonderful lady working the drive-thru is a ray of sunshine. Acknowledges the mobile order, greats me by my first name and gives thanks for choosing McDonald's with a smile. This is a bright way to start the morning before you get on the go nowhere LIE parking lot to Manhattan. This McDonald's is managed, kept and presents as a premier business model. If you have doubts just visit some of the franchises in NYC.
I ordered a large diet Coke on the McDonald's app for pickup at the counter. Because of understaffing it took 15 minutes just to get a soda, and then because I got there around 10:30 and was restaurant was closing at 11:00 I was rushed out of the restaurant. The owner of this franchise needs to know that even though it is a McDonald's it's still supposed to be a hospitality business
This branch is better than other branches on Long Island. BC you can wait your food on the chair. You just take a number plate. And staff will take your foods toward you!
This McDonald’s is the best! Just came thru the drive thru at 6PM tn, the crew was so nice, the guy taking my order read back my order and changes I needed made on a meal, the girl at the window to give us our food even asked if there was anything else she can help with before we took off. Honestly the most pleasant McDonald’s drive thru visit ever. The foods super hot and fresh 10/10

Im not gonna say im a fan but I do like their frozen drinks, and some of their desserts. My favorite frozen drink is the caramel frappe.
Pleasantly surprised. Ordered 1 item I had a "free" coupon for. The service was still extremely speedy and the workers treated me nicely though the place was busy. The burger was hot and tasty (especially it being a fastfood burger). Unlike another McD's, I could actually see the burger past the bun! The floor was clean and though I asked for extra pickles and only received 3, they rectified the issue by quickly supplying me a small side of them. I don't buy fastfood often, but if you are in the mood for McDonald's, I recommend this branch of the franchise as being the one to frequent. *P.S. This franchise also sells Krispy Creme's (I saw the label behind the counter)
Great we kept messing up or order. Yet they were patient and kept changing it with no hassle. We stopped a drink yet they exchanged a new one free of charge and cleaned up or area fast. I like the patients they had traveling as a family with kids. I highly recommend this place. Not all McDonald's places are this friendly.
Employees were fried, tables were All clean. Most important the temperature was comfortable. I was able to take my coat off and enjoy my food.

Lunch drive-thru this Monday was crazy long. But I pulled I to a parking spot, made a mobile order, and my order was done in less time. Signs say no eating inside yet but I did see some people eating at distanced tables.
Overall, this is not a bad location. However, this store is a bit older and needs an update. An new condiments bar and a touch-screen soda machine would be great.
Drive thru was a little difficult to figure out, but this is Long Island, so I suppose I should be happy there is drivethru at all. A d + Open 24/7.
Clean and nice. Friendly people working there. The drive through moves pretty fast so you shouldn't worry about long lines when you drive up.

Drive thru service actually the best I've been to. Clear, precise and friendly! What could be better? Bacon egg and cheese biscuit sandwich very fresh as was the coffee. Hash browns...thumbs down. Barely past the frozen state which was weird considering the time I drove thru. I'll know better next time. Over all, solid four stars.
Consistently one of the best. I almost spit my drink out when I read the review from the guy who left to go to another McDonald's because the fountain for the sodas is behind the counter. Do you know you can ask the staff to refill your drink? Mind blowing. As for food in Syosset, it's slim pickings, and I am by no means a fast-food all the time guy, but this Mickey D's always serves up the goods. The food (and most importantly the French fries) is always piping hot. My biggest pet peeve about fast food joints is the Luke warm food they serve you. This place is always immaculate, frequent staff trips through the dining room to take away any leftover crap and clear the tables. The staff behind the counter introduce themselves and they are FAST. I refrained from giving five stars because the drive thru is always packed. But that's not the store's fault.

Love the new look of this location, and the fact that they added an additional drive in lane. My only complaint would be that they close that lane a lot, which is inconvenient, because you can't tell it's closed until your basically already in that lane. It's nice they have two pick-up windows as well. Food is always fresh too, which is a plus! A lot of parking, friendly staff...
Usually, these businesses let's consider McDonald's get a chance highly rated so ok the dine in was great, although I think we've been there multiple times already. Breakfast, lunch
Let me clue you in about something. McDonald's is McDonald's and the reason for their success is that everywhere you go McDonald's is exactly like McDonald's. It's the consistency. It's the lack of fear. It's getting mid stuff but still getting full. McDonald's is McDonald's, was McDonald's and will continue to be McDonald's into the near future. And we're sorry but the ice cream machine is broken right now.

