Nice little cafe in downtown Syracuse. Friendly staff that gave great local suggestions of things to do locally. Food was good for a great price.

Wow! Fabulous first time at this diner. Unassuming building with a no frills vibe is hiding the most delicious food and amazing service, which combined to make this morning's breakfast a thoroughly enjoyable experience. We got the Malone toast( 10 out of 10!) and the churro beignets which my daughter is still raving about 12 hours later. Can't express how friendly and accommodating the 2 men were who were working- spectacular service.

The owner was very pleasant and accommodating. The food was delicious and at a fair price. They make a great bacon cheese burger. I will definitely be stopping again soon.

Downtown is back open! And there’s no better example of this than the recent opening of this exclusively family run diner. Based in the former Miss Syracuse Diner building, this team completely gutted and renovated the interior. Daily specials and all of the diner classics are available. I’m happy to have a new neighborhood diner to go to.

Always great food and good times! The downtown deluxe burger is amazingly good along with those yummy fries! Definitely worth the visit!

Great place the guy who runs it was very nice and polite. He served us fresh coffee which was amazing. The dinner was a nice small diner an quiet. Very cheap prices considering other places are far expensive. They sell fire fighter t shirts and other t shirts that we purchased. I recommend the he broadway breakfast wrap super good!!!

Small diner fare— no frills, no fuss. Simply well made food and the guy behind the counter was friendly, honest about the food sources and was upfront about even mistakes in the cooking process. Something unassuming is nice. But letting the food be good, too, made it an awesome choice for our breakfast.

We were looking for a breakfast place in Syracuse, thankfully the other place’s recommended to us were booked way out so we came here, what you feel may be lacking in aesthetics this place more than makes up for with their food!!!! Absolutely delicious, affordable and large portions. I had the BLTE. Probably the best breakfast sandwich I’ve ever bought. Coffee was great, service was great. I will be back! Cheers!

What a great hamburger!! I think it was one of the best I ever had. It was a simple one, forgot the name but was amazing! The sweet potato friers were spot on too!! The chicken sub and the tots were ok, nothing special. The beignet was super duper oily lol definitely different from New Orleans ones, but is all good. Was totally worth for the burger!! Edit- the burger name is downtown deluxe!! Try it

From being welcomed by the gentleman taking orders and running the register, to receiving our food fast and both choices being absolutely delicious, with high quality generous portions. We had the Notorious BLTE (me) and the Broadway Wrap, and were both impressed, humming and bobbing our heads ’yes’, the entire time. Not sure what else to say except, we’ll be back! Oh, my better half asked for hot cocoa, and they were out. So, the gentleman who took out order went out of his way to whip up a hot cocoa with whatever they had in back, and my love found it absolutely delicious as well. Thank you AHC, we’ll see you soon.

The food is fresh, tasty, hot and decently priced. I got the breakfast special of sausage , egg and cheese on a plain bagel and it was huge! It comes with the best tots I've had in a long time. Hubby loved his btle sandwich and tots also! The building is super cute and unique. I highly recommend stopping in for some good food.

The food is amazing, the staff are great and the atmosphere is worth every penny at this reasonably priced eatery. Breakfast was simply amazing! Parents both had the veggie omelette, which was loaded with veggies and flavor. As we were getting ready to leave I spied the 3 First Place Dessert awards humbly displayed behind the counter and had to ask about award winning dessert. They cooked us up an order of churro beignets with caramel sauce, best thing I've eaten in a while!

God these guys know how to cook! Nothing is greasy everything is super flavorful. I'm so happy I love close by and can grab lunch from them! Try their specials they are always AMAZING. I mean look at these fish tacos!!!

Upon leaving class today I was greeted to a box of biscoff beignets. These were without a doubt the beignets ive ever had, and I grew up in the south. They were just perfect, not too sweet but still a delicious desert. A perfect mouthfeel. I cannot personally speak for the inside of the restaurant but to quote my mother who had been inside "it was great and the owner was super nice too, very cool guy" which dear reader you have my Local Guide guarantee that she is a trustworthy source.

What a wonderful hidden gem of a café. I stopped into town for a doctor’s appointment and came across this spot on Google, and I’m so glad I did. The service was quick, the ingredients were fresh and high quality, and the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. Our food came out promptly and tasted fantastic. The dessert selection was excellent, and we were even treated to a complimentary strawberry cheesecake, which was such a thoughtful touch. A truly great experience from start to finish—10/10.

Stay one night at Syracuse and stop by to get breakfast,bc it’s closed to our hotel.i don’t usually put comment unless I’m disappointed,food was just OK,place meh and service just ok.when we I pay I don’t realize about the bill and just saw that there are charging delivery fee when we are eating at the place plus CC fee 3%! How is that they are charge delivery fee?what for! Even it’s not much but that’s not right! The place not even clean and no restrooms! I work in the restaurant business for years,delivery fee only got charge when you do delivery.not for dine in

Three of us came at noon on a Monday. The first impression was very good as they were nice and the restaurant was cute. It was very busy since it was Eclipse Day and there were maybe 3-4 other parties that were also ordering food to go in a full restaurant. We waited more than 45 minutes for 2/3 burgers (which came out at different times) and then after more time waiting, they finally came out and told us they did not have enough burger for the last meal we ordered. I do not know why it took them THAT long to tell us. At this point, we had been the only ones left waiting for a while as they already served everyone who had ordered to-go after us way before us. They offered to refund us for the meal they ran out of but we decided to get something else they still had. They did not offer to refund us after that. It took another 25 minutes for the last meal to come out after that. We watched as people who had just come into the cafe ordered and then got their food before us. I have no idea what happened in the back but it was incredibly frustrating to see that we were the last ones to be served or considered. We tried to be understanding because we know it was Eclipse Day and busy but by the end, the cafe was empty and others were still being served before us. It really felt like some sort of discrimination at that point (we are Asian and were visiting one of our friends who just moved here) which was a shame it came to that. They came out with the food and said they were very sorry but that’s it. They still did not offer anything when we were obviously quite upset after waiting over an hour and ten minutes for our food while everyone else was being served over us. Some of the worst customer service I have ever had the displeasure to experience which is such a shame because they were so nice at first. The food was mid and I barely wanted to eat it after. I really regret leaving a tip and we will be telling everyone not to visit this business.