Old McDonald's store, partially renovated. The place isn't very clean or inviting. It's still OK when compared to some worse McDonald's outlets I've been to in the city. We happened to stop by since we were in the area. Food is alright.
I usually don't give bad reviews. But when you go through a drive-thru and you ask for extra ketchup for extra barbecue sauce it doesn't mean to give me one or two extra packages. We are paying for it and when we ask for extra we expect extra. Wouldn't you agree.
When I got to the drive thru window to pick up my order, the employee handed me my drink. The lid of the drink was completely filled with soda and as he handed it to me, the drink spilled onto my car, my clothes and myself. Employee immediately barked at me and told me it wasn't his fault, as if it were mine? Clearly, he overfilled the drink which spilled up onto the lid. His customer service skills could use some improvement. A simple apology would have gone a long way.
They are forcing dine-in customers to order at the kiosk. Very odd to be forced to use the kiosk. The place was just completely renovated, yet management seems focused only on drive-thru speed at the expense of ZERO customer service inside.

The service was horrible. They completely got our order wrong and gave us ice cream instead of a McFlurry. They didn’t give any toy and was disrespectful to my mother , a healthcare worker during the time of covid-19. But two stars cuz their food is still amazing
i got delivery off uber eats. the food was good, but I NEVER received the 10 piece nuggets i ordered. they included the sauces though. i got a $3 refund (the price was around $5) and a $5 coupon off my next order. not that satisfied as this was my first order here
2nd attempt and ordering the big arch meal and again it was messed up. I would not recommend ordering from here unless you want to revisit the counter to have your order remade
Poor service I don’t know who is the manager over they need to train these kids. They are walking around no one know whtz happening ther. First time they gave chicken sandwich no chicken second they charged me for 3 kids meal and now missing fries 🍟 Horrible management
If I could give less stars I would definitely do! I went to this location yesterday morning with a very good friend of mine who is CaucasianThe manager and the rest of the staff who were Spanish-speaking not only were rude with gestures and speaking Spanish to him even though they knew he did not speak the language but also were making nasty comments about him relying on the fact he would not understand and therefore would not be able to defend himself. The worst part is they were not counting I DO speak Spanish and understood everything they said. It is very sad and a shame for McDonald's franchise that low-profile people like this work with customers. I am pretty sure these are the same people who would complain when white people discriminate them because of their poor dominion of the English language and the American culture. I I ALLOW MYSELF to say this without being accused of bigotry because I AM HISPANIC MYSELF!..... SHAME ON YOU ALL LOSERS!

I’ve ordered from here a few times and the few time I’ve ordered, they’ve always messed up my order. Once was leaving out drinks in my kids’ Happy Meals, adding extra charges to my meal and double a hamburger that I did not add, I ordered 2 hamburgers and 2 cheeseburgers but they gave me 3 cheeseburgers and 1 hamburger. Also they tried charging $1.29 for tap water.. Terrible service and terrible workers. Avoid this McDonald’s and go to another branch.
Unfortunately, Syosset McDonalds Store #1822 is the absolute worst McDonald’s on Long Island. From orders being wrong on multiple occasions, to the rude and incompetent manager, Darrell, if you can avoid Syosset McDonald’s I would recommend you avoid at all costs.
very rude customer service. asked for one extra honey mustard at 12:24 on 6/17/22. the lady refused and said no because we didn’t ask when we ordered. we only asked at the window because she gave us one for an entire order. extremely rude for no reason.

I ordered two times happy meals for my kids, but they forgot to put the cheese burger inside, and First time I just ignored it, but today it happened again, I went back to tell them. And they just put one cheese burger inside, and I said I ordered two happy meals, finally I got the cheese burger but it is so disappointed about the service and the system of Mcdonalds in Syosset.
Wasn't happy the cashier messed up my order, had to call the manager 2x and then gave me a ripped up taped dollar. They have to do better even if it's McDonald's. When I got home my order was still wrong. Truly 😞 disappointed.
Total nightmare. We paid with a $100 bill. The woman gave us the wrong change and then argued with us about how much we gave her. She got a manager who handle it. The fruit punch had no flavor and was so watered down it was undrinkable. The meat on the quarter pounder with cheese was rock hard because it was burnt but the cheese was barely melted. We ordered two McChicken sandwiches but they only gave us one. They only charged us for one so whatever but it took so long to get the food we weren't going back for one sandwich.
I’ve gotten the worst customer service from the manager Nicole, I wanted to redeem my rewards but since she’s not knowledgeable she made it seem like I don’t know what i’m talking about when redeeming my rewards. They really need to relocate her because unfortunately I won’t be dealing with her attitude next time as politely as I did today 😊
My sister ordered from here yesterday, 10 piece nuggets and a large diet coke. She only ate 5 and didn’t take long for her to get food poisoning. Violently throwing everything up from that day and the night before. Either someone isn’t washing hands/changing glove’s frequently or giving away old food but whoever is working there needs to follow the directions and pay attention to the health concerns. If the Board of Health sees the bs that goes on, this franchise won’t take long before getting shut down. Step up the damn game
Very bad service. I ordered through the drive-thru, and the guy who served me had a very bad tone of voice; he's not professional at his job. And then when he handed me the order, he gave me a dirty look. Besides he didn't give me the full order.
I placed a mobile order at 2:39am and didn't leave until 3:28am. There was ONE CAR ahead of me! They clarified my code at the speaker and then when we pulled up they tried to hand over the wrong order, then couldn't find my order. They then found it and told us to move up and wait. We watched as the line of cars behind us got their food and left, more cars coming in and left with food while we continued to wait. One car ended up behind us waiting as well. 25min I called, and they seemed clueless that 2 cars were waiting like they asked! When we got our food, it was almost all wrong. She had to go back in to fix it, and came out with a random drink that wasn't ours. We were still missing something but gave up and just left. The service has gone downhill over the last couple of months but this was outrageous. We're now done coming here, we're done with the aggressive attitudes by staff and asking us to pull forward and forgetting about us while 10 cars came and went wasn't fair. A part of the food that was right was ice cold by the time we got it home since we had to keep waiting for the correct stuff. This was an absolute disaster. Never ever again.
I had a really bad experience at this McDonald's drive-thru on Feb 20. The employee taking my order was extremely rude, unprofessional, and had zero customer service skills. I’m surprised McDonald's allows someone like that to represent their brand. Hopefully, management takes action to improve customer service at this location.
Really poor service. Dining area closes at 11PM and the manager on site began ushering diners/patrons out by 10:50. She pressured my friends and I to cancel on our order at the kiosk. Sounds like poor service is a habitual pattern here. Save your money and get Wendy’s or BK instead 😂
After a hard day of work, I decided to spend my time going to the McDonald's in syosset. Not only was the person disrespectful but denied my friend water even tho store hours were still on. The lady show no respect and did not represent the store well. I am appalled, disquieted and dissapointed by the lady who served me and don't think I will be back
It won’t let me select for Dine in, Take out and delivery so I’ll just say here that this applies are all three. I even tried at different times but even single time they mess something up. 2 five dollar meals with no nuggets, no fries had to ask and then get waved off and waited 5 minutes before they came and asked what’s wrong like I’m not trying to be rude but incompetent people that just take up space and would make the place run smoother without their presence should be fired effective immediately, and just today 2 sets of fries missing(good thing i ordered off uber so I got a refund). Employees just standing around, “reading” tickets and watching others do one thing at a time. I won’t blame them if it’s like one time they forgot an item, it’s likely and outlier but when it happens 5 times in a row for all 5 times I decided ti get food here?!! Plus like half these reviews are just saying “forgot food” is crazy. Based on the reviews 5 or 6 years ago it seems pretty good and only recently all the one star reviews been piling. Was there a change in management or something cause holy food service without food?
Each time I order happy meals from this location, my French fries have nearly all fallen all over the happy meal box. I told the lady working the drive thru tonight and she said to me this is fast food and I kindly asked for a replacement of the fries and she said to me you can’t just pick up all the fries in the box for your child? I was taken aback and I can’t believe the lady expected me to pickup the pile of fries all over in my happy meal box for 2 boxes and she looked at me like there was something wrong with me when I asked if she can replace the French fries. What do you have the French fry boxes for then, to look at? This employee should really get additional training about customer service.
They have the wrong order to the Uber driver and it was left down the hall from my office.Was told I 40 minutes someone will get back to me. Here it is over 2 and a half hours later, nothing!!!
Ordered from Uber. Received sealed bag missing the free 10 piece McNugget for ordering more than $15. I tried calling the restaurant, but no answer. Uber will not refund because the item was free. I will not be using Uber Eats or McDonalds Syosset ever again. A complete waste of my time, and they ruined my meal.
Unfortunate incidence of short staffing and long wait time to obtain my family's complete order. Asked to park car in waiting area and waited 20 plus minutes for an employee to give part of our order to me with disdain. I realized that some items were missing and had to go inside and wait another 30 minutes for a nice young lady to help provide the missing items. It was challenging as I had a toddler in the car.
Was there today, had only 1 person ahead of me. Quite a few ppl were working there, but it took about 10 minutes for the person ahead of me to get a coffee. As for my order, first they forgot since I ordered using the machine. Then they forgot the chicken nuggets in my son’s happy meal. Also ordered 2 large fries, but it’s about half of the usual size I got….
I never thought I would ever write a review for McDonald's! I work down the road for this location and I have always had the best experience. I've actually been meaning to write a review sooner because every time I'm here my order is perfect and my fries are always fresh! Their customer service is a staple for how all McDonald's should be. It really is that good. I've even driven 20 min from my home on occasions just because my food is always fresh and hot here. The service is so fast! I normally come during the busiest time and I'm never here more then 5 min. However tonight I came with my husband cause I was in the mood for McDonald's and because the local McDonald's by me just doesn't compare to the quality here I made the drive out and the service was extremely bad from the time I was at the window till getting me food. One of the employees Abu had horrible customer service my fries were cold and when I went back to get fresh ones Abu starred down as to almost intimidate me. The service from the day shift is is completely amazing however the night needs improvement. The only thing that saved the bight was the girl at the window who was super nice. I really didn't expect this from my Favorite McDonald's!
It’s a beautiful McDonalds, but the employees made me feel like a second class citizen. The experience today made me very uncomfortable. The woman taking my order in the drive through was virtually silent, didn’t tell me my order total, and when I asked for a breakdown she seemed silently angry. When I said that I only asked cause it wasn’t given to me at the order speaker, she gave me my card back and closed the window. Said nothing. At the other window, I was silently given my order. It was super unsettling. Maybe they’re used to people ordering from the app? I don’t know, but it was just weird.

I went to order food from this location while waiting by the drive through the lady was cleaning before handling my food. After finished cleaning she proceeded to touch my food without wearing gloves, she did not washed her hands. Then I watched her drop something on the floor then she tossed it in the bag!! Gloves in a restaurant are primarily for someone who has to go back and forth between clean and dirty tasks!!
Owner should have just closed on Christmas. God bless the (most likely) single worker in there doing the drive thru and the cooking. Waited over 20 minutes on the drive thru line, ordered via the app. Didn’t have the time to sit and wait for another hour and took a loss on my order because my order was already being made and I couldn’t cancel.
I ordered 40 piece nuggets, a fish filet, one cheese burger, one triple cheese burger, and a medium fries today to bring home for a party. When picking up the bag, I was in a hurry and didn't check the bag. Once I opened it, I noticed that the fries were half full, both two boxes of the twenty piece nuggets were missing (Counted 15 and 16 in the both), they completely forgot the fish filet and didn't put cheese on one of the burgers. Additionally, thought it would be appropriate to give two sauce packets for 40 piece nuggets when we asked specifically for more because this would be feeding many people. Store is run so poorly don't know how its still open.
Insanely horrendous customer service at the drive-thru. I pulled up with an order to pick up and to place an order. I tell the woman taking my order that I am placing an order and picking one up. She asks for the code and I give it to her, and she tells me to pull up to the window. I say, once again, that I am also placing an order, and she seems annoyed and unwilling to take my order. I give her my drive-thru code and try to place my order. I was ordering the $6 meal deal, but forgot the name in the moment. I ask for the ‘$5 mcdouble bundle’. She very rudely says ‘I don’t have anything called a bundle’ so I say ‘the $5 mcdouble meal’ and she again, very rudely, says ‘I don’t have anything called that’. After some back and forth, she FINALLY understands what I was trying to order. She RUDELY says to pull up to the second window. I pull up and the woman at the window, different lady than taking my order, says I have to pay for sauces even though I only got 2 sauces for a fairly large order. The food is a whole different story. It was cold and tasted just straight up not good. I’ve been working in customer service for 4 years and I’ve never had the urge to speak so rudely and impolitely to a customer, especially when they did nothing to deserve it. She needs to be fired or taught how to properly speak to customers.
As someone in hospitality and my first job being McDonald I have never experienced the joke that I did tonight. I was completely ignored for 10 minutes with at least 3 employees making eye contact one even walking by me several times and even cleaning around me. So I did drive thru instead and was told to come inside and said no and explained what happened. I make it the window and the "manager " was rude, unprofessional and couldn't even apologize or take accountability but instead said it was my fault . I even recorded most of this but have enough respect not to post it on here for all to see
Worst experience ever. I went through the drive through to pick up my co workers food and i gave them her code. When i got to the window they asked what I ordered and I had no idea considering I was just picking up someone else’s order. They gave me so much attitude for not knowing and the manager got frustrated and yelled at me to park and come inside. I went inside and no one came to help me. When someone finally did I told him what the order was cuz my co worker had just responded to me, and he handed me the food. I rushed out because I was not only so upset but so tired and wanted to go home so I could break my fast (it’s ramadan). When I gave my co worker her food we realized they didn’t even give us the large sprite she ordered. Not only did they treat me as an inconvenience and as if It was my fault they forgot what HER order was, but they didn’t even get it all correct in the end. Worst staff ever, serious attitude adjustments need to be made.
I rarely write any reviews, but this time, I really can’t tolerate the service I received. This McDonald’s is the one we frequently visit because it’s the closest to our home. Tonight 2/9/2025, at around 10:45 pm, I placed an order through the mobile app and selected the drive-through for pickup. After providing the pick up code to the staff at the drive-through, I was told to go to the lobby to pick up my order. Although I had chosen drive-through pickup, since she asked me to go inside, I parked my car and went in. There were no other customers inside, and the female staff member, white female, around 5’4 wearing a black polo shirt, probably a manager, handed me a sealed bag without saying anything and then walked away. Just as I was about to leave, I suddenly remembered that I had also ordered a Diet Coke and wasn’t sure if it was in the bag, so I opened it to check. Upon opening the bag, I realized that the order wasn’t mine. I found the staff member and told her that the order I received was incorrect. With a very rude attitude, she questioned me: “Why did you open the bag without checking the tag on the bag?” I explained that I didn’t expect to receive the wrong order and that I opened the bag only to check if my drink was inside (as missing items have happened frequently before) and I didn’t touch any of the order by returning it immediately. At this point, the staff member, with an even worse attitude, blamed me for opening the bag, saying that it was entirely my fault and that I’m not allowed to open it. She showed no willingness to resolve the issue. I tried to see if I can get the order that I paid for. She didn’t even bother and went to take other orders. I asked for the customer service phone number, but the staff at the counter and in the kitchen completely ignored me. I am extremely angry and confused, as I don’t understand what I did wrong to be treated like this. I have called McDonald’s complaint hotline and will continue to follow up on the issue. If I don’t receive a satisfactory response, I am prepared to pursue a legal course of action to demand an apology from that employee.
Nicole the manager was very rude, I ordered a smoothie and the frozen blue raspberry for my son who was waiting at home. The smoothie machine needed something change and the blue raspberry was already half way melted from me waiting there too long. I told them to pls change it bc it wasn’t my fault that I had to wait and I wasn’t going to bring my son a melted drink. Nicole the manager brought me back the same drink just dumped the blue juice and brought me back the same one. This is how I got it empty. Nicole is very rude and multiple of people I know have complained about her and she’s still there making peoples life miserable. I’m not coming here no more! Only the morning people are kind that woman is something else. Is not the first time this happened with her. She’s very rude so pls be aware. Please I advice to check the cameras so you can see how this woman act.
Update: Refused a receipt when the automated machine didn't print a receipt and the manager refused to reprint the receipt. Update. How to go from a 5 star rating to a 1 star rating. Forgetting to put cheese on a triple cheeseburger. I traveled far just to find a McDonald's that has the triple cheeseburger, and I got home to a disappointment. They have the hard to find triple cheese burgers here. Also the staff is wonderfully pleasant
